[SPEAKER_01]: Five, six, seven, eight. [SPEAKER_01]: Star's Halloween. [SPEAKER_00]: Woo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoo [SPEAKER_00]: Hi everybody, welcome back to Gilmour to say with Terran Haley.

[SPEAKER_00]: I'm Terran. [SPEAKER_00]: This is Haley. [SPEAKER_00]: Hi, Haley. [SPEAKER_00]: Hi, Terran. [SPEAKER_00]: Happy Halloween. [SPEAKER_00]: Halloween. [SPEAKER_00]: Star's Halloween. [SPEAKER_00]: Star's Halloween. [SPEAKER_00]: Haley, we're in any of them. [SPEAKER_00]: Pick one. [SPEAKER_00]: It's yours.

[SPEAKER_00]: Yes. [SPEAKER_00]: Pick a team. [SPEAKER_00]: Pick a win. [SPEAKER_00]: Pick a win. [SPEAKER_00]: Pick a win. [SPEAKER_00]: Pick a wien, it needs you. [SPEAKER_00]: You have whatever kind of wien you want, baby. [SPEAKER_00]: It's true. [SPEAKER_01]: It's true. [SPEAKER_01]: Halloween's this weekend.

[SPEAKER_00]: What are you doing for Halloween? [SPEAKER_01]: Well, of course we're integrating with the littles. [SPEAKER_01]: You know, I like to make a like a spread for everyone for the adults. [SPEAKER_01]: Slash here. [SPEAKER_01]: I made spooky apples. [SPEAKER_01]: Um. [SPEAKER_01]: And everyone hated them because it turned their fingers and mouth purple.

[SPEAKER_00]: Um. [SPEAKER_01]: So I'm going to find something new like that to ruin everyone's life with. [SPEAKER_01]: And in new way that they're not expecting. [SPEAKER_01]: But I like to make a little a little feast so before everyone goes out trick or treating, we all have something to eat but then have some snacks to munch on when the kids come back and count all their candy and see what they got.

[SPEAKER_01]: Then we have to sample the candy to make sure it's not poisoned, which is so much fun. [SPEAKER_01]: I don't know what I'm dressing as yet, but my sister's kids and her and her husband they're going as power Rangers. [SPEAKER_01]: Cute. [SPEAKER_01]: We asked some of you if she wanted to be a princess and she said pink power Ranger, every time we were like Belle, pink power Ranger.

[SPEAKER_01]: It's like that, John Mayer, [SPEAKER_01]: Courtney Kardashian. [SPEAKER_01]: She wants to be a pink power anchor. [SPEAKER_01]: So she's super excited about that. [SPEAKER_01]: Cute. [SPEAKER_01]: I think Kyle's gonna be Elmo because he's in an Elmo era at the moment. [SPEAKER_01]: So of course, Mandy's gonna be a big bird.

[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god. [SPEAKER_01]: I think my brother's gonna be the cookie monster. [SPEAKER_01]: Um, I know I'm very excited and I wanted to be part of their costumes But I don't want to be a power reader and I don't I don't I don't know I want to be like I guess I could be a Sesame Street character But I don't know I really want to wear a little blue wig like poppy did in people we meet on vacation fun Okay, I don't know what I would be I guess I could be poppy with a little blue wig on but [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I guess you could.

[SPEAKER_00]: You'd be like a really fun spunky version of Grover. [SPEAKER_00]: I guess it could be. [SPEAKER_01]: I think that's so fair. [SPEAKER_01]: I can be spunky Grover. [SPEAKER_00]: And you know, I think it's a spunky like Grover. [SPEAKER_00]: It's true. [SPEAKER_00]: But we'll all decide.

[SPEAKER_00]: I'll screw the friendly Grouch. [SPEAKER_00]: Or is it friendly? [SPEAKER_00]: I'll screw the, just the gouch, I think. [SPEAKER_00]: Just the gouch, just the gouch. [SPEAKER_01]: I could also be the count or like abicadabbi. [SPEAKER_01]: The count. [SPEAKER_01]: The other thing I could be is Rocco, who is almost enemy, of course.

[SPEAKER_01]: Oh. [SPEAKER_01]: But I would just be a rock. [SPEAKER_00]: You know, this. [SPEAKER_01]: I don't know, that's what I want to be. [SPEAKER_00]: So I have my name in the kit to get castes the rock in their physical performance of whatever show, rock number three, rock number three. [SPEAKER_01]: I'm a draw holder, draw holder number three.

[SPEAKER_00]: I love that video. [SPEAKER_00]: It's a classic one. [SPEAKER_00]: I love that kid so much I want his attitude and his outlook of life. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, the really that's that outlook on life to have you guys haven't seen Dora number three child. [SPEAKER_01]: Just oh, but yeah, I don't know.

[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know what I'm going to be, but I'm going to be something and we'll just have to wait and see. [SPEAKER_01]: Cool. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: What about you? [SPEAKER_01]: You've got a big day the next day. [SPEAKER_00]: Well, my husband, we'll have a big day of the next day at this point when this episode airs, he will be mine.

[SPEAKER_00]: He will be your husband. [SPEAKER_00]: He's not yet, but not right now. [SPEAKER_01]: We record this, but for that little being, it'd be your first, you should be a wife for Halloween. [SPEAKER_01]: I will. [SPEAKER_00]: Perfect. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't have to do anything. [SPEAKER_00]: I just don't just show up and show everybody my ring.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_00]: Brett Theola is running the New York City Marathon the next day and because of that, we are staying inside. [SPEAKER_00]: But, [SPEAKER_00]: in our building. [SPEAKER_00]: They do a sign up for secret readers. [SPEAKER_00]: So we found out the other day because like you have to sign you can sign up so that you know you don't just have like random people knocking on the door and you're just like go way get off my and get off my little door man carpet in front of my apartment door.

[SPEAKER_00]: But we want them to calm me want like we've been so excited when we moved in like seeing all the kids that live here and and just like how family oriented this building is We were really excited about the prospect of of how many it's part. [SPEAKER_00]: It's a scene where they're costumes, and I don't know We're so excited.

[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm gonna have to like Carl Luna somewhere just so she doesn't run out because she probably would he's gonna hate it [SPEAKER_00]: No, she's going to love it. [SPEAKER_00]: She loves when the door opens, but that's because she wants to make it a good guy. [SPEAKER_00]: She's going to hate it because she can't go outside.

[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yeah. [SPEAKER_00]: Exactly. [SPEAKER_01]: I feel like Brett, like the concept or trick or treat, like he, you're very, like, let's give them a treat. [SPEAKER_01]: Brett feels like maybe it's a trick this time. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, totally. [SPEAKER_00]: But we're gonna have fun, but we're keeping it low-key because of course I don't know yet.

[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not sure I'm gonna think about it. [SPEAKER_01]: I'm gonna put a little hat on I might put something on. [SPEAKER_00]: Yes, which vibe or like a little nose and some whiskers and be a little kitty cat I don't know we'll see be Luna. [SPEAKER_00]: I can I can open the door holding Tara and Luna can meet me That's actually great Little wig a little blonde wig.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, she can be spunky [SPEAKER_01]: Tara. [SPEAKER_00]: It's funky Halloween. [SPEAKER_00]: It is a funky Halloween. [SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, that's our plan, and I'm excited, but yeah, I think we'll just be the whole week decompressing for a wedding weekend and getting ready for marathon weekend.

[SPEAKER_00]: And it's going to be great. [SPEAKER_01]: It's going to be so much fun. [SPEAKER_01]: It's going to be a fun time. [SPEAKER_01]: Get all your movie watching in, get all your candy eating in, and then go around 26.2 miles. [SPEAKER_00]: not you, not me. [SPEAKER_00]: No, but I have my science, I have my science like ideas ready to go.

[SPEAKER_00]: I just have to get all of the materials and I just round up all the people. [SPEAKER_01]: Exactly. [SPEAKER_01]: Why are one person to do this? [SPEAKER_00]: I think mine that I'm really excited about is going to say feel the burn. [SPEAKER_00]: So I'm going to try to like organize people because everyone, you know, we have a ton of friends who live around the city who are hopefully going to be along the marathon route to like cheer him on.

[SPEAKER_00]: And so I'm hoping to like organize people to have different signs. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_00]: So I got to talk to them after the wedding. [SPEAKER_00]: Maybe I'll talk to them about it at the wedding. [SPEAKER_00]: Who's to say? [SPEAKER_00]: Who's to say a little distracted? [SPEAKER_01]: My what?

[SPEAKER_00]: You're right. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you're right. [SPEAKER_00]: Nothing's going on. [SPEAKER_00]: Nothing's going on that day, but [SPEAKER_00]: Anyway, if you could not already tell, it stars Halloween. [SPEAKER_00]: We loved to do any annual stars Halloween episode every year. [SPEAKER_00]: The last couple years we did clue because last year we were making up for the year before and we both had the flu.

[SPEAKER_00]: And recorded star, we recorded clue. [SPEAKER_00]: And it was good, but it was we were both just like it was bad. [SPEAKER_01]: It was good, but it was bad. [SPEAKER_01]: And then we tried again last year and it was fun, but I really want to do it in person. [SPEAKER_01]: I think that's really what's missing from that element of it.

[SPEAKER_00]: And interestingly, we will be in person together before this episode airs next week. [SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, but not in a podcast way. [SPEAKER_00]: Not in a podcast more in like a social friend way, which is quite fun, which I'm excited about. [SPEAKER_01]: But yeah, I think that because I also really want to play guess who.

[SPEAKER_01]: There's like so many things in person that would be very fine. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I'm going to start. [SPEAKER_00]: But we are confined to our virtualness right now. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, but there is a version of Halloween. [SPEAKER_01]: The couple of people have been missing. [SPEAKER_01]: Starts Halloween.

[SPEAKER_01]: A little fan. [SPEAKER_00]: fiction. [SPEAKER_00]: A little fan fiction episode. [SPEAKER_00]: People have been asking for it the last couple of years. [SPEAKER_00]: They're like, I love your stars Halloween fan fiction episode from what was that 2022. [SPEAKER_00]: I think that was our first star's Halloween We did for for 2020 three or maybe we did do that for 2023.

[SPEAKER_00]: 2024 was clue a temp number one 25 was clue a temp number two [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know. [SPEAKER_01]: I don't know back. [SPEAKER_01]: There's only one way to find out. [SPEAKER_01]: It's a risk to look. [SPEAKER_01]: It's actually love. [SPEAKER_01]: But there's no way to know. [SPEAKER_01]: There's actually no way to know.

[SPEAKER_01]: But this year we wanted to bring back that idea of fan fiction because like people people have told me before they've gone back and brie listen to that. [SPEAKER_01]: I never have. [SPEAKER_01]: I've no idea what happened. [SPEAKER_01]: I have no idea what we did. [SPEAKER_00]: Me too. [SPEAKER_00]: Me too.

[SPEAKER_00]: In a row. [SPEAKER_01]: You know what? [SPEAKER_01]: Now that I'm thinking about it, I do think that we did, too, because I think we did a season five. [SPEAKER_00]: Well, last year we did the Star's Halloween dinner, which was Laura Lai has invited the town to a giant over the top slumber party for Christmas Halloween.

[SPEAKER_00]: We did clue Bracebridge dinner style, right? [SPEAKER_00]: And then the year before that, we did clue proper, and it was a film by Kirk. [SPEAKER_00]: Halloween in Star's Hollow was 2022 and that was a fan fiction episode. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay. [SPEAKER_00]: I do not for the life of me. [SPEAKER_00]: Remember what we did in 2023.

[SPEAKER_00]: In 2023, we did a tale of Gilmour's and Murder. [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, we did like a Friday night dinner one. [SPEAKER_00]: We did, we did like a Friday night dinner murder mystery kind of thing. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so that's what we did in 2023 that we did clue two years and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row and a row

[SPEAKER_01]: ideas or just, yes, there are anything sort of planned. [SPEAKER_01]: And this kind of came from bucket of names from last episode where we were like, what if we just like kind of improved the Halloween episode? [SPEAKER_01]: Because of course, there's no true dedicated Halloween episode in Gilmar rolls, which I feel like there should be because it's a very [SPEAKER_01]: that I, it needs one.

[SPEAKER_01]: And so we're going to give it one. [SPEAKER_01]: And so I have all of these little buckets and mugs and bowls and little tiny compartments. [SPEAKER_01]: If you're on YouTube, you could see me holding all of those up. [SPEAKER_01]: If you were on audio, just imagine it and mugs. [SPEAKER_01]: that I just lifted things up and so we're going to pick what season it is is going to be random, what is happening is going to be a little random, why kind of what is like town event, Friday night dinner, maybe both, but then there's offshoots of those of like, is there a town meeting about it?

[SPEAKER_01]: Is there not? [SPEAKER_01]: Is Emily there? [SPEAKER_01]: Is Richard there? [SPEAKER_01]: There's like all these little [SPEAKER_01]: You know, things that we need to decide, but we also have to know who is contracted for this episode as we write it, because that's kind of how we're deciding the characters that are going to be in the Warlight and Roy Storylines based on who we pull from Bucketown names, but that is the people that are, you know, that the beginning of the season they got [SPEAKER_00]: I'm excited.

[SPEAKER_00]: You are the agent. [SPEAKER_01]: I am the agent and I am also the WB as it turns out. [SPEAKER_00]: And that is my hand, the sighting, all of this. [SPEAKER_01]: Because without a refund, it's kind of like fanfiction improv. [SPEAKER_01]: Based on these circumstances that we have before.

[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I was telling you about it last night. [SPEAKER_00]: I was like, we're doing this kind of kind of something we've done before, but with a little bit of a twist, kind of acting like these are the people who were contractor for this episode. [SPEAKER_00]: He really liked that. [SPEAKER_00]: He thought that was fun.

[SPEAKER_01]: Fine, I'm glad. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, why hope that more than just him, I hope that you all enjoy this as well because yeah, this could be a mess. [SPEAKER_00]: Well, we're going to find out. [SPEAKER_00]: We're going to find out aren't we, but before we get into that, we want to tell us you guys know what if you were in the Orlando area, we are going to be doing an event in Orlando in December.

[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm very excited. [SPEAKER_00]: I get to come back, Haley's already there, but I get to come back and it's going to be a lot of fun. [SPEAKER_00]: We had an event in Orlando with the new Romantics back in February, and we are so grateful that they connected us with the collective corner, which is who we're working with for this event in December.

[SPEAKER_00]: And it's going to be a lot of fun at this time that we're recording it. [SPEAKER_00]: We don't have all the details ironed out, but I also imagine by the time this episode is released, we're going to have info posted on socials posted in our show notes. [SPEAKER_00]: So it's taking place December 13th.

[SPEAKER_00]: Really hope to see you guys there. [SPEAKER_00]: It's going to be like our favorite style of how we do live events now, which is like community based with a little bit of podcast element, a little bit of trivia. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_00]: So make sure that you check it out and we'll talk a little bit more about the specifics next week.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I can't wait. [SPEAKER_01]: I'm so excited to be in Orlando and if you guys are in Orlando and you know about the collective corner, you know that it is going to be a fantastic afternoon. [SPEAKER_01]: It's going to be in downtown Oakland, which is near winter garden, but very cute small town vibes.

[SPEAKER_01]: Um, and what's great about December and Orlando, you know what, it's gonna feel like fall. [SPEAKER_01]: It is going to feel like a fall breeze coming through maybe, maybe it'll feel like summer. [SPEAKER_01]: You never know. [SPEAKER_01]: So, that's kind of exciting about Orlando is doing a proper fall event.

[SPEAKER_01]: It's like 90 degrees, but doing a winter holiday event. [SPEAKER_01]: Maybe it'll feel like that, um, sweater weather that you crave so much from tomorrow's. [SPEAKER_01]: Who's to say? [SPEAKER_01]: Who knows? [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, we're really excited. [SPEAKER_00]: And again, we'll have more information to share.

[SPEAKER_00]: next week. [SPEAKER_00]: Can we? [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, but anyway, let's get into Star's Halloween. [SPEAKER_00]: It's starting to come back to me now like the fan fiction that we created in 2022, at least because of the spooktacular. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, remember the life and death brigade part of it.

[SPEAKER_00]: I don't remember that. [SPEAKER_00]: I just remember that Taylor Docey needed help with something. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't quite remember. [SPEAKER_00]: There was like a haunted house situation. [SPEAKER_00]: Yes. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: The life and death brigade helped worry with it.

[SPEAKER_00]: Okay. [SPEAKER_00]: All right. [SPEAKER_00]: That's kind of coming back to me. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_00]: It's interesting because like I don't want to be redundant because we've done this before. [SPEAKER_00]: But there's a part of me that's like, if I was, I don't think I'd remember.

[SPEAKER_01]: No, I almost remember nothing like I only remember like it was we kind of stole something from season seven where they Was it like haunted house it wasn't hey bell maze, but it was about to reaction to the haunted house She was like whoa yeah, yeah, that was like the only thing that I remember and I remember it was because of life and Duff Brigade showed up in a flirtish way flirtatious way between Logan and Rory [SPEAKER_01]: That's as much as I remember, not a single other moment.

[SPEAKER_00]: Don't really, I remember the spoutacular, because I remember making a designing something on Canva for socials for the spoutacular, and they're like kids trick or treating and stuff. [SPEAKER_00]: And I remember that, and I vaguely remember the one in 2023. [SPEAKER_01]: Well, do we want to decide what season it's going to be?

[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, from season is it going to be because this is actually what's going to make it very interesting is like I want it to be like it's season one but Logan is there. [SPEAKER_01]: Like what are you doing? [SPEAKER_01]: And like why? [SPEAKER_01]: What are you doing? [SPEAKER_01]: So this is my little spooky ghost happy ghost mom.

[SPEAKER_01]: We are so cute inside of it. [SPEAKER_01]: I put multiple, like so there's like multiple of each of them in here just so to get to make it fun here. [SPEAKER_01]: I will see that's the sound of me trying to find a season. [SPEAKER_01]: Okay, I think I have one. [SPEAKER_01]: Okay, what is this season?

[SPEAKER_01]: Drumroll, please. [SPEAKER_01]: It is season. [SPEAKER_01]: Three. [SPEAKER_01]: Three. [UNKNOWN]: Oh. [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, fine. [SPEAKER_01]: I don't think we've done anything in season three yet. [SPEAKER_01]: I don't think so either. [SPEAKER_01]: And you know what's super fun? [SPEAKER_01]: It's kind of like a force in the trio.

[SPEAKER_00]: Yes. [SPEAKER_01]: It's kind of like let the games begin a deep fried Korean thing is giving and it's like slotting in right there. [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I love this. [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I'm excited that that's going to be fun. [SPEAKER_01]: Okay. [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, that's going to be great. [SPEAKER_01]: Okay.

[SPEAKER_01]: So my next bowl before we cast anyone before anyone gets contracted for this episode is town event or Friday night dinner or both. [SPEAKER_01]: Okay. [SPEAKER_01]: So in here they're all written out multiple times. [SPEAKER_01]: So whether or not there will be a town event, whether or not it'll be Friday night dinner.

[SPEAKER_01]: Okay. [SPEAKER_01]: It'll be both. [SPEAKER_01]: So this is going we're going to drop it. [SPEAKER_01]: We're going to have both. [SPEAKER_01]: I love it. [SPEAKER_00]: I think that was ideal. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: We're gonna have both. [SPEAKER_01]: Okay. [SPEAKER_01]: So then from this one.

[SPEAKER_01]: Now we have a little guy. [SPEAKER_01]: So we have to draw from it twice as it turns out because with Friday night dinner, it's whether it's Emily or Richard or both of them. [SPEAKER_01]: Okay. [SPEAKER_01]: And so number one, there's number one, number two and both. [SPEAKER_01]: All right.

[SPEAKER_01]: So number one, we Emily, number two will be Richard and then there will [SPEAKER_01]: Okay, so this one's for Emily and Richard, let's see, do do do I'm not looking, not looking, one, it's just Emily, Justin Emily Friday night, okay, okay, so then for the town event for like the planning of the town event.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, we were going to have a town meeting or like sort of like an informal sort of something that happens to trigger the beginning of the town event. [SPEAKER_01]: Like, oh, whether it was like, I think we can decide on our end what that looks like, but whether or not there's a formal town meeting for this event or not.

[SPEAKER_01]: Okay. [SPEAKER_01]: Got it. [SPEAKER_01]: So, town meeting is one, and then other means of discoveries. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, it's two, it's other means of discovery. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, other means of discovery, how vague, how vague. [SPEAKER_01]: What's up, test to decide? [SPEAKER_01]: And you know what, maybe we can have an informal town meeting.

[SPEAKER_01]: It's kind of like embrace bridge when they're in Luke's. [SPEAKER_01]: And they're like, hey, let's do this thing. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, you're right. [SPEAKER_01]: You know, it's exactly how bad. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah. [SPEAKER_00]: You know, I famously remember that episode really well.

[SPEAKER_00]: All right, so here's my question as we go into characters who were involved in the A-plot B-plot C-plot, because the A-plot always involves the girlies, right, or usually does, or one of them, at least one of them, is it like the people who we pick to be in the story or the only people in the story or can me include other people?

[SPEAKER_01]: I think we can include other people, but I think that what we should do is pick up for like these are the people in lower-lies conflict in her storyline and use the people in worries conflict in storyline. [SPEAKER_01]: Okay, and we can fill it out, but they can't be like major players.

[SPEAKER_01]: They can be there and they can be in the episode, but they aren't the main portion of it. [SPEAKER_01]: Like having a town event without Taylor Docey, [SPEAKER_01]: create its own sort of conflict. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, for sure. [SPEAKER_01]: If we want to include him in some way, like if he's not in one of their storylines, right, we can either take him out or we can put him back in.

[SPEAKER_01]: But these people have to be, because like, they're contracted to be there, so we have to include them there, you know? [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: Because like not including Jess would be crazy, but maybe he's not the focal point of very storyline. [SPEAKER_01]: Sure. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[SPEAKER_01]: So I think that's how we should do it. [SPEAKER_01]: How many people should I pick out for each of their storylines? [SPEAKER_01]: I think three. [SPEAKER_01]: Three? [SPEAKER_01]: Because I don't want to necessarily assign A and B randomly because I'm like, what if it's boring? [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, you're right.

[SPEAKER_01]: We're not going to be today. [SPEAKER_00]: So let's do Laura life first. [SPEAKER_01]: Let's do Laura life first. [SPEAKER_01]: Okay. [SPEAKER_00]: The first person. [SPEAKER_01]: What the face? [SPEAKER_01]: How do you know this? [SPEAKER_01]: It's Jamie. [SPEAKER_01]: I don't even think that makes sense.

[SPEAKER_01]: Can we? [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, you want to exchange? [SPEAKER_01]: For lore? [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, for lore-life storyline? [SPEAKER_01]: What does that even mean? [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know. [SPEAKER_00]: I thought that was kind of like the randomness of what this was going to be. [SPEAKER_01]: I kind of wanted, I kind of want to cut.

[SPEAKER_00]: All right, we get one cut per girl. [SPEAKER_00]: This is not cut. [SPEAKER_00]: It's certainly one. [SPEAKER_00]: You can trade it back in. [SPEAKER_00]: It's like scrabble tiles. [SPEAKER_00]: Oh yeah, because I think, yeah, I think I won't. [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, what if it's worse? [SPEAKER_01]: What if it's worse?

[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, but this, see, here's the thing. [SPEAKER_01]: Is this this is normal? [SPEAKER_01]: Bucket O names? [SPEAKER_01]: So like he's in season three so he can be cut. [SPEAKER_00]: He can be cut. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, how about this? [SPEAKER_00]: How about we pull four names? [SPEAKER_00]: But we can only choose three of them.

[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, choose one to throw back in. [SPEAKER_00]: So keep Jamie and then we're going to pull three more names. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay. [SPEAKER_00]: Make it up the rules as we go. [SPEAKER_01]: I classic. [SPEAKER_01]: Come on, classic us. [SPEAKER_01]: Chris. [SPEAKER_01]: Okay. [SPEAKER_01]: Okay.

[SPEAKER_00]: Someone who's someone who fits. [SPEAKER_00]: He wasn't really in season three. [SPEAKER_00]: So this is interesting. [SPEAKER_00]: Oh, and this is spookyer than your ex showing up, you know, what is spookyer. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, here simply. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know. [SPEAKER_00]: Well, he wasn't haunted leg.

[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, he was in haunted leg and he was in the flashback episode. [SPEAKER_00]: Do you remember? [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, we're sure he has her baby. [SPEAKER_00]: But for the most part, he's very, very much not in season three. [SPEAKER_00]: He really, he wasn't in season four. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, this next one. [SPEAKER_00]: Oh, no. [SPEAKER_00]: Mrs. Kim. [SPEAKER_00]: Oh, hell yeah. [SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yeah. [SPEAKER_00]: Great. [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, that feels that feels good. [SPEAKER_01]: I've really liked that. [SPEAKER_01]: I love the last one. [SPEAKER_01]: The last one is hmm.

[SPEAKER_01]: Okay. [SPEAKER_01]: I'm nervous. [SPEAKER_01]: Okay. [SPEAKER_01]: It's a really big slip of paper. [SPEAKER_01]: Penalyn Law it, read I love it, can that work? [SPEAKER_01]: We, thematically, okay. [SPEAKER_01]: She isn't necessarily cast until season four, but she would have been mentioned in the previous episode.

[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, and let the game begin again. [SPEAKER_01]: So do we want to consider her a season four character and that she can't? [SPEAKER_00]: No, I said, if it was season one, I really wanted us to pull Logan because why is he here? [SPEAKER_00]: Why is he here? [SPEAKER_00]: I would have loved you doing.

[SPEAKER_01]: We got to work with it. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay. [SPEAKER_01]: So it's Pendulum Lot, Mrs. Cam Chris and Jamie. [SPEAKER_01]: Who are we cutting from her storyline? [UNKNOWN]: Oh man. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, because with Jamie, what we could do is like something's happened with Paris because like famously in the issue Gilmourge don't they?

[SPEAKER_00]: He shows up again. [SPEAKER_00]: And so we could... [SPEAKER_00]: Incorporate like that somehow, but I think panel and lot is way more interesting spookier It's a ways bookier. [SPEAKER_00]: You're again, you're acts showing up and it's also interesting because Richard's not at Friday night dinner.

[SPEAKER_01]: I know. [SPEAKER_01]: Okay, so I think we cut Jamie because that one is less interesting I feel like we would have to jump through several hoops to make it fit into Lorely storyline, but like oddly all of these people Really work for a Lorely storyline [SPEAKER_01]: Great. [SPEAKER_01]: That was so surprising.

[SPEAKER_01]: Like, there's so many random ass people in this bowl, the fact that we got like major players. [SPEAKER_01]: I know beside myself actually. [SPEAKER_01]: I can get crazy. [SPEAKER_01]: Besides. [SPEAKER_01]: Okay. [SPEAKER_00]: So now we're a storyline. [SPEAKER_00]: We'll pull four. [SPEAKER_01]: I don't, I'm so excited.

[SPEAKER_01]: This is my favorite thing to do in the whole world is pull names from this bucket. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: This bucket actually might have a monthly appearance just because I'm a star. [SPEAKER_00]: because we're having so much fun. [SPEAKER_01]: So, this is where I kind of want to like, maybe give ourselves a new option because it's Doyle is the first one.

[SPEAKER_01]: And he isn't until season four. [SPEAKER_01]: Like, he just doesn't exist in their world. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, but I like the idea of kind of bringing him in for something. [SPEAKER_00]: And that's just a fun of this game, but he's not in this season. [SPEAKER_01]: Who cares? [SPEAKER_01]: Well, contractually, he doesn't even exist yet.

[SPEAKER_01]: Hmm. [SPEAKER_01]: Or story narrative-wise, he doesn't exist either, because we couldn't see him as the exception, because Penalyn was from the last episode. [SPEAKER_00]: Right, we never could throw Doyle in there as someone who, like, reges happens to meet in some capacity. [SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't have to become, like, a series regular or anything.

[SPEAKER_00]: Come back. [SPEAKER_01]: He's a main player in her storyline. [SPEAKER_00]: Well, all right, pick three more names. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay. [SPEAKER_00]: That's part of the fun of this. [SPEAKER_01]: Is that like a kind of Logan Huntsburger could show up? [SPEAKER_01]: And if only from your lips, too, this bowl's ears.

[SPEAKER_01]: Seek is Glenn. [SPEAKER_01]: Glenn, why is it everyone from Yale? [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I'm not loving this. [SPEAKER_01]: It's, I'm the one that's picking it. [SPEAKER_01]: Okay. [SPEAKER_01]: This is to do, do, do. [SPEAKER_01]: What? [SPEAKER_01]: This is the worst storyline ever. [SPEAKER_01]: Oh no, this is this, this, this reads all of the women from Sherry's baby shower.

[SPEAKER_00]: Perfect for season 3 all over the women. [SPEAKER_01]: That makes them season 3. [SPEAKER_01]: Sheerie's baby shower. [SPEAKER_01]: Okay Okay, well, it needs so much sense for Lorelie and then Rory just got okay. [SPEAKER_01]: This is this is a couple of times Let me pick again. [SPEAKER_01]: I just felt that was [SPEAKER_01]: Doyle again.

[SPEAKER_00]: All right, you can't be picked. [SPEAKER_00]: Why is he giving me a ticket? [SPEAKER_00]: He's really, really made her drink. [SPEAKER_00]: He's really made her drink. [SPEAKER_01]: He's giving me a ticket. [SPEAKER_01]: It's worry. [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, wow. [SPEAKER_00]: He's getting angry.

[SPEAKER_00]: Sorry. [SPEAKER_00]: Sorry. [SPEAKER_01]: Sorry. [SPEAKER_01]: Sorry. [SPEAKER_01]: And worry, and Doyle, and Doyle, and Doyle. [SPEAKER_01]: OK. [SPEAKER_01]: Right from Skinner. [SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I love this. [SPEAKER_01]: I choose to. [SPEAKER_01]: Because Lord Lies makes, I love Lord Lies.

[SPEAKER_01]: Am I going to lie? [SPEAKER_01]: I love Lord Lies. [SPEAKER_01]: I want to, I want to pick one more name in the hopes that this is a season three person, and we can do away with the oil and Glenn. [SPEAKER_01]: Okay, and if it doesn't fit, we can pick from these four, but I want to see if we can get one person who fits.

[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, and if it doesn't, if this person is not in this season, then we have to pick from this four. [SPEAKER_01]: But I just want to try to make sense. [SPEAKER_01]: Taylor, all right, Taylor is a good one. [SPEAKER_00]: I think Taylor, all of the women from Sherry's Babes show and Reverend Skinner.

[SPEAKER_00]: So here's why I could have made a case and a story out of Doyle and Glenn, is because she just came from Yale. [SPEAKER_00]: Yes. [SPEAKER_00]: So like, there could have been a world where like we could have kept Glenn. [SPEAKER_00]: He's fine. [SPEAKER_01]: I know. [SPEAKER_00]: I know.

[SPEAKER_00]: But like, they're touring schools. [SPEAKER_00]: So there's a world where like she meets Glenn. [SPEAKER_00]: It's kind of off-handed. [SPEAKER_00]: He's kind of an inconsequential character until they do the elderly news. [SPEAKER_00]: But when she meets him in the hallway at Yale in, is it in the [SPEAKER_00]: I know he's at least in that one when they're moving.

[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, because of the keg, like she would help him, no. [SPEAKER_00]: But that's the thing is like he could be someone who she met already, very in like a passing by kind of a way. [SPEAKER_00]: He didn't have to be like, he just needs to make an appearance and restory line. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that's the case I could have made.

[SPEAKER_01]: But I'm happy to cut Doyle and Glenn. [SPEAKER_01]: Let's cut them for Taylor. [SPEAKER_01]: Okay, because I feel like that makes sense. [SPEAKER_01]: do we want to create, because like A, B is normally the girls, like there's an A, B with them. [SPEAKER_01]: Do we want to make this A, B, C out of all of them?

[SPEAKER_01]: Or do we want to pick extras that have to be in the C plot? [SPEAKER_00]: I want to pick extras that have to be in the C plot. [SPEAKER_01]: Okay. [SPEAKER_01]: I knew you'd want to pick more. [SPEAKER_00]: Do we three more? [SPEAKER_00]: Okay. [SPEAKER_01]: Three more, and they have to be in the season.

[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know. [SPEAKER_01]: Emily, but she was already in it. [SPEAKER_01]: We already knew about Emily. [SPEAKER_01]: But she has to be in the sea. [SPEAKER_01]: Great. [SPEAKER_01]: Great. [SPEAKER_01]: I think that's fine. [SPEAKER_00]: Number two, Caesar killing me. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay.

[SPEAKER_00]: Do we want to include Caesar because he's not Caesar yet? [SPEAKER_00]: Original Caesar. [SPEAKER_00]: Original Caesar? [SPEAKER_01]: Let's some, you're right. [SPEAKER_01]: It's not Caesar yet. [SPEAKER_00]: Well, pick four, and then we can decide. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay. [SPEAKER_00]: Floyd Styles.

[SPEAKER_00]: Dead. [SPEAKER_00]: Also not someone we know. [SPEAKER_01]: Also not someone we know. [SPEAKER_00]: But someone who has been mentioned. [SPEAKER_00]: Has he embraced British dinner. [SPEAKER_01]: Okay. [SPEAKER_01]: Mitchum. [SPEAKER_01]: Oh God. [SPEAKER_01]: None of those last three work.

[SPEAKER_01]: Well OG Caesar could work. [SPEAKER_01]: Floyd Styles and Mitchum and Richard's not there. [SPEAKER_00]: Exactly. [SPEAKER_00]: All right. [SPEAKER_00]: Pick one more. [SPEAKER_01]: Okay. [SPEAKER_01]: Luke. [SPEAKER_00]: great. [SPEAKER_00]: We're going to do Emily Caesar and Luke. [SPEAKER_00]: That makes sense.

[SPEAKER_01]: I love it. [SPEAKER_00]: But this is OG Caesar. [SPEAKER_01]: Yes. [SPEAKER_00]: We're not talking about like young Eris Alvarado Caesar yet. [SPEAKER_01]: No, I don't think we can. [SPEAKER_01]: No, that's not who we know. [SPEAKER_01]: A season. [SPEAKER_01]: Let's be one, too. [SPEAKER_01]: You know, we do make the rules.

[SPEAKER_01]: How much do we want to change them? [SPEAKER_01]: I mean, to be fair, we're bringing Pendulum Law in early. [SPEAKER_01]: Mm-hmm. [SPEAKER_01]: She's been mentioned. [SPEAKER_01]: Caesar has been mentioned just not in the way that we know him. [SPEAKER_01]: Great, but like, why not meet him here?

[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, and then we don't meet him again until he shows up again. [SPEAKER_01]: I love it. [SPEAKER_01]: Great. [SPEAKER_01]: So that's the, that's the parameters. [SPEAKER_01]: Luke Caesar and Emily have to be in the C plot. [SPEAKER_01]: Laura Lies plot will be Penalyn lot. [SPEAKER_01]: Mrs. Kim and Chris, warriors will be Taylor, Reverend Skinner, and all of the women from Sherry's Baby Shower.

[SPEAKER_01]: I love a spooky day. [SPEAKER_01]: It'll be Friday night dinner and a town event. [SPEAKER_01]: And it will be season three. [SPEAKER_01]: You know why? [SPEAKER_01]: Neither [SPEAKER_00]: I know. [SPEAKER_00]: I know. [SPEAKER_00]: It doesn't mean they can't show up though. [SPEAKER_00]: We did.

[SPEAKER_00]: But these people have to be there. [SPEAKER_00]: Yes. [SPEAKER_01]: They have in their contracts. [SPEAKER_01]: They are in this episode. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay. [SPEAKER_00]: I think I have an idea for what the C plot should be. [SPEAKER_01]: Okay. [SPEAKER_01]: With Emily Lugon's teaser. [SPEAKER_00]: Yes.

[SPEAKER_00]: I think that Emily is trying to plan a Friday night dinner with Luke's food. [SPEAKER_00]: She wants to hire Luke and Caesar. [SPEAKER_00]: Would she ever? [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know. [SPEAKER_00]: It's just like the first thing that popped into my head is that she wants them to cater her Friday night dinner.

[SPEAKER_01]: Well, here's what we also have to remember what we're coming from with her, is let the games begin. [SPEAKER_01]: And so they're mad at Richard. [SPEAKER_01]: They're not so mad at Emily, but they're still pretty mad at Emily. [SPEAKER_01]: But I kind of like that idea. [SPEAKER_00]: Like, Laura Light doesn't have any beef with Emily.

[SPEAKER_00]: Ish. [SPEAKER_01]: She's always with Richard. [SPEAKER_00]: She always does, but Emily calls her and is like, hey, your father's out of town. [SPEAKER_00]: I would like to see you, like what we get in Thanksgiving is that she's been really sick, quote unquote. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and Laura likes how she doesn't want to come.

[SPEAKER_00]: So we could kind of pull from that and say, like, your father's out of town, I would like to see you. [SPEAKER_00]: I didn't do anything wrong, so why don't you come over? [SPEAKER_00]: And the incentive is like, I'm going to have Luke and Caesar [SPEAKER_01]: And I also offer an alternative, sure.

[SPEAKER_01]: What if it's an ambush Friday night dinner? [SPEAKER_01]: Ooh, where she has been told that they're sick. [SPEAKER_01]: Emily shows up to Friday night dinner, but it's at Luke's, because that's where the girl's reading dinner. [SPEAKER_00]: It's a Friday night dinner, but it's not happening at Friday night dinner.

[SPEAKER_01]: But it's not happening at the Gilmourse. [SPEAKER_01]: She did. [SPEAKER_01]: Because from what we learned from a fried, a deep fried Korean Thanksgiving is that she's been sick. [SPEAKER_01]: That part would be have to rewrite that a little. [SPEAKER_01]: We don't necessarily have to make that make sense.

[SPEAKER_01]: But like if we're wanting to pull from that, maybe I heard you were sick. [SPEAKER_01]: Wanted to come check on you and look, you're having dinner. [SPEAKER_01]: Let's have a panel and a lot. [SPEAKER_01]: Panel and a lot shows up. [SPEAKER_00]: She's rolling through town the way that I'm trying to think of this is like kind of like the way she treats suki like she's like surprised by The cooking and how good it actually is in some capacity and it involves the two of them somehow I'm just like because these are in Luke are the diner.

[SPEAKER_00]: It's like how does the diner? [SPEAKER_01]: How does the diner play a role? [SPEAKER_01]: You know, yeah, well, we could put a pin in that. [SPEAKER_01]: Let's put a pin in the C plot because they're they're an interesting group to figure out [SPEAKER_00]: Thinking about like what happens in future seasons, or even what happened in Deadpool, because of vegetables, her coming into the diner and, you know, she kind of has some interactions with Luke, especially in Haunted Leg when she comes in and has wants to have a Caesar salad, a Caesar salad.

[SPEAKER_01]: uncottled eggs. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_00]: All right. [SPEAKER_00]: Let's talk about Lorelyce storyline because there is a town event. [SPEAKER_00]: There's no town meeting. [SPEAKER_00]: I do think that that'll play a role in Lorelyce storyline in a very like Taylor once like kind of in like a before she was an ice cream queen situation.

[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, like Taylor once her involved Reverend Skinner is somehow involved as well. [SPEAKER_00]: All the women from Sherry's baby shower is an interesting poll and so luckily we just met all of that. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, we did just meet all of them. [SPEAKER_00]: But because Chris is in more light storyline, that could also be very exciting.

[SPEAKER_01]: I know, I actually feel like somehow that really lines up. [SPEAKER_01]: I don't know, the, through the magic of the bucket of names that that just really, that really works for some reason. [SPEAKER_00]: Do we want to decide what the town event is? [SPEAKER_01]: And we show it all of a sudden.

[SPEAKER_00]: Because I think that the reason Mrs. Kim is involved in Lorelai storyline is because the town event has something to do with like the town, the local town businesses being involved. [SPEAKER_00]: And she and Lorelai were thrown together. [SPEAKER_00]: Like Mrs. Kim, Mrs. Kim and the independence and have to do some sort of like collaboration together work together in some way.

[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that was the first thing that came to mind when I saw Mrs. Kim was pulled for Lorelai. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and what's interesting is this is the season of Dave. [SPEAKER_01]: So I thought it might be something with Lane. [SPEAKER_01]: Like, yeah, because I'm trying, I'm also trying to think of it in the Halloween sense, because I think it's also interesting that Mrs. Kim, Mrs. Kim probably is not a Halloween person under any circumstances.

[SPEAKER_01]: And then Reverend Skinner probably is pretty whatever you want to do on Halloween is fine. [SPEAKER_01]: Um, so I feel like both of those being prominent in both of their storylines is very interesting. [SPEAKER_01]: It could be that the town event is something with the businesses, like is it a town festival?

[SPEAKER_00]: Is it like Halloween festival? [SPEAKER_00]: Like I almost want it to be winter carnival. [SPEAKER_00]: We're like every buddy in town, like man's some sort of booze. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, or is it that like Mrs. Kim is a near-luralized and she's passing out like, [SPEAKER_01]: Flyers against the double, like she's very anti-Halloween.

[SPEAKER_01]: They're like, that would be very, Kim's and T-X. [SPEAKER_00]: Well, it's very dance marathon. [SPEAKER_01]: It is very dance marathon. [SPEAKER_01]: You're so right. [SPEAKER_01]: It's also a very season six winter carnival when you like throw the thing into the fiery pits of hell. [SPEAKER_00]: And then you be a pamphlet.

[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, she loves to pass out of pamphlet. [SPEAKER_00]: She loves one. [SPEAKER_00]: So there's definitely a pamphlet in her world. [SPEAKER_00]: Maybe. [SPEAKER_00]: Maybe. [SPEAKER_00]: Is that too close to what they did and they shoot Gilmourseville Day. [SPEAKER_01]: It would be, maybe she just really against the devil this season, as opposed to other seasons, which is only just kind of against him.

[SPEAKER_00]: How do you think the panel in lot of it all? [SPEAKER_01]: I don't, that one like really is throwing me, because like Chris, I can totally throw in like a sherry storyline, maybe whatever the town event is, Rory feels like, oh, [SPEAKER_01]: this connection that I had with Sherry, let's extend it, let's invite Sherry and she brings all of these women, I don't know, like some, I can like feel like I can make that connection with Chris somehow.

[SPEAKER_01]: But Penelin lot, knowing that Emily has to be in the sea plot with Lugin Caesar. [SPEAKER_01]: I don't know if this is the kind of event that Penalyn would end up in, like maybe whatever is happening in the town is like the sort of event like with the festival of living pictures where it was stolen from another town who did it or like they couldn't do it so Stars Hollow was going to do it and maybe it was something that Penalyn was going to in the other town and she comes here I just think it's very interesting that immediately after we learn about her we're meeting her in the next episode [SPEAKER_00]: Will do you think that that's intentional?

[SPEAKER_00]: Do you think that it's like, Laura, I didn't realize because she says as much in let the games begin, like she says, you know, you were the other woman and she gets curious. [SPEAKER_00]: Well, she agnested the independence in. [SPEAKER_00]: Because like, that still exists. [SPEAKER_00]: It does still exist.

[SPEAKER_00]: That's where we're at this season with her. [SPEAKER_01]: Maybe it's the thing with Rory in the War lie that they're like, is this the same one? [SPEAKER_01]: Mm-hmm. [SPEAKER_01]: We don't know what she looks like. [SPEAKER_01]: Could this beat the same one? [SPEAKER_00]: Maybe Penalyn Lot is a guest at the end.

[SPEAKER_00]: Because initially, I was like, does Laura like go seeking her out? [SPEAKER_00]: Does she ask Chris, like, do you remember ever hearing about this person? [SPEAKER_00]: Because that could feel kind of spooky, it's like looking into the past. [SPEAKER_01]: I think it could be interesting to ask Chris about it for sure.

[SPEAKER_01]: And maybe that's why she's like, Penelope, not staying at the end. [SPEAKER_01]: Is it the Penelope, how many Penelope knots could there be? [SPEAKER_00]: Hey, maybe Penalyn Law is not Penalyn Law. [SPEAKER_00]: Like, maybe this just happens to be a Penalyn. [SPEAKER_00]: Same name. [SPEAKER_00]: Like, yeah, will the real Penalyn Law please stand up?

[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: I mean, that could actually be a really fun little mystery. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: Of like, is this her? [SPEAKER_01]: We see her and it's like, is this the kind of person that my dad would be interested in and they're kind of like, [SPEAKER_01]: wondering about her.

[SPEAKER_01]: And Emily calls her that mouse. [SPEAKER_00]: Maybe she's quite mousey. [SPEAKER_00]: It could be interesting to have pedaling a lot. [SPEAKER_00]: Like Laura Lyssey's her name on the like guest list. [SPEAKER_00]: Like the list of people who have a hotel room. [SPEAKER_00]: And she's like...

[SPEAKER_00]: Wait, this, like, I know this name and she's asking me shell, like, have you seen this person? [SPEAKER_00]: He's like, uh, yeah, she came in, like, last night, checked in, whatever, he's so unhelpful. [SPEAKER_00]: He's so unhelpful because he doesn't woman rip hair eyes mouth. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and she's like, okay, do she have arms and legs?

[SPEAKER_00]: And yeah, you know, like, Laura, like, can't no matter where she is at what time, like, this woman keeps walking past her and she keeps missing her. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and that does feel kind of inherently. [SPEAKER_01]: Or maybe she doesn't know who she is like she's yeah and maybe when people come up to the desk she's like Hi, I'm more like Gilmore [SPEAKER_01]: And they're like, okay, and she's like really in it with Bory and Hory's like leave it alone.

[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, okay. [SPEAKER_01]: And maybe that's how Emily ends up in Star's Hall, though, where it's like Friday night dinner, maybe L'Oralized Fund, and like Penal and Not staying at the end, something like that. [SPEAKER_01]: And she's like, this would make a lot of sense by Richard wouldn't be there because she would feel comfortable to say such a thing.

[SPEAKER_01]: All right, she'd say in front of Richard, whatever, she will say literally anything, but maybe Lori told her not to. [SPEAKER_01]: Maybe it's the reverse of secret and secrets and loans. [SPEAKER_00]: Hmm, don't tell Grandma. [SPEAKER_00]: Don't tell Grandma. [SPEAKER_00]: Maybe she tells Grandma.

[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_00]: So let's settle on what this event is. [SPEAKER_00]: I agree with you that that should be kind of like at the forefront. [SPEAKER_00]: So the town event is like a winter carnival, but it's a Halloween carnival. [SPEAKER_00]: It's not a spook chakula because we've already done that.

[SPEAKER_01]: Can't do a spook-tacular two years in a row. [SPEAKER_00]: I guess it would be alternating seasons. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I kind of, I wanted to be something a little bit more, but I don't know what it is. [SPEAKER_00]: I know, it's like I almost want it to be like a monster, mash, monster, truck, jam, monster, yeah.

[SPEAKER_00]: Like is it a ball, is it a, well, yeah, that's the thing is I'm trying not to make it too close to what the podcast focus. [SPEAKER_00]: I know, right? [SPEAKER_00]: But I'm trying not to make it too close to what the dance is. [SPEAKER_01]: I don't know. [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, see? [SPEAKER_01]: Or it could be the dance mirror.

[SPEAKER_00]: I was going to say, unless we want this to be like an alternate version of the dance marathon. [SPEAKER_00]: Like, it's spooky, because they shoot horses don't they? [SPEAKER_00]: We've talked about this. [SPEAKER_00]: It was like, actually a horror film, like a psychological thriller. [SPEAKER_00]: Like a psychological.

[SPEAKER_01]: And would it be so far reaching that panel and law is staying at the end to come to the spooky dance marathon? [SPEAKER_00]: Hmm, I think she's just passing through. [SPEAKER_00]: I also don't think it's her. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't think it's her. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't think it's her. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, she's been named Penalyn.

[SPEAKER_01]: I think so too. [SPEAKER_01]: There has to be more than one Penalyn lot. [SPEAKER_01]: If there's another Penalyn lot listening to the podcast now, please stand up. [SPEAKER_01]: Yes, exactly. [SPEAKER_01]: All I can really think of is Laura Li, telling Lori that Penalyn lot is staying at the end.

[SPEAKER_01]: I imagine it very much so like, Lori is like in her bed and Laura Li comes in and jumps on her. [SPEAKER_01]: And it's like, I have a secret. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, but I can't think of what the event should be. [SPEAKER_00]: Like, I want to know how Chris fits into all of this because like is Chris showing up to talk to Laura lie because he knows that she went to Sherry's baby shower and he wasn't there.

[SPEAKER_00]: And he felt really guilty about it. [SPEAKER_00]: So he's coming to like show up and be like, like, I heard what Sherry said to you, I know it must be very hard for you. [SPEAKER_01]: I think that maybe Rory invited Sherry and they were doing something else for Halloween that was like maybe, I don't know, a [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and doesn't want to admit to Sherry that something occurred between him and Moralai and to not go, would be admitting that something had happened.

[SPEAKER_01]: Right. [SPEAKER_01]: And he doesn't want to do that. [SPEAKER_01]: And so I think that that's how Chris ends up in Lorelai storyline is because maybe I imagine if all the women from Sherry's baby shower there, Sherry is also in Rory storyline. [SPEAKER_01]: So I think that Chris kind of warms his way over to Lorelai's.

[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I wonder if like Rory and Sherry maybe had plans like they'd been trying to spend some quality time together. [SPEAKER_00]: She's been wanting her to do and Rory's like I actually can't do that because I have to do this thing with my town and she's like, oh great, welcome! [SPEAKER_00]: and she invites herself and she brings her friends and she brings her friends.

[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and all of her friends. [SPEAKER_01]: And Chris, he whims his way of her to lower-life story and storyline. [SPEAKER_00]: He had her plot. [SPEAKER_00]: Get out of her plot, but I do think one of the ways that [SPEAKER_00]: they would connect is because of the pennalin lot looming in the background.

[SPEAKER_00]: She's like, there is this person in the pennalin lot staying at the end. [SPEAKER_00]: And remember her. [SPEAKER_00]: And remember her. [SPEAKER_00]: He's like, no. [SPEAKER_00]: And like, she's like, well, I need, I need to figure out who she is and kind of like puts their drama aside for a little bit to like have him help her figure out who pennalin lot is.

[SPEAKER_00]: Just for it to kind of end [SPEAKER_01]: I don't want him to apologize. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't like Chris that much. [SPEAKER_01]: Mm, there you are. [SPEAKER_01]: I don't think he's, I don't think, I don't think he's the type of person who would apologize at that. [SPEAKER_00]: Well, I think that him showing up in haunted leg is him trying to apologize without apologizing.

[SPEAKER_01]: I think it's him trying to feel less guilty. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, of course. [SPEAKER_00]: If he wanted to actually apologize, that's not how you do it. [SPEAKER_00]: No, thank you. [SPEAKER_00]: No. [SPEAKER_00]: Chris is never, Chris famously has never done anything right. [SPEAKER_00]: ever in his life as it turns out not even one time yeah i mean he shows up for gg no given for sure i just mean when it comes to the world when it comes to the right it's actually zero percent chance because up until this point at least i'm like [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I think that maybe she tries to be friendly with him by asking him and he's like, no, I don't know, never heard the name, but I think he's trying to warm his way into her storyline and she's very resistant to it as I would be as well.

[SPEAKER_01]: Because I think I'm more interested in the panel and lot mystery in Mrs. Kim of her being there. [SPEAKER_00]: Which is fine, Chris doesn't have to be a main player in her storyline. [SPEAKER_00]: He's just there. [SPEAKER_00]: He's there. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, their attention can exist there.

[SPEAKER_00]: without him being like a major player. [SPEAKER_00]: In fact, it could be the whole time that like, she's trying to find this panel-in-law character whoever she may be who keeps unintentionally dodging her and Chris, Laura lies trying to dodge Chris, who's in town with Sherry and Sherry and her gaggle of gals are there for, Lori.

[SPEAKER_00]: I think gaggle of gals in the end. [SPEAKER_00]: Ooh. [SPEAKER_00]: I think they just show it for a day. [SPEAKER_00]: Is the town event happening at the end? [SPEAKER_00]: It's like a town participation event, so it's not necessarily a town event that happens in the center of town. [SPEAKER_00]: Something like a scavenger hunt, like a trigger tree, kind of scavenger hunt, or it could be like a house decorating contest, kind of a precursor to what we get in the only Halloween episode, which is 21 is the loneliness number, because it seems like a protest [SPEAKER_00]: Hmm, you know, so it's less because like if there's no town meeting there was no town meeting about the decorating Contest in season six, so we could kind of do something like that now as far as worries involvement in it Maybe it's a situation where she has like she needs to do like one more thing for her college applications one more thing for like a

[SPEAKER_01]: school credit, or something for the paper, for the paper, or I kind of like the idea of maybe Rory and Reverend Skinner being voted as judges. [SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I was actually going to say that like Mrs. Kim being a judge for lower-rise house would be interesting. [SPEAKER_01]: Maybe it was like randomly selected and it was Rory and Mrs. Kim.

[SPEAKER_01]: Mrs. Kim would only judge the houses with Reverend Skinner. [SPEAKER_00]: Maybe they were all randomly selected and Lori felt like she was going to be the odd person out because Mrs. Kim is very religious reverence skinner is a reverend, but it actually ends up that like reverence skinner and warrior a lot more aligned and that's what I would feel like immediately.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I mean, Mrs. Kim doesn't even need not necessarily need to be maybe Lane is helping Laura lie because worry is a judge and so she can't decorate the house and maybe there's something with Mrs. Kim she doesn't like that Lane is participating in this or maybe Lane wants to participate in it, but her mom won't let her kind of like that's always the case between.

[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it is kind of always the case isn't it. [SPEAKER_01]: I like that at the very least Rory and Reverend Skinner are judges. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I like that too. [SPEAKER_00]: I think Mrs. Kim would be a judge too. [SPEAKER_00]: She's perfect. [SPEAKER_00]: She's such a judge anyway.

[SPEAKER_00]: She's a judge. [SPEAKER_00]: She is very judgey. [SPEAKER_01]: But would she be a judge? [SPEAKER_01]: Would she be a judge? [SPEAKER_01]: Like even if she was selected, would she judge? [SPEAKER_01]: Like would she do it? [SPEAKER_01]: Because pardon me, if he's like no. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I don't know.

[SPEAKER_00]: I feel like it would be like a in like the town bylaws that you have to participate or or is it that Taylor Reverend Skinner and Rory or the judges that's what that feels like Taylor was always going to be a judge. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_00]: and like, Laurie and Reverend Skinner are kind of commissarating with each other because, you know, Taylor's kind of an I role.

[SPEAKER_01]: Of course, and Reverend Skinner, we know how Reverend Skinner and, uh, Rabbi David, oh, it's good. [SPEAKER_01]: He's last name. [SPEAKER_01]: Um, he can maybe be a judge too. [SPEAKER_01]: I'm not. [SPEAKER_01]: No, I think it's a three of them, which is fantastic. [SPEAKER_01]: I love that.

[SPEAKER_01]: I love them judging. [SPEAKER_00]: All right, so why are Sherry and the biddies here? [SPEAKER_00]: That's what we have to figure out because I do like the idea of them coming there for her. [SPEAKER_00]: Like we could still keep the storyline of like Rory was supposed to go spend time with Sherry because she's like, you know, [SPEAKER_01]: or that Sherry was going to do something with the girls and worry found out that worry was a judge for this thing and was like we should we should go because Sherry would like loves the idea of how we connected.

[SPEAKER_01]: No, she loved it if worry like we connected to worry. [SPEAKER_00]: Of course, yeah, but like what would she do? [SPEAKER_00]: She's going to come. [SPEAKER_01]: We wanted to watch worry judge these houses. [SPEAKER_01]: Is that a big moment for worry? [SPEAKER_01]: Huge, huge moment. [SPEAKER_00]: I could see Sherry being like, I'm going to bring like, I'm going to come, I'll bring Christopher and then the girls were all going to get lunch at the independence end.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I can show them the end. [SPEAKER_01]: They all met, they all met Laura Li, they all want to see where she works. [SPEAKER_01]: And this really plays in too, like being at the end, like, did you know, did you know a pendulum lot? [SPEAKER_01]: No. [SPEAKER_01]: I could Chris. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so Sherry and the girl is come to the end to see, Roy.

[SPEAKER_00]: Kisses. [SPEAKER_00]: First tags along. [SPEAKER_01]: Is it only houses or are businesses included? [SPEAKER_00]: Well, I thought that would be really interesting to have Luke's be like that really in between because it's technically where he lives, but also it's, oh my gosh, it's where he lives.

[SPEAKER_00]: He lives, he has to participate. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that could be fun. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, because I feel like [SPEAKER_00]: I feel like it would be residences only, less businesses, but maybe businesses can participate? [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know. [SPEAKER_00]: But I think that like, I think it'd be too hard because like Andrew doesn't live at the bookstore.

[SPEAKER_01]: But Taylor does make the, maybe that's how we find out about it. [SPEAKER_01]: It's Taylor. [SPEAKER_01]: I just see Taylor coming into Luke's and like announcing this. [SPEAKER_01]: Of like, you will have to decorate because you live here. [SPEAKER_01]: Yes. [SPEAKER_01]: Like none of the other businesses in town will know when else lives at their place of work.

[SPEAKER_01]: You have to decorate. [SPEAKER_01]: And I imagine he puts a pumpkin in the window. [SPEAKER_01]: And Laura like put it there. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, for sure. [SPEAKER_00]: I really also think that the sea plot could be as basic as exactly what you said about Friday night dinner that like Emily really wants to see the girls.

[SPEAKER_00]: But she keeps saying that there's Laura [SPEAKER_00]: And Friday night, but I could also see Caesar being like, yeah, your mom's here. [SPEAKER_00]: She was really excited to see you. [SPEAKER_01]: Like, she may come in, maybe they come in for dinner and like, she like, and she'd rather, she made a reservation.

[SPEAKER_00]: She made a reservation. [SPEAKER_00]: She called. [SPEAKER_00]: She called and we talked. [SPEAKER_01]: She's over there. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, exactly. [SPEAKER_01]: I mean, she's even like brought her own tablecloth. [SPEAKER_01]: And they would have one. [SPEAKER_00]: A, have Friday night dinner and B, how Emily is included in the Luke Caesar of it all.

[SPEAKER_00]: But there is also where they could talk about the, that's where Taylor could come in, tell Luke he has to participate in the contest. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_00]: And he's like, why? [SPEAKER_00]: And I also like the idea of Mrs. Kim having to participate in the contest and she doesn't want to because that is also someone who has a place of business that she lives at.

[SPEAKER_01]: That would be so good though, because I feel like we never really see Taylor and Mrs. Kim interact that often. [SPEAKER_01]: I feel like it would be fantastic for Luke to be like, okay, well then the Kims have to do it too. [SPEAKER_01]: You have to go tell Mrs. Kim that she has to decorate for Halloween.

[SPEAKER_00]: Mm-hmm. [SPEAKER_01]: And I'll do it. [SPEAKER_01]: If Mrs. Kim agrees to it, I'll do it. [SPEAKER_00]: Wow. [SPEAKER_01]: And it's like a Taylor's like, well, fine. [SPEAKER_01]: I'll go. [SPEAKER_01]: I'll go get her to do it. [SPEAKER_01]: And worry's probably rubbed into it somehow.

[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe that happens like in the morning when they're at Luke's because that'll be the beginning of the episode. [SPEAKER_00]: I feel like Emily coming to Friday night dinner because she can't get a hold of the girls and showing up at Luke's would happen like middle to end. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I think that's mid episode because maybe Laura lies not the one who tells her that Penelon Law is staying at the end.

[SPEAKER_01]: And she overhears it that like, oh, do you ever figure out your Penelon Law dilemma from Luke or something? [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_00]: But maybe she's the one at the end too shows up and she's like, that's not a panel in that. [SPEAKER_01]: I know because part of me wants to be like that Emily is at Luke's and Penalyn Law at Walks in and and Laura lies like, you know her like like it's it's her and Emily's like, I don't know who that woman is and it's just different.

[SPEAKER_01]: Penalyn Law maybe she walks right pire and [SPEAKER_01]: When now that man, we've been walking on the street. [SPEAKER_01]: Interesting. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay. [SPEAKER_00]: So now that we have the basic elements, what's the structure? [SPEAKER_00]: So it starts out the girls are at Luke's.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, maybe the girls are at Luke's and they brought their own candy to eat because it's Halloween week and all of their meals have to include candy and Luke is really upset about that. [SPEAKER_00]: Steele's little. [SPEAKER_01]: Maybe he steals a little Hershey kiss. [SPEAKER_01]: Ooh.

[SPEAKER_01]: Teele's a candy from her pile. [SPEAKER_01]: Okay. [SPEAKER_01]: As your boyfriend dies. [SPEAKER_00]: True. [SPEAKER_00]: They have an argument over like the best candy. [SPEAKER_01]: I don't know. [SPEAKER_01]: I just, that's a lot of words to have, just say in the morning. [SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I meant, um, Laura Lamary.

[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yes, yeah. [SPEAKER_00]: There are viewing over what the best candy is, Luke comes in, puts his two cents in, just walks by, makes some sort of weird. [SPEAKER_01]: I feel like Luke's two cents, as you guys need some protein and the vegetable. [SPEAKER_01]: We can't start the day. [SPEAKER_01]: Candy.

[SPEAKER_00]: And then is it after the cold open that Taylor walks in? [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, is it like a continuation? [SPEAKER_01]: Mm-hmm. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: Or maybe the cold open is something different. [SPEAKER_01]: And then the candy goes into the cold open, [SPEAKER_00]: because I want Taylor to walk in because he's telling Lori that she's been selected to be a judge.

[SPEAKER_01]: And yes, this is when like Luke over here's, and that would actually somatically work really well that they're debating what candy is the best because then Taylor walks in. [SPEAKER_01]: Declares that Lori is one of the judges, and so she said, well I get to decide. [SPEAKER_01]: What's the best candy between the two of them?

[SPEAKER_01]: So maybe the cold open is something a little different or be anything to that. [SPEAKER_01]: It's the cold midsperr for cold open. [SPEAKER_00]: I mean the cold open could be I mean it could be something in consequential like yeah like Emily leaving Lorelie messages. [SPEAKER_00]: It's reminding me of like ah bash my thumb leave a message.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: I'm like sick. [SPEAKER_01]: I'm okay. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: Gonna miss Friday night dinner again this week. [SPEAKER_01]: So sorry. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I think this is called uh-huh, uh-huh, don't want to get you sick. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and then they're at the diner arguing over with the best candy as there's a little aside from Luke There's a little aside from Jess Taylor walks in to inform where he that she's been randomly selected.

[SPEAKER_00]: Yes. [SPEAKER_01]: He's wearing a cape for sure Like he's wearing a cape for sure has a cape on like cape. [SPEAKER_01]: I feel like he's like a vampire magician. [SPEAKER_01]: I don't know. [SPEAKER_01]: You know [SPEAKER_00]: All right. [SPEAKER_00]: And he tells where he tells where he tells where he had that she's been randomly selected to be a judge and where he's like, I have homework.

[SPEAKER_00]: I have, and he's like, too bad doesn't matter. [SPEAKER_00]: You have to have to. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_00]: And he's like, well, [SPEAKER_01]: Maybe it's like, oh, Gloria, I'm glad to sell you. [SPEAKER_01]: I came to talk to Luke, but like, you're a judge. [SPEAKER_00]: You've been selected as a judge.

[SPEAKER_00]: And Luke's like, the judge for what? [SPEAKER_00]: And he's like, well, up so clock, you ask to Luke's and tells him that, you know, they're doing their annual house decorating contest and according to the bylaws, like, this is your residence. [SPEAKER_00]: So you do need to participate.

[SPEAKER_01]: And he's sitting there with them. [SPEAKER_01]: Well, maybe the Kims live at their place of business, too. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and Lane's excited, but Mrs. She's like, I know Mrs. Kim is not going to want to be and that's when Lou, he's like, okay, you get Mrs. Kim on board, and I'll do it to we never really see Taylor and Mrs. Kim and tracked, so that'll be a nice thing but then we go to the independence in where Laura lie looks at the gas book and sees that there's a panel in lot staying.

[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, she's she's doing manager things, you know, she's she's looking at the the list of the guests reservations Yes, she's talking to her about how she's going to decorate her house and what she's making for the menu and it's all fall Yeah, and it's all edible everything outside her house You could eat it all, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah

[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, her house is the trick or treat house because it's like handsling gruddles house. [SPEAKER_00]: You can eat the food. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and like that's what the trick or treaters are getting. [SPEAKER_00]: They're not getting candy. [SPEAKER_00]: They have to take something off the house.

[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and Jackson wants it to be something with vegetables. [SPEAKER_00]: Of course he's got the gourds covered. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, for sure. [SPEAKER_00]: The squash. [SPEAKER_01]: He's got a cup of stuffed gourds right on exactly stuff with candy. [SPEAKER_00]: Yes, correct.

[SPEAKER_00]: So that's when Laura line notices a name and she's asking me she'll like who is this person and he's like woman hair eyes mouth checked in yesterday. [SPEAKER_00]: Mm, became in late last night, Tobin checked her in. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't really know anything about her in it's ear and the whole episode through mine is [SPEAKER_00]: Pendling this version of Pendling Law is like a shadow kind of like she keeps like missing her and that's what makes it feel a little spooky And then like she keeps seeing like the back of her head go, you know, through through doorway kind of a thing and she's just like [SPEAKER_00]: the back of her head goes through a doorway like she's walking through like you see the back of her walking through a doorway.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's like we eat the dog's clothes. [SPEAKER_01]: It's just your head of floating head. [SPEAKER_01]: That's really scary and like maybe she doesn't quite know who it is but like she's just she's kind of guessing like someone will come up to the desk and she's like [SPEAKER_00]: Hello, or like Gilmore, I'm more like Gilmore that's a lot.

[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, isn't it? [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and so then what if [SPEAKER_00]: Does a lower lie have to be the one to convince Mrs. Kim to do the, to do the contest? [SPEAKER_01]: I think it has to be, I think it has to come back to Rory and Rory is going to help Rory. [SPEAKER_01]: Because I think maybe there's something where it's like as a judge, Rory, maybe as Taylor leaves, he leaves Rory in charge of getting Luke on board, or I don't think he would leave something that important to.

[SPEAKER_01]: I'm trying to think of a reason why Rory would have to get involved on behalf of Luke. [SPEAKER_01]: to get Mrs. Kim involved, like, why do I think it would be on behalf of for you? [SPEAKER_01]: And that's why I think that there's something about her being a judge. [SPEAKER_01]: Is there, like, a, some kind of, something if someone doesn't participate, like, they have to, trying to think of, like, a consequence of, like, if it doesn't.

[SPEAKER_01]: Because it's like, what's, it doesn't matter to anyone if Mrs. Kim participates, because for Luke, it's that Luke doesn't have to participate. [SPEAKER_01]: If Mrs. Kim doesn't, he doesn't have to either. [SPEAKER_01]: So like, what is the impetus to make it very desirable for Luke to participate?

[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I was thinking that too. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, what's the consequence of not full participation from the town? [SPEAKER_01]: To be fair, there's no, there's no consequences for Luke that actually matter. [SPEAKER_01]: Right. [SPEAKER_01]: And so is it? [SPEAKER_01]: Because since season three, we're kind of in that weird in-between place, right there, where it's like, there's still a flirtation between them, neither of them have fully moved on to a different relationship.

[SPEAKER_00]: No, we're not yet. [SPEAKER_00]: Not yet. [SPEAKER_00]: She's about to come in. [SPEAKER_00]: She's about to come in. [SPEAKER_00]: We don't have to be called. [SPEAKER_00]: She doesn't. [SPEAKER_00]: She doesn't do that until Alex comes on the scene. [SPEAKER_00]: And that's not till a few episodes later.

[SPEAKER_00]: I wonder if it's a situation where like Laura likes so excited. [SPEAKER_00]: She loves this. [SPEAKER_00]: And she always wants to participate. [SPEAKER_00]: She's like, come on. [SPEAKER_00]: It's like the spirit of the town. [SPEAKER_00]: It's like she's going to sing the painting song or something.

[SPEAKER_00]: And... [SPEAKER_00]: She is like the person who's getting it's just an added benefit that Rory is the the judge person who's judging She feels like she's someone on the inside. [SPEAKER_00]: Yes, maybe Laura lie is just kind of the ring leader and getting people to participate So she volunteers to like she's like, oh, I'll talk to Mrs. Camino.

[SPEAKER_00]: Be fine [SPEAKER_01]: I mean, maybe it's not even a consequence for Luke. [SPEAKER_01]: Laura lay just really wants it to happen. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: She's like, no, you have to. [SPEAKER_01]: And he's like, no, there's only one way I'm going to do it. [SPEAKER_01]: And he was always going to do it for her, um, because maybe he's just Kim doesn't end up participating.

[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I also think she would maybe do it because Lane wants to do it. [SPEAKER_00]: She's like, every year, I want to do this. [SPEAKER_00]: We can never do it because my mom always says no. [SPEAKER_00]: And maybe it needs to be something more intense than that. [SPEAKER_00]: But, and maybe that's why Lane is at the diner with them.

[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, okay, well, we know that Mrs. Kim isn't going to do it. [SPEAKER_01]: So, let's just put a pumpkin and Luke's window. [SPEAKER_01]: It maybe Lane's like, maybe we could convince her. [SPEAKER_01]: Maybe we could do this, mm-hmm. [SPEAKER_01]: And, what we're like, yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: And she's like, oh, you'll talk to her.

[SPEAKER_01]: Sure. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_00]: Maybe it is a situation where like Mrs. Kim is kind of like if we're looking at the lower-life plot as like ABC, I feel like A is oh my god, Penaland lies here. [SPEAKER_00]: What is she doing here? [SPEAKER_00]: B would be convincing Mrs. Kim or we could switch them around.

[SPEAKER_00]: A would be convincing Mrs. Kim to participate in the town event. [SPEAKER_00]: B would be, is Penaland not staying here and C is she's trying [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: Well, you know, see is technically Emily Luke Caesar. [SPEAKER_00]: No, no, no, I know in the grant scheme of the episode, but I'm talking about in prior and lower for the last story.

[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: I think the Mrs. Kim convincing her is A. [SPEAKER_01]: Okay. [SPEAKER_01]: And Penalyn is B. [SPEAKER_01]: But I think that maybe the Penalyn and Chris part of it have like B and a half together, like they kind of like blend and back and forth, because ultimately the Emily part of it kind of feeds into the B, but [SPEAKER_01]: Okay.

[SPEAKER_01]: What about the Rory aspect of it? [SPEAKER_01]: Because we know she's going to be a judge, but what happens to Rory throughout the episode? [SPEAKER_00]: I think that, you know, does she go to school? [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, yeah, I think maybe she has two, but maybe we don't see her go to school.

[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe we just see her coming home from school. [SPEAKER_00]: Like the whole episode takes place in Star's Hollow because it's so Star's Hollow heavy, but we just see her in her uniform coming, like getting off the bus and stuff. [SPEAKER_00]: Like every time she gets off the bus, she's being inundated.

[SPEAKER_00]: until like Reverend Skinner is all like also shows up and he's like, hi, Marie, and she's like, oh, I was expecting you, but I'm curious, like if Marie initially thinks this is going to be like, okay, I'll just judge the the contest that happens on, you know, [SPEAKER_00]: October 31st or whatever date, October 30th, but Taylor is making the two of them do like a bunch of stuff ahead of time.

[SPEAKER_00]: Like, she thinks it's just going to be like, okay, I show up. [SPEAKER_00]: I judge. [SPEAKER_00]: I, you know, go home. [SPEAKER_00]: No harm, no foul. [SPEAKER_00]: But every time she gets off the bus or like turns a corner, Taylor's like, oh, good, worry, you're here. [SPEAKER_00]: Like, I need you for blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_00]: And then eventually Reverend Skinner comes into play and the two of them are more of a duo than Taylor, like Taylor thinks he can control the two of them, but it's kind of a beautiful way for them to bond. [SPEAKER_00]: But all the while like she needs to know from her mom if Mrs. Kim is going to participate.

[SPEAKER_01]: Can you talk to her yet? [SPEAKER_01]: Sort of things like I need I need she's a list. [SPEAKER_01]: That's why I think for maybe school might come into play because it's like maybe she's supposed to do something for school, but she's like I have this town thing in Paris. [SPEAKER_00]: Well, but what I think what I think serves the purpose of what we have to do here is what she's supposed to do is she's supposed to spend time with Sherry like Sherry and the gaggle of gals have to come into play.

[SPEAKER_00]: So I think if [SPEAKER_00]: I also think throughout all of this, like Emily is calling the end. [SPEAKER_00]: Emily is calling Rory. [SPEAKER_00]: Being like a herd that you guys are sick and she's like, oh, yeah. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like a blue situation.

[SPEAKER_00]: Sherry calls. [SPEAKER_00]: She's like, hey, we're supposed to like, we're coming through town. [SPEAKER_00]: We thought it would be a really good opportunity to say hi. [SPEAKER_00]: And she's like, oh, I'm doing this thing. [SPEAKER_00]: And she's like, oh, great. [SPEAKER_00]: We'll see you soon.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, they have like Halloween lunch at the end. [SPEAKER_01]: And it's spooky. [SPEAKER_01]: spooky spooky spooky spooky spooky lunch is more so what I mean is like it's like the in is like dressed for Halloween because that's a thing I feel like the town is dressed for Halloween I like the idea of like the in being decorated and feel a kind of spooky but in a very like independence in sort of way [SPEAKER_00]: Totally.

[SPEAKER_00]: I think there are trick or treat errors who like come through and then the big like finale and at the end of the night Like the town event so to speak is the judging of the contest It actually would be really funny if Mrs. Kim was like I'm not participating like the whole entire time and she Wittens in a word because her house was so dark It's like whatever like the antiques in the windows just so happened to be like kind of scary [SPEAKER_01]: And like Taylor and Reverend Skinner are like, oh, that's that's horrifying.

[SPEAKER_00]: Wow, they've really got her to participate I mean, yeah, this is Kim just has her and takes up. [SPEAKER_01]: It's just literally just her house like the lights are off But maybe she has those like you know those garden lights that kind of like illuminate. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, it's a little bit Yeah, maybe it's like that.

[SPEAKER_00]: It's like, oh, this is really spooky. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and then [SPEAKER_00]: this is spooky in in a in a very old school kind of way and teller notices like oh look at the look at what she put in the window that's a nineteen that's an eighteen sixty seven porcelain doll he used to scare the children in the yeah at the turn of the such particularly scary yeah and i imagine bari turns the lane of like she didn't decorate the [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and Mrs. Kim wins second place.

[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_00]: Or Laura Lywin's second place in Mrs. Kim wins first. [SPEAKER_00]: And she's like, she didn't even bark his feet. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: I tried to get her to purchase me and she's like, ah, came in second again, or maybe she doesn't have enough time to like fully decorate her house, because she's so busy trying to convince Mrs. Kim and like she's dealing with like the ladies at the end come in.

[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, that's only on Halloween though. [SPEAKER_01]: So I imagine she would have, she would have decorated to some degree. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, maybe it's maybe. [SPEAKER_01]: Who can Mrs. Skimwin? [SPEAKER_01]: That'll be really funny. [SPEAKER_01]: They are the ones who. [SPEAKER_01]: But like, I want Boba and Mori their whole house.

[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I feel like they would come in like second or third. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, they're definitely placing. [SPEAKER_01]: But we've got Andrew's house. [SPEAKER_01]: Who else is, who else are we seeing? [SPEAKER_01]: I don't have no idea where Miss Patty lives. [SPEAKER_01]: I assume. [SPEAKER_00]: I think Suki, I like the idea of like Suki, Suki, and Suki, and Suki.

[SPEAKER_00]: He's willing to grow old house. [SPEAKER_00]: Like she thinks it's going to be really cute. [SPEAKER_00]: Oh, but an animal ate part of it. [SPEAKER_00]: Oh, that would be really funny. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_00]: We would also see like whose house have we gone to? [SPEAKER_00]: So Mrs. Kim, Suki and Jackson, maybe Dwight is there, maybe Dwight participates?

[SPEAKER_00]: Taylor. [SPEAKER_00]: Taylor. [SPEAKER_00]: Well, I don't know. [SPEAKER_00]: He might, there might be like a rule like maybe we're getting selected as a judge is like something that Laura likes. [SPEAKER_00]: It's really nervous about because she, because technically if you're a judge, you can participate.

[SPEAKER_01]: So maybe that's why maybe Lane does help lower life because like where we can't contribute. [SPEAKER_01]: I don't know. [SPEAKER_01]: I wonder if Taylor can have a walk around of like he's the town's electman, but he's also a private citizen. [SPEAKER_01]: Like there's something about it that I feel like maybe he would.

[SPEAKER_01]: And like he does like a big spooktacular to his house, but Marie and Reverend Skinner ultimately are like, no, no. [SPEAKER_01]: I think Ms. Patty would maybe, actually, no idea what she says. [SPEAKER_00]: Well, we've never seen her house, but I wonder what she would do for her business if she wanted to.

[SPEAKER_01]: She'd probably dance, probably a stage. [SPEAKER_01]: Probably she'd have to sing things, dancers. [SPEAKER_00]: We'd go by Luke's, [SPEAKER_01]: and but maybe that's like that's yeah we see I feel like we would see several and in exposition we would hear about more like we would hear about miss patty's performance outside of her house we would probably hear about other like characters that we get right like the idea and you're decorating his with all books like you know doing something to that fact [SPEAKER_01]: But I feel like we wouldn't see everyone's, but we would hear about how it was, and like, totally.

[SPEAKER_01]: With suit keys, it's like, oh, that was really sad. [SPEAKER_01]: Animal just ate everything. [SPEAKER_01]: Eight right through the gourds, totally disqualified, disqualified. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, last place, maybe. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, that would be sad. [SPEAKER_01]: I know for the attempt.

[SPEAKER_01]: Or maybe it's it ends up being that she gets awarded like messiest or like something. [SPEAKER_01]: Maybe there's like superlatives and it's not necessarily what she's talking about. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: And she's quite sad about it. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_00]: Or maybe she's like turns it into happy to think.

[SPEAKER_00]: She's like, oh my god, we mind. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that's something. [SPEAKER_00]: I feel like she'd find a way to spend it either. [SPEAKER_00]: She like spends it very negative and very positive. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_00]: She's very competitive. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, like she's very competitive.

[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, how's house? [SPEAKER_00]: What about Kirk? [SPEAKER_00]: Kirby his mother and part of space. [SPEAKER_01]: His mother, my mother wouldn't let me decorate. [SPEAKER_01]: Maybe maybe maybe he makes a miniaturized version of his mother's house because his mother wouldn't let him decorate the house entirely.

[SPEAKER_01]: So he decorated the miniature version of it and makes it quite spooky, [SPEAKER_00]: And then I think we would also maybe hear about Dean's house. [SPEAKER_01]: Because I feel like as they go through, like the people whose house it was are coming with the judges. [SPEAKER_00]: Like it's like the group gets bigger and bigger and bigger.

[SPEAKER_00]: And then it ends in the town square. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, maybe like it ends with Mrs. Kim. [SPEAKER_00]: And there's like, oh my god, that's scary. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, for sure. [SPEAKER_00]: Anyway, no, I agree. [SPEAKER_00]: I think that it could end. [SPEAKER_00]: Do you think that this would happen at night?

[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I think that it happens as a get-starker and darker as we go along in just being. [SPEAKER_00]: Interesting. [SPEAKER_00]: Which would be really hard for shooting, but yeah, we've never With the exception of like the bike race, which wasn't supposed to be at night, or, you know, I guess Kirk County in the Easter eggs, the Bomboyage party, like we don't really have events in the town square.

[SPEAKER_00]: Which is carnival. [SPEAKER_00]: Or which are carnival at night time. [SPEAKER_00]: it was and it was in season one and it was in season four. [SPEAKER_00]: So never mind. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, because when Dean and Jess and Clara all go. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: Oh Clara, she's super excited to decorate her house.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and it's scary. [SPEAKER_01]: So it's got horses outside of the park. [SPEAKER_01]: Oh god. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, had this horsemen, had those horsemen or had headed horses. [SPEAKER_00]: That's what [SPEAKER_00]: But I do think that the gaggle of gals, like Sherry's baby show all the women from Sherry's baby shower, they come in in the afternoon.

[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think they're staying in the evening. [SPEAKER_01]: No, but you think they would stay to see Rory? [SPEAKER_00]: I do. [SPEAKER_00]: They stay and maybe they get a little drunk, not Sherry, of course, because Sherry is pregnant. [SPEAKER_00]: But I think there's like a level of it that maybe Chris has gravitated [SPEAKER_01]: I think she's very resistant to it, but I think that I don't think there's like an apology of sorts, but maybe uh, just like where they always get back to, that that's Chris and that's Laura Lye and that's how it's going to be.

[SPEAKER_00]: Where do you think Emily comes into all of this? [SPEAKER_00]: What day of the week is Halloween? [SPEAKER_00]: Well, if it's Friday, if it's a Friday. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I guess if it's a Saturday, they could be in there the night before or maybe it's like after the contest is over and she like she's waiting there for them could be interesting if it's on a Friday night.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and that's how Caesar gets involved. [SPEAKER_01]: She held and she made a reservation. [SPEAKER_00]: I kind of love that. [SPEAKER_01]: I'm trying to decide which part of the episode I want her in, because I don't know if I necessarily want her at the end. [SPEAKER_01]: Maybe though having her at the end is the better part in terms of the panel and lot, conclusion.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, sure. [SPEAKER_01]: Because maybe panel and lot comes in and into the diner after everything has happened. [SPEAKER_01]: Because I imagine [SPEAKER_01]: This is where I actually am going to take a leaf out of the original series and that the timeline doesn't make sense at all. [SPEAKER_01]: And the timing of this doesn't make any sense that Emily would make a reservation for 7 p.m. and the house judging is over, you know, anyway.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that totally. [SPEAKER_01]: That's just true Gilmore girl stars hollow to just not adhere to regular timeframes. [SPEAKER_01]: I think that that's, you know, that's the hallmark of a Gilmore girl's episode is what time is it? [SPEAKER_01]: No one knows. [SPEAKER_01]: No one knows, it's um, and so when she they walk in and maybe she's been waiting there for a little while.

[SPEAKER_01]: but she knew they would come in because Caesar has she's she's been having a conversation with Caesar and he said you guys would come in. [SPEAKER_01]: He heard earlier today and said that you guys would come in so made her my reservation and I'm here. [SPEAKER_01]: It may be panel and lot comes in and lore lies like this and [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and she's like, I don't, I don't know who that is.

[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, or they go to Luke's afterwards, and Emily is waiting there for them. [SPEAKER_01]: And he's like, I'm actually walking. [SPEAKER_01]: Caesar's like, oh, your table's ready. [SPEAKER_01]: Our table. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, mom, she called. [SPEAKER_01]: There she is. [SPEAKER_01]: I just want to like get her back in, it's true.

[SPEAKER_00]: I want to get Emily back to the in somehow, because I don't know that [SPEAKER_01]: Maybe she was a part of, you know, I imagine that like the house competition was like Advertised at the end of like this is something that's happening and then Luke's is open If you're in town, maybe one of the only places to eat is Luke's she comes in with her party I don't know that's that's my that's my assumption or maybe they see her outside the window Yeah, something like that not the real pin will not [SPEAKER_01]: No.

[SPEAKER_00]: But maybe that's how it ends. [SPEAKER_00]: It's just the three Gilmore girls having dinner at Luke's together. [SPEAKER_01]: Spooky. [SPEAKER_01]: Very spooky. [SPEAKER_01]: That's spooky. [SPEAKER_01]: That's scary. [SPEAKER_01]: I love the idea of a jump scare in this episode. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, because like we have to be discussed like costumes.

[SPEAKER_01]: I imagine Laura like dressed to her house. [SPEAKER_01]: Like whatever her house is dressed at, that's what she is dressed at, which is that I think is like a quite funny bit for houses we didn't see as the group gets bigger and bigger as they go to different houses. [SPEAKER_01]: because then we see people who were dressing to their house and that she'd just a mishmosh of the craziest, constant usey.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: So I don't know what Laura lie is. [SPEAKER_01]: Because I she's maybe something quite sweet because in season six we learn that she's only ever done QD things. [SPEAKER_01]: She's never done something scary. [SPEAKER_01]: So maybe she's like candy apple fairy or yeah, or like something or something or something.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, she is candy, you know? [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, she's a lollipop like maybe it's somebody land. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, maybe it's candy land and she is the mayor of candy land like I'm and like she can eat candy All for hats sort of thing. [SPEAKER_01]: I very much see that for her the like she she maybe is pulling candy off of her Yeah, she makes her way through and that is kind of how they show up to [SPEAKER_00]: Well, it also brings us back to the conversation that they're having, maybe in the cold event, maybe right after the cold event about what candy she's going to decorate her some perfect full circle.

[SPEAKER_01]: Well, it's very redress does. [SPEAKER_01]: I imagine Taylor, I think she's costumes. [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, you think so. [SPEAKER_01]: I think it would have to be neutral. [SPEAKER_01]: So yeah, because like I imagine Taylor's dress is a vampire magician. [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, right, of course.

[SPEAKER_01]: And Roy, like maybe Lorelei makes her a little costume. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, maybe the maybe Taylor forces them to be a coven. [SPEAKER_01]: Maybe maybe she's also vampire. [SPEAKER_01]: She's a little blue. [SPEAKER_00]: I think that Reverend Skinner would abstain. [SPEAKER_00]: I think he'd be like, no.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: And like, maybe that's like their beef is like, I dressed up. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, exactly. [SPEAKER_01]: And he's like, well, I can't just says God says the man upstairs. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: And I just love the idea of when they walk into the diner, they're both wearing costumes when they sit down.

[SPEAKER_01]: Like, that's like the image of my mind of like, yes, absolutely. [SPEAKER_00]: Like, what are you wearing? [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, she's like, it's my costume. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I think that he would be when they go by Luke's because Luke is like forced into participating.

[SPEAKER_00]: When they went by Luke's that like Jess was kind of like hanging outside kind of a thing and she's like so you're really doing this on. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, cute. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, cute is a little vampire. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, like I didn't just some blood dripping down. [SPEAKER_01]: She makes some sort of remark about.

[SPEAKER_01]: better watch out or maybe it's like a she's like something very niche and he knows exactly what she is or maybe people think she's something yeah and he's like oh yeah and she's like because that's the Jess Laura like connection is there always yeah they're always kind of in sync unfortunately for the [SPEAKER_01]: that I'm fortunately for us, that correct.

[SPEAKER_01]: He gets it and or I think that everyone will get it. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, or he thinks no one will. [SPEAKER_01]: Everyone's gonna think I'm X. [SPEAKER_01]: Everyone who think I'm this. [SPEAKER_01]: And everyone does think she's this, but just gets it. [SPEAKER_01]: Just gets it. [SPEAKER_01]: Just gets it.

[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, just get it. [SPEAKER_01]: Just get it. [SPEAKER_01]: I'm just getting it. [SPEAKER_01]: I'm just getting it. [SPEAKER_01]: I'm just getting it. [SPEAKER_01]: I'm just getting it. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm just getting it. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm just getting it. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm just getting it.

[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just getting it. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm just getting it. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm just getting it. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm just getting it. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm just getting it. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm just getting it. [SPEAKER_00]: All right, well, I think we kind of got there. [SPEAKER_00]: I think that given all of the parameters Gosh, I know.

[SPEAKER_00]: I know. [SPEAKER_00]: I remember when I thought it was going to be. [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, yeah. [SPEAKER_00]: But I think we built like a pretty decent episode. [SPEAKER_01]: I know. [SPEAKER_01]: I was a little bummed at first when it was just going to be Emily. [SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, oh, let's bring in Richard.

[SPEAKER_01]: But it actually ended up quite no, it makes William's sense. [SPEAKER_00]: And I love that we don't actually go to her house. [SPEAKER_00]: She comes to stars hollow. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_00]: all of the action starts and starts, or happens and starts all of them. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.

[SPEAKER_01]: And it feels like it makes so much sense that she would call the diner in like just ambush them with a Friday night dinner. [SPEAKER_01]: I'm so surprised that never happened. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it seems so Emily Gilmore heard of, too. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: Because I imagine she probably told Caesar what they would be having for dinner.

[SPEAKER_01]: Mm-hmm. [SPEAKER_01]: This is what we'll have. [SPEAKER_01]: This is not what the menu. [SPEAKER_01]: This is what we'll have. [SPEAKER_01]: That feels right for her. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_00]: Well, if you guys saw any different storylines, like, once we pulled these names, that's like, wait, you're like, wait, you guys could have gone in this direction with this direction or why didn't you go in this direction?

[SPEAKER_00]: Here's how these people could have been incorporated. [SPEAKER_00]: Let us know. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: Or like, Doyle could have been there. [SPEAKER_01]: Doyle could have been there. [SPEAKER_01]: But you guys kept the women from Sherry's baby shower. [SPEAKER_01]: That felt more challenging.

[SPEAKER_00]: It was more jealous. [SPEAKER_00]: Oh my god. [SPEAKER_00]: But it just, it worked out really well that Chris got pulled. [SPEAKER_01]: That's Chris not get pulled. [SPEAKER_01]: I would have been like, what? [SPEAKER_01]: How would we bear? [SPEAKER_01]: Totally. [SPEAKER_00]: Um, but yeah, as always, let us know what you thought.

[SPEAKER_00]: I love reading the YouTube comments. [SPEAKER_00]: There's so much fun. [SPEAKER_00]: Because a lot of you are now with us on YouTube, which we love and adore. [SPEAKER_00]: But this was fun. [SPEAKER_00]: I love doing this every year. [SPEAKER_00]: I love celebrating stars Halloween in one way or another.

[SPEAKER_00]: Always, always in some way. [SPEAKER_00]: This week we're also going to do a an October rites October Roundup, but I kind of want to call it like our mid fall or like mid autumn Roundup because we haven't had one since the end of August. [SPEAKER_00]: I feel like this is almost like a mid season.

[SPEAKER_00]: It's such a October. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, has happened a lot has been discussed. [SPEAKER_01]: A lot of thoughts have been [SPEAKER_01]: shared afterwards from all of you and yeah before we get into Jess Mariano November, let's do a little round up and we'll have more to say on that in the next episode.
