Collective Intelligence, Mini Socialism, and Microsolidarity

In this episode I spoke with Richard Bartlett (richdecibels.com) (@RichDecibels (twitter.com/RichDecibels)), a co-founder of tech co-op Loomio (loomio.coop), non-hierarchical management consultancy The Hum (thehum.org), and director of the social impact collective Enspiral (enspiral.com). His most recent endeavour is a community building network called Microsolidarity (microsolidarity.cc), Although I've followed him for a while now, we met in person at the Solarpunk NOW event in Austria organized by the Crypto Commons Association (crypto-commons.org) part of the Breadchain Cooperative (breadchain.xyz).

During the interview we discussed his experience in building high trust communities, his thoughts on crypto world, and dealing with the contradiction of being on the left and needing to both live within and be against capitalism at the same time. If you're interested in learning more about decentralized organizing, I highly recommend checking out the Better work together book (betterworktogether.co) written by those who have been a part of Enspiral.
