And I am nice to you, they're going to say, wow, the bishop is really nice.
You know, we really love him.
But imagine one day, I tell you what God wants me to tell you, and that really upsets you or offends you.
Are you going to. Of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Amen.
Our beloved fathers, deacons, nuns, faithfuls, both in this holy church and everyone who is watching us for life streaming, may the Almighty God, the Father and God, the Son and God, the Holy Spirit, one in nature, one in essence, bless you all, guide you all, protect you, deliver you from the snares of the enemy, whether it be visible or invisible.
In Jesus' mighty and only name we pray. Amen.
The church is beautiful when we focus on the word family. The church is beautiful when we do not lose track.
Of what the church is all about.
It is one church.
Big famine.
Today's gospel, our church fathers have chosen it from the gospel according to Saint John, the four gospel writer, and from chapter 2 verses 12 to 22 inclusive. So it is John chapter 2 and verses 12 to 22. The Lord is giving us a very profound message today And that is talking about his father's house.
You'll find it in the entire New Testament.
There are two places only where the Lord Jesus speaks about the house. One at the beginning of his ministry, which is John 2, verse 16. And the other one at the end of the Lord's ministry, which is the third year, and that is Matthew.
21, verse 13.
So the beginning of the Lord's ministry in the first year, he enters the temple and he sees people buying and selling.
In the house of his father.
He casts them all out and he says, You have turned my father's house into a marketplace. And at the end of his ministry on the third year, he enters the temple once again and does the same thing. But this time he says, my house, not my father. My house is a house of prayer. but you have turned it into a den of thieves. And that is in Matthew 21, 13. I really want to speak for about 10 hours because the daylight is, you know, helping. It's still light outside. You're not leaving and it's totally pitch black.
You leave at 10 o'clock and it's still some.
Light in the horizon. So be glad.
And rejoice for you shall sleep here tonight.
And my heart beat against the cold floor. Blessed are you when you are persecuted by Bishop Mike. For he knows not what he does. I placed my hand upon the head of that young man.
The church's family.
May the Lord Jesus Christ forgive you my son.
Now what brings the family together? One foundational word, love. What brings the family together and what keeps the family together is love. The moment that family loses track of this love, the family is divided.
But the Lord is saying.
Who does this love belong to? Does it belong to the husband? Does it belong to the wife? Does it belong to the father, to the mother, to the siblings? Or does it belong to the rightful owner of the family?
God the Father.
He says, my father's house, you've turned it into a marketplace. Now when the Lord is speaking about the house being his father's, now the father's house is to do with love.
But when he speaks about the house being his.
Own house, the Lord Jesus' house, what is relative to Christ is glory. So the Father's house is love and Christ's house is glory. And what is Christ's glory?
The cross.
And what is the cross? Self-denial. Because the cross is death. And when I die, I am no longer to be found, no longer to be seen, no longer in existence on the face of this earth. So, biblically speaking, the cross... or death is self-denial. I no longer live but Christ who lives in me. So the Lord says, when you come to the church, there are two things you need to be reminded of. One, don't ever steal Christ's glory and accredit it to yourself.
Because that glory must.
Be maintained for the Lord and the Lord alone. And the other side, you need to give that love back to my Father who sent me to be the Savior and the Redeemer of the entire world. The church is weak, the church is divided and torn apart when love and glory are pinched From the father and the son.
And given to that church leader. When the church leader.
Steals the love of.
God the father.
To himself, the house becomes a marketplace. And when the church leader snatches the glory of Christ to his own self, it becomes a den of thieves.
And who lives in the den? Vicious lions. And who is the vicious lion? Satan.
Satan enters and devours the entire church.
It is the original lie of the serpent in the Garden of Eden. The only way to love God the Father, I need.
To deny myself and glorify his Son. Meaning, as a bishop, when I come to.
The church, it's not about me. It's about the Lord.
So when people glorify me by saying, oh, Bishop, we love you. Bishop, you're the best. Bishop, look what you're doing. Bishop, you're preaching. Bishop, you're changing lives. God bless you. You're doing it out of love. I know that. But I don't have to say, please don't say these things because that's not nice. But inside of me, I need to take it all and give it to Christ because it is the Lord who's done it, not me. I am the greatest sinners of all ever existed. I cannot change myself.
I cannot help myself.
Let alone you my beloved.
It is Christ the King who changes you. It is Christ the King who saves and redeems you. It is Christ the King who took us all out of the pig's field and made us children to the Almighty God. All glory to the King of all kings and the Lord of all lords, the Good Shepherd Jesus Christ of Nazareth, the rightful owner of the entire church, the only head to the church.
Period.
So when I receive the glory, even.
If it's done with good intention by the faithfuls, in my heart.
I say, Lord, all glory is to you.
And that's the truth.
I can't say it by acting that I'm humble. I need to live humility, not fake. You know, sometimes when somebody says something nice to me, I say, oh no, please.
Don't say that. I'm nothing. I'm nobody. I'm a sinner.
And then someone else comes along and says a nasty thing to me. All hell breaks loose. How dare you talk to me like that? But hang on, I just said I'm nothing. So when I'm nothing, whether I hear good things or bad things, does it really matter.
Since I'm nothing? Why did I get upset?
Because I was acting to be a nothing. I was not living being a nothing. Christ wants you in His church, in His house, living being humble, not acting being humble. But you see what happens? My Father's house, you've turned it into a marketplace. Why is love associated with the Father?
Because who loves the whole world? God the Father.
John 3 16 says it very clearly And so God loved the whole world that he gave his only begotten son so that whoever believeth in him shall not perish but have everlasting life.
Who loves the whole world? God the Father. So love has got to.
Do with the Father.
Because of this love, the Father sacrificed.
His only begotten.
Son to redeem and save the entire world. Let your will be done on earth Now when it comes to love, the Lord says, you've turned my father's house into a marketplace. What is a marketplace? Buying and selling. Now why is love got to do with buying and selling? Because you will only buy the things you love. Do you ever say, I hate this, but I'm buying it anyway? I can't stand this car, but I'm going to buy it anyway.
No, you don't.
When you love a Ferrari, then you buy a Ferrari. But if you like a Lamborghini, then you'll buy the Bishop.
A Lamborghini.
You only buy what you love.
And the only way to buy what you love, you need money.
One day, the Lord was walking in the courtyard of the temple. Some Pharisees tried to trap the Lord, thinking they are smart enough to trap the source of wisdom. So they came to him and they said, shall we give.
Taxes to Caesar or not?
The Lord looked at their hearts and realized their intention was of an evil origin. He says, bring me a denarii, the currency of the time, or a dollar. Bring me a denarii, a coin. Now, just one thing. Why did the Lord ask for a denarii or a dollar? Because literally, he did not even have a.
Dollar in his pocket.
Financially, the poorest of the poorest was Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
Financially.
Even those who beg in the streets, they still have a dollar. Christ did not even have one penny in his pocket.
He lived poor.
He died poor. But his portion was.
In the grave of one of the richest people of Israel. Joseph of Arimathea. The Lord says. If you live poor for my sake. Your end will be with.
The rich in heaven. So he said show me a denarii.
And then. He says his beautiful profound statement.
Whose image is imprinted on this coin.
They said it is Caesar's. Well, it's that simple. Then render what is Caesar's to Caesar and what.
Is God's to God.
Maybe they did not understand what the Lord said to them. But what was the Lord meaning by saying whose image is imprinted on this coin?
They said Caesar.
He said, well then give what is Caesar's to Caesar and what is God to God.
Be literally said to them and.
To all of us at the same time.
How come you realize whose image is imprinted on the coin and until this moment you haven't realized whose image is imprinted on you?
You who are watching me in the silence of your room, Now who is Caesar? King.
And who is Christ? The king of all kings.
And whose image gets imprinted on the currency? The king, not the president. Because the king owns everything. Presidents, prime ministers own nothing. If you compromise with sin today, only the king, he says, well, since it is the image of Caesar imprinted on the coin, then it's his.
Why are you asking me, shall we give taxes?
Well, since Caesar's image is on it, then naturally you got to give it.
Back to him.
But render what is God's to God, whose image is imprinted on you. The king.
Genesis 1.26 Let us go down and make man in our image.
Whose image is imprinted on you? The king.
God in his nature is king.
And as king, he owns you, owns everything he created. The Lord says, you are my currency. So do you give tax to Caesar? You give tax to Caesar out of your pocket, but you give tax to God out.
Of your heart.
Because that's where love comes from. Love does not come from the pocket, it comes from the heart. And when you give tax to God, God will not accept 10, 15, 20, 30%.
It's either all or nothing.
I want you all for me. Not a portion.
Because love is jealous.
You're either all mine, baby.
I'm not sharing you with no one else. Imagine this woman marries this man and she says to him, I'll give you 30% of my time and 30% to the other. What is this? That'll be the end. Love is jealous. You're either all for me or nothing.
This is the.
False prophet, the architect of a unified global religious system. The Lord Jesus is saying to all of us, when you come to my Father's house, who is also my house, but when you come to the Father, you better come with love. And when you come to Christ, you better come with humility.
And this is God.
A simple definition of who God is. If anybody asks you, who is, what is God? Simple definition of what is God?
God is love and humility. What is love? Knowledge. And what is humility? Wisdom. To love God. You need to know Him. But there is no way.
To know God unless it's through His Son, Jesus Christ of Nazareth. And when you come to know the Son, the Son says you need to carry your cross and follow Me. And what is carrying the cross? You need to deny yourself. Humble yourself. Humility is the way of the Lord Jesus because just like knowledge leads you to love, humility leads you to wisdom. And it takes wisdom to protect this love, to preserve this love, to enhance this love and enlarge it and enlighten it. Without wisdom, you will lose this love.
You will lose it. So without love there is no life. I wish I had the time man.
I'm just getting really warmed up now. If there is no love there is no life. And if there is no wisdom. Love cannot remain.
You lose it. Wisdom without humility. Impossible.
That's why the way of the Lord Jesus is the cross. You better die to yourself in order to live in Christ. It is no longer your way, but it is Jesus Christ of Nazareth's way. Christians, beloved Christians, beloved children of the Father, until when are we going to fight against one another?
Until when?
Are we going to argue until when are we going to say this is my throne not your throne until when church leaders we must humble ourselves and let us all be brothers in Christ enough I am supreme and you're not.
We are all one in Christ Jesus. Where is that humility?
See, what happened when the church followed her own glory?
The church got divided. Because the moment you snatch the glory of Christ to yourself, You are no longer denying yourself, you are proving yourself. Satan will devour no matter who that church leader is, even if he is a saint. Satan can overcome anyone and everyone who does not dwell in Christ. So your PhD cannot save you. What saves you is humility.
Humility. not PhD.
No matter how intelligent you are, you cannot surpass the intelligence of Satan. Much older than you, much wiser than you, much more powerful than you.
He will devour all of us before we blink our eyes.
He is ancient, my beloved.
How old are we?
40, 50, 100, 200, 300.
Satan is thousands upon thousands of years of wisdom and knowledge.
Can't win. But you dwell in Christ and let Christ defend you. You'll step on Him very easily.
But you see, the Father's house.
The love cannot be taken from God the Father. How do we, whether we are clergymen or even faithful laity, when do we snatch that love from God the Father.
And give it to us?
When?
We make people love us, not God. See, like when I'm, as a bishop, when I'm nice to all of you, and I do whatever you say.
You're going to love me, you're not going to love God. Because who do you see? Do you see God or me? You see me.
So when I am nice to you, they're going to say, wow, the bishop is really nice.
You know, we really love him.
But imagine one day I tell you what God wants me to tell you and that really upsets.
You or offends you.
Are you going to still love God and remain in his church or are you.
Going to walk away? Which one? You know, it's.
Like in marriage.
Will you take him, will you take her in good times and bad times and sickness and in health?
In poorness and in richness.
Yes father. I shall. And one small thing happens. Father. Forget about the contract. Before when I married him.
He bought me a Mercedes Benz for my birthday.
Now I'm catching public transport.
He lost his business. He's bankrupt.
He's good for nothing. You married him for himself or for his wealth? By the way, nothing.
Remains forever except love.
That's the only thing that will remain. Everything fades away.
Except love.
Why?
And I'll leave you with this. Even though I don't want still daylight.
Do not fear what is coming upon the earth. Fear God alone.
In all the religions of the world. With love and respect.
I was going to say something. In all the religions of the world. With love and respect.
You ask him this question.
What comes first? Life or love?
Don't say life.
The only place that says love precedes life is Christianity.
And so true.
Love and respect.
So true. Why?
Because what would you do with a life that has no love in it?
It's absolute hell.
A life without love is an absolute hell, unbearable. You see, what makes life truly life is love. And this is why love is the supreme ethic, foundational, my beloved, to life and everything life offers thereafter.
This is why the Holy Bible is the truth, the true word of God.
Why?
Because when the Holy Bible speaks of God in relation to love and life, it says the following. When it comes to life, it says God is a life giver. But when it comes to love, it doesn't say God is a love giver. It says God is love. God is love itself. That's why since God is love, then love is supreme. Number one, foundation. What gives life is love.
with a digital spirit of total control. The beast does not begin by demanding your worship. He begins by demanding your compliance for everyday survival.
Look at the.
Mechanisms of commerce and identity that are being established right now across every continent.
They tell you it is for your safety.
They tell you it is for the convenience of the collective good. They promise you security from disease, security from economic chaos, and security from conflict.
Says that God created the universe and everything.
That's existence.
And then what he created he gave life to. Because what he created. That was existence. Existence in its concept doesn't have life. Then he gave life to what he created.
Who brought us into existence? God.
Whoever brought you.
To existence is the reason for your life. Children, parents are the reason for your life. Because they created you. And whoever created you can.
Never go against them.
And if you do, you will end up in a bad shape.
Because you've just denied the one who brought you into existence and gave you life. You know when a father, for example, father, mother, no difference. But for the argument's sake, a father. When a father enters his son's room and then the son is not too fond of his father because the father doesn't let him to be totally free like his friends. So when the father comes in, the son looks at the father and says, oh, not again.
Dad, please get out of my room. You're not letting me live. No.
The father is not that he's not letting you live. He is not letting you exist.
Not living. So you say, father, get out of my room.
If the father wants to be really smart with it and take it to the Supreme.
Court, he will say, son, come here. Whose house is this? Isn't it your dad's? Yes.
Well, since the house is your dad's, then isn't the room also part of the house? Which belongs to dad. So son, you just said to your dad, get out of your room? Now dad will say, you get out of my house. When we go against parents, we're.
Going against our very life.
Children that walk away from the parents and do things against the parents, they end.
Up hurting their life. And who is the ultimate parent? God the Father.
Every time you pray, you say, Our Father who art in heaven.
So the ultimate father is God. So when you deny God, There is no more life. The world has no life in it.
Why? Because the world is living a life of God's denial. That is why the world is one big place where slaves live. And a slave cannot claim to be living. Only the son can say I'm alive because what gives you life and make it truly life is freedom.
I don't have the time. Freedom. And the only time you're free is when you are the.
Son, not the slave. That's why it was God the son who came down and put on the flesh or the human nature.
Because we lost the sonship.
And when we lost the sonship we lost freedom. When we lost freedom we were no longer living. We were slaves in bondage. So the son had to come to bring us back to the sonship.
In order to be free.
In order to say I'm living.
And through the son.
I came to know the father. When I came to know the father.
I loved him.
And I loved him.
Through the son.
I'm living now. Because what gives life.
Is life. In any family. The day. I'm living now. Because what gives life is love. In any family, the day love finishes....
There is no more life in that family.
It's divided. The house is destroyed. Life cannot exist in that family anymore. My beloved, as a family, we will disagree with one another.
As a family, we will misunderstand one another.
As a family, we will argue with one another. As a family, we will fight with one another.
But at the end, I always say this, until the Lord calls it the day for this piece of wreck, I will always remind myself and everyone who wishes to listen and who is willing to listen, my beloved, as a family, you may agree with your brother or sister. As a family, you may go against each other and it gets very ugly and you start fighting.
And breaking things.
But don't ever let love to be destroyed.
Or affected.
Argue but love your brother.
Fight but love your brother.
Scream but love your brother.
Because the day you stop loving, it is the day you are dead.
Because what gives life is love. You can say some nasty things to me and I've heard a lot.
But I will always love you. No matter what you say to him. I've heard some extremely nasty words.
I think even Satan said, oh, I.
Didn't know this before. I just learned a new word.
With tears of gratitude.
But that will never change my love for you, my dear friend. Even if I get angry at you, and even if I do whatever, but the day comes, you need me, I'm all there for you.
I will never, ever remind you of what you did.
Toward me and what you said about me.
And the stabbing. And the hurtful things. I will never.
Because love covers many errors my beloved. And I'll leave you with this true story. Which I mentioned before and I'll mention it. And definitely stamp seal it before the daylight disappears. I want you to go while you can still see without putting the.
Lights of the car on.
He is an emissary of hell.
There was this saint in the third century.
And today, by the way, is the feast of all saints according to our church's calendar. May the praise of all the saints be with you always. Guide you and lead you to the one and only, the only true savior and the only true redeemer of the entire.
World, Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
All glory to his holy and mighty name forever and evermore.
Amen.
So this saint who lived in the 3rd century, his name is Saint Makarios of Egypt. One day, he was the head of monks, he was the abbot. So one day he decided to go and pray with his... fellow brother in Christ, another monk in his cell. And as he went to that cell to pray with his brother, he opens the door and he sees that monk with a woman in that cell in the monastery. He realized that other brothers, other monks would have seen Their abbot, their teacher, their spiritual teacher would have seen him going to that cell. He said, they're going to follow me because they all held him highly as their saint on earth.
So straight away, there was a big box in that room. He put the woman and the monk inside the box, closed it, put a cover on it, and he sat at the top of the box, closed his eyes, tilted his head down as if he is in a very deep contemplative prayer. And surely, a few seconds later, the other monks opened the door. to say, we want to pray with our saint and receive his blessing. They realized he is in deep contemplation. They said to each other, stay quiet. Let us not disturb our teacher. Let's go back to ourselves. So they went back to their cells.
And after that, the abbot who.
Is in charge of the monastery and all the monks, he picks himself up and walks out of that cell without saying one word, neither to the monk nor to that woman. And as he was walking to his own cell, Christ from heaven, our Lord and Savior, spoke to him. Like I'm speaking to you now so clearly. He said, blessed are you, Makarios. Blessed are you, Makarios, for you have covered the sins of your brother. I will cover your sins on judgment day. Love covers many errors. When you see a mistake, don't let that trumpet blow before you and before the whole world. Because if you put your friend to shame, God will put you to shame.
Be careful.
Where is love? Where is love?
If you speak bad about someone, others will speak bad about you.
Because what goes around, comes around.
And this is taking from the biblical perspective.
What you plant, you will harvest at the end.
To the filth of this world, I command it to fall to the earth dead right now.
Love.
When God, the Father's love is in my heart.
Even when I see something wrong, I will cover. Why? Because the church is one big thing. If I embarrass my brother, it's an embarrassment for me.
If I embarrass my husband, it is embarrassment for me. If I embarrass my wife, it is an embarrassment for me.
It is a lost case.
No one is winning. Because the church is that ark.
If the water gets into the ark, we can all argue and blame one another. But the waters will not differentiate between us.
It will make us all go down.
It would be very silly to fight and argue and not.
Do something about salvaging God.
It doesn't matter.
Whose fault it is. We're drowning for God's sake.
So you're going to fight.
Oh, it's your fault. No, it's your fault.
But you're drowning.
All of us will die.
That's family.
When we say you're wrong, all of us are wrong.
Be careful.
Don't let Satan deceive you. And some say, because I had to prove that I was right and she was wrong.
But when you prove that she was wrong, it was all of us wrong.
Because you're family.
Let all fear leave your body. Let all anxiety leave your soul. And the person in charge has to cop it and swallow it. If they are not able to cop it and swallow it, they don't qualify to be leaders.
Amen and amen.
God told me to speak to you alone right now.
Stop scrolling. Put aside the noise. Silence the phone in your hands and look at me.
In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, one God, Amen.
Our good God and full of mercy, our good God and.
Full of mercy, whose grace and mercy is poured upon all, pour, my Lord, the compassion of the delightfulness of your love upon your servants and again transform them in the hope of renewal to the life of repentance. Renew in them your Holy Spirit by whom they are sealed for the day of salvation. Purify them by your compassion from all flesh and spiritual blemish. And assure the hope of their faith by the aid of your grace and instill the walks of their behavior and the paths of righteousness. Please them along with the saints in your kingdom by the assurance of the hope of their faith in the adoption as your children and in the joy of your absolving mysteries.
Empower them by the aid of your mercies to observe your commandments and fulfill your will to confess, worship, and praise your holy name.
The Lord of all.
