David and Jonathan

"There is a friend that sticks closer than a brother." Proverbs 18:24 If this doesn't describe David and Jonathan, I don't know what does! They were closer than blood. I wish we would all get to experience such a loyal friendship here on earth. We are reading 1 Samuel 18:1, 3-4, 28-29, and 1 Samuel 19-20.
