#315 Blu of Earth x Lily Ashwell – Why Authenticity Is Humanity's Greatest Revolution

In this emotional episode of the Just Tap In Podcast, Emilio Ortiz sits down with dear friends Blu (Blu of Earth, Host of Deja Blu Podcast) and Lily Ashwell for an exploration of astrology, tarot, creativity, evolution, and the deeper intelligence moving through our lives. Blu is a visionary creator whose journey into legal deafness opened a world of frequency, resonance, light language, and perception. Lily is an astrologer and artist whose healing journey with Lyme disease became a spiritual cocoon of study, art, and devotion. Together, they reveal the three-year process behind their human-made tarot creation, shaped through journeys to Glastonbury, Egypt, the Amazon rainforest, and Topanga. They share how offerings, guidance, synchronicities, and angelic light became woven into the project, and why meaningful creation cannot simply be generated—it must be embodied.

The conversation then opens into the astrology of July 17, when Pluto and Uranus form a perfect trine Lily describes as a checkpoint for the revolutionary spirit of the 1960s. Blu & Lily explore why the Tower may be the tarot archetype of our time revealing what is rotten at the root so false systems can transform. They unpack tarot not as prediction, but as a mirror that helps us meet the future; redefine abundance as alignment and right relationship; and speak candidly about friendship, shadow work, AI, synthetic culture, and the choice between the authentic and artificial. From Blu learning to listen beyond words, to the “future human,” Wheel of Fortune, intergalactic consciousness, and a new cycle, this episode invites us to trust uncertainty and become a clear vessel for something greater.
