#53 Multi-stakeholder Project Tech for Democracy

Sofus Goldschmidt Pedersen (linkedin.com/in/sofus-goldschmidt-pedersen-a32…) from the Danish government explains his heart project: the Tech 4 Democracy (techfordemocracy.dk) initiative. It´s an initiative that is run by the Danish Tech Ambassador Anne Marie Engtoft Larsen (techamb.um.dk/team/meet-the-ambassador) and the Danish Minister of Development (um.dk/en/about-us/the-ministers). This multi stakeholder project is based on five new work-principles, that work excellent in complex international multidimensional fields:

• The network is based on trust and a common vision.

• Every stakeholder is invited to bring something to the table.

• Critical opinions are accepted and transform into constructive contributions when looking for concrete solutions.

• Government is the enabler and framework-builder, that creates win-win situations for the stakeholder, not micromanagement.

• All stakeholders have the permission to produce solutions and recommendations but there is no automatically commitment form the government to implement them.
