This is the second episode in a series that will focus on R&I.Kevin and James discuss the Market-Based Cash Balance Plan from TA 1 and the associated FAE cap increases that were part of our legacy pension plan. This podcast serves as an educational piece. The MEC tasked the R&I Committee to educate the crewforce on retirement options available to pilots. This episode will offer information on what was offered in TA 1.
