The Walker: Boots in the Basement Window

The Walker: Boots in the Basement Window

At one in the morning in a small Norwegian town, a deliberate, rhythmic sound moved through the forest behind a basement apartment. It wasn't an animal, nor the wind, but something with weight and purpose, stopping only when it chose to. What was this mysterious presence that left behind only the unsettling image of worn boots in a window?
