Rachel Navarre is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science (bridgew.edu/department/political-science) and Master of Public Administration Program (bridgew.edu/mpa) at Bridgewater State University. Matthew Rhodes-Purdy is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at Clemson University.
