Ken explains that CIRP is a peer-to-peer program under the Pilot Assistance Committee and describes CIRP’s role in assisting fellow FedEx pilots. He emphasizes the level of confidentiality given when a pilot contacts them for assistance and the best way to reach out to a CIRP volunteer.
