S4 Episode 3: Norma Rae

In 1978, a southern textile factory worker decides she can no longer tolerate the deplorable working conditions the employees are being forced to endure. She teams up with a visiting labor union organizer and sets out on the difficult, and sometimes dangerous endeavor of unionizing her workplace.
