episode 18 Calisober Vs Sober

🎙️ New Episode: “Sober vs. Cali Sober”

Longtime sober legend (and rock star) Tommy Vext drops by the studio - and what started as a quick hello turned into a full-on debate!

We dive into the whole “sober vs. Cali sober” conversation — why I don’t totally hate the term (even if, let’s be real, you can’t reinvent “sober”), and why I think scaling back before getting fully clean can actually be part of the process.

Tommy, who’s hardcore traditional recovery, breaks down why he finds the term “Cali sober” not just misleading… but kinda offensive.

It’s real talk, a little debate, and a lot of laughs. Enjoy!
