<p>Getting older just means getting louder for Danny Elfman and Filter’s Richard Patrick. Both catch up with Kyle Meredith backstage at Louder Than Life 2026, where Elfman reveals how Tool’s <em>Fear Inoculum</em> got him through hours of tattooing, why he never expected to return to the stage, and how his next album comes with a David Lynch-inspired movie featuring Slash, Thundercat, and Caleb Landry Jones. Meanwhile, Patrick says he’s making the heaviest music of his career with <em>A Place to Kill,</em> talks about Ministry’s massive influence on Filter, and previews the upcoming album <em>The Antidote,</em> which picks up where <em>The Algorithm</em> left off. They also get into their work scoring films, the freedom of jumping between musical worlds, and why neither one seems particularly interested in mellowing out.</p><p>Listen to <a href="youtu.be/s98yVbYL-xU"; rel="nofollow">Danny Elfman</a> and <a href="youtu.be/bPqGy3-KpuA"; rel="nofollow">Richard Patrick</a> chat about all this and more or watch it on <span>YouTube</span>. [SPEAKER_02]: Just a few weeks ago, September 2026 where I got to talk with both Danny Elfman and Richard Patrick from Filter. [SPEAKER_02]: Of course, Danny Elfman, one of the greatest film composers of all time, he started as a lead singer in [SPEAKER_02]: he went on to score everything from from P. We Hermit picked up P. We Beetlejuice Batman.

[SPEAKER_02]: He did the theme song for the Simpsons. [SPEAKER_02]: I could go on forever. [SPEAKER_02]: And a few years ago, round pandemic time, he decided it was time to get back to that early part of him as a performer, as a rock musician. [SPEAKER_02]: And he released an album and now he's about to do the same thing again.

[SPEAKER_02]: I see his second record. [SPEAKER_02]: So we're going to be talking about the record. [SPEAKER_02]: We're going to be talking about what it's been like to come back live, you know, to be a live musician again. [SPEAKER_02]: And how he kind of brings all of his career to the stage and what band inspired all of his tattoos.

[SPEAKER_02]: So that'll come first. [SPEAKER_02]: And then here in a bit, my conversation also live from backstage, loud of the life with Richard Patrick, a filter who's stayed very busy these days, not just with a new filter record on the way, but also his side project, a place to kill [SPEAKER_02]: But let's get into a part one of this live from backstage, louder than live 2026.

[SPEAKER_02]: It's Kyle Meredith with Danny Elfman. [SPEAKER_03]: Hello. [SPEAKER_02]: It's it's great to see you're going to be playing tonight on this on this tour that you're in. [SPEAKER_02]: I was I was looking at this lineup and I was thinking [SPEAKER_02]: I don't know, you see it the same way, but like, you are so connected with so many artists that are at a festival like this.

[SPEAKER_03]: I never know what I'm connected with. [SPEAKER_03]: So it's always like a surprise for me, but other than there are a lot of artists that I love, and I would like to think I have some connections somewhere, but it's so hard to figure out. [SPEAKER_02]: like you're so kind of it's it's like the six degrees it can't make a thing like you're like it's it's it's so much easier than that I mean because was Alice Cooper was here and and he was in dark shadows and rides against his cover to you and you just listen to my chemical romance you're like that's Danny Elf been all over that sound right there.

[SPEAKER_02]: Cool. [SPEAKER_03]: Well, like I told the drummer Danny Kerry just a little while ago that I said all of the tattoos on me I only got because of their last Fira Noculum, which was a tool album from about what six years ago Yeah, literally got me through the whole process. [SPEAKER_03]: I couldn't have done it without it.

[SPEAKER_03]: That's the only got these absolutely [SPEAKER_03]: repeated play yeah i told him i said i don't even know the name of a single song because i've only listened to the entire album about forty times i'm sure balex full though there probably would rather that's than thinking about it any kind of single certain probably but [SPEAKER_02]: It's for some reason it's what my brain needed to like get me out of the torture chamber Uh-huh, it was Tool yeah, and that's been a ban for you for a long time like knowing that Manor and everything came up and I like that alt comedy scene of the 90s Were you part of it back then like the same scenes?

[SPEAKER_03]: I wasn't a part of any scene Uh-huh, back then so, you know [SPEAKER_03]: I never felt connected to Los Angeles and I never felt connected to any scene. [SPEAKER_03]: You know, I went through the punk era, but I was never in a punk band. [SPEAKER_03]: Some people call this new wave, but I had no affiliation towards any new wave bands.

[SPEAKER_03]: So, I have no idea what I am and what I was. [SPEAKER_03]: I think that was always the weird thing back then. [SPEAKER_03]: It's like, what are they? [SPEAKER_03]: And we didn't know. [SPEAKER_03]: Sure. [SPEAKER_03]: And now you are this singular sound where everyone can be like, [SPEAKER_02]: Like you've done it.

[SPEAKER_02]: No, that's it. [SPEAKER_02]: You stuck to it. [SPEAKER_02]: You, you know, you didn't go in the lane. [SPEAKER_02]: You know, it seems to have worked out as guess as what I'm saying. [SPEAKER_03]: You know what? [SPEAKER_03]: It seems to have worked out. [SPEAKER_03]: And I'm so thrilled to actually now be able to play, you know, on the same day, the same stages as some of these artists that I absolutely love.

[SPEAKER_03]: I'm just constantly surprised and flattered and honored, really, to be the right word. [SPEAKER_02]: Well you've been back in this I mean what do we call the live pivot like you've done these shows throughout but so what's it really been like because you get the dream up these sets [SPEAKER_03]: Well, you know, it's like I never intended to come back to life performing and 2019, my manager dragged me out to Coachella, they've been trying to get me out there for 5, 10 or 15 years.

[SPEAKER_03]: And I saw the screens, the visual screens and I said, oh, that technology has taken a big leap since the last time I said, I could put some seriously fucked up shit up there. [SPEAKER_03]: and really enjoying it. [SPEAKER_03]: It's actually the visual side encouraged me to like, I'm going to do something and I pitch the show.

[SPEAKER_03]: It's like putting all this stuff together that made no sense whatsoever and having some fun with the visuals. [SPEAKER_03]: And then once I did that, it's like, this kind of fun. [SPEAKER_03]: Maybe I'll just kind of keep doing it. [SPEAKER_03]: And now we got another album coming out. [SPEAKER_03]: Right.

[SPEAKER_03]: Which I'm excited to hear about. [SPEAKER_02]: With the tour, though, like, do you take the chances? [SPEAKER_02]: give you another chance to dream of something completely different, has it been sort of a thread throughout it? [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I mean it's hard to figure out what to play on the tour because I have to be a sense of a lot of, you know, and I'm covering a lot of different eras and so you know like tonight we'll be playing four new songs that none of them have ever heard before and like five songs from our last album and probably five or six songs from the 80s or 90s.

[SPEAKER_03]: and five film pieces spread out over the last 40 years. [SPEAKER_03]: So it's a mishmosh, my brain. [SPEAKER_02]: Like not all artists have the luxury of whatever expectations come with your reputation. [SPEAKER_03]: Well, I think that's the weirdest thing for me is that nobody knows what to expect.

[SPEAKER_03]: I barely know what to expect. [SPEAKER_03]: And so I'm fine myself touring, but in this very unique place, because the audience that's coming to see me, they don't know what I'm gonna play. [SPEAKER_03]: And what era I'm gonna represent. [SPEAKER_02]: and it's it's very interesting because it's like okay I'm just gonna I'm gonna give you feed of this stuff and hope you like it right hey quick pause just to remind you if you like what you're hearing right now please do hit that subscribe button so you can keep up with everything that we're doing it really does help out so much and we'll be right back right after this [SPEAKER_02]: Welcome back, it's Kyle Meredith with Danny Elfman.

[SPEAKER_02]: It was looking at some of those songs, too. [SPEAKER_02]: Are these like cyanara upside down river of life? [SPEAKER_02]: They're all new. [SPEAKER_02]: Those are the new ones. [SPEAKER_02]: So you right now have the luxury of like, library action, has that changed? [SPEAKER_02]: Are the songs locked in the recording?

[SPEAKER_02]: Or are you able to go back in and be like, oh, I can, [SPEAKER_02]: After playing it, I can take it. [SPEAKER_03]: Well, I mean, the answer to that is always, yes, I know. [SPEAKER_03]: I mean, they're locked. [SPEAKER_03]: They albums finished. [SPEAKER_03]: But that doesn't mean that can't go and change something if I feel like it, you know.

[SPEAKER_03]: It won't come out till the beginning of next year. [SPEAKER_03]: We're doing an album movie right now. [SPEAKER_03]: And that's still got another month to finish up. [SPEAKER_03]: So that leaves me some wiggle room. [SPEAKER_03]: If I feel like going back in there and going into it, I'm going to do something different.

[SPEAKER_03]: I can't. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, you can. [SPEAKER_02]: Where did the album movie thing come because we're talking like an hour long thing here Yeah, I mean a short film. [SPEAKER_03]: It was believe me. [SPEAKER_03]: It was like a surprise to me It was Samarion the our label. [SPEAKER_03]: You know because they do both film and Music and so when Samarion presented us with a deal for this album.

[SPEAKER_03]: It's like, oh, I looked at it It's oh wait a minute. [SPEAKER_03]: This album album movie graphic novel All three whole playground [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, so usually you know you've been in my old the old days to finish a record and you do a video and then over the course of the next one You might do a second or a third here finish album eight videos all have to be done at once I had the design figure out how to do that and combine it into a little film a crazy film [SPEAKER_03]: like linear narrative, yeah, it's a crazy film that has Caleb Landry Jones been a lot of film stars in it and slash from Guns and Rosas in it and Thundercat in it and it's crazy.

[SPEAKER_03]: It's kind of a fanboy David Lynch or Mars, it's the best way I could describe it. [SPEAKER_02]: can't wait to see that. [SPEAKER_02]: I always think about the films too. [SPEAKER_02]: We're in Louisville. [SPEAKER_02]: Demand's wire was shot here. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_02]: And I was like, that's that's great because I don't always get to see you in that exact indie world.

[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_02]: But what was I just what was like working on that because we had the great ties to Gus and everything. [SPEAKER_03]: I love working with Gus. [SPEAKER_03]: So whenever he comes up with something new, it's a thrill. [SPEAKER_03]: I think I've done eight films with him now.

[SPEAKER_03]: And [SPEAKER_03]: I never know we were he's just going to want to try all kinds of stuff and that's part of the fun of working with Gus Yeah, it's like an a period piece too. [SPEAKER_03]: Well, but he didn't want to be period. [SPEAKER_03]: He was like Let's do it all with Timpany and I'm doing all these crazy sounds But no, let's do it all with a harp and then I do it.

[SPEAKER_03]: It's not a harp [SPEAKER_03]: Let's do it all with a single bass string bass and it's like all of that made it in there Yeah, and percussion, you know one point is gonna be all percussion But that's that's just working with Gus, so it's just going on a crazy ride and see where we're gonna stuff up to it Oh, totally.

[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I guess it's one of those things like it's not about your ego at that point or anything like that It's like that [SPEAKER_03]: It's just gonna be like experiment, try things out, and keep an open mind, you know? [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, why love what you do there? [SPEAKER_02]: I was reading what, with the Stuart Fells to say the universe.

[SPEAKER_02]: And I read that you did 10 variations of just that one theme. [SPEAKER_03]: Well, yeah, that was, I wrote the song and like really quick. [SPEAKER_03]: I came onto a satin. [SPEAKER_03]: I heard it in my head and I said, excuse me, I gotta go when I put the gut out my phone and I said, I think this is the song.

[SPEAKER_03]: And then he said, now the only thing is, we need 10 versions of it. [SPEAKER_03]: and I was like 10 very slightly different, all similar, but, okay, sure. [SPEAKER_03]: move a note here, move a note there, I wrote a couple extra sections, so I could like feature one section one week and a different section the next week part of a two and you know, so I wrote it as a longer thing, it could be condensed down to different versions and attitudes.

[SPEAKER_02]: That's fun. [SPEAKER_02]: It was fun. [SPEAKER_02]: Everything you do is fun. [SPEAKER_02]: I can't wait to hear this new record. [SPEAKER_02]: Thank you. [SPEAKER_02]: I love the first one so much and everything and the remix album that came along with it, I like just kind of keep it up.

[SPEAKER_03]: Thank you. [SPEAKER_03]: That was such a surprise, you know, like being able to [SPEAKER_03]: collaborate with Iggy Pop and Trent Resner and Square Pusher and all these great people. [SPEAKER_02]: And here's what stuff sounds like through their mind. [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I mean, I didn't expect that ever to happen.

[SPEAKER_03]: I didn't need anybody ever knew who I was. [SPEAKER_03]: And then all these great artists were offering. [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, sure. [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_03]: I think I could do a thing in a second. [SPEAKER_03]: Neely? [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_03]: Wow. [SPEAKER_03]: That's great.

[SPEAKER_03]: Well, look forward to the win dating. [SPEAKER_03]: Thank you so much. [SPEAKER_02]: Hey, quick pause, just to remind you, if you like what you're hearing right now, please do hit that subscribe button so you can keep up with everything that we're doing. [SPEAKER_02]: It really does help out so much and we'll be right back right after this.

[SPEAKER_02]: Welcome back, all right, part two of this live from backstage, a lot of the life, 2026. [SPEAKER_02]: Again, as I was mentioning, Richard Patrick catching up with the filter singer, and he had just come off stage when we got the talk. [SPEAKER_02]: He was up there watching ministry. [SPEAKER_02]: Filter, he just finished there, said, he's stuck around to watch ministry, so we got to talk about his history with Al from ministry, and also just getting heavier with age, especially if you've heard the EPs from his project, a place to kill.

[SPEAKER_02]: And then we're gonna dig into this next filter record. [SPEAKER_02]: The algorithm just came out a couple of years ago. [SPEAKER_02]: This is the follow up. [SPEAKER_02]: It's an answer record called the antidote. [SPEAKER_02]: So let's get into it live backstage. [SPEAKER_02]: A lot of the life, 2026.

[SPEAKER_02]: It's Kyle Meredith with Richard Patrick of Filter. [SPEAKER_01]: Richard Pantry from Filter. [SPEAKER_01]: Thank you for having me. [SPEAKER_01]: I really appreciate it. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it's good to see you again We've talked but I think it's first time we've been able to this a person I was telling you I walked in the festival right as you were doing trip like I do Oh, it's just sounded massive up there.

[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, which is saying something to it because it's hard If you remember does not skimp on PA's [SPEAKER_01]: That's true. [SPEAKER_01]: That's another great thing about a Danny Wimmer festival. [SPEAKER_01]: He does not scamp on the audio Yeah, well, it has to be louder than life.

[SPEAKER_01]: It has to be loud Yeah, I like I'm sorry It's not like filter. [SPEAKER_01]: We we go out of our way. [SPEAKER_01]: We don't want to sound blaringly loud sure But full and rich and so Danny Wimmer always has the subs [SPEAKER_02]: back up like that. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, like, tell you, and even like the common moments, although I mean this, too, like some like take a picture.

[SPEAKER_02]: I've heard it thousands of times, you played thousands of times, getting out there and hearing that fullness. [SPEAKER_02]: When you hit that hay dad line, I'm not kidding, complete chills. [SPEAKER_02]: Like a soul. [SPEAKER_01]: Wow. [SPEAKER_02]: That's been in the ether for all that time.

[SPEAKER_02]: It's like absolute chills. [SPEAKER_01]: That's killer. [SPEAKER_02]: You know, so there's still an element out there. [SPEAKER_01]: I love it, man. [SPEAKER_01]: Thank you. [SPEAKER_01]: It's great to see it. [SPEAKER_01]: uh... you can change us to i would ministry i heard you got to check them out on the side of the stage from ministry paying homage as usual they are amazing yeah they're one of the reasons why i sound the way i sound because uh... the influence is is is it just the industrial heaviness and uh... yeah it's i can't i mean a lot of my programming is like that when i program drums you know a lot of its like double [SPEAKER_02]: you know double kick drum right stuff like that like yeah there's there's all kinds of ministries stuff going on in a filter song and you got to uh I mean y'all tour together that's too long right I did uh freaks on parade yeah yeah yeah how well so how is it because I mean obviously I'm sure you guys would know each other out for a while or something like that but uh but how how is it when you finally link up on that tour and everything is it a little bit heightened for you

[SPEAKER_01]: uh... well as an old friend from way back we met in when i was a nine inch nails he did uh... get down make love uh... he produced that song with trend and uh... and uh... so i go all the way back to that but like you know uh... it's wild like three or four decades it like i mean it's crazy because you know i'm fifty eight so it's [SPEAKER_01]: It's wild looking back and such a, but he's amazing.

[SPEAKER_01]: He was telling me some crazy stories again. [SPEAKER_01]: He's, he's got, he's got the craziest stories on the planet. [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I'm sure he does. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, he's amazing. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_02]: But it's, you know, it's just like one of those things like, how do you do it?

[SPEAKER_02]: How do you continue to be that's, that's how you do it? [SPEAKER_01]: he is and he's no joke dude like he's still like he's always drinking his red wine he's he does not he's not screwing around he is still the party guy like he's still like amazing so he's he's but yeah he's he's [SPEAKER_01]: I mean it looks great.

[SPEAKER_01]: It does like I'm like dude you look fuck you look great. [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, I didn't mean to swear You can swear as much as what in fact just swear when you don't have to shit just throw in fox Whether that's what I was doing. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I was laughing the red line thing to it. [SPEAKER_02]: It seems to be the thing like [SPEAKER_02]: Like, I'll, you've made her into, you know, less clay, it's like red wine, that's the key.

[SPEAKER_01]: You know what I'm talking about, you know, red wine, yeah. [SPEAKER_02]: That's the do it. [SPEAKER_02]: But you haven't calmed down. [SPEAKER_02]: I was like, what is a place to kill releasing that one? [SPEAKER_01]: I mean, that's heavy. [SPEAKER_01]: Heavy is shit. [SPEAKER_02]: So where is that coming from?

[SPEAKER_02]: Because I think you said this before, like, you sort of maybe expected to mellow. [SPEAKER_02]: So I was not what's happening. [SPEAKER_01]: No, that's, that's the one thing about it is, [SPEAKER_01]: I'm getting heavier as I get older like meaner. [SPEAKER_01]: I still have that soft side in me, you know, there's some new music coming out There's a new filter record called the antidote that's gonna be coming out and there's there's a couple mellow songs on it [SPEAKER_01]: Um, because I think I'm bipolar and like I have to have sweet beautiful music as well as like the super heavy Yeah, my record come me at the time when I started doing that it was like what are you doing stick to the formula I'm like what's the formula I'm an artist I have to stay true to myself, you know like

[SPEAKER_01]: And then the moment you have a hit with the other thing they're like give us more of that yeah exactly right Yeah, take a picture with huge and they're like well, what is that? [SPEAKER_01]: Did you have that on the new amalgam I record I'm like not really There was one so yeah There was that there was the only way as the wrong way was a little bit like that, but [SPEAKER_01]: I digress where we're but when we started with a place to kill a place to kill is the heaviest thing that I think I've ever done without question Jim Levo an amazing singer from this band there is no us [SPEAKER_01]: and he is an amazing photographer as well he's kind of famous for his photography as well as concert photography and he's a great guy and I was working on new music I didn't know what to do with it it couldn't be filter but it was still fun to work on it and then I just started whispering like you know like yeah and um

[SPEAKER_01]: Did some of that did a little singing and then I asked Jim Levot to come in and scream some stuff because he's got this amazing scream And lo and behold he came in and we ended up doing a whole EP and then we did a whole another EP last month No November, right? [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that comes out soon Yeah, it is relentless, but it's still melodic.

[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, you are not exactly the front man. [SPEAKER_01]: It's it's I liken it to skinny puppy with hooks. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah [SPEAKER_01]: because skinny puppy was so avant-garde, they didn't even have hooks, you know, like so this is oh, it's like skinny puppy with hooks, but it's industrial trap metal is what we're kind of calling it.

[SPEAKER_02]: So where does that fit in? [SPEAKER_02]: I mean how much attention do you get to give that knowing that you're already like like you said with the antidote? [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, coming out the antidotes already pretty much done from my end. [SPEAKER_01]: It's being mixed by Brian virtue So I'm working on that But the antidote was stuff in between the movies Like that I do I do a bunch of movie scores and So I have to be busy, you know, I I don't like going to my [SPEAKER_01]: studio and just like goofing off like I have to be productive if I don't have an interesting piece of music going on like I feel weird like if I'm not working on something I feel like something's a miss I know exactly what yeah you'll carewak famous quote about like I like the mad ones and all that stuff yeah

[SPEAKER_01]: Like to whatever degree like I joked in my friends like I don't vacation well Yeah, my wife was like let's go to Mexico and I'm like as long as you'll let me work for a couple hours a day Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, you're wired like this I have to be working on some kind of music whatever it is like right now I'm doing a movie score for a documentary called trip of a lifetime and it's like [SPEAKER_01]: it's very you know like you get it yet sucked into doing this stuff and it's it's really fun you just disappear into the project right into what they're going for because that's different from filter filter it's like I'm doing whatever I want when I want I'm waiting however but for a movie or a documentary or a TV show you have to adapt your way of our

[SPEAKER_01]: And you have to make sure that you're telling their stories, so it's really great. [SPEAKER_02]: It's sort of what a great, like, just a different muscle. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's just another muscle. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, something else to scratch or whatever. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so the antidote as a response to the algorithm?

[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's like, let's, it was supposed to come out a lot sooner. [SPEAKER_02]: Well, so is the algorithm? [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, the algorithm. [SPEAKER_02]: I mean, that went through so many different styles. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, well, the ultra addition is the new algorithm that I, is that I like, because we had to get off our old label with those other guys.

[SPEAKER_01]: And now I am my own label. [SPEAKER_01]: And so like, that is kicking ass. [SPEAKER_01]: So now we can fund the antidote. [SPEAKER_01]: So it's all good. [SPEAKER_02]: I love the new version, especially going straight into the YouTube cover. [SPEAKER_02]: I mean, what is that like seconds like you're just like right there and thought it sounds so good.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: The the YouTube cover was amazing, because it's just a straight up tribute to how they play. [SPEAKER_01]: And, um... [SPEAKER_01]: But then the other cover is bad guy by Billie Eilish who would never think that I would do that, you know what I mean? [SPEAKER_01]: But I did like my crazy old man version of that song, creepy old man version.

[SPEAKER_01]: You know, I had like a rough voice, I imagine you, you know? [SPEAKER_02]: you get to make it creepy. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I made it extra creepy. [SPEAKER_01]: I want someone to use it for a trailer, but I don't know if anyone will, so I just did my own version of it, so. [SPEAKER_02]: I think you have that access now.

[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_02]: Especially, I'm excited to hear that record though. [SPEAKER_02]: I'm excited to hear, especially knowing that, like, as a response, like, is that something you find out as you're writing or you're like, I have this? [SPEAKER_02]: Because once you know it's a response, wouldn't you have to start writing specifically in that direction?

[SPEAKER_01]: you would think, but it was like the algorithm was so much fun to write and record that I was like, well, I'm just going to keep going, and so like I just kept going on it, and then I asked my manager, I'm like, what else is there? [SPEAKER_01]: Is an algorithm and he's like an antidote, and I was like, ah, [SPEAKER_01]: anecdote and I was like let's call it that because it was supposed to come out like a year ago but we decided to hold off on it because the algorithm the older edition just came out and we wanted that to have time to breathe and so now it's like it's it is a response to the algorithm but you're just kind of writing for the moment and in filter it's just kind of like here's the answer you know here's the answers

[SPEAKER_02]: You know those have anything to do with the amalgam before it or is that just wording right now? [SPEAKER_01]: That's just wording the amalgam was a made-up word that I came up with yeah I thought you said that because I thought maybe I was yeah, no, it's a non-word It's so it's my own word just like Jurassic at all was my own word [SPEAKER_01]: Um, but the algorithm is, it's, it's, it's the algorithm, it's, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's the, it's

[SPEAKER_02]: And when are we going to hear it? [SPEAKER_01]: The antidote? [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it's first quarter in 2007, 2007. [SPEAKER_01]: What's going to come around quick? [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, 20, 20, 70. [SPEAKER_01]: You're busy. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I love it. [SPEAKER_01]: I love keeping busy.

[SPEAKER_01]: There's a brand new video coming out for get your name out of my mouth. [SPEAKER_01]: is one of our new songs and just super heavy fun industrial music and then yeah and then the new antidote record comes out and 227 so and there's all kinds of movies and stuff that I'm working on.

[SPEAKER_02]: It's fun to be a fan of you man. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah man thank you. [SPEAKER_02]: I hope we can talk about the new record when it comes out too. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah yeah absolutely let's do it. [SPEAKER_01]: All right man let's do it. [SPEAKER_01]: It's good talking to you man. [SPEAKER_02]: Cool.
