Ep 119 // Why Control Kills Creativity ft. Polo & Pan

Fresh off a euphoric Coachella set, Paul Armand-Delille — aka Polo, one half of French electronic duo Polo & Pan — sits down with Arman for a sonic deep-dive into process, memory, and identity. Paul reflects on how the new Polo & Pan album 22:22 was born from creative surrender, why stage fright never really leaves, and how a spontaneous back-to-back in Mexico changed everything. From the nostalgia of Paris nightlife to recording in Morocco’s mountains, Paul shares what happens when you stop overthinking and start listening.
