Dijon's Leap to Cross-Sector Climate Governance

A problem shared is a problem solved - at least this is the case in Dijon, a pilot city in the NetZeroCities (netzerocities.eu) project. Jean-Patrick describes a city that is on the cusp of major structural change, where a highly collaborative, cross-sectoral approach is being used to address the climate emergency.
