Found Sound for September: Roka Brings Flowers

This month, Alice meets Roka from Roka Brings Flowers on her narrowboat ‘Leafy Lady’. Roka is a florist and craft maker living a nomadic life on the British waterways. As she and Alice discuss the ups and downs of this way of life, they discover ripe tomatoes, dried elderflower - and the experience of going through a lock. Found Sounds are sonic scrapbooks of field recordings and interviews with people keeping heritage crafts alive. They are part of As the Season Turns, an award-winning podcast created by Ffern, makers of small-batch, seasonal perfume. To find out more visit ffern.co Hosted on Acast.
