Here we go. Psalm 32 and verse 11. Be glad in the Lord and rejoice, you righteous, and shout for joy all you upright in heart. Luke 21 verses 18 to 19. But not a hair of your head shall be lost. By your patience possess your souls and all glory be to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ forever and ever. Amen. We're going to see today how these two are linked together. Psalm 32, 11 and Luke 21, 18 to 19. In Psalm 32, 11, please put the screen back in there again. In Psalm 32, 11, there are two words in the first part or in the first half of the verse. There are two words in the first half of the verse. And these two words are, number one, be glad. And number two, rejoice. We see that in Psalm 32, 11. The first word is be glad.

And the other one is rejoice. And between these two words, the psalmist put the word, the Lord. Between these two words, between glad and rejoice, the psalmist put the word, the Lord. Firstly, be glad. Be glad or be happy. Happiness or gladness is something that is external. Happiness is from the outside. Now, rejoice, secondly, joy is from the inside. So, gladness is from the outside and joy is from the inside. And then the second part of verse 11, Psalm 32, we also find two words. In the second part of verse 11, the first word is righteous. And the second word is upright in heart. So I'll repeat it again. In Psalm 32 verse 11, in the first half of the verse, we find two words, glad and rejoice. Glad is to do

with external matters. So gladness is that comes from outside. And rejoicing or joy comes from the inside, from within. And then in the second part of verse 11, we find again two words, righteous and upright in heart. Now, Righteous and upright in heart. Now let us connect these four words. Glad, rejoice, righteous, upright in heart. Let us put them together as one verse and let's see how it will read. Here we go. Be glad, you righteous, and rejoice, all you upright in heart, in the Lord.

I'll read it again. Be glad, you righteous, and rejoice all you upright in heart in the Lord. We said that gladness is from outside. Therefore, gladness is for the righteous. And we said joy is from the inside. Therefore, joy is to do with the upright in heart. So gladness for the righteous and joy for the upright in heart.

Now let's link Psalm 32 11 with Luke 21 18 to 19. Now let's read in Luke 21 18 to 19. It reads verse 18. But not a hair of your head shall be lost. But not a hair of Of your head shall be lost. Let's link it with Psalm 32 verse 11. First part of it. But not a hair of your head shall be lost. Be glad you're righteous.

Be glad you're righteous. Verse 19. By your patience possess your souls. And rejoice all you upright in heart. Are you with me? Yes? No? No? In between? All right. But not a hair of your head shall be lost. Be glad, you righteous. By your patience, possess your souls and rejoice all you upright in heart. Today's topic, gain, what is it? Through your patience, gain your souls. Through your patience, gain your souls. Now, but not a hair of your head shall be lost. Be glad, you're righteous.

By the patience possess your souls and rejoice all you upright in heart. And all of this is made possible in the Lord. Not a strand of your hair shall be lost. Be glad, you're righteous. Possess... By your patience possess your souls, rejoice all you upright in heart in the Lord. Now we come, who are the righteous and who are the upright in heart? The righteous, my beloved, are those who believe in the word of God. It'll get clearer as we go, okay? Who are the righteous?

Are those who believe in the word of God. Now someone might come and ask this question. Who doesn't believe in the word of God? Don't we all believe in the word of God? So what is so special about the righteous? Why bishop you're saying that the righteous are those who believe in the word of God. Aren't we all believers in the word of God? Well my beloved disciples.

Believing in God's word is not done merely through speech. It's not done merely through speech. My beloved, the Lord gives us or gives you promises always. When the Lord gives you a promise, time goes by, then you look at yourself. And you see your circumstances are totally against the promise God gave you. God promised you. So you look at your circumstances and what God has promised, there's no match. Totally against. An example. The Lord will come and say, I give you this promise. You'll be great.

You'll be a mighty one. And then after that, I see problems descending upon me from every angle. And I see what God promised me to do for me is not what I am really living, what I am experiencing, what is going on. Then you sit and start thinking, where is this greatness, Lord? You promised me to make me great. I'm being bashed left, right, and center. For this very reason, the righteous are those who prioritize God's word over their own feelings. I'll say it again. The righteous are those who prioritize God's word over their own feelings. Meaning, my feelings are sincere. In other words, when I'm going through a situation and I'm feeling miserable, this kind of a feeling is actually sincere. I'm not making it up.

I am miserable. I am not assuming. I am not pretending. I am not imagining. I am living through hell right now. And I'm feeling it is hell the way I am going at this moment. So your feelings are sincere, not insincere. You are genuine in your feelings. Yet, I chose to put God's word before my sincere feeling. God has promised me to make me great. I'm going through hell. I'm a nobody. I'm feeling I'm a nobody. I know I'm a nobody. I'm going through this hell. But I still chose to put God's promise before the way I'm feeling.

Are you with me? When you put God's word before your sincere feelings, you are on the path to righteousness. Because my beloved, when we go through a dark tunnel, the first thing we say, where is God? We forget about every promise He made. We lose track. We get worried. We get anxious. We get frightened. We get that we have been deserted. When I choose God's word and believe in it, This decision will lead me to the second point, which is upright in heart. So the righteous one is the one who puts God's promise before their own feelings or their own sincere feelings. When you stick to God's promise, even though it is totally contradictive to the way you are feeling at this present moment, but you still choose

to put his word before your sincere feelings, this will lead you to the second point. You will be upright in your heart. You will be upright in your heart. So now the question is, what does it mean to be upright in heart? Upright in heart, my beloved, that heart is walking in one path only. When you are walking in one path only, then it is an upright heart.

But there is a problem. When it comes to the heart, Sometimes the heart walks in one path only. But there are times the heart walks in more than one path. Because the heart will walk depending on how you feel. Are you with me? Good. Good. So I'm feeling good. I love the Lord. I'm feeling miserable. I'm questioning the Lord.

So now when I am feeling good and loving the Lord, the path, the heart is walking in one path. That is an upright heart. But when you start questioning the Lord, why is this happening? Then the heart begins to walk in more than one path. Now my beloved, When the heart walks in more than one path, what do we call this heart? Crooked heart. Crooked heart. Well, Elijah the prophet said it. Look at this. In 1 Kings 18, 21.

And Elijah came to all the people and said, How long will you falter? Falter means swing between this side and that side. How long will you falter between two opinions? If the Lord is God, follow him. But if Baal, Baal means Satan. But if Baal... But if Baal is, then follow him. You can't follow the Lord Jesus and Satan.

You can't be in the church and in the club. You can't praise and swear. You can't be in the light and in the darkness. You need to stop faltering between these two opinions. Stick to one. It is either the Lord or Satan. So when the heart falters, when the heart walks in more than one path, it becomes Satan.

crooked heart, not upright anymore. Now I will give you an example from the Holy Bible of what an upright heart is all about. Are you with me? You guys are too quiet. Sometimes I get worried when you are too quiet. It's either you are fully focused or I've lost you. Which one is it? The former or the latter?

The former? Hallelujah. Jeremiah 2.5 Alright, I feel like one of those American preachers. Go for it. I'll give an example from the Holy Bible. The Lord Jesus and his disciples in the gospel according to St. John chapter 6. In John chapter 6 we see the Lord and his disciples. Now the Lord Jesus said a word in chapter 6 of John. No intellect can ever fathom. No intellect can ever comprehend, understand, fathom. What did the Lord Jesus say?

We find it in John 6, 53. Look at the Lord. Then Jesus said to them, most assuredly. That's a New King James Version. In other words, truly. Then Jesus said to them, most assuredly or truly, I say to you. Unless you eat. the flesh of the son of man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Man, like imagine yourself back in those beautiful blessed days of the Lord. And you have been following the Lord because you've heard some wonderful news about Jesus Christ. And you got really excited and interested in meeting him. So you started following him from this place to that. And before you know it, the Lord stopped and started preaching. And he said to you, unless you eat my flesh and drink my blood, you have no life in you. Sorry?

Eat your flesh? Drink your blood? Man. Man. I want to go home. Please leave me alone. This is too much. My head is going to explode. What do you mean eat your flesh? This can't happen. It cannot be fathomed by my little minute intellect Lord. What are you talking about? Unless you eat the flesh of the son of man and drink his blood. You have no life in you.

This is hanging on between death or life. Or life or death. So if I don't eat your flesh and drink your blood, I'm dead. But I can't do it, Lord. And I want to live. What are you doing to me? Look at this, my beloved. All those who walked with the Lord Jesus were called disciples. All those who walked with the Lord Jesus were called disciples. None of them, and I mean none of them, believed in what the Lord just said in John 6.53. The entire disciples, none of them believed or nor accepted what Christ spoke in John 6, 53. You need to eat my flesh and drink my blood. None of them believed in it. In other words, the disciples who did not believe were the 12 apostles and other disciples. All of them are called

A follower of Jesus Christ is a disciple. So in the midst of those people were the 12 apostles also. Simon, Peter, Philip, Andrew, Nathaniel, you name them. The all 12, none of them believed in what Jesus just said. However, the 12 apostles decided to To stay with the Lord. The twelve apostles. Decided.

To stay with the Lord. And all the other disciples. Left him. And walked away. They said. Those who walked away. They said. This is a hard saying. Who can understand it? What do you mean eat your flesh and drink your blood? This is a hard saying Jesus. No one can understand. Now, who were those who left the Lord and walked away from him? Who were they? I'll tell you who they were.

The 5,000 men, not including the women and the children, where the Lord Jesus performed that miracle by multiplying the two fishes and the five floves of bread. He fed 5,000 men, not including women and children. They were in the thousands. When he fed them with those two fishes and five loaves and there was extra left over, they followed the Lord Jesus because this miracle blew their mind away. They followed him shortly thereafter. The Lord Jesus says to all of them, unless you eat the flesh of the son of man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. All of them walked away from him except the 12 apostles. 5,000 men, not including women and children.

Each man has a wife. That's another 5,000 women. Man, that's difficult. So 5,000, 10,000 children. There would have been maybe at least 20,000 people. All 20 left the Lord because He said, you need to eat my flesh and drink my blood. That just shows you how much you need to rely on people. One day they love you, the next they will deny you. One day they'll glorify you, the next they'll wipe the floor with you. When you rely on people outside of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, There is no relationship. The Lord must be the foundation to everything.

They followed him. They worshipped him. They adored him. A few hours ago, later on, all of them denied and walked away from him. Except the twelve. Now listen to this. Except the twelve. They decided to stay. The 12 apostles stayed, but their eyes were saying they are in disbelief of what you just said, Jesus. So they remained, but the Lord Jesus looked at their faces, looked at their eyes, and he could read what's in their heart, even though, I mean, he's God, he knows. But by looking at their eyes was enough to know that what their heart is saying is totally different to what their action is really saying. You stayed with me, but your eyes are saying you're not believing in me. But you chose to stay. Incredible.

even though you did not believe, even though you did not fathom it, but you decided to stay with the Lord. Regardless, they stayed back. Because in John 6, 67, in John 6, 67, it says, then Jesus said to the 12, to the 12 apostles, then Jesus said to the 12, do you also want to go away? Hmm? You want to go?

I can see it in your eyes. I can see it written on your faces. Do you want to go? Please do. Be my guest. Do you also want to go away? Saint Peter's reply, Saint Peter's reply was absolutely beautiful. Sometimes when we mention poor Saint Peter, we mention that he denied the Lord. We need to also mention the good things that Saint Peter done. Saint Peter's reply here was... Incredible. Incredible.

It was a reply. Of an upright heart. It was a reply. Of an upright heart. Saint Peter. Internally. Inside of him he was saying. This is a hard saying oh Lord. Who can understand it? But in verse 68. Of John 6. But Simon Peter answered him. Lord. Lord. To whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. Lord, to whom shall we go? You're saying, do you want to go also? You're asking us to go?

I'm asking you, Lord, where shall we go? Because we've realized that the words of eternal life are only with you. They are nowhere else to be found but in you. Even though you speak eternal words, eternal life, your words are eternal life. Even though you speak and we believe that your words are eternal life. Yet we understand nothing.

Yet we fathom nothing. Yet we comprehend nothing. But we chose to stay because in you life eternal lies. That is an upright heart's reply my beloved. Now. Question. Who can remain with the Lord Jesus while failing to grasp his words? I'll ask it again. Who can remain with the Lord Jesus yet they are understanding nothing of what he is saying? Who can remain with the Lord? Let me put it this way. When you go to a place and you don't understand anything, are you going to stay there or are you going to leave? I'm asking you, come on. You leave, isn't it? It's only normal. It's only natural to leave because I'm not relating. I'm not understanding.

Why should I go and stay in a place where I'm understanding nothing? The moment you don't understand, you pack yourself and leave. And you will never go back to that place ever again. True or not? True or not? Now, when you go to the Lord Jesus and follow Him, live with Him, live for Him, and you become a true disciple of the Lord Jesus, you will not understand what the Lord is saying, what the Lord is doing, yet you remain with Him. How are you able to remain with Him, yet you don't understand anything from Him?

Who can tell me? The only way is to be patient. By your patience, possess your souls. Through your patience, gain your souls. Through your patience, gain salvation. Possess your soul, meaning you will deliver yourself if you have patience with the Lord. Are you with me? We need patience, my beloved. By your patience, possess your souls. Luke 21, 19. This is why, my beloved, Luke 21, 19 is connected with Psalm 32, 11. By your patience, possess your souls. My beloved, now we are living in something called the kingdom of Christ and His patience. Now we are living in something called the kingdom of Christ and His patience. After we leave this body, when the Spirit leaves this body, we will go to another thing called the kingdom of Christ

and His glory. On earth, here, while we are here on earth, we are living in the kingdom of Christ and His patience. Saint John says it so beautifully in the book of Revelation chapter 1 verse 9. He says, I, John, both your brother and companion in the tribulation and kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ. So when we are still living on earth, while the spirit is in the body, we are living the kingdom of Christ and his patience.

You want to live Christ's glory, you better be patient on earth in order to gain glory at the end. Since we are living in the kingdom of Christ and His patience, then he who endures, he who is patient, endures, to the end shall be saved. Matthew 24, 13. The Lord Jesus said it. He who endures, endures meaning being patient.

He who endures till the end will be saved. Matthew 24, 13. My beloved, So many times things come our way sent by the Lord Jesus. Let me tell you this. Not everything that comes your way is from Satan. The Lord sends it. So please don't blame Satan all the time. You have to be fair even when it gets to your enemy. Be fair with him. Give him a break. Yeah.

So there are things that come our way. We think it's from Satan, but no, it is directly from the Lord himself. So many things come our way from the Lord Jesus, yet we are not convinced by them. We are not convinced by them. So what happens? We keep on asking, why did the Lord do this? Why did the Lord allow for this? Why did the Lord break my heart? I was going to marry Rachel. And he took Rachel away from me, yet I begged him. I prayed for two years to marry Rachel. Well, you didn't do as well as our father Jacob. Our father Jacob, he begged the Lord for 14 years to marry Rachel.

So I begged the Lord, I want to marry Rachel. I begged the Lord, I wanted to pass the exam and I failed. I didn't get what I wanted. Why? Why? Did the Lord break my heart? Why, why, why is a word never stops? Never stops being invoked by these lips. Why? Listen, my child, whatever the circumstances, are, whatever your circumstances are, don't you ever dare to move and walk away from the Lord Jesus. I'll say it again. Whatever your circumstances are, whether it's hell, whether it's heaven, whatever is going on, yet you can't make any sense of what is happening.

I thought I knew so and so. I thought I was going to be prosperous. I said I'm going to pray because this is what we hear from the church leaders, from the preachers. Ask and it shall be given to you. Pray and you shall receive. Well, I prayed and I asked and everything I received was totally contradictive to my way of thinking. This is why whatever the circumstances are where you can't make any sense of them, don't you dare move and walk away from the Lord Jesus like many disciples did. Like many disciples did. You need and must believe that he is Jesus Christ. That he is the only one who can bring you into his kingdom.

You need and must believe that Jesus Christ is the only one who can bring you into his kingdom. For he is the way, the truth, and the life. John 14.6 You must believe in this. And let your heart be upright and follow Him. In other words, who is that upright heart? It's the heart that walks in one path.

And that path better be Jesus Christ. That is an upright heart. When you follow in the footsteps of the Lord Jesus. For there is only one way. There is not many ways. All roads leads to Rome. Sorry. All people worship the same God. Sorry. There is only one way to God. His name is Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Period. Period. Period.

So you can't be here, there, and everywhere like Old MacDonald had a farm. You cannot afford Old MacDonald had a farm. Leave Old MacDonald to his farm, please. And you follow the Lord Jesus. The upright heart is the heart that walks in one way, the way of Christ. That is an upright heart. And look at the Lord Jesus in John 13, 7. Look what he's saying to all of us. By the way, even the person who's preaching to you has no idea what is going on.

But you better trust. You better trust the Lord. So many times, I don't know what's happening. I always recall Padre Pio saying, In this instance, and I'm sure many saints would have said the same thing, but I just happened to see, to watch his movie. And out of that entire movie, I don't know how long it was, two and a half hours, I can't remember. It was a beautiful movie about his life story. But one thing is engraved in the crevices of my soul. Engraved there.

I will never forget it. And every time I remember Padre Pio. And I pray it's always. And every time I speak about Padre Pio. Only one thing out of the entire movie comes to mind. At the very last day of his life on earth. This bishop who was sent by the Vatican. To go and make sure that Padre Pio is not a fake bishop. Christian because he had the stigmata appeared on his body the Lord Jesus said I'm going to give you my wounds for 50 years he carried them 50 years pain unbearable non-stop 24 7 for 50 years so they sent this bishop to say that you're a fake this bishop gave Padre Pio a barbecue treat The last day, Padre Pio was passing away.

He was exhausted. The bishop said, For God's sake, tell me who are you? I want to have my own rest as well. I want to have closure to this case. I'm losing sleep. I'm losing my mind. Tell me, Pio, who are you? Padre Pio looked at heaven and said this, This powerful statement only an upright heart can say. Like Simon Peter. He looked at heaven and then he looked at that bishop. He said, I wish I could tell you who I am. I don't know who I am.

For I am a mystery to my own self. Wow. I don't know who I am. For I am a mystery to my own self. You know why my beloved Padre Pio said this? Of course, because he followed the Lord Jesus with an upright heart. He walked in the way of Christ. When Padre Pio at the age of 84 looked back all the way to his childhood. He says, that child I know it is me. But is that child this person now? No, I don't know who I am compared to that child. When I was a young man, I don't know who I am now compared to that young man. Because when I follow the Lord, what the Lord had done in my life. My intellect cannot fathom, but I chose to remain with him even though I understood nothing what the Lord was doing in me. But

I trusted in the Grand Weaver. I trusted in the Grand Weaver that whatever he's doing, yet I'm not understanding, it is all good at the end. It's all good. It's all good. And the Lord Jesus says to Padre Pio, to me and to all of us in John 13, 7. What I am doing, you do not understand now. But you will know after this. What I am doing now, you do not understand. But you will later. You will later when I bring you home. And then you'll understand why All of those things came your way. My beloved.

Things now may be difficult. And may seem unfair. Things now in your life. May be to somewhat degree very difficult. And they may seem very unfair. But at the end you will understand. You will understand. One. How the Lord dealt with you. Two. in order to save you, three, and bring you to the Father's house. Later you will understand how the Lord dealt with you in order to save you and bring you to His Father's house. When you realize this afterwards, while you're in heaven with the Lord, you will say, this was definitely unbelievable. This was definitely unbelievable.

How God puts things together, unbelievable. How God operates, unbelievable. How God thinks, unbelievable. How God walks, unbelievable. How God moves, unbelievable. I was trying while on earth frantically to get Some sort of an insight, clarification of what is happening in my life. Yet, and I blamed God so many times.

Why are you doing this to me? Why are you so difficult with me? You look, you seem like an enemy to me. You don't want your daughter to be happy? God, what's wrong? You don't want your son to be successful. Why? Why? Why? Why? Not realizing God did it so perfectly, so eloquently, so majestically to bring you home. So when he didn't end up marrying Rachel, thank him. Actually, speaking of this, not marrying Rachel, I just want to tell you this joke.

Just to break the ice a little bit, you're kind of looking very serious there. And it's good to be serious sometimes. Not always, but sometimes. This doctor decided to go to a mental hospital to check on the people there. So the doctor walks in. He sees this guy holding a stick and bashing himself with the stick. So the doctor asked, he said, what's wrong with this poor man?

Why is he bashing himself? he said well this man loved this girl so so so deep and so much he wanted to marry her but her parents disapproved of it and never gave him their daughter so he ended up losing his mind And then he walked into another room and he saw this man banging his head against the wall. He said, and what's wrong with this man?

He said, this man married that girl. So my beloved, when you ended up not marrying Rachel, maybe God was protecting you from banging your head against the wall later on. Don't be stubborn. Don't say why. Just Trust and let your heart be upright. Follow in the footsteps of the good shepherd. Because he knows what is good for you and what is not. Even if it comes your way in a painful way. Trust the Lord. It is for your own goodness and salvation. Amen. Well, we thank the Lord that some of us did not bang our heads against the wall. It was definitely unbelievable how the Lord worked in my life. Or in this life which He gave me. The Grand Weaver. The Grand Weaver who weaved you in your own mother's womb. A human being, the

way this human being comes into this perfection is no short of the hands of the Grand Weaver. How this cell forms into a human being in this womb. Nothing short of a miracle. The hands of the grand weaver. The one who weaved you in your mother's womb. He is capable of weaving you. And bringing you into perfection.

To bring you into the kingdom of God. At the end. He's capable. He's capable my beloved. To bring you into the kingdom of God. Because in Matthew 5, verse 48, it says, Be perfect, the Lord is saying, be perfect just as your Father in heaven is perfect. You want to make it to heaven? You need to be perfect like God. And the only one who can perfect you and make you perfect like God is the hands of the Good Shepherd. Weaving you together and bringing you into perfection so that you can enter God's kingdom. So let him do it. Stop upsetting him. Stop. Stop it. Look at this. The Lord Jesus himself, the Lord Jesus himself, all glory to his holy and mighty name. I'll ask you this. Why did the Lord Jesus come to this world?

To be what? To be what in this world? He came to this world to be. A position. What is that position? Starts with a K. To be king. To be king. Yes. The Lord Jesus came and said the kingdom of heaven is at hand. If the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Well the kingdom has a king. So the Lord Jesus came to this world to be king.

Over you. And everything you have. So the Lord Jesus came to be king. Well. Two wanted to make Jesus king. One was Satan, the other one was people. Satan came to the Lord Jesus and he said, I will give you all the kingdoms of the world and their glory if you fall down and worship me. Then Jesus said to him, away with you, Satan, for it is written, you shall worship the Lord your God and him only you shall serve. Be gone, Satan. You're not going to make me king. And then another occasion, the Lord Jesus fed thousands of people They came chasing him and they were intending to making him king over their life. They said, if he becomes our king, we're not going to starve anymore.

We don't need to work anymore because whatever we need, he'll give us. Looks like this guy is a miracle doer. So we make him king and we will live like kings. The Lord Jesus said to them, you did not follow me because you believed in me, but because your tummies got filled. I don't want people like that. To be king over. Why? The Lord Jesus rejected both offers. From Satan and people. Why? Because the Lord Jesus says. My father is the one who made me king. Not you Satan.

Not you people. It was my father who made me king. He made me king a long time ago. Look at this Psalm. Psalm number 2 verses 6 to 8. Look at King David. He says, yet I have set my king over my holy hill of Zion. Yet I have set my king on my holy hill of Zion. Who is speaking here? God the Father. Yet I have set my king on my holy hill of Zion. I will declare the decree the Lord has said to me. You are my son. The Lord has said to me, you are my son. So who is the Lord? God the Father said to Jesus Christ, the son of God. You are my son. Today I have begotten you. Ask of me and I will give you the nations for your inheritance and the ends of the earth for your possession.

I have set my king on my holy hill of Zion. God the Father made Jesus Christ king over all a long time ago. God the Father promised, my son, you will be king over all nations. The Lord Jesus was patient with the Father's promise. The Father said, you are my son, you'll be king over all nations. The Lord Jesus was patient with this promise. When did the Lord Jesus become king? When he was? Well done. When the Lord was nailed on the cross. That moment he reigned.

That moment he reigned. So God the Father said you'll be king. but through the cross. Why? Why can't I just be king with glory? Why the cross? He did not question. The Lord Jesus said, Not everyone who says, Lord, Lord, shall enter the kingdom of God, but he who does the will of my Father shall enter. I came To do the will of my father. The will of whom has sent me. I came to live not for me.

But for my father. Then whatever my father has chosen for me. Into in my path. I am happy. My heart is upright. My heart is with my dad. That's why I rejoice. I rejoice. And because I put my dad's word before my own feelings, I am glad I'm righteous. By the way, the Lord Jesus as a human being had a human being feelings. So somebody said a nasty word to him, he got upset. Somebody slapped him, he got hurt. He cried, he was hungry, he had to sleep.

Like a human being. So he had human feelings. But he chose to put God's word before his own feelings. That's why he was glad always, righteous. And because he was righteous, it led him to the second point, upright in heart. His heart walked in only one way, the father's way, no other way. Not his way, not anyone else's, not Satan's, not human's, not his own, but his dad's way.

That's why he rejoiced. He rejoiced. And because he was patient with the Father's will, he gained his soul at the end. The Father raised him from the dead in glory. The Father raised him from the dead in glory. Those who ridiculed him, made fun of him, spat at him, kicked him, punched him, dragged him in the streets of Jerusalem.

On Good Friday, all of them trembled and fell from their thrones on Sunday resurrection. One will say, I'm not happy in my marriage. I wish I had never gotten married. Wishful thinking, get a life. Right? Just wake up to yourself and get a life. One will say, I wish I was never a bishop. Too late, brother. You're wearing, you are the man of the cloth. Too late. One would say, I wish I could get married. This guy definitely lost his marbles. We always wish for things that whether should have happened or should have never happened. But we never focus on thank you Lord for everything. How about this? Thank you Lord for everything. We need to learn.

When are we going to learn? We need to learn. And stop dwelling on the dark past of yours. Stop dwelling on the wrong decisions you've made. You've made them. They're gone. Dust them off and walk away. Go forward. Stop living a fantasy. Stop chasing the mirage. There is no water. Face reality. And when you face reality, thank Him for what you have. Because you don't know what Jesus Christ is doing now in your life. You will understand later. So the husband you're not happy with, maybe it was from the Lord. Because maybe through this man, the Lord was trying to teach you something that was weak in you. Maybe he didn't have patience. So the Lord is trying to teach you to be patient. Maybe if you had an angel of a husband, you would

have been a lost soul away from the Lord. But that difficult husband brought you close to the Lord. Hallelujah. And the same thing to you, my son. Thank God for the lovely wife that you have. And thank God for what you have. If you can't afford to buy a house, so be it. What does it benefit a man if he gains the whole world and loses himself at the end? So many people live in mansions but live in misery. Why? Those mansions are empty of the Lord.

So many people drive Ferraris, Lamborghinis and expensive cars. But are empty from within. Because let me tell you this. The only one, the only one, the only one who can fill the within is God. And I've said this before and I'll say it again. Close your eyes for a moment. What do you see? Endless space. Incredible. We are a minute piece of dust. We are so tiny, it's not a joke. But this tiny, minute piece of dust human being, when they close their eyes, they see infinite space. You know why you see infinite space? Because the one who created you, God, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, one in nature, one in essence, the one who created you says, I have allowed that infinite space to be in you when you close your

eyes to tell you, my child, that infinite space no one can fill but the infinite God. But the infinite God. That's why when you try to Make yourself happy. When you are seeking happiness. When you are seeking whatever in this world. Remember. Whatever the world offers you. It is external. And what is external can never fill the internal. For the external is temporal. But the internal is eternal. Only the eternal God fills from within. But. Externally, whatever your circumstances are saying to you, they are against what God's promises, but choose to put God's promise before your own feelings and your own circumstances. When you put God's word before your circumstances, you have achieved the external achievement. Now you

will be glad because now you are seen in the eyes of God as righteous. The one who puts God's promise before their own sincere and true feelings. And when you walk in His path, you'll have an upright heart. When you follow Christ, the only way, and there is no other way but Him. Don't falter between ways. There's only one way. That is Jesus Christ of Nazareth. When you follow the Lord wholeheartedly, you've got an upright heart.

You will rejoice. When you rejoice, the Lord Jesus says, this joy of yours, the world cannot take from you. They'll persecute you. They'll go against you. They will bring out all the nasty things about you. But from inside, you are dancing, brother. I'm rejoicing. No matter what is happening outside, from within, God gave me his joy because my heart was upright in his way. Amen. Through your patience, gain your souls. Be patient with the Lord. Don't forget, as Christians on earth, we are living in the kingdom of Christ and his patience. So sometimes things will not go the way we want them. Sometimes, you know, the waves will come and strike us left, right, and center.

But be patient because the Lord promised, I will never leave you orphans. I am with you all the days of your life and until the end of all ages. I am with you all the days of your life. I've said it before and I'll say it again. I am with you all the days of your life. What does that mean? Think about it, my beloved son and daughter.

I am with you all the days of your life. The question is, are we with the Lord all the days of our lives? No, the Lord says, but I am. I am with you on the day that you were with me and I am still with you on the day that you walked away and denied me. I never denied you. I am with you when you were faithful and I am with you when you were unfaithful to me.

I am with you when you were in the church and I am with you when you were in the bosom of Satan. I never walked away. Because I promised. But you see, when you walked away from me, you remained in darkness. When you looked at yourself, you are living in total darkness. You said, why did God leave me?

I didn't. You did. I didn't. You did. If you genuinely sit within yourself and believe, Check everything from within genuinely and honestly. You'll realize it very clearly. You walked away from me. I never did, never have, never will. So, from now on, Lord, help me and teach me to be patient in whatever is happening in my life. I entrust you my life. I entrust you my whole being.

I entrust you with everything I have. Because at the end, Lord, everything is yours. Nothing is mine. This body is not mine. These clothes are not mine. The church is not mine. The cross is not mine. The crown is not mine. The throne is not mine. The altar is not mine. The body and the blood are not mine. Everything is the Lord's. The Grand Weaver. He's making something beautiful out of you. Trust Him. Amen. God bless you. Now, a reminder.

Two weeks from today, we're going to start a series of talks about relationships. We're going to call it Relationship Increase. So it's going to be on the 10th of July. Please bring your brother, your sister, your dad, your mom, your grandma, your grandpa, your uncle, your auntie, your friends, your colleagues. I don't know, bring the whole tribe if you wish. Especially like Middle Eastern people are all tribal, you know. Even Italians and others, they are all tribal.

That's beautiful. It's beautiful. Family orientated. That's what Australia misses and lacks. Family. The day Europe, the Western world, the day the Western world lost track of family bond and value, gone with the wind. They lost their own identities. See, what makes you a human is family. If there was no family, where would you come from? Adam and Steve can't.

It's got to be Adam and Eve. Family is foundational. Foundational. That's where the church begins. At home. At home, my dear. So God willing, in a fortnight time, we'll start the Relationship in Christ series. Please bring more people. God willing, I pray that it's going to be beneficial for all of us. Even though we may bang our head on the wall afterwards and say, what have I done to myself?

But it doesn't matter. You've learned something. Never too late. God bless you. Keep you. Guide you and protect you all the days of your life. And may your heart be upright in the way of Christ. And may you be glad In righteousness for putting his word. The promise that he made for you and for me and for all of us. Before our circumstances, our feelings, our emotions.

Put the Lord first. For you shall be glad. And you will be rejoicing when you put your heart in his way. Amen. Let's stand for the finale prayer please. In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. One God. Amen. Lord make me an instrument of your peace. whether it's hatred, let me so love, whether it's injury, pardon, whether it's doubt, faith, whether it's despair, hope, whether it's darkness, light, whether it's sadness, joy, or divine master, grant that I may not so much seek to be consoled as to console, to be understood as to understand, to be loved as to love, for it is in giving that we receive, it is in pardoning that we are pardoned, it is in dying that we are born again to eternal life. Amen. May the

Lord Jesus bless you, guide you, and protect you all the days of your life, now and forevermore. Amen.
