[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it looks like he had to be. [SPEAKER_01]: I just, well, I guess it's all the pictures from, uh, it was a variety's. [SPEAKER_02]: Yes. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_02]: We just did that last night. [SPEAKER_02]: The power of women event. [SPEAKER_01]: Right. [SPEAKER_01]: So it's great.

[SPEAKER_01]: It's very inspiring. [SPEAKER_01]: What is good to see? [SPEAKER_01]: It's been a long time. [SPEAKER_01]: Not a long time. [SPEAKER_01]: It feels like long time now. [SPEAKER_01]: It's like two years or something, right? [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I guess that feels, it's like two years ago exactly.

[SPEAKER_02]: I think, well, I think this has actually been a pretty short window since releasing the last record to now. [SPEAKER_02]: It's like two years exactly, which isn't kind of surprises me. [SPEAKER_01]: And what did I see on the like, it's like close to the like the 10th anniversary of your very first single, I guess.

[SPEAKER_02]: Mm, yeah, 2016. [SPEAKER_02]: Look at that. [SPEAKER_02]: That's wild to think of, actually. [SPEAKER_02]: Does that does feel like a long time ago, so. [SPEAKER_01]: Well, you know, because I haven't said it yet, congratulations, because Loveland is such a fun record and all the different textures that you get all throughout.

[SPEAKER_01]: And I think the very first listen when I was just doing a full listen through, because like back in love was this great lead single off of it, and I thought that could have been the lead single, and that could have been the lead single, and that like what a strong record that you've produced.

[SPEAKER_02]: That's such a nice thing for you to say, because I feel like my hardest decision to bend about what the single should be. [SPEAKER_02]: And it drives me completely insane. [SPEAKER_02]: And maybe I should just message you on Twitter and be like, before and be like, what do you think? [SPEAKER_02]: Because genuinely it's so difficult to pick singles.

[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, I always just, yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I don't know that I wouldn't be able to be any more help. [SPEAKER_01]: I don't know, yeah, those are all good ideas. [SPEAKER_01]: Like, throw the darts, pick one. [SPEAKER_01]: You're going to be fine. [SPEAKER_01]: You know, that's a good idea.

[SPEAKER_02]: Thank you. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: So let's get to backstory, because you've been talking a little bit about the backstory and this album, and there's a line that you said about this record being born in the space between who I was and who I'm becoming, which is such an interesting way to see the record, I guess, in hindsight, like, like, do you find that you're figuring that out while you're making the record or is that now something that you see as you look back?

[SPEAKER_02]: No, I think it's always figuring something out as you're making the record. [SPEAKER_02]: I mean, you finish, you know, you start making another record, you know. [SPEAKER_02]: And I think for ages, I was just like, I'm, [SPEAKER_02]: I'm not ready. [SPEAKER_02]: And I actually always resist making a record to be honest.

[SPEAKER_02]: Thank you, Phil. [SPEAKER_02]: I feel like I'm, I go completely back to feeling very small, fragile, like a fragile animal entering into the studio. [SPEAKER_02]: I go and meet new people. [SPEAKER_02]: And you know, it's like, I can go and work with, [SPEAKER_02]: like this time like Aaron and Amy Allen and all these amazing people, but that's also like fucking scary.

[SPEAKER_02]: And you know, I have all those things where I'm like that, I shouldn't, I'm not worthy, you know, I shouldn't be doing, I shouldn't go and do that. [SPEAKER_02]: It's going to be, you know, it's like you kind of go in being like, oh, and then, you know, have had an amazing time with Aaron and ended up going back.

[SPEAKER_02]: like many times throughout this process and he's like become a very like just wonderful presence of the person in my life. [SPEAKER_01]: And he's the best. [SPEAKER_01]: He's the absolute best. [SPEAKER_02]: He really is. [SPEAKER_02]: He really is. [SPEAKER_02]: But you know, yeah, I think there's like a resistance and I think especially at the beginning of this one, I mean, I've never been.

[SPEAKER_02]: I was in you know, hormonal, uh, [SPEAKER_02]: hell really. [SPEAKER_02]: I was like so quickly up to having, after having a baby and I threw myself into working so quickly and I threw myself into being on stage so quickly. [SPEAKER_02]: So I had this like weird feeling at the beginning of making this record where I was just like, I'm not her, I'm not her anymore that, you know, I'm not her.

[SPEAKER_02]: I still, but then I'm also like not, [SPEAKER_02]: I also, like, am her and I haven't changed what I felt like there's, like, shell of a human. [SPEAKER_02]: And I was like, really afraid and then I had this, like, tug towards not being in the studio and being at home and that's been, you know, that's been something that's, like, kind of.

[SPEAKER_02]: There's been this, like, yeah, there's like, like, toggle my heart throughout this, but, but it's funny that, yeah, because it did end up being a really fun record. [SPEAKER_02]: And it, and I think that, you know, it's like, and back in love, like, sort of was like, my coming, like, I think when I, that was the last song, I, I finished that song really recently, and I wrote it really recently.

[SPEAKER_02]: It was like the last song that was on the record. [SPEAKER_02]: And that felt like my, you know, that felt like, [SPEAKER_02]: And like had this like energy and hope again, but yeah, I think like yeah good that was like very much You know right at the beginning and then writing music just started to like kind of remind me like the things that were coming out of my mouth And I'm like oh those [SPEAKER_02]: that she is.

[SPEAKER_01]: This is how you do that. [SPEAKER_01]: Now it makes sense that back to love is the first single, because that's the trope, right? [SPEAKER_01]: That's almost the cliche, like, newest songs, the best song, newest songs, my favorite song. [SPEAKER_01]: That's the story. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, yeah.

[SPEAKER_01]: Like there's so many albums where that's the story, like, you know, the final song we in it be, and it's being the one, you know, for whatever reason. [SPEAKER_02]: Well, we don't know. [SPEAKER_02]: We don't know what is going to be like, so I've only put two songs out, but I guess but I think, yeah, I think you're driven so so crazy by the end, you know, and that maybe the freshest one is the one that you can like bear listening to because sometimes you, sometimes, yeah, but with all of the songs that I put on the record, that was a point where I was [SPEAKER_02]: and had that feeling, you know, where I almost, you know, I would listen to it and almost have, like, listen to it in a very, like, sacred way because I would feel it kind of, like, permeant all over my body.

[SPEAKER_02]: And so every, yeah, every song that goes on to your album, I always had that moment with. [SPEAKER_01]: And we'll be right back right after this. [SPEAKER_01]: Welcome back, it's Kyle Meredith with Suki Waterhouse. [SPEAKER_01]: But it is, it really is, like, what an interesting time. [SPEAKER_01]: to crack yourself open to write something like this like in in that moment right there and and and you know hit on the motherhood because i'm thinking back to when my son was born which he just graduated high school so it's been a while now but [SPEAKER_01]: But I remember like like I that was around the time I stopped writing my own music and everything But I had to make time for like you had to make I had you know like had to be intent it couldn't just be Newling around anymore.

[SPEAKER_01]: It's like oh now I have to find time to do that and I think that's [SPEAKER_01]: what is so impressive because even when Sparkle Muffin came out and I think that's just when you had announced maybe that you just had the baby or pregnant or something like that it was like oh my god jeez tackling it now will now and then a follow that up and said and this is me here like that's what I'm getting to like what an interesting time as I said to crack yourself open and say all right we're gonna do this [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I don't want to like, I never wanted to shy away from, um, yeah, and I think that is the, yeah, it was never, it was never in my mind to, to stop or to, but that is kind of like my, my nature, I think I, even if I'm in quite like a vulnerable strange place, that, that is my nature.

[SPEAKER_02]: to want to be keeping making music in that period. [SPEAKER_02]: I mean, yeah, it's not for everyone and it's probably, but I think there's also things I've realized about myself, and I kind of knew it about myself at the time. [SPEAKER_02]: I did have that thing where I was, [SPEAKER_02]: like, you know, afraid to, afraid to like slow down and stop.

[SPEAKER_02]: But these were, you know, then that's like kind of a more of a psychological issue for myself and definitely not something that I think that I'm like putting out there being like, everyone should do this, like, definitely not. [SPEAKER_02]: That was my, those are my own, like, demons about what I mean, [SPEAKER_01]: what you're wired?

[SPEAKER_01]: That's the way some of us are working for us. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and you do find those times because there are certain songs on here like I expect from what I hear from them that they're what you would call the road songs or written on tour or something like that, you know, like like seasons is one of those where I'm thinking, that's probably a road song, right?

[SPEAKER_01]: There's everything else. [SPEAKER_02]: Yes, definitely a road song. [SPEAKER_02]: That was actually right in the middle of [SPEAKER_02]: My daughter was five months old. [SPEAKER_02]: I'd taken her on tour. [SPEAKER_02]: She was living on a bus with me, which was just wild. [SPEAKER_02]: Sometimes I'd just look out into the crowds of people and see the bus in the middle of the street and the tenderloin in San Francisco and be like, that's insane.

[SPEAKER_02]: But yeah, yeah, yeah, so seasons was actually the first time I met and I went up to Longpond and [SPEAKER_02]: And I think I dropped her off in Boston when Rob was filming the drama and I dropped her off there when upstate to see Aaron and I also had like [SPEAKER_02]: kind of big changes in my personal life, happening in my work life.

[SPEAKER_02]: I just switched management as well and it was all, it was like very, it was for my intense and in the middle of the tour. [SPEAKER_02]: And that, yeah, seasons was birth, like the first day of my errand. [SPEAKER_02]: And it was lovely, it was really, and I love that song. [SPEAKER_02]: Do you love that song?

[SPEAKER_02]: It's so, yeah. [SPEAKER_02]: It's one of my favorites, and it is... And so, second it, too, the vocal so fucked up. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: Well, and you do that a few times. [SPEAKER_01]: Like, you know, I was always going to bring up when I got when I get drunk because because the vocals matched that so well, but in seasons, it's like, it's almost so different from any other song on the record, you know, almost maybe in a minimalist way.

[SPEAKER_01]: I haven't really pinpointed, but that you love it. [SPEAKER_01]: I love what you guys do with that track. [SPEAKER_02]: Well, that was like the day of demo and then I went back and re-did the vocals because I was so sick that time and Aaron actually produced it up a bunch and then I called him after that session and we had the more produced version with the good vocals and I was like I don't I want to go back to that day one demo and he's like you sure about that like you really really do and I just and there's just something [SPEAKER_02]: There's just something in it that was bottled and I sound very nasally, but I just think that there's magic in that original one, so, and that's what's amazing about Aaron that he didn't, he just didn't try and, you know, he didn't, he didn't, a lot of guys producers.

[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, women, just a lot of producers, we like, no, you know, I produce this out, like, come on, come on, like, that's just go with a new one and he was so cool about it. [SPEAKER_01]: I mean, there is magic. [SPEAKER_01]: You, you are fearful of demoitis sometimes, you know, but I get demoitis a lot, yeah.

[SPEAKER_01]: But that's, but there is the magic in that, that for all take a lot of times, you know, you can't sometimes, you can't, you can't do better than that. [SPEAKER_02]: And I know you can't, yeah, sometimes you just like them. [SPEAKER_02]: Not all the time. [SPEAKER_02]: I mean, there's some songs on this record that just took a lot more and a lot more time.

[SPEAKER_02]: And some songs you just carry on on a road with for like a year or two. [SPEAKER_02]: And then maybe it takes like a magical person coming in. [SPEAKER_02]: And like another producer maybe just to come and help and they do the schoolers thing and just add this little bit here and then you're like, wow, we did it.

[SPEAKER_02]: Um, yeah, it doesn't, it doesn't, it's, yeah, sometimes the road is long. [SPEAKER_01]: Well, and while we're talking about the long roads and road songs, the title track was my other thought on that one, because maybe it's because you use the word Santa Fe and it, and there is that little western motif in it.

[SPEAKER_01]: But I thought this, this is as close as we get on this album to a western, and it could also be a bond theme song at the same time. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, that was actually, I wrote that song after I read an article about callment McCarthy's muse that she wrote for Van Tiffer. [SPEAKER_02]: And yeah, so that's kind of, it's the Santa Fe and everything that was in that article, it was just like really let out by it.

[SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, that's what I wanted to do. [SPEAKER_01]: So interesting because that's always the question with a listener, right? [SPEAKER_01]: I mean, if you want to go further becomes at one or is this not a biographical song or is this something else completely? [SPEAKER_01]: you don't know, you know, they're those moments on here.

[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I couldn't help because I think you mentioned the drama a minute ago, and I think I just, I've seen, I don't know if it's a clip or something. [SPEAKER_01]: And I wish I'd wrote down which song and I was like, this song could be about that movie, you know, or something like that.

[SPEAKER_01]: And then you second guess that. [SPEAKER_01]: And that's, [SPEAKER_01]: It's not really a question I'm getting through here, but it's that weird relationship of the artist and the listener and what you're putting out there versus what we're hearing, I guess. [SPEAKER_00]: Mm-hmm. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I think sometimes it's, yeah, sometimes it's I guess but in that article, it's just like struck by this passion and things that were kind of wrong and the right to grappling with whether or not something [SPEAKER_02]: passion.

[SPEAKER_02]: And yeah, it just hit me and it hit that part of me that knows how that feels. [SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, I could take it and I just, yeah, if I felt like, yeah, I really, I think I was, I was felt like I was able to read that and then put the right, what I felt from it, actually, into a song.

[SPEAKER_02]: And really, yeah, so make it this kind of [SPEAKER_02]: Tang, I mean, songs aren't tangible, but they're probably, come out there. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, well, and again, and I know I've already said this, but it's like each of these songs has such a different feel for it in the way, but it's still the way they still play all together, like, you know, that little Western mood somehow it works.

[SPEAKER_01]: Right. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and like you did a great song with balance of passion to years a couple years back as well. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so many years ago, I like reached out to them. [SPEAKER_02]: I think I just called emailed them and managed to go into a session with him. [SPEAKER_02]: which was so long ago and so before anyone was listening to anything of mine, so it was very cool there.

[SPEAKER_01]: But that was like, you know, even that I hear is like, oh, there's some Bill and Sebastian sounds in here. [SPEAKER_01]: You know, whatever that is, like, you know, however you carry that over, whether you mean to or not, like, do you hear those moments? [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I mean, I did that song with Dan Wilson from...

[SPEAKER_02]: He's such a great guy. [SPEAKER_02]: He's such a great way. [SPEAKER_02]: We had such a laugh. [SPEAKER_02]: And that was the first session that we did together. [SPEAKER_02]: It's funny. [SPEAKER_02]: I always actually wanted to work with him. [SPEAKER_02]: And then ended up getting a session with him.

[SPEAKER_02]: And I was like, oh, you're my next or neighbor. [SPEAKER_02]: You've been there the whole time. [SPEAKER_01]: Wow, it's funny. [SPEAKER_01]: They just said, send me a sound like just released a new single yesterday. [SPEAKER_01]: I haven't heard it, but I saw it. [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, great.

[SPEAKER_01]: He came out. [SPEAKER_02]: Aren't you going to check it out? [SPEAKER_01]: I love that he still does that, you know, to put it out there. [SPEAKER_02]: He's such a good producer and he's also really good writer. [SPEAKER_02]: There's a song, um, Papi Dog Eyes that we wrote together. [SPEAKER_02]: And I kind of had all these like he really liked my, I was kind of coming out with quite a lot of [SPEAKER_02]: funny quips that were very kind of braggardous just that day and he found that very funny bit.

[SPEAKER_02]: So he just kept saying, it's poppy dog guys, it's poppy dog, don't give me there's poppy dog guys and I'm like, poppy dog guys. [SPEAKER_02]: And he's like, I know that. [SPEAKER_02]: I know it's poppy dog guys and then you start singing and you're like, okay, he's really good. [SPEAKER_02]: Really good words too.

[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: And we'll be right back right after this. [SPEAKER_01]: I brought up the one earlier when I get drunk and that's what I'm saying. [SPEAKER_01]: Like, I'd love to know what you're tapping into on that song right there. [SPEAKER_01]: Just because again, man, that's acting, you know, that's that's that vocal really matching the song with what's going on.

[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that song, we have what do you love that song I'm excited about. [SPEAKER_02]: That's my next thing. [SPEAKER_01]: Really, too, because it's such a fun song. [SPEAKER_01]: It's funny hearing you. [SPEAKER_01]: I mean, it's got a woozy quality to it. [SPEAKER_01]: I keep going back to it.

[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I keep going back to it, too. [SPEAKER_02]: I think that one's really special. [SPEAKER_02]: That was, yeah, I think, yeah, almost like I wanted to tap into something with like a jazz quality to it. [SPEAKER_02]: And I think that's actually one of my favorite things to do is kind of like sit back and something, be very like low.

[SPEAKER_02]: And I think that's actually where my voice probably shines the best. [SPEAKER_02]: And that's sort of like woozy, like out of time, slightly flat. [SPEAKER_01]: Is it flat? [SPEAKER_02]: No, I think it's flat, but you know what I mean? [SPEAKER_02]: Like, that's kind of like my favorite.

[SPEAKER_02]: That's like kind of like my favorite pace. [SPEAKER_02]: But that was that song I wrote with, that was like a road song that was, that song was with Raj, my guitarist, my tour guitarist. [SPEAKER_02]: And I wrote that song, and then our friend Mike produced it, but like Roger Meach, he met in a session years ago, and then he became, he became my guitarist, but he sends me songs quite a lot.

[SPEAKER_02]: and he sent me that one and he was like, what do you think of this hook? [SPEAKER_02]: And I was like, well, this is insane. [SPEAKER_02]: I'm coming, I'm gonna fly it back to early, like early, and I'm coming into the studio and that's work on this and like finished the song. [SPEAKER_02]: And then I, I don't know, yeah, I guess I went very like, I was so into it in the studio that I, I ended, I was just like, that's be a little bit.

[SPEAKER_02]: like slightly, you know, they're like, they're the sexy lyrics. [SPEAKER_01]: It's a great performance level there. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I love it. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I'm just looking to the tracklist here because, like, cute box and that's 60s flavor that I hear on that one and notting Hill.

[SPEAKER_01]: It's another great one. [SPEAKER_01]: Which, you know, is it? [SPEAKER_01]: Because you're back in LA and it maybe that makes sense. [SPEAKER_01]: Like, why did you end up back there with that song? [SPEAKER_01]: Or maybe [SPEAKER_01]: Here we go. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that would be nice.

[SPEAKER_02]: I'm kidding. [SPEAKER_02]: I'm good. [SPEAKER_02]: No, I think it will be actually the focus track that one that one feels like very much like the heart of the raccoon because I think well, I I had Notting Hill was they when I was a kid. [SPEAKER_02]: I didn't live in Notting Hill. [SPEAKER_02]: I lived kind of outs on the outskirts of London, but Notting Hill was like the dream destination like one day.

[SPEAKER_02]: I'm gonna [SPEAKER_02]: live in Notting Hill and have an apartment there and like fall in love and you know I just romanticized it so much and then then I like when I was like 27 fell in love in Notting Hill and my apartment with the mattress on the floor and I was had like my wallet so in my guitar and I wasn't really I'd made music but I wasn't really doing it like I am now [SPEAKER_02]: And I was, you know, finding myself lost a lot of the time, but still loving my life.

[SPEAKER_02]: And then I like, yeah, and then I, yeah, I guess, like my world changed so much in music, did start happening, and that love, like, kept going, [SPEAKER_02]: Then yeah, and then I left, so I left that apartment like a year ago and I just hadn't gone back to it for so long, like had a baby and just hadn't returned and had an assistant pack up the whole place and it's in storage and I still haven't seen any of it.

[SPEAKER_02]: So I go, you know, I kind of, it's still, it's like very much. [SPEAKER_02]: It's like a centerpiece for my heart and in my, in my love land. [SPEAKER_02]: And so yeah, so that song, that's, so yeah, it's also, it's also a song about like kind of home and like we move a lot all the time.

[SPEAKER_02]: We move every couple of months and we're both, you know, [SPEAKER_02]: doing movies or touring and like that's that's quite you know something I was like I forget like that I'll crazy that I think that if we just like don't really like live anywhere um so just think that have that song that's sort of like it's it's still a placement even if it's you know exactly well it's very much a placement yeah but it's very like that exists so even if you're not there that song is there if that makes sense [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and I think that song's definitely about home as well, and London, and kind of like, yeah, I think like kind of hankering for home and missing it, and sort of being like far away from London a lot of the time, and I don't know, I think in a way, I like know that I will return at some point, and probably

[SPEAKER_02]: kind of probably like end up living, probably somewhere I grew up to be honest and things. [SPEAKER_02]: Yes, exactly, but like knowing that that's the boomerang thing. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_02]: And like being aware that the season of life that I'm in right now, that we're in is like, like, I think, like it's fleeting in a way.

[SPEAKER_02]: You know, you've got like a young baby, like you're able to move around a lot both me and my partner have like a lot going on and you know, in our lives, but like, yeah, sometimes say, yeah, like life is a lot more like still than and it feels very like present in my mind, even though it's like, and it's actually quite a long time for you know, but yeah, and yeah, I kind of, I kind of like someone to imagine.

[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, look towards the future of like, knowing that this moment's fleeting and thinking towards that at a time in the future where I'll probably go back and live by the river terms. [SPEAKER_01]: Well, I'm going to see for the first time. [SPEAKER_01]: We're going to London next month here in just a month.

[SPEAKER_01]: I've never been over, so we're finally. [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, you have an awesome time. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_02]: It's a good time to come over. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, looking forward to that. [SPEAKER_01]: And then I'll just hit on the end here because we're to brings it all home and everything, but even beyond the song, we're left with those three words.

[SPEAKER_01]: Dreams come true. [SPEAKER_01]: And it's repeated. [SPEAKER_01]: That's a last and we heard like, what is the weight of that line in relation to the whole album? [SPEAKER_02]: I think dreams come true. [SPEAKER_02]: I think I think it's [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I think a lot of my dreams have come true and then you also have to like that you have to like deal with your dreams come true and also and also then and then like what are the next dreams and also like it like it's also like and then it's also like dreams come true in the most beautiful way and like [SPEAKER_02]: I have so much love in my life and then dreams also coming true is like this sort of sacrifice in a way.

[SPEAKER_02]: It means like, you know, being a part a lot and I think like, yeah, as like, [SPEAKER_02]: as like the hormonal mum, I definitely feel that very deeply. [SPEAKER_02]: Um, yeah, I think like not, you know, having like young family and like having these big lives that, um, mean that you, you know, like going on tour or soon it's like, [SPEAKER_02]: and like filming stuff, it just means like a lot a lot a lot of time away, and it's like a beautiful thing, and it's kind of reminding myself sometimes going like, no, it's a great thing, it's a great thing, like, of course it's going to be fine, but it is still, it's still just like, you know, it sort of has a little bit.

[SPEAKER_01]: We kind of have to be entertainers, and then we are constantly dealing with the complications of [SPEAKER_01]: of being entertainers. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: It's what a weird life that we've all did. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: I agree with you. [SPEAKER_01]: It's such a great record.

[SPEAKER_01]: It has a board game in the artwork, which I'm so excited to see. [SPEAKER_01]: I only saw the video so far. [SPEAKER_01]: And then you take it on tour. [SPEAKER_01]: And I can't wait to see how all these songs come alive. [SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to try to catch the Nashville show I think later this year.

[SPEAKER_02]: Awesome. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: How's the prep on the songs going? [SPEAKER_01]: Any I'm giving you any issues so far? [SPEAKER_02]: How's the prep? [SPEAKER_01]: The prep on on on getting these songs ready to be live. [SPEAKER_02]: Well, I've started, yeah, I'm doing a lot of like production meetings at the moment and I'm kind of like really really.

[SPEAKER_02]: If what I've rendered for production actually manages to get on the stage and and I like survive production rehearsals and don't get like bonkt on the head by and I think then then I'm going to be. [SPEAKER_02]: so happy to be blown away, because I think we've created something really beautiful.

[SPEAKER_02]: But I've been doing like guitar rehearsals and vocal, and I've just always buy a microphone and have like a wireless speaker and just start in the bar through mirror really. [SPEAKER_01]: We're so many great songs find them for a thin anyway. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_02]: That's why tour hustle begins.

[SPEAKER_01]: Congrats on it. [SPEAKER_01]: It's such a great record and Suki. [SPEAKER_01]: It's always great to talk to you. [SPEAKER_01]: I'm glad we got to do this.
