Shownotes

This week I speak with photographer Michael Muller about the drive to create images that haven’t been taken before. After shooting millions of photographs, Michael talks about what still pushes him to pick up the camera and what he is willing to risk in pursuit of a truly unique image.
We talk about his experiences photographing sharks and how encounters with great white sharks shaped the way he thinks about fear, control and creativity. We also discuss his work with celebrities in Hollywood, capturing the Taliban and their horses, and why building real connection with the people in front of his camera is essential to capturing honest moments.
