Episode 13: True Crime Behind Scream Part I - The Babysitter and the Man Upstairs

This week we begin a new series on the True Crime Behind Scream. To make an example of the True Crime / Film crossover, we cover Ed Gein and a few films based on his life such as The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Pyscho and The Silence of the Lambs. We examine the real life horror of the murder of Janett Christman (WARNING: GRAPHIC CONTENT), how her murder inspired the Babysitter and the Man Upstairs urban legend, the numerous other films inspired by this legend such as Black Christmas, Halloween, and When a Stranger Calls, and of course how this all ties into the opening scene of Scream.
