[SPEAKER_10]: Thank you so much to Nimble for sponsoring us, and we hope that you'll check out the game, it really helps us and the folks over at Nimble when you do, and with that, on with the show.

[SPEAKER_04]: like previously on Legends of Mall, Tretary of the Rat King. [SPEAKER_04]: You. [SPEAKER_11]: A roving band of cut-throat marauders seems to have drawn the eyeer of King's court's noblest knights. [SPEAKER_10]: Prince Henry Lightball is a little brown mouse, although they are my name is Shin of the Bon.

[SPEAKER_06]: I am a California rabbit. [SPEAKER_15]: The camera pulls in on Susie. [SPEAKER_15]: She is a cherry head tortoise. [SPEAKER_04]: Lila Oysterling is a quarter-pound purple mushroom. [SPEAKER_13]: We were raided. [SPEAKER_13]: the dreaded hands of Arcadia. [SPEAKER_13]: They took the children.

[SPEAKER_13]: We're going to get their kids, right? [SPEAKER_11]: You must head down to the lake of shimmering waters and then east through the middlewood and on to Kyosk. [SPEAKER_09]: For King's Court, for King's Court, for King's Court. [SPEAKER_11]: This is dreadwing. [SPEAKER_11]: Mad Macar of Petlandia and terror to all of them all.

[SPEAKER_04]: Lila hits the deck. [SPEAKER_11]: Run! [SPEAKER_11]: Run to the heated wheels! [SPEAKER_11]: This is a pullback car. [SPEAKER_06]: I'm holding him for as long as I can. [SPEAKER_06]: You get the car going. [SPEAKER_11]: You hear the... of it locking in a charge. [SPEAKER_04]: Okay, it's my first time driving.

[SPEAKER_11]: The car sails through the air. [SPEAKER_11]: You all lift up just a little bit and you see coming up on the horizon, the middleboard. [SPEAKER_06]: into the woods! [SPEAKER_11]: And all of you run into the foliage of the middlewood. [SPEAKER_04]: It's strangely feels like home to me. [SPEAKER_06]: and there's this prevailing sense of rightness about the path.

[SPEAKER_15]: I think Susie has an appreciation for how green it looks and how peaceful it seems and to be here with people who matter to her. [SPEAKER_08]: I don't know how these people don't understand the self-sacrifice business is not noble, it's thoughtless. [SPEAKER_11]: Lila with an eight on your nature craft check, you do not quite see.

[SPEAKER_11]: a rune etched into the dirt, glow as you pass it. [SPEAKER_11]: And behind you, pulling itself out of the dirt is a feline skeleton. [SPEAKER_11]: All manner of skeletal creatures begin to rise from the dirt, a trap left behind, for [SPEAKER_11]: Hello and welcome back to Mage Hand High Five, Legends of Mall, Treachery of the Rack King.

[SPEAKER_11]: I'm your game master, Casey Pappas, and with me, ranked least to most likely to try to spend a night in a shopping mall. [SPEAKER_10]: Okay. [SPEAKER_10]: Is this a abandoned or extant? [SPEAKER_10]: Extant. [SPEAKER_10]: Okay. [SPEAKER_10]: It's not an abandoned mall. [SPEAKER_11]: Not abandoned.

[SPEAKER_10]: Okay. [SPEAKER_11]: This is a, this is still a working mall. [SPEAKER_11]: There's, there's a night guard to avoid. [SPEAKER_11]: You're trying to, like, you're trying to spend the night in Claire's or something. [SPEAKER_06]: Oh my god. [SPEAKER_16]: Okay. [SPEAKER_06]: Claire's. [SPEAKER_11]: First.

[SPEAKER_11]: Robin Lincoln. [SPEAKER_06]: Hi, I'm Robin Lange, and how playing sin of the bun. [SPEAKER_06]: I used to date the assistant manager of a Claire's ironic room. [SPEAKER_06]: So there was a time when I had a way in to the normal chakaynery crazy. [SPEAKER_06]: I like my bed too much. [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.

[SPEAKER_06]: I don't want to stay overnight in a mall because I want to sleep fair. [SPEAKER_11]: Next, the first of our two guests can't us the magnificent. [SPEAKER_15]: Yeah, I worked at a mall for some time. [SPEAKER_15]: So we really want to spend a night there personally. [SPEAKER_15]: I did my time and retail and I'm done now.

[SPEAKER_15]: Oh, hi. [SPEAKER_15]: My name is Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, it's Ann, [SPEAKER_10]: Ah, I'm Ron McStay playing Prince Henry like Paul and I don't know.

[SPEAKER_10]: I think I'm going to go find a master store. [SPEAKER_10]: I'm finding a little ceiling and I'm digging in. [SPEAKER_10]: I'm getting comfortable. [SPEAKER_10]: I've slept in weird places that I'm all. [SPEAKER_06]: Imagine the blanket for you could make at a ceiling. [SPEAKER_10]: Right?

[SPEAKER_10]: I mean, I don't know. [SPEAKER_10]: I mean, I'm not seeking out opportunities here, but I just think as soon as someone's like, I bet you won't. [SPEAKER_10]: I do it. [SPEAKER_06]: That's your ruin is really susceptible to dares. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, well, I'll do just about anything for like $5.

[SPEAKER_04]: But $5. [SPEAKER_04]: That's your price. [SPEAKER_10]: You just let them fit interested. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_10]: I just like to do things for the plot at the end of the day. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_11]: And last, the second of our two guest players, Jindile Vega. [SPEAKER_04]: Hi, hi, I'm Jen Delavega.

[SPEAKER_04]: I'm playing Lila Oysterling, your favorite sentient mushroom. [SPEAKER_04]: Oh. [SPEAKER_04]: And it is highly likely that I would sleep in a mall. [SPEAKER_04]: I would be posted up at the Sporting Good Store in the hammock. [SPEAKER_04]: Ooh. [UNKNOWN]: Ooh. [SPEAKER_04]: I have read that book, The Mixed At Files of Ms. Bezzelie, Frank Quiler, so many times that I would hide in places you're not supposed to hide, but in the end, malls?

[SPEAKER_04]: Hell yeah, I can fit inside of a like kiosk where a trash can until somebody walks away. [SPEAKER_04]: Whatever, Casey, you're really nail this ranking today. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, like everything here. [SPEAKER_10]: feels really spot on. [SPEAKER_11]: Thank you. [SPEAKER_11]: I came up with it in 30 seconds.

[SPEAKER_10]: Hey, nice. [SPEAKER_11]: It's all vibes, baby. [SPEAKER_11]: Like last time we will be playing nimble a brand new lightweight RPG by game designer Evan Diaz Thank you Evan and nimble for sponsoring mall and for letting us play your fantastic game. [SPEAKER_16]: I am so excited to get back to it [SPEAKER_11]: I'm so off the rails.

[SPEAKER_11]: One thing that has changed since last time is that you have all leveled up. [SPEAKER_11]: You're going into the next episode with level three characters. [SPEAKER_11]: So with that all being said, shall we dive on in? [SPEAKER_11]: Let's do it. [SPEAKER_11]: You are all currently in the middlewood.

[SPEAKER_11]: The foliage rises high above and around you. [SPEAKER_11]: You hear distantly the sounds of the giants walking through the over mall. [SPEAKER_11]: But you're not occupied with that right now. [SPEAKER_11]: In front of you, a glyph has begun to glow on the ground and from that glyph spawns from the Earth, a giant cat skeleton surrounded by four smaller mice skeletons.

[SPEAKER_11]: And I need you all to roll initiative. [SPEAKER_18]: No, I'm not a good one, duh. [SPEAKER_11]: Ooh, 22. [SPEAKER_18]: All right, my gosh. [SPEAKER_11]: Okay, Sina, you start with three. [SPEAKER_11]: Oh my goodness. [SPEAKER_11]: Lila, you start with two. [SPEAKER_11]: And Henry and Susie, you start with one.

[SPEAKER_10]: But of course, classic. [SPEAKER_11]: At the start of the order, there are four smaller skeletons lurking their way towards you and a larger cat skeleton in the back. [SPEAKER_06]: Well, I don't like Skeleton's generally, but I especially don't like cats, so we're gonna take out the little ones first, and then maybe the cat will just leave.

[SPEAKER_06]: So I'm gonna go, I'm gonna put it in the crotchestick, and I'm gonna go wacky wacky at the closest of the little ones. [SPEAKER_00]: Oh, go ahead. [SPEAKER_06]: That is, ooh, that is eight on a D8, so that explodes. [SPEAKER_06]: Ooh, very nice. [SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, with 15, the first skeleton just crumbles.

[SPEAKER_11]: Yet collapses in a pile and the rest of your damage comes over and smashes the next one. [SPEAKER_11]: And it crumbles as well. [SPEAKER_06]: Wow, okay. [SPEAKER_11]: Two down, two to go. [SPEAKER_11]: Two and then the big one to go. [SPEAKER_06]: I am going to use a burst of speed, which is something I gained with this level, that allows me to perform a swift strike with that I can ignore this advantage from rushed attacks.

[SPEAKER_06]: So I can use my crochet hook again, that's a one on the die though, so that's a miss. [SPEAKER_11]: That one does not hit. [SPEAKER_06]: With that, though, I will do my final attack on armed and take the one I missed and kick it in the teeth because it's mostly just teeth. [SPEAKER_06]: Go ahead.

[SPEAKER_06]: Woo! [SPEAKER_06]: That is five. [SPEAKER_06]: All right. [SPEAKER_11]: Okay, yeah, that hits. [SPEAKER_11]: You, the third one crumbles to dust. [SPEAKER_11]: These are fragile. [SPEAKER_11]: Mmm. [SPEAKER_11]: They'll go down in one hit. [SPEAKER_11]: Hmm, the cat will not. [SPEAKER_03]: Aha.

[SPEAKER_11]: That is all three of your actions, Sina. [SPEAKER_11]: Lila, your turn. [SPEAKER_03]: Lila is nervously, I think to herself like, I don't even know what to do, you're too big! [SPEAKER_04]: of her beginnings, she thinks of that drip, drip again. [SPEAKER_04]: And the way that mushrooms flush, the way that they sprout is immediate and logarithmic.

[UNKNOWN]: Okay. [SPEAKER_04]: And so, in the back of her head, she reaches toward her potential. [SPEAKER_04]: Mm-hmm. [SPEAKER_04]: She beast shifts. [SPEAKER_04]: Ooh! [SPEAKER_13]: Okay. [SPEAKER_13]: Okay. [SPEAKER_04]: At first, her mushroom cap starts to billow out. [SPEAKER_04]: Her spores start to sprinkle down in a white powder and sort of she, like, backbends, and transforms into a mountain lion kitten.

[SPEAKER_04]: Whoa! [SPEAKER_04]: She's confused and adorable. [SPEAKER_06]: Lullipops just became another cat. [SPEAKER_06]: Lullipops just became another cat. [SPEAKER_15]: Lullar, are you quite all right? [SPEAKER_15]: It's all right, dear. [SPEAKER_04]: You're still vegan. [SPEAKER_04]: Mm-hmm. [SPEAKER_04]: Ha-ha-ha.

[SPEAKER_04]: Technically, she's a dire beast in a fearsome form. [SPEAKER_04]: Oh. [SPEAKER_04]: Okay. [SPEAKER_04]: Technically, um, she gains temporary HP in this form of three. [SPEAKER_04]: Uh, she has now access to a Gore attack, and she's generally fearsome. [SPEAKER_00]: Whoa. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay.

[SPEAKER_04]: She paused at the ground. [SPEAKER_04]: So that was one action, right? [SPEAKER_04]: The transform is one action. [SPEAKER_15]: And I want more. [SPEAKER_15]: Very intimidating. [SPEAKER_04]: And she's going to pot the ground like she's revving up and she's going to move toward the large cat skeleton.

[SPEAKER_11]: Okay, you move, you make it to the cat skeleton, and it is a cat fight. [SPEAKER_04]: It is, she moves in a zigzag pattern. [SPEAKER_04]: It's a mountain lion's move. [SPEAKER_04]: Wow. [SPEAKER_11]: The fan-tastic. [SPEAKER_11]: There are YouTube, and then there is, Senna, you took out three zombies, three, three skeletons.

[SPEAKER_11]: There is one small minion left, and the giant cat, Susie, it is your turn. [SPEAKER_15]: So knowing that, I can set up something for my next turn and seeing that some of the smaller millions have already been taken care of Susie fixes their eyes on this cat skeleton and sees a lila kind of chest puffed out, challenging this large beast.

[SPEAKER_15]: and wants to back her up, so some red and orange spark is kind of a pier in Susie's hands that kind of match the color for her shell. [SPEAKER_15]: And it's the energy starts to crackle in between her fingers as she starts to kind of mutter and incantation under her breath. [SPEAKER_15]: It sounds like it's in giant.

[SPEAKER_15]: You can't quite make out what it is. [SPEAKER_15]: But she is kind of like humming along as well. [SPEAKER_15]: There's like a little chant that she's doing. [SPEAKER_15]: You're so fine. [SPEAKER_15]: You're so fine, you bro, my mind. [SPEAKER_15]: My mind is very young. [SPEAKER_15]: And she's like rubbing her mind over each other.

[SPEAKER_15]: She's shaping the energy into a little sphere. [SPEAKER_15]: This is a two action spell. [SPEAKER_15]: So that is how it starts. [SPEAKER_15]: And as that kind of that energy grows and grows and grows and multiplies into a larger ball, she holds it until she's ready to throw it in the palm of the next turn.

[SPEAKER_15]: Okay. [SPEAKER_11]: One thing I forgot to mention earlier, because you are taking a two-action spell across a turn, you cannot use reactions. [SPEAKER_11]: Okay. [SPEAKER_11]: From now, and Paul the spell is done. [SPEAKER_15]: There. [SPEAKER_11]: You will be casting this spell, so you will be relying on other people to protect you.

[SPEAKER_06]: We got you back. [SPEAKER_11]: Great. [SPEAKER_11]: It is all [SPEAKER_11]: you have one action. [SPEAKER_10]: All right, how close am I to the cat? [SPEAKER_11]: Uh, you're within striking distance. [SPEAKER_10]: Right, can I try to grapple the cat? [SPEAKER_11]: terrifying. [SPEAKER_10]: Yes.

[SPEAKER_10]: Great. [SPEAKER_11]: It is a, it is a larger creature than you. [SPEAKER_10]: You don't, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no [SPEAKER_10]: All right, so the cats got to make a DC 12 strength or deck save what I'm gonna go ahead and do that roll.

[SPEAKER_11]: No roll. [SPEAKER_11]: No. [SPEAKER_11]: Okay, so that's a three [SPEAKER_10]: So what I think that's really fun about Nimble is that if you grapple a creature larger than you, you can ride it. [SPEAKER_10]: Yes! [SPEAKER_10]: Yes! [SPEAKER_10]: Yes! [SPEAKER_10]: Yes! [SPEAKER_10]: What?

[SPEAKER_10]: So, you see Henry grab this cat by its little bone scapula and at first you think that he's trying to pull the cat down but you realize he's actually trying to pull himself up and he rickles his way onto the top of this cat shoulder and goes, no, anyone fancy a lift? [SPEAKER_09]: What?

[SPEAKER_09]: This seems and advised. [SPEAKER_04]: Are you doing? [SPEAKER_04]: I'm not having a cat. [SPEAKER_10]: Always wants to do this. [SPEAKER_10]: It seems like fun. [SPEAKER_10]: So the writing condition in the way that it works. [SPEAKER_10]: I think I move with the cat. [SPEAKER_10]: I don't know that I have any control over that.

[SPEAKER_10]: I think I just go where the cat goes. [SPEAKER_10]: And any attacks that miss me hit the cat instead. [SPEAKER_11]: Oh, which is gonna be fun because that is your action. [SPEAKER_11]: You sling yourself up onto the cat skeleton, and as it attempts to shake you off, it actually settles you further onto its back.

[SPEAKER_11]: You are nestled up there. [SPEAKER_11]: The other skeleton on its turn is going to try to attack you. [SPEAKER_11]: And it hits the cat skeleton. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, it does. [SPEAKER_10]: Great. [SPEAKER_10]: Actually, you know what? [SPEAKER_10]: It's quite nice up here. [SPEAKER_10]: I'm quite comfortable.

[SPEAKER_11]: You see, you see the little mouse minion pull one of its arms off and throw it at you. [SPEAKER_11]: And it fully beans the cat skeleton in the forehead. [SPEAKER_11]: The cat roars back. [SPEAKER_11]: And that is that minion's turn. [SPEAKER_11]: That's kind of sad, frankly. [SPEAKER_10]: Well, I don't feel a bit badly about it, but I don't think it's sentient.

[SPEAKER_10]: I think it's died already. [SPEAKER_11]: So, I hope so. [SPEAKER_11]: It is the cat's turn. [SPEAKER_11]: The cat is going to... [SPEAKER_11]: I have to think about this. [SPEAKER_11]: Do what? [SPEAKER_11]: I don't know. [SPEAKER_11]: I didn't plan for this. [SPEAKER_11]: I think, I think the cat would try to attack you, Henry?

[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, all right. [SPEAKER_11]: Okay, it means back onto its haunches and then tries to scratch its neck with its hind paw and then attempt to like get you off. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_11]: So you are going to take six points. [SPEAKER_11]: of slashing damage as it slashes you in that case I think I'm in a defend okay so many user reaction and take one of my actions to reduce that by five so I just take one ooh okay good work nice you take one [SPEAKER_11]: a point of slashing damage, the cat skeleton switches tactics and is going to attempt to bat you lila.

[SPEAKER_11]: It stops trying to scratch Henry realizes it's not really doing much and is going to try and take you out instead. [SPEAKER_06]: Laurie now. [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, let's see, there's something about this, also, when I'm in this form, when you interpose or defend, you may spend one mana to force them to reroll.

[SPEAKER_04]: Okay. [SPEAKER_04]: So. [SPEAKER_04]: Okay. [SPEAKER_04]: So go ahead, do your worst. [SPEAKER_11]: Okay. [SPEAKER_11]: That is going to be eight points of slashing damage. [SPEAKER_11]: Oh. [SPEAKER_04]: Um, she is so fearsome in this form that she's forcing you to re-roll. [SPEAKER_11]: Ooh, okay.

[SPEAKER_11]: Okay. [SPEAKER_11]: The cat skeleton starts to throw down a paw and at the last second is a little like, Huh? [SPEAKER_03]: She hisses at you. [SPEAKER_03]: Hahaha. [SPEAKER_03]: Stop calling me Laurie. [UNKNOWN]: What? [SPEAKER_06]: But is this you? [SPEAKER_09]: No, it's not, it's really not.

[SPEAKER_09]: So, as you really gotta help me with this name thing, I'm completely lost. [SPEAKER_09]: It takes longer. [SPEAKER_10]: It's been like this whole time. [SPEAKER_10]: It's been what? [SPEAKER_10]: It's yours. [SPEAKER_17]: It's lies. [SPEAKER_10]: If you think that if we tell them that it's Lori, they'll start using Lila.

[SPEAKER_10]: Anything could happen, dear. [SPEAKER_11]: You just have to try. [SPEAKER_11]: As this conversation is happening, the cat swings down another pot, you're going to take six points instead. [SPEAKER_04]: Um, when I'm in beast form, it doesn't say anything about armor still. [SPEAKER_11]: Nimbal says to not look at the rules.

[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, Nimbal says to not look at the rules. [SPEAKER_11]: I am going to say you probably still have your armor. [SPEAKER_16]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_11]: I don't think you're just not wearing it. [SPEAKER_11]: And then one, well, we'll take a look at the rules once this episode is over. [SPEAKER_11]: We'll come back next time with a definitive answer on that.

[SPEAKER_11]: So that is the cat skeleton's turn. [SPEAKER_11]: The minion has already gone at the top of the order, sinna, you hear, as three more minions begin to rise from the ground at the top of the order. [SPEAKER_06]: Is there any indication as to why this is happening or is someone summoning them?

[SPEAKER_11]: sure you think that this is going to continue happening until the cat skeleton is taken out. [SPEAKER_10]: Oh, so it doesn't seem to be the glyph. [SPEAKER_11]: You think the glyph has the glyph has risen the cat skeleton. [SPEAKER_11]: All the other minions will continue spawning until the bosses taken out.

[SPEAKER_06]: Gotcha. [SPEAKER_06]: All right. [SPEAKER_06]: I'm gonna take my cotchestick and take a nice hearty swing at one of the cat's legs. [SPEAKER_06]: I keep forgetting the crotch. [SPEAKER_06]: It's a lot crotch. [SPEAKER_11]: God. [SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, go ahead. [SPEAKER_11]: That's five. [SPEAKER_11]: Uh, you swing your crotch at stick, whack one of the cats, four arms, and you hear a crack from one of the, from one of his four arm bones, [SPEAKER_06]: I have a new ability called SwitStrike for Level 2, where I can ignore disadvantage from Rush to Tax.

[SPEAKER_06]: So I'm gonna whack again. [SPEAKER_06]: Excellent. [SPEAKER_11]: Okay. [SPEAKER_11]: Go ahead. [SPEAKER_06]: That is another eight damage. [SPEAKER_11]: Well, that is a good chunk of damage. [SPEAKER_11]: You swing it around, crack the other forearm, and the cat skeleton is starting to, is starting to not look great.

[SPEAKER_11]: Anything else you do want? [SPEAKER_11]: You have one more action. [SPEAKER_06]: Can I use my yarn like a lasso again and try to hold the cat down to the ground to maybe lower the well I guess that it doesn't really have a difficulty to getting hit but just to keep it from being as mobile I think that would be a fineness check okay and I'm gonna have you I'm gonna have you roll a contested finesse check versus the cats might.

[SPEAKER_06]: That's a natural one, plus two for three. [SPEAKER_17]: No. [SPEAKER_11]: No. [SPEAKER_06]: The fainted. [SPEAKER_11]: The thing that sucks, the cat rolled a four. [SPEAKER_11]: So the thing is, it is an impressive all-way round. [SPEAKER_11]: You are trying desperately to loop the cat skeleton.

[SPEAKER_11]: It is stumbling in order to get away. [SPEAKER_11]: You know, when you trap a cat in the cat, like, like, it is blurring everywhere to try and get out of your grasp, it is a hot mess. [SPEAKER_11]: Unfortunately, the slip does not go all the way around. [SPEAKER_06]: Hold it. [SPEAKER_06]: Hold still.

[SPEAKER_06]: Okay. [SPEAKER_11]: So the cat, unfortunately, remains free. [SPEAKER_11]: That is your three actions. [SPEAKER_11]: Next in the order is Lila. [SPEAKER_04]: Oh yeah. [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_11]: Oh yeah. [SPEAKER_04]: You got my life. [SPEAKER_04]: I was in this new body, kind of still, you know, wiggling the joystick a little bit.

[SPEAKER_04]: So what's happening? [SPEAKER_04]: Oh yeah. [SPEAKER_04]: She's going to use Gore, which is a beast form general attack. [SPEAKER_04]: And so she's going to try to use one paw to swipe the back legs because the front ones have been broken. [SPEAKER_04]: Is that right? [SPEAKER_04]: Is that right?

[SPEAKER_11]: They are, they're, they're cracked. [SPEAKER_11]: They're not quite broken. [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, cracked. [SPEAKER_04]: Alright, she's gonna just do one major swipe for the front legs. [SPEAKER_00]: Ooh, okay. [SPEAKER_00]: Go ahead. [SPEAKER_04]: She got, or, oh, plus my level. [SPEAKER_04]: Okay, so six.

[SPEAKER_11]: you do six to it. [SPEAKER_11]: This is normally the part of combat where I would say the cat looks bloodied. [SPEAKER_11]: However, as it has no blood, it is starting to look cracked. [SPEAKER_11]: It's not doing right, it's mobility, it's starting to slow down. [SPEAKER_11]: The four paw that you whack, that crack deepens across.

[SPEAKER_11]: And you think it might take one more good hit. [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, Lila's gonna take a second one. [SPEAKER_04]: All right, I'm gonna go for the gore. [SPEAKER_04]: Goin' for the gore. [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, yeah. [SPEAKER_04]: He got a seven this time. [SPEAKER_11]: That does it with that. [SPEAKER_11]: You smash through one of the bones holding this cat skeleton's forearm together.

[SPEAKER_11]: And it shatters into, it is now down to three legs. [SPEAKER_11]: and it hisses at you, you're not quite sure how it's managing that sound, but it does. [SPEAKER_02]: I hissed back! [SPEAKER_06]: Nice whack, la! [SPEAKER_06]: La, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, [SPEAKER_11]: While with your reaction from earlier, that is all three of your actions, Susie.

[SPEAKER_11]: It is your turn. [SPEAKER_11]: There are four minion skeletons, and one cat skeleton, the cat skeleton does not look good. [SPEAKER_15]: Susie looks at the cat skeleton, how far away is it from them? [SPEAKER_11]: It's with instructing distance of all of you. [SPEAKER_15]: Okay, this has reached four, so I think it should be okay.

[SPEAKER_15]: Susie points a little clawed tortoise finger at this and is going to use her hex power. [SPEAKER_15]: She kind of stares at it. [SPEAKER_15]: And her eyes kind of glint in this very low light of this kind of heavily kind of covered area. [SPEAKER_15]: Okay. [SPEAKER_15]: And she says, Henry.

[SPEAKER_15]: Good Prince. [SPEAKER_15]: Look alive. [SPEAKER_10]: Oh, yes, I ducking. [SPEAKER_15]: That is a three on the die plus two which is five points of damage. [SPEAKER_15]: Oh, okay [SPEAKER_15]: You all watch as a beam of like reddish orange light zaps for from Susie's little wise and corrupt finger and strikes out at another one of this cat's legs to try and break it.

[SPEAKER_15]: I'm going to do that five points of damage. [SPEAKER_11]: Oh yeah, the the other front leg shatters and it slams to the ground. [SPEAKER_11]: It's back to legs still moving and rearing. [SPEAKER_11]: It's jaws snapping. [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, Lila chases the air where that laser was. [SPEAKER_15]: Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

[SPEAKER_15]: Susie reaches out again, doubling her efforts. [SPEAKER_15]: I'm gonna do another hex at this advantage when I roll my 2D4. [SPEAKER_15]: Ooh! [SPEAKER_15]: Oh, one of them is a one, one on the four. [SPEAKER_15]: It's the worst. [SPEAKER_15]: Yeah, um, um, you see her kind of snap her fingers as she kind of watches the beam kind of fizzle out in her hands I'm doing my best Good job everyone keep keep up the valiant efforts.

[SPEAKER_10]: I'll appreciate the morale boost You're doing wonderfully. [SPEAKER_10]: I'm a little cinched but otherwise great Andrize whiskers are like a little curled and cinched from the red What's the word for when you kill a prince? [SPEAKER_10]: Well, I think with as unimportant as I am in the hierarchy, it might just be murder.

[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, all right, all right, whatever it is, don't do it. [SPEAKER_05]: Yes, thank you. [SPEAKER_11]: Great, anything else you do on your last action? [SPEAKER_15]: Um, I don't think so. [SPEAKER_11]: All right. [SPEAKER_11]: That brings us to Prince Henry. [SPEAKER_11]: Prince Henry, you are writing this rapidly deteriorating cat skeleton.

[SPEAKER_11]: It has slammed down onto its chest, having both of its forearms disappeared. [SPEAKER_11]: It is still snapping around, it's still dangerous. [SPEAKER_11]: What do you do? [SPEAKER_10]: I just thought of it, I think it's mouse slaughtered. [SPEAKER_10]: Oh, well, I suppose I'd like to attack it with the telling tack, but first of all, I've actually got two actions, so I think the first thing I'm going to do is use the assess action to try to create an opening or look for an opening.

[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, it's a skeleton. [SPEAKER_06]: There's a lot of openings. [SPEAKER_09]: Right. [SPEAKER_09]: It's more opening than it is bone. [SPEAKER_09]: Yes, but I need to find a sensitive one. [SPEAKER_09]: Great. [SPEAKER_09]: That, yes. [SPEAKER_10]: Ooh, okay, yeah, that I'm gonna use it inside as the skill for this, and I rolled a 21.

[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, bad, I don't do it. [SPEAKER_14]: Right, the DC to beat was 12. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, so the way that create an opening works is that you can roll a skill check of your choice. [SPEAKER_10]: The DC is 12, and if you succeed, you get to add an extra plus one to your primary tie. [SPEAKER_10]: So now I'm gonna attack it with the telling tack.

[SPEAKER_11]: That is exactly the right amount. [SPEAKER_11]: Oh, what do you do to defeat this thing? [SPEAKER_10]: I think I would just like to put this poor creature out of its misery. [SPEAKER_10]: It's clearly, it's been buried, it's supposed to be dead. [SPEAKER_10]: And I don't think Elder Suzy or Archmidi's would be particularly proud of me if I made this very gory or elaborate.

[SPEAKER_10]: So I think just a very swift clean blow from the riding position that Henry's in to the back of its head to, as quickly and painlessly as possible, just bring this creature back to rest. [SPEAKER_11]: This cat skeleton is less a living thing and more just sort of magic bound two bones. [SPEAKER_11]: And so when you strike it, you strike its magic source and expel it and explode it.

[SPEAKER_11]: And so as you [SPEAKER_11]: drive the telling tack in it leaps onto its back legs and you are hoisted up into the air almost like a cowboy and as you are brought up you are brought above the tops of the foliage for a moment [SPEAKER_11]: Oh, you glimps, mall around you. [SPEAKER_11]: You see in the morning light giants have begun to arrive in mall, they are here.

[SPEAKER_11]: And in the distance, you see the hexagonal tower of Kiosk. [SPEAKER_17]: Mmm. [SPEAKER_11]: Ha ha ha. [SPEAKER_11]: Before. [SPEAKER_11]: the cat begins to fall rapidly back to the earth. [SPEAKER_11]: And as it does, the magic holding it together explodes outward, non-damaging to everyone.

[SPEAKER_11]: But in this wave that rockets out, it blasts the four other minions. [SPEAKER_11]: They disappear. [SPEAKER_11]: The cat shatters to bones and you hit the dirt. [SPEAKER_11]: as you are all out of combat. [SPEAKER_04]: ROOOOO! [SPEAKER_04]: Lila, like... Pads at the empty spot where it was like... ROOOOOO!

[SPEAKER_06]: Ah, good, good kitty. [SPEAKER_06]: Good, good kitty. [SPEAKER_07]: It's all right. [SPEAKER_07]: Lila, Lila, I think it's dead. [SPEAKER_07]: I think it's dead. [SPEAKER_07]: That's just my tail. [SPEAKER_07]: Oh, oh! [SPEAKER_07]: Oh, it's all right. [SPEAKER_07]: Sorry. [SPEAKER_07]: That's okay.

[SPEAKER_07]: No, I think it's dead though. [SPEAKER_07]: That's the tail. [SPEAKER_07]: Pretend where are you? [SPEAKER_09]: Are you injured? [SPEAKER_09]: Are you all right? [SPEAKER_10]: bit injured but worth it that was a lot of fun. [SPEAKER_10]: How's everyone else feeling? [SPEAKER_10]: I mean we've got skeletons.

[SPEAKER_10]: I'm a little freaked out. [SPEAKER_10]: Do we think that that was the work of LaFadra, the left hand of Arcadia? [SPEAKER_04]: Probably. [SPEAKER_15]: It seems to be a poor thing to do to a living creature. [SPEAKER_15]: We should be allowed to die and rest and not be reanimated by someone's whims.

[SPEAKER_15]: You see the brow of Susie's face as furrowed as she slowly makes her way kind of tentatively over to the big corpse and looks at it with a lot of empathy on her face. [SPEAKER_15]: She's seen old things obviously, she has many, many long-lived years into her life, and there's a lot of pity that she has in her heart for this thing.

[SPEAKER_15]: Susie places her hand on top of the snout, like where the snout would be, like right where that little bone is, and says, [SPEAKER_15]: fair some feelign, lingered in death. [SPEAKER_15]: We say goodbye as we take your last breath, with respect you were born, and in some, same you have died, find comfort and solace in your afterlife's pride.

[SPEAKER_15]: And like I think you see the bones start to sink back into the ground, but there's an outline of golden light around it that's similar to the same magic that you saw her use earlier that wasn't born from rage or defensiveness but born from her own inner magic. [SPEAKER_06]: Hmm, that's so sweet.

[SPEAKER_06]: Well, shoot it, that was... [SPEAKER_06]: I was lovely. [SPEAKER_15]: We all deserve the respect, Sina. [SPEAKER_15]: We all deserve it. [SPEAKER_10]: Henry slowly puts down a plastic spoon he was about to use as a shovel. [SPEAKER_15]: Oh, to Henry! [SPEAKER_15]: Oh, you're so... You're so polite, my darling.

[SPEAKER_10]: Elder, that was really beautiful. [SPEAKER_10]: How did you do that? [SPEAKER_10]: Have you always been able to do that? [SPEAKER_15]: It's all about trying to bring people peace. [SPEAKER_15]: Now that this thing is gone, I don't have one too. [SPEAKER_15]: Hold dominion over it, I simply helped it go back to where it belonged.

[SPEAKER_15]: That is the mark of a good leader, Prince Henry, knowing when to show rage and iron strength and knowing when to show mercy. [SPEAKER_10]: Well, what a magnificent leader you are, then. [SPEAKER_10]: Thank you for giving this creature such a beautiful send-off. [SPEAKER_15]: Hopefully this time it was stated.

[SPEAKER_15]: I don't want to have to be rude again. [SPEAKER_11]: Oh, I hate it. [SPEAKER_11]: After you have reconsecrated this ground, you move forward. [SPEAKER_11]: The Earth here feels at peace, once more, and you continue walking through the otherwise quiet middlewood. [SPEAKER_11]: You hear in the distance the sounds of footsteps, thunderous, booming, so much larger than any of you, the giants.

[SPEAKER_11]: They are here in Mal, now, for it is their time. [SPEAKER_11]: As this thought begins to emerge of what happens next, you find that you don't have long to ponder it, for you reach the end of the middle would. [SPEAKER_11]: Without ceremony, without [SPEAKER_11]: any sort of warning the middle would abruptly end.

[SPEAKER_11]: The dirt becomes tile, the vegetation vanishes, and you look out of the middle would, and you see, Henry, you see what you saw before, but now you all see it. [SPEAKER_11]: rising from the tiled earth, a massive, six-sided structure stands in the midst of no-one's land. [SPEAKER_11]: A vast stretch of wasteland which separates eastern and western mall, it is the castle city of Kiosk.

[SPEAKER_11]: A den of perloining peddlers, runaway rap scallions, and other lawless lamos. [SPEAKER_11]: Each of its six sides is topped with a glass observation room. [SPEAKER_11]: The view from these must be stunning. [SPEAKER_11]: But, Senna and Susie, you remember with a shutter. [SPEAKER_11]: That just beyond Kiosk, at the edge of Eastern Mall, lies the ruins of Petlandia.

[SPEAKER_11]: Were you to climb to Kiosks' ramparts and gaze from one of these observation rooms you'd likely see the darkened interior, where once you spent night after horrible night? [SPEAKER_11]: But, you are not at Kiosk. [SPEAKER_11]: For the vast stretch of Tile Earth from here to there lays completely exposed to the giants.

[SPEAKER_11]: And as if to prove that point as you gaze forth, boom, a massive foot comes crashing to the tiled earth before you. [SPEAKER_11]: You are standing in the presence of one of these giants of mall. [SPEAKER_11]: And you do not know if they have seen you. [SPEAKER_11]: And now, as you look, you notice, [SPEAKER_11]: Another walks back and forth to one side.

[SPEAKER_11]: These two seem to be conversing, their deep voices breathing the mystic yet harsh language of the giants. [SPEAKER_11]: Each dawns a bulky red jacket with white sleeves, likely some kind of identifier for their own kingdom. [SPEAKER_11]: Do giants have kingdoms? [SPEAKER_11]: To your dismay, in the distance, an additional giant leans on Kiosk's glass-topped parapets.

[SPEAKER_11]: Is she guarding it? [SPEAKER_11]: She dawns heavy, gothic, war-paint, and colors which reflect Kiosk. [SPEAKER_11]: Perhaps she is the city's guardian? [SPEAKER_11]: It's impossible to tell, but the problem remains. [SPEAKER_11]: How can you proceed? [SPEAKER_11]: with three giants between here and Kiosk, how could you possibly hope to cross the gap?

[SPEAKER_11]: What do you do? [SPEAKER_10]: Lala, can you tell what they're talking about? [SPEAKER_10]: You speak giant, don't you? [SPEAKER_04]: I am a lesson. [SPEAKER_04]: She's still a mountain lion. [SPEAKER_04]: She's above you. [SPEAKER_04]: She's kind of full. [SPEAKER_04]: She's kind of folded into loaf shape.

[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, I'm trying to be like small or possible. [SPEAKER_04]: And so she listens in. [SPEAKER_04]: She can understand giant speak. [SPEAKER_11]: You understand giant speak, but the lore of what they're talking about. [SPEAKER_11]: is a little foreign to you. [SPEAKER_11]: So let me have you roll either an insight or lure check.

[SPEAKER_04]: You want to know something funny? [SPEAKER_04]: I leveled up and increased my lure. [SPEAKER_04]: Perfect timing. [SPEAKER_04]: Lyle is a lure. [SPEAKER_04]: Uh, 10. [SPEAKER_11]: You got this all figured out. [SPEAKER_16]: Oh no, I don't trust you. [UNKNOWN]: Oh no. [SPEAKER_11]: The giants are sisters, and one is comforting the other.

[SPEAKER_11]: For the one who paces has been called on for a giant ritual of seemingly great importance. [SPEAKER_11]: She must go to the stag. [SPEAKER_16]: on the night of the promenade, and she is troubled by this. [SPEAKER_11]: Perhaps it is an arduous task to go to the stag, she does not want to go at alone.

[SPEAKER_11]: She seeks the aid of the father giant [SPEAKER_11]: That is a 17. [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, my goodness. [SPEAKER_11]: There we go. [SPEAKER_11]: With Lila's help. [SPEAKER_11]: Well, actually, you get two things, one by yourself and one with Lila's help. [SPEAKER_11]: Susie, you recall the giant standing behind Kiosk.

[SPEAKER_11]: Though you know little giant, you know her name is Penny. [SPEAKER_11]: She wants frequented the gates of Hatopek and was its guardian. [SPEAKER_11]: and she was always kind to you. [SPEAKER_11]: She still dawns her gothic war paint, and you've always suspected her to be the greatest warrior of all the giants because of this.

[SPEAKER_11]: And because of Lila's success on this role, [SPEAKER_11]: you also know that it is no small wonder this nearby giant is so fearful to request her presence at the stag on the promenade night. [SPEAKER_11]: It must be either a ritual of great importance or a truly ghastly ordeal for her to need the aid of such a powerful warrior.

[SPEAKER_15]: Susie looks at the others. [SPEAKER_15]: I'm quite rusty in my understanding of the giant's tongue. [SPEAKER_15]: However, I have had good experiences with the one who has black clouds around her eyes. [SPEAKER_15]: Quite nice to spite looking quite vicious. [SPEAKER_15]: And I think that this must be some kind of very great feat ahead of the young one.

[SPEAKER_15]: If she need to inquire about backup and support from someone with so many battle scars all over her body, a rainbow of them, a myriad of great designs, depicting interesting battles one and [SPEAKER_15]: Prisoners taking perhaps. [SPEAKER_06]: Wait, Shuji is this? [SPEAKER_06]: Is this the one?

[SPEAKER_06]: Is it the one that repaired your shell? [SPEAKER_15]: Yes, well, the leader, the leader of the ones who repaired my shell. [SPEAKER_15]: Several of them were quite nice to me, you see. [SPEAKER_15]: Can we ask for safe passage? [SPEAKER_15]: I should think so. [SPEAKER_10]: Um... Do we have a way to communicate with her?

[SPEAKER_10]: Because even if she's kind, if she sees you and doesn't know where we want to go, she may just drop you off in the same place she dropped you off in before. [SPEAKER_15]: She would perhaps think to bring us back to the lake. [SPEAKER_15]: However, I do think that [SPEAKER_15]: With thee, aided influence of our new friend, Lila, perhaps we could be more effective at communication, as you do speak the Alliance tongue, do you not?

[SPEAKER_03]: I do, I might have a weird accent to them. [SPEAKER_10]: That's all right, it's part of the nothing. [SPEAKER_04]: Should I stay like this or go back to my normal beautiful self down there where you are? [SPEAKER_04]: Are you like us? [SPEAKER_04]: I'm a baby mountain lion right now. [SPEAKER_04]: I'm a kitten, I'm a kitten.

[SPEAKER_10]: Lala, do you think that being in the form that you're in now, being terribly cute and persuasive, that you could perhaps incept an idea into one of these giant minds, persuading them to take us all the way to Kyosk? [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, you got a dude. [SPEAKER_04]: And she likes her paw, like, cleans her cheek.

[SPEAKER_04]: Do you think it'll be even cuter if you hop on fresh prints? [SPEAKER_10]: Absolutely at Woodleiler. [SPEAKER_09]: I'd love to ride another cat. [SPEAKER_06]: All right, everyone, in deformation, let's make this an official, giant, we folk meeting. [SPEAKER_15]: Susie does upy hands to Sina.

[SPEAKER_06]: She can move faster. [SPEAKER_06]: Yes. [SPEAKER_06]: Sina hoist Susie up on top of them, and then just starts wielding their crotchet stick like a baton for someone at the front of a marching band. [SPEAKER_10]: Like, what is it, like a drum major? [SPEAKER_06]: A major at. [SPEAKER_02]: Now which, which giant are we heading toward?

[SPEAKER_06]: The, the one with the wallpite. [SPEAKER_02]: The one with the wallpite. [SPEAKER_15]: Alright. [SPEAKER_15]: A name is Penny. [SPEAKER_15]: Penny. [SPEAKER_15]: No affiliation with the kingdom of Jack-a-Penny. [SPEAKER_10]: Oh, I wondered. [SPEAKER_10]: That was frightening for a moment.

[SPEAKER_10]: Thank you for clarifying. [SPEAKER_11]: But of course. [SPEAKER_11]: You head forth. [SPEAKER_11]: From the middle would. [SPEAKER_11]: as you head out. [SPEAKER_11]: Are you stealthing or are you trying to catch the attention of these giants? [SPEAKER_04]: I think we're trying to be all, we're, we're, we're promenotting like we're promenotting like we're promenotting like we're promenotting like we're promenotting like we're promenotting like we're promenotting like we're promenotting like we're promenotting like we're promenotting like we're promenotting like we're promenotting like we're promenotting like we're promenotting like we're promenotting like we're promenotting like we're promenotting like we're promenotting like we're promenotting like we're promenotting like we're promenotting like we're promenotting like we're promenotting like we're promenotting like we're promenotting like we're promenotting like we're promenotting like we're promenotting like we're promenotting like we're promenot

[SPEAKER_15]: Susie knows that when the giant's faces rain that the thing that really helps them is comfort and lila can give that comfort right now to war bring your pennies ward. [SPEAKER_04]: Lila's zigzag in her way. [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, it's together with a question, Mark Taylor. [SPEAKER_06]: Sinus tried to hop as gently as possible, since they have enthusiasm on top of them.

[SPEAKER_06]: It's very, very stopping and starting, like a teenager in a car. [SPEAKER_11]: As soon as you got a little dad breaks going, they're just like, and they're just like, and they're just like, and they're just like, and they're just like, and they're just like, and they're just like, and they're just like, and they're just like, and they're just like, and they're just like, and they're just like, and they're just like, and they're just like, and they're just like, and they're just like, and they're just like, and they're just like, and they're just like, and they're just like, and they're just like, and they're just like, and they're just like, and they're just like, and they're just like, and they're just like, and they're just like, and they're just like, and they're just like, and they're just like, and they're just like, and they're just like, and they're just like, and they're just like, and they're just like, and they're

[SPEAKER_11]: But when giants see your characters, they do not see the swords, they do not see the armor, they do not see the forms. [SPEAKER_11]: So when you emerge, there is a turtle riding a bunny and a mouse riding a cat. [SPEAKER_06]: Y'all. [SPEAKER_11]: No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no [SPEAKER_11]: The giant bins down to scoop you up and you broodage out of her grasp as both of these giants are

[SPEAKER_02]: Don't forget to look! [SPEAKER_02]: We're friends! [SPEAKER_02]: They calm sick homes, they calm! [SPEAKER_02]: I can come into battle formations! [SPEAKER_15]: You hear Susie say, stay calm! [SPEAKER_15]: We are what has called cute! [SPEAKER_15]: It's okay! [SPEAKER_15]: Cute! [SPEAKER_15]: It's all right!

[SPEAKER_15]: Yes! [SPEAKER_15]: Cute! [SPEAKER_15]: El Susie, this is a war parlay! [SPEAKER_15]: However, sometimes we need to speak the enemy's language to be understood. [SPEAKER_15]: So this is a temporary ally ship with two folk that we are trusting tentatively. [SPEAKER_15]: Alright. [SPEAKER_15]: Big Surzy looks over at both of them and gives.

[SPEAKER_15]: Can I roll? [SPEAKER_15]: Influence? [SPEAKER_15]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_15]: I think so. [SPEAKER_15]: Because I want to give like, put some boots eyes. [SPEAKER_13]: Oh. [SPEAKER_13]: Oh yeah. [SPEAKER_13]: Oh yeah. [SPEAKER_15]: I want to give like, a little sweetie. [SPEAKER_10]: Oh. [SPEAKER_10]: Blinky.

[SPEAKER_10]: A little sweetie eyes. [SPEAKER_04]: So, just a little. [SPEAKER_04]: Lila, Lila's eyes turned pitch black. [SPEAKER_06]: Oh, look at the arms. [SPEAKER_06]: Sina gets aggressively still in the, I need to bolt at any moment. [SPEAKER_10]: Um, can I give Lilo the help action because I want top of her and it'll just be, uh, I am, Henry is getting ready to draw the telling tack and go to war.

[SPEAKER_10]: But what the people see is just a little mouse crouched onto his hind legs on top of a kitten with his little paws in the air. [SPEAKER_10]: Oh, yes. [SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, um, Lilo, roll it with advantage. [SPEAKER_06]: Can we get an unlikely animal friendships bonus? [SPEAKER_15]: Yes. [SPEAKER_04]: I got a 16.

[SPEAKER_15]: I got a dirty 20. [SPEAKER_04]: Amazing. [SPEAKER_15]: We're genuinely adorable. [SPEAKER_10]: Oh, you're so cute right now. [SPEAKER_11]: These two giants fully like crouch down. [SPEAKER_11]: They have their hands up as if they are attempting to be as non-threatening as possible, you think.

[SPEAKER_11]: And then one of them slowly reaches her hands towards the four of you. [SPEAKER_04]: Lila headbutts the hand and the kind of nozzle's in. [SPEAKER_15]: Brace Sinna, this time will not be rough like it used to be at that land yet. [SPEAKER_06]: I'm, I'm trusting you so Zee, but if they get fresh, I'm Bolton and there's no guarantee you're coming with me, that's quite all right for my friend.

[SPEAKER_15]: Also, you may hold my hand if you'd like. [SPEAKER_15]: Oh, I'll hold your hand. [SPEAKER_10]: Thank you very much. [SPEAKER_10]: This is all well and good, but it should someone be ready to hit them with a stick. [SPEAKER_16]: I'm a domestic critic. [SPEAKER_16]: I'm a domestic critic.

[SPEAKER_10]: I'm a domestic critic. [SPEAKER_10]: I'm a domestic critic. [SPEAKER_10]: I'm a domestic critic. [SPEAKER_10]: I'm a domestic critic. [SPEAKER_10]: I'm a domestic critic. [SPEAKER_10]: I'm a domestic critic. [SPEAKER_10]: I'm a domestic critic. [SPEAKER_10]: I'm a domestic critic. [SPEAKER_10]: I'm a domestic critic.

[SPEAKER_11]: I'm a domestic critic. [SPEAKER_11]: I'm a domestic critic. [SPEAKER_11]: I'm a domestic critic. [SPEAKER_11]: I'm a domestic critic. [SPEAKER_11]: I'm a domestic critic. [SPEAKER_11]: I'm a domestic critic. [SPEAKER_11]: I'm a domestic critic. [SPEAKER_11]: I'm a domestic critic. [SPEAKER_11]: I'm a domestic critic.

[SPEAKER_10]: I'm a domestic critic. [SPEAKER_10]: I'm a domestic critic. [SPEAKER_10]: I'm a domestic critic. [SPEAKER_10]: I'm a domestic critic. [SPEAKER_06]: I'm a domestic critic. [SPEAKER_15]: I'm a domestic critic. [SPEAKER_15]: I'm a domestic critic. [SPEAKER_15]: I'm a domestic critic. [SPEAKER_15]: Yeah, I had to roll for it, but yes, I think once we're in their hands, Susie in like our language looks to lie, I think Prince Henry is quite right.

[SPEAKER_15]: As you speak their language and as you have your telepathic powers, you should let them know that we are content in this land and just need to be placed elsewhere out of harm's way. [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, Leila's radio frequencies haunted voices. [SPEAKER_04]: She's as she steers up at them with these glass black eyes.

[SPEAKER_04]: She captures them mentally. [SPEAKER_04]: And just kind of like kiosk, kiosk, like the image of the kiosk, over and over again. [SPEAKER_04]: And as it gets closer and closer to them in their minds. [SPEAKER_11]: This is for sure an influence check. [SPEAKER_11]: I need you to reward an influence.

[SPEAKER_04]: That's a 21. [SPEAKER_04]: Outstanding. [SPEAKER_10]: Hell yeah. [SPEAKER_10]: Incredible. [SPEAKER_04]: I'm so proud. [SPEAKER_11]: The giant holding you is the one that was comforting the other. [SPEAKER_11]: The other is looking at all of you tentatively and the comforting one holding you snaps her attention to kiosk and penny and then looks at the fretting one and like does a little [SPEAKER_11]: and like emotions to the animals in her hands, emotions to you small folk and then nods towards Penny, the fretting one, let's out an an exasperated sigh and then you all are being carried to Kiosk.

[SPEAKER_10]: Lila, well done. [SPEAKER_10]: That was excellent. [SPEAKER_10]: It's very high up here. [SPEAKER_10]: I don't like it. [SPEAKER_10]: Not feeling perring. [SPEAKER_11]: It is so high from up here. [SPEAKER_11]: It is a dizzying height. [SPEAKER_11]: You are at the moment about as tall as Kiosk's ramparts.

[SPEAKER_11]: and the sister's head over. [SPEAKER_11]: You are bundled in the arms of the, I will say the older sister to differentiate them. [SPEAKER_11]: She has you bundled in her arms as she leans on Kiosk, and the giants begin to converse. [SPEAKER_11]: Lila, you catch snippets here and there of, [SPEAKER_11]: of finding lost animals and Penny looks at the four of you and immediately Susie you see recognition in her eyes as she sees you.

[SPEAKER_15]: Susie kind of moves kind of back and forth waiting because she's on all four feet, all four feet and kind of moves like shifts her weight from her left side feet to the right side feet, left side feet and does kind of like a little happy dance [SPEAKER_15]: and waves her like shell at Penny to remind her of like the good turn that she did.

[SPEAKER_11]: All the older sister sets you all down on the top of Kiosk. [SPEAKER_11]: You are on the [SPEAKER_11]: of its tops. [SPEAKER_11]: As the giants continue to converse, you see the younger sister and Penny begin to talk more and the elders sort of steps back. [SPEAKER_11]: You believe that she is using this opportunity to request assistance at the night of the promenade.

[SPEAKER_11]: And as you look around, let me have all four of you make. [SPEAKER_11]: Let me have all four of you make either examination checks or perception checks for a way out of here. [SPEAKER_10]: Only five. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, that's a six for me. [SPEAKER_10]: Six, teen. [SPEAKER_06]: Ooh, that was on one.

[SPEAKER_06]: Senate got a two. [SPEAKER_06]: I think Senate can't help looking over at Petlandia. [SPEAKER_11]: There's a lot going on. [SPEAKER_11]: This is the closest to all of you have been to a giant, with the exception of Susie. [SPEAKER_11]: This is the closest you have been to a giant in a long time.

[SPEAKER_11]: Susie, you have been close to giants before, and they were kind to you, but you don't know if that is still the case. [SPEAKER_11]: Sinna, the only giant you've come close contact with is the guardian of Petlandia. [SPEAKER_11]: The one who turned dreadwing into what he is now. [SPEAKER_11]: Henry, you've never come into contact with giants, but you've heard the stories.

[SPEAKER_11]: And Lila, you hear giants speak all the time. [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I'm a week old also. [SPEAKER_04]: I'm a week old baby. [SPEAKER_11]: It's just a baby. [SPEAKER_04]: I don't have the anxiety, you know. [SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, you look, you are looking around and you see there is a place where the, the observation rooms end and set into the parapets, there is a trap door.

[SPEAKER_11]: one that would likely descend into the depths of Kiosk. [SPEAKER_04]: How distracted are they right now in this conversation? [SPEAKER_11]: Pretty. [SPEAKER_04]: Pretty distracted. [SPEAKER_11]: In the very least, the younger sister and Penny are distracted. [SPEAKER_11]: They both seem...

[SPEAKER_11]: You're not quite able to make out giant expressions. [SPEAKER_11]: It does not seem to be a dangerous situation. [SPEAKER_11]: They both seem to be thrilled. [SPEAKER_11]: Mm-hmm. [SPEAKER_11]: It is the older sister that is a little removed from these proceedings and is more likely to notice you escaping.

[SPEAKER_03]: All right, everybody keeps smiling, smiling smile. [SPEAKER_04]: But I see a door, there's a door over there. [SPEAKER_04]: How far is it for us? [SPEAKER_11]: So there is near medium far and far this. [SPEAKER_11]: I would say it is medium. [SPEAKER_11]: Hmm. [SPEAKER_11]: So it would take one, it would take one action to get to it.

[SPEAKER_02]: All right, I'm gonna go for it, but I'm going to change back or we get to the door so you're gonna have to jump off. [SPEAKER_10]: Do we need some sort of distraction? [SPEAKER_04]: Did we need another distraction or is that distraction enough of her just switching? [SPEAKER_04]: Is there just like something around that we could use?

[SPEAKER_10]: Is there something on the parapet that we could knock off? [SPEAKER_04]: Can I, can I, can I pause something? [SPEAKER_04]: Yes, there's like, pause something off in the counter. [SPEAKER_04]: Like a little cat as a distraction. [SPEAKER_04]: Just tell me what it is and I'll do it. [SPEAKER_11]: I'm not even going to have you roll for that because that's so good.

[SPEAKER_11]: This is like a t-shirt, kiosk in real world. [SPEAKER_11]: There are these... [SPEAKER_11]: In game there are these large swaths of folded fabric and Lila you're able to you slap down one of your paws. [SPEAKER_11]: It gets caught in your claw and as you flip whip it away The the cloth goes sailing over the side of kiosk to the tiled earth far far below Go go now [SPEAKER_11]: you see the eldest sister noticed this and reached down to pick it up and you all have an opening.

[SPEAKER_11]: I'm going to have you all roll stealth checks with advantage. [SPEAKER_11]: All right. [SPEAKER_04]: Oh my god. [SPEAKER_04]: I love it. [SPEAKER_04]: Okay. [SPEAKER_11]: That's not the worst roll in the world. [SPEAKER_06]: Hey. [SPEAKER_10]: Not terrible. [SPEAKER_10]: 16. [SPEAKER_11]: 16.

[SPEAKER_06]: 21. [SPEAKER_10]: Well the minus two. [SPEAKER_10]: 15. [SPEAKER_10]: Wow. [SPEAKER_11]: So all together. [SPEAKER_11]: your group average is likely around the 17 mark. [SPEAKER_11]: So, you all bolt for it. [SPEAKER_11]: You move past these folded swaps of fabric, move through more hanging bits and make it to the trap door.

[SPEAKER_11]: You [SPEAKER_04]: As Leila dispels B-shift, she transforms from my cat back to a mushroom as she goes in first into the door. [SPEAKER_10]: So she like bolts off, Henry immediately forgets that he's supposed to jump and just falls off for unceremoniously. [UNKNOWN]: Just blah blah blah blah blah.

[SPEAKER_11]: you all tumble down the stairs into the depths of kiosk. [SPEAKER_11]: The trapdoor slams shut behind you. [SPEAKER_11]: You hear confused giant voices. [SPEAKER_11]: Something about missing animals. [SPEAKER_11]: You're not able to catch it all, but you go tumbling into kiosk. [SPEAKER_11]: Kiosks structure is interesting.

[SPEAKER_11]: It's over mall is reflected in its under mall. [SPEAKER_11]: It is a tower both upward and downward. [SPEAKER_11]: It's levels and staircases continue down and down revealing layers and layers of pubs, alleys, storefronts, passages. [SPEAKER_11]: as you journey down. [SPEAKER_11]: How could you possibly find anyone in this place?

[SPEAKER_11]: It's a city built to hide. [SPEAKER_11]: As you descend, you make it to the round floor of Kaya. [SPEAKER_11]: Close by, there is a large pub. [SPEAKER_11]: The pickled rat. [SPEAKER_11]: There is no better place for information gathering than a pub, but some of its patrons may be less than savory.

[SPEAKER_06]: We knew we were going to get into danger in this direction, so I'll say we just dive in. [SPEAKER_04]: Is there like no map or anything? [SPEAKER_11]: The thing about Kiosk, you likely will not find a map of this place. [SPEAKER_11]: because a map would betray what it is at its center. [SPEAKER_11]: It is a place to hide and a place to deal.

[SPEAKER_11]: It is a place on a way to somewhere or from something. [SPEAKER_11]: Everyone here does not want to be found. [SPEAKER_11]: The only real map are its denizens. [SPEAKER_10]: right. [SPEAKER_10]: So I think that before we go into the pickled rat, I found that one thing that helps me to get sort of bullied less frequently in non-royal circles is to look a bit less posh, a bit less fancy.

[SPEAKER_10]: I think at the moment we also sort of look like we've just come out of King's Court. [SPEAKER_10]: So I think we need to scuff ourselves up a bit to look perhaps a bit more [SPEAKER_10]: And I think the other thing that I may be able to help with is that I usually have an ear to the ground, so I might be able to help us pick up a bit of gossip.

[SPEAKER_10]: And mechanically, I do actually have a background called Ear to the Ground, where I have advantage on checks to know or obtain gossip for events that will soon happen or have happened less than a year ago. [SPEAKER_10]: This is, of course, rather an important skill for making sure that if your father betrays King's Court, you get out of town before they kill you.

[SPEAKER_15]: Shut up. [SPEAKER_15]: Prince Henry, you say this about the clothing that we all look rather fancy. [SPEAKER_15]: That snaps Susie out of her of her panic. [SPEAKER_15]: Uh, you see them look down at their like beat-up shell with all the like patching all over it. [SPEAKER_15]: And like they're like they're like they're like tattered like fishnet and like rag kind of outfit and they're like little hood.

[SPEAKER_15]: And they just kind of look at you with a very warm smile. [SPEAKER_15]: I think this is like the most genuine compliment ever anyone's ever gave. [SPEAKER_10]: She's like in her feelings for a second, ah-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha [SPEAKER_15]: I'm so I should have white in.

[SPEAKER_15]: Henry, you feel a little beaked peck on your, on your, on the back of your head as Susie passes. [SPEAKER_15]: It gives you like a little smooch with consent. [SPEAKER_15]: I blush a little bit before like diving into the, into the dirt next to Sino. [SPEAKER_15]: And I do this right. [SPEAKER_15]: Do you see that there's a process that I should be perhaps making an angel wings perhaps something yeah Yeah, just flip-up on to your shell and I'll just spin you around a few times Oh, quite good, quite good.

[SPEAKER_10]: Well, I come from the dirt Yes, actually you you do look rather more like you belong here as long as you're comfortable [SPEAKER_04]: I'm going to, and she rips off the sleeves off her onion skin dress and it's just like sleeveless now, like a little gem tank dress, much better. [SPEAKER_06]: Lookin' good, lil' lack.

[SPEAKER_02]: Lil' is short for lil' lack. [SPEAKER_15]: It's really- Did I do it? [SPEAKER_15]: Did I do it? [SPEAKER_15]: Done it, Sinna. [SPEAKER_15]: Oh, what a day. [SPEAKER_15]: Oh, that's wonderful. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, I don't think I could. [SPEAKER_10]: The week. [SPEAKER_10]: I'll also stash my mothwing cloak that sort of representative of the royalty of Jack a penny and replace it with a burlap one that I have for the express purpose of hiding as a political hostage.

[SPEAKER_11]: You plan? [SPEAKER_11]: You all roll in the dirt and the mud of this. [SPEAKER_11]: level of kiosk. [SPEAKER_11]: As you do one of the denizens of the pickled rat comes stumbling out a mug of bright orange liquid in his hands. [SPEAKER_11]: He looks at the he looks at the four of you. [SPEAKER_11]: It says cheers and then continues on down the street.

[SPEAKER_10]: It's in a, I need you to punch me in the face as hard as you can. [UNKNOWN]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_09]: We need to look bucket. [SPEAKER_09]: I thought you'd never ask. [SPEAKER_10]: That wasn't tasty. [SPEAKER_06]: I rolled the wall. [SPEAKER_10]: No, I missed you so. [SPEAKER_10]: Just standing there face forward.

[SPEAKER_10]: All right, no, I'm just rusting. [SPEAKER_10]: All right, more time, more time, more time, more time. [SPEAKER_10]: I'm still directly in front of you. [SPEAKER_10]: You're just scuff each other up and walk in. [SPEAKER_11]: You head into the pickled rat. [SPEAKER_11]: As you head in, you confirm your previous suspicions.

[SPEAKER_11]: This place is, this place is crowded with rough customers. [SPEAKER_11]: At one table, a lizard darts the sharpened end of a thumbtack back and forth between his fingers. [SPEAKER_11]: As simple, small folk look on. [SPEAKER_11]: At another, a vicious looking group of voles, play cards, all of them loudly swearing as one lays down a suspicious royal flush.

[SPEAKER_11]: At another, a hamster hurriedly glances over her shoulders before sliding a bag of pop rocks candy across the table to a salamander who stuffs it under their shirt. [SPEAKER_18]: So good, pop rocks. [SPEAKER_11]: At the bar, a scowling hedgehog fills a glass with that same electric orange liquid.

[SPEAKER_11]: And you are in this place. [SPEAKER_11]: As you walk in. [SPEAKER_11]: Do you make you way to the bar? [SPEAKER_10]: Yes, I think that's the reasonable thing to do, but can we keep an ear out for any conversations that feel relevant? [SPEAKER_11]: Absolutely. [SPEAKER_10]: Send a twitch as an ear.

[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, you all head to the bar. [SPEAKER_11]: And as you do, Sina, your ear twitches. [SPEAKER_11]: as someone is quickly approaching you. [SPEAKER_11]: Ruffling through the crowd towards you as you make it to the bar a hand claps your shoulder. [SPEAKER_11]: And you hear, well, well, you've got mighty fine nerve showing your mug around these parts.

[SPEAKER_11]: Do I know this voice? [SPEAKER_11]: You turn to see a grizzled bunny, slightly older than you, with an eye patch. [SPEAKER_11]: you know this one. [SPEAKER_11]: Sam, good eye. [SPEAKER_11]: They used to be your salmate, back in Petlandia. [SPEAKER_11]: You were both separated in the escape and you never knew what happened to them.

[SPEAKER_11]: Oh. [SPEAKER_11]: They scowl for a second at you. [SPEAKER_11]: And then, double over laughing. [SPEAKER_06]: Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh [SPEAKER_11]: This is who you hear the bartender say.

[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, and Sam goes, it's all right. [SPEAKER_11]: It's all right. [SPEAKER_06]: I know this buzzbucket I remember one that I remember one that little giant gotcha in the eye [SPEAKER_13]: Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

[SPEAKER_06]: Sue, and Hank, and Laila. [SPEAKER_11]: Oh, Hank, and Laila hold it on the minute. [SPEAKER_04]: Please tell me you're a coin test. [SPEAKER_04]: Perhaps time you get one will stay right your turn. [SPEAKER_04]: I need to sit next to you. [SPEAKER_03]: I need to sit next to you. [SPEAKER_03]: I need to turn hand out.

[SPEAKER_03]: She put her hand out for a greeting. [SPEAKER_03]: And it's like, oh, Sean, pie. [SPEAKER_13]: I never know what she's saying. [SPEAKER_13]: Well, you're a mighty odd bird, aren't ya? [SPEAKER_10]: I'm mushroom, but okay. [SPEAKER_10]: She speaks in the tongues of giant static. [SPEAKER_11]: Oh, pleasure to make you a Quintin sauce, I am.

[SPEAKER_11]: And you... [SPEAKER_11]: They point at you, Susie. [SPEAKER_11]: They say, forgive me, don't I? [SPEAKER_13]: Am I not familiar with your mug as well? [SPEAKER_13]: Have you, perchance? [SPEAKER_13]: take an astrol through old Petlandia? [SPEAKER_15]: I have, in fact, I remember seeing you alongside Sina, it's Susie, hello.

[SPEAKER_13]: Hmm, pleasure to make your acquaintances well, any, any runaway from Petlandia is a friend of mine. [SPEAKER_15]: Oh, I'm pleasure to make your acquaintance then. [SPEAKER_15]: We shall be friends. [SPEAKER_11]: We shall indeed. [SPEAKER_11]: And you, they point to you, Henry. [SPEAKER_11]: I don't know you from Adam.

[SPEAKER_11]: Shall I buy you all the drink? [SPEAKER_06]: I can go for a Sprite. [SPEAKER_06]: Absolutely, what's this? [SPEAKER_06]: What's this orange business they got here? [SPEAKER_13]: Why it's the nectar of Julius. [SPEAKER_06]: Oh, that's a mighty hard one to get your paws on. [SPEAKER_13]: Quite delicious!

[SPEAKER_13]: Imported so as I hear from the lands of King Julius. [SPEAKER_13]: Shall I treat you all to its taste? [SPEAKER_10]: Oh, please. [SPEAKER_10]: Yes, please. [SPEAKER_10]: I've been dying to try it. [SPEAKER_10]: I've heard wonderful things. [SPEAKER_11]: They hop over to the bar, slap down on the counter and say, Paul, any drink passes over the lips of these four is on my tab.

[SPEAKER_13]: Oh, friends, they are. [SPEAKER_04]: Wow, a big spender. [SPEAKER_11]: Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

[SPEAKER_13]: I'm shipping out. [SPEAKER_10]: Where are you going? [SPEAKER_10]: If you don't mind my asking, strange or no? [SPEAKER_10]: Sorry. [SPEAKER_13]: No! [SPEAKER_13]: It was either brought up the subject. [SPEAKER_13]: Have you ever wondered what lies beyond more? [SPEAKER_13]: And I'm not talking about the lot of the power king that desolate wasteland that surrounds Maul on all sides, no.

[SPEAKER_11]: I'm talking beyond it. [SPEAKER_04]: a very fast film reel of like a time lapse of someone walking backwards out of the mall into their car and out for it. [SPEAKER_04]: Like this whole sequence passes through Lila's mind in half a second and she just goes, mm-hmm. [SPEAKER_04]: I'm from there.

[SPEAKER_13]: Are you now? [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_13]: Then you know the lands of beauty. [SPEAKER_13]: the garden of the gods. [SPEAKER_13]: It is a beautiful phrase and exactly the right one. [SPEAKER_11]: For to is true, it is the garden of the gods. [SPEAKER_11]: Cheers your drink and says, I am leaving for it.

[SPEAKER_13]: Call Old Sam Good Eye a God for I will be in their garden tomorrow. [SPEAKER_08]: How do you intend to get there? [SPEAKER_13]: I've thrown in my lot with a group of moars. [SPEAKER_13]: Tunneled they have beyond moral beyond the lot of the parking out into the wilderness beyond the garden of the gods.

[SPEAKER_13]: I've seen the tunnel for myself, I know it to be true. [SPEAKER_13]: They say it will not last. [SPEAKER_10]: Do you know who the moulds are aligned with? [SPEAKER_10]: We're dealing with some serious treachery here and the peace between kingdoms is already beginning to fracture. [SPEAKER_13]: Exactly, my thinking tis but the perfect time to leave ain't it so.

[SPEAKER_13]: These moulds unaligned, they are. [SPEAKER_13]: whole no loyalty, much like all in kiosk, whole no loyalty to King's court, Arcadia, Jack a penny, all these kingdoms and their made-up rules. [SPEAKER_13]: Escape we to the only rules that matter, the rule of the Wilders. [SPEAKER_13]: Three bunnies, Iby.

[SPEAKER_06]: You know of, of dead, sometimes in the night [SPEAKER_06]: the world outside. [SPEAKER_06]: I've never known anything but mall, though. [SPEAKER_06]: I know I wasn't born here, I was brought to Petlandia, but even though I feel the outside in my bones, it's a frightening proposition in it.

[SPEAKER_13]: But an exciting one. [SPEAKER_13]: Sina, Susie, you know the struggles of Petlandia, you know the horrors these giants can [SPEAKER_13]: Good and ill, they are fickle. [SPEAKER_13]: It is best to have nothing to do with them. [SPEAKER_13]: Hank, Lila, I know not why, but I feel kinship with you already.

[SPEAKER_10]: Well, that's lovely. [SPEAKER_13]: Come with us. [SPEAKER_13]: And we will escape this land. [SPEAKER_10]: Can I take a look at the telling tag? [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah? [SPEAKER_10]: Is it glowing? [SPEAKER_10]: Because I mean, they're saying that they're not aligned with King's Court, so I would assume no, [SPEAKER_11]: You, you don't draw the telling tech.

[SPEAKER_11]: You just sort of, you slide it a little bit out of its holster. [SPEAKER_14]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_11]: Uh, out of its sheath, Sam did not lie. [SPEAKER_11]: When they say they are not aligned with King's Court. [SPEAKER_11]: The blade does not glow. [SPEAKER_11]: But, wrong inside, if you'd like.

[SPEAKER_11]: All of you can. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, I want to trust this, but I don't completely. [SPEAKER_10]: It's only a six first in a. [SPEAKER_09]: 9. [SPEAKER_09]: 21. [SPEAKER_09]: Oh. [SPEAKER_09]: Okay. [SPEAKER_11]: Sana, Lila, Susie. [SPEAKER_11]: You're not really able to make out much more than what Sam says.

[SPEAKER_11]: They seem to want to leave. [SPEAKER_11]: Henry. [SPEAKER_11]: With a 21. [SPEAKER_11]: Sam seems jolly. [SPEAKER_11]: But that seems to hide a deep bitterness. [SPEAKER_11]: You see when Sam speaks of the giants, their fist clenches. [SPEAKER_11]: a scowl appears on their face for just a moment.

[SPEAKER_11]: Their eyebrows tints together. [SPEAKER_11]: They harbor no love for the giants. [SPEAKER_10]: Does any of that bitterness seem to extend to Sina? [SPEAKER_11]: You believe that anyone who has suffered at the hands of the giants is a friend of Sam. [SPEAKER_10]: Okay, so it doesn't feel like Sam means to do any of us harm.

[SPEAKER_11]: Sam is not trying to trick you. [SPEAKER_11]: This deal seems genuine. [SPEAKER_11]: They hold no love for empires. [SPEAKER_11]: For rules. [SPEAKER_11]: For the rule of law that could turn on you. [SPEAKER_10]: Okay, so this is best possible case scenario. [SPEAKER_10]: Like they're, they're being truthful.

[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, they're. [SPEAKER_06]: Sam, I, well, we've all sworn ourselves to a, [SPEAKER_06]: particular mission. [SPEAKER_06]: And I aim to see it done. [SPEAKER_06]: If I'm able to get that job done before nightfall, will you wait? [SPEAKER_11]: They sigh down the rest of their nectar of Julius and say, [SPEAKER_13]: so will my time in mall.

[SPEAKER_13]: If you're at my side, all the better. [SPEAKER_13]: And if you're not, then we shall see each other on a Sunday or short. [SPEAKER_06]: Sina? [SPEAKER_06]: remembering just the times with Sam in the bunny enclosure at Petlandia, just cowering together in fear of the giants, just thinks of this time of finding solace in another prisoner and just gives them a little [SPEAKER_06]: I don't know whether or not I'll go with you on your journey, but if I can, I'll at least come to see you off.

[SPEAKER_06]: And I'll take this time to think about it. [SPEAKER_13]: Do so. [SPEAKER_13]: My offer remains true for you as well. [SPEAKER_13]: I hope anyone who wishes to leave these lands will come with. [SPEAKER_13]: If you have something that keeps you here, [SPEAKER_13]: you hold no ill in my heart.

[SPEAKER_10]: Thank you, Sam. [SPEAKER_10]: For the very generous offer, I can only speak for myself and saying that my heart, home and sore, are pledged to more, but I wish you the very best of adventures. [SPEAKER_11]: They look at you, and they say, I hope more treats you with the same courtesy. [SPEAKER_10]: Mmm.

[SPEAKER_10]: That stinks a bit. [SPEAKER_11]: And they mean it sincerely. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, that just hits like a quiet gut punch for Henry. [SPEAKER_11]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_11]: And they say, but... [SPEAKER_11]: I drink. [SPEAKER_11]: Another. [SPEAKER_11]: Points to Paul, and says, So, what brings you to Kiosk?

[SPEAKER_13]: What is this grand mission if you may speak of it? [SPEAKER_00]: Well, not all at once. [SPEAKER_09]: I defer to the better talk as amongst the group. [SPEAKER_04]: Lila is sticking a hand into the drink because that's actually her mouth and she's like holding it like a bucket with the other hand because she's so small and she nudges Prince Henry Oh right yes no I forgot I was supposed to speak Well Sam I'm sorry is there an honorific I should be using we've just met I feel terrible just using your name [SPEAKER_13]: Why?

[SPEAKER_13]: Does the one I gave myself? [SPEAKER_10]: Oh, well, that's lovely. [SPEAKER_10]: All right, Sam, it is then. [SPEAKER_10]: Well, Sam, something terrible has happened. [SPEAKER_10]: The children of Tacobal have been abducted by the left and right hands of Arcadia, which seems too tall the tail to be true, but Benji, one of the finest scouts of Tacobal, [SPEAKER_10]: They've stolen the children out of Tacobal, and we believe that they are hiding here, in Kiosk, waiting for nightfall to finish transporting them to Arcadia.

[SPEAKER_13]: To Arcadia. [SPEAKER_10]: I understand you have no love for Empire, but I can imagine you also have no love for people who would kidnap children from their homes and take them to somewhere unsafe. [SPEAKER_13]: I hold no love for those that do will do ill to young pups. [SPEAKER_13]: thousands of reasons as of late.

[SPEAKER_13]: Legends of the long dead rat king rising once more. [SPEAKER_13]: No ye the rat king. [SPEAKER_09]: I'm not personally of course but it's stories from stories. [SPEAKER_09]: Legends and lore. [SPEAKER_13]: Then you might [SPEAKER_13]: tied together, body and soul into one fearsome critter, larger than ten rats, full-sized he stood, a fearsome presence on the battlefield.

[SPEAKER_13]: We thought him slain a sore driven through the knot that served as his heart. [SPEAKER_13]: And yet, some knots are not so easily severed. [SPEAKER_13]: Legends, rumors, myths, he still lives. [SPEAKER_13]: Some semblance of that knot remains. [SPEAKER_13]: Tell he might add more to it.

[SPEAKER_10]: Does that mean that he's looking for individuals to contribute to his heart? [SPEAKER_10]: Is that what our children are in danger of? [SPEAKER_13]: I know not, but if they are, they are engraver danger that you might expect. [SPEAKER_10]: Right. [SPEAKER_10]: Well, Sam, have you seen children around here that shouldn't be here with bandits with anyone?

[SPEAKER_13]: I have not, but I will say this. [SPEAKER_13]: Long have I stayed in Kyosk. [SPEAKER_13]: The pickled rat has served as a home for me for many years. [SPEAKER_13]: There is one patron in the spar, whom I do not know. [SPEAKER_13]: A bragurt, one who has claimed this night of fooling, a queen's guard.

[SPEAKER_04]: Hmm, please scan the room to be recognized, anyone. [SPEAKER_15]: Susie immediately asks, did he have a big mouth and lots of future plans, [SPEAKER_11]: Well, seems he did not stick out, so much from Kiosk say if I did not know his name, for he is quite the pick pocket. [SPEAKER_13]: The Scallywag.

[SPEAKER_11]: And wouldn't you know it, he's in this room now. [SPEAKER_10]: We look around. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_11]: All of you roll. [SPEAKER_11]: Uh, roll, but, but, but, but, roll examination. [SPEAKER_15]: You see Susie's eyes flashing with anger. [SPEAKER_15]: Hmm. [SPEAKER_15]: 12 for Senna.

[SPEAKER_15]: 21 again. [SPEAKER_15]: 14. [SPEAKER_11]: 16. [SPEAKER_11]: you all pass. [SPEAKER_04]: We look at him at the same time. [SPEAKER_04]: Don't look now, and then foreheads just move. [SPEAKER_15]: You're the enemy sound effect. [SPEAKER_11]: You all look for there at the end of the bar. [SPEAKER_11]: Loudly talking to anyone who would listen is a mouse.

[SPEAKER_11]: several empty mugs sit in front of him and he laughs and says boy how do they what passes for the queen's god these days is laughable laughable I say and as you all look over at him he stops sensing somewhere the gaze you know that feeling you get [SPEAKER_11]: when you feel like you're being watched and you look over and there is someone in fact watching you.

[SPEAKER_11]: It's that times four. [SPEAKER_11]: He's right by the beginning. [SPEAKER_11]: He looks over it. [SPEAKER_11]: Actually times five because all of you and Sam good eye are staring daggers at this guy. [SPEAKER_15]: We'll see, told him off earlier, too. [SPEAKER_15]: There was a very kindly warning.

[SPEAKER_12]: And he says, right, I'd like to set it up my tab. [SPEAKER_11]: And I would be, I hope this shall do it. [SPEAKER_11]: He sets down what looks to be part of a button. [SPEAKER_11]: Hop's office stool and begins to make his way through the crowd in an attempt to leave. [SPEAKER_11]: No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no

[SPEAKER_10]: You know what, Paul, could we actually have another round for our friend here? [SPEAKER_10]: I think we'd love to talk with him because it's his birthday. [SPEAKER_10]: It is his birthday and you know what, we would love to just sit him down and have a nice little birthday drink with him and I try to grab him by the cloak cloak and grapple him.

[SPEAKER_11]: Okay, roll a roll a finesse check. [SPEAKER_10]: Oh, does it have to be fun as can it be might I'll take my yeah amazing my yeah, there's no fun That's about it. [SPEAKER_10]: I think I'm gonna muscle this guy and do a chair. [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, you can muscle one great Yeah, go ahead Sino starts rapidly tapping their foot happy happy birthday happy happy birthday That was not the very good role though.

[SPEAKER_10]: That was only an eight. [SPEAKER_11]: Okay. [SPEAKER_10]: Can I help? [SPEAKER_11]: Oh, yeah [SPEAKER_04]: Can I roll influence to the rest of the bar patrons be like it's that guy's birthday? [SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, absolutely. [SPEAKER_10]: Oh, Susie, thank you for the help because that was a night team.

[SPEAKER_10]: Awesome. [SPEAKER_03]: Oh Okay, 2020. [SPEAKER_15]: Yes, Susie, Susie just came up behind you and whispered This is not one of the times where you must show mercy Brince Henry. [SPEAKER_10]: Oh, you quite sure [SPEAKER_15]: We tried that already, didn't we? [SPEAKER_10]: Wonderful. [SPEAKER_10]: And I get this guy in a rear naked chokehold and see her driving him toward a bar stool.

[SPEAKER_11]: You have him in a chokehold. [SPEAKER_11]: He's squealing, screaming, he's fighting. [SPEAKER_11]: And then, Lila, what do you say to the patrons of the bar? [SPEAKER_04]: She's conducting all those ruffians and she's just like patting people on the shoulder like clinking I haven't been a joke old from behind and I'm just menacingly singing happy birthday It was very fun The thing is you're lucky it's your birthday because it might be your last [SPEAKER_11]: The thing is, it does not take much to get a bar full of half-drunk ruffians to join in a song.

[SPEAKER_11]: No matter what it is, and so the entire bar. [SPEAKER_11]: Happy birthday to you, you are able to finesse this guy back over to the bar, where Paul looks over the four of you, looks at Sam, who nods, and Paul says, yeah, stick around for your birthday drink birthday boy. [SPEAKER_10]: I slam him into the chair.

[SPEAKER_11]: You slam him down, um, Paul grabs a drink, sets it in front of this bandit. [SPEAKER_12]: and the bandit says, oh yeah, of course, why would I even leave? [SPEAKER_04]: I think I also crown him on the left side and like, Henry's behind, right? [SPEAKER_11]: Oh yeah, you all grew up in on this guy.

[SPEAKER_11]: He's like, my friends. [SPEAKER_12]: I did not know you'd be in chaos. [SPEAKER_12]: So quickly. [SPEAKER_10]: Yes, we heard that you were having another birthday party before this one and we were wondering what happened to the guests. [SPEAKER_06]: I don't particularly a kids birthday party.

[SPEAKER_12]: Well, that's, uh, it's a mighty strange thing in it. [SPEAKER_00]: Um, done it. [SPEAKER_12]: It's what I said in it. [SPEAKER_12]: In it. [SPEAKER_12]: I'm just, oh my, I'm forgetting big and wild, I just keep saying, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it, in it,

[SPEAKER_10]: Well, what you can do is you can heed to Elder Suzy's warning hours ago. [SPEAKER_10]: Now, unfortunately, that ship seems to have already sailed and I'm afraid your fate has been decided. [SPEAKER_10]: So, where are the children? [SPEAKER_00]: Hmm. [SPEAKER_00]: What children? [SPEAKER_06]: I hit him with a crattered stick.

[SPEAKER_11]: And it, Paul says, Oi, easy. [SPEAKER_03]: One, that's your first birthday, hey. [SPEAKER_05]: How old are you, buddy? [SPEAKER_05]: Wait, I'm coming on full. [SPEAKER_05]: Oh, wonderful, three more. [SPEAKER_05]: I'm sorry, I don't know what to say. [SPEAKER_05]: Post an extra for good luck.

[SPEAKER_05]: All right, all right, all right, all right, all right, all right. [SPEAKER_12]: Oh, oh. [SPEAKER_12]: those children. [SPEAKER_12]: Right, those children. [SPEAKER_12]: Of course, how could I be so silly? [SPEAKER_12]: No silly. [SPEAKER_12]: Where are they? [SPEAKER_12]: I know exactly where they are.

[SPEAKER_12]: Where do you would go a lot smoother if I showed you? [SPEAKER_06]: Can I roll about that? [SPEAKER_06]: Maybe some [SPEAKER_11]: you think he might take you there. [SPEAKER_11]: You don't know what happens next though. [SPEAKER_06]: One moment, buddy. [SPEAKER_06]: And don't go nowhere.

[SPEAKER_06]: And I, just here to the rest of the group for the little huddle. [SPEAKER_04]: Lila sticks her coffee stir on his tail. [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, okay. [SPEAKER_04]: And actually goes, huh? [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_06]: All right. [SPEAKER_06]: I'll think this is the best leave we're gonna get.

[SPEAKER_06]: But I don't trust as much as far as I can throw him. [SPEAKER_06]: So, everybody beyond your guard, but I think this is the best thing we'll all get. [SPEAKER_13]: I think you might be right. [SPEAKER_10]: Oh God, Sam. [SPEAKER_13]: Is this Sam? [SPEAKER_13]: Sorry, I sort of just included myself.

[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, that's great. [SPEAKER_06]: It's good to have you. [SPEAKER_06]: I just forgot you were here. [SPEAKER_06]: I figured you were gonna be busy, but if you want to help out. [SPEAKER_04]: You're not leaving until like way later, right? [SPEAKER_13]: Are you do have time? [SPEAKER_06]: I'll be happy to have some some extra time with you.

[SPEAKER_10]: Now to Susie, this all has a very similar energy to those two giants talking about going to the stack on the night of the Promenade. [SPEAKER_15]: Listen, Henry, you're about a young prince, and there is much that you will learn in the years to come. [SPEAKER_15]: All right, now this is what some giants call groan-fokes business.

[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, well, all right. [SPEAKER_10]: Frankly, I've never really had much interest in all that. [SPEAKER_10]: Uh, seems that there's far too much adventure in the world to be dabbling with romantic and diverse, but if I may be so bold, it seems to me that groan-fokes business seems dreadful.

[SPEAKER_06]: Sina is grabbing their ears and just like stroking them. [SPEAKER_15]: It is quite a mixed bag for those who choose to dabble in it, but also. [SPEAKER_15]: Look at the look on our dear sinner's face. [SPEAKER_15]: Oh, you should be quite guarded. [SPEAKER_15]: Quite sweet, but also a bit vacant, a bit unfocused.

[SPEAKER_10]: However, right now. [SPEAKER_10]: Yes, no, that's troubling. [SPEAKER_10]: They do seem more distracted than usual. [SPEAKER_10]: But look at their eyes. [SPEAKER_10]: They are the same colour. [SPEAKER_10]: They are the same colour as they always are. [SPEAKER_15]: Yes, yes, they are the same colour, but do you see, do you see a little twinkle in there?

[SPEAKER_10]: Well yes of course, but that's from the fire over that, I'm sorry, Alter. [SPEAKER_10]: Are you speaking metaphorically? [SPEAKER_15]: When such things come up that you do not understand, it is best to rather than judge, seek to understand and embrace your friend. [SPEAKER_15]: That is the right way.

[SPEAKER_10]: Yes, of course. [SPEAKER_10]: I'm very happy for them, I'm just also quite happy to be far away from all that here with you. [SPEAKER_15]: Yes, it's it's quite safe over here, but also there are certain times of the year that perhaps you should stay away from My, yeah, my dumb a-sile when certain Certain beaded rats come and pay their respects to the elder.

[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, oh really is everyone isn't it? [SPEAKER_00]: the band, the band that speaks up and says, oh no, about you. [SPEAKER_00]: I keep out of that corner business. [SPEAKER_00]: It's a little Bob my head. [SPEAKER_05]: Right, thank you. [SPEAKER_05]: Finally, someone else. [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I know they're quite got it.

[SPEAKER_05]: So we kids, we should do something about their kids, right? [SPEAKER_05]: Oh yes, we should talk about the kids. [SPEAKER_05]: We should definitely talk about the kids. [SPEAKER_11]: Let's try the children. [SPEAKER_11]: It saves like, all right, the reason you're here. [SPEAKER_10]: Right, yes.

[SPEAKER_10]: I do not know if we're not about the kids. [SPEAKER_10]: And it means we'll have to broke off the two of you Knootie and then now we're here. [SPEAKER_10]: Okay, right. [SPEAKER_04]: The orange Julius is getting to all of us. [SPEAKER_04]: That's what's happening. [SPEAKER_15]: Must be the bubbles.

[SPEAKER_14]: Quite busy. [SPEAKER_10]: Right. [SPEAKER_10]: Yes, we will probably get kids. [SPEAKER_10]: And you'd better not double-cross us, but when you inevitably do, we will kill you swiftly and surely. [SPEAKER_12]: Ah, I would never, such kind friends on my birthday, never. [SPEAKER_10]: You said that in a way that cannot possibly be anything other than a lie, take us there, and we will kill you.

[SPEAKER_06]: Did it, take us there, or we will kill you. [SPEAKER_10]: No, I said what I said. [SPEAKER_11]: All right, all right, off you pop, bandit down, the rest of his drink says, oh, okay, he pops off the [SPEAKER_11]: As you're all walking out, the lizard stops knifing between his fingers and goes, hey, that'd be a good day.

[SPEAKER_11]: And you all had it down. [SPEAKER_11]: And like I said before, Kiosk is [SPEAKER_11]: It's, it is bustling. [SPEAKER_11]: There are people everywhere looking over their shoulders as you make your way through these streets. [SPEAKER_11]: This bandit takes twists and turns to the point that I, if you would like to keep track of where you are, I will have you roll a, a, a, a roll a lower check.

[SPEAKER_10]: Is Senna's killed long enough to do sort of a, a Hansel and Gretel situation? [SPEAKER_11]: You will lose most of it. [SPEAKER_11]: I will be nude. [SPEAKER_10]: Maybe he said that was so funny. [SPEAKER_15]: I am proud of him. [SPEAKER_15]: Good eye, no less. [SPEAKER_10]: Oh, if we give you something to cover yourself with, could we possibly extend some of that out behind us, so we know where we work?

[SPEAKER_10]: Well, a little while, but if you don't want to, that's quite alright. [SPEAKER_11]: Sam takes a shirt from their pack and says, and, like, without sort of eyes over it from you, says, you can, you can fasten this around your waist. [SPEAKER_04]: Lyle, I got a 17 on the larchic. [SPEAKER_04]: Ooh, oh, maybe I don't need to kill them.

[SPEAKER_06]: Okay. [SPEAKER_06]: I also got a not net 20 lures. [SPEAKER_06]: Oh, oh. [SPEAKER_11]: Oh. [SPEAKER_06]: Okay, yeah, I was just so committed to the bit. [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, you don't get on it. [SPEAKER_11]: Oh, oh. [SPEAKER_11]: No need. [SPEAKER_11]: Since you got a 17. [SPEAKER_11]: Oh, they're named.

[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, see? [SPEAKER_04]: Look at that. [SPEAKER_11]: Honestly, y'all all have a pretty good sense of where you are still. [SPEAKER_11]: And you find that the bandit is taking a couple of extra twist centers and is perhaps going down staircases and then coming right back up them.

[SPEAKER_11]: A couple of turn-arounds, a couple of, uh, it seems like he may be attempting to lose your sense of direction. [SPEAKER_11]: You find that the place he takes you to is still on the ground floor of Kiosk. [SPEAKER_11]: It is, it is around on the far side, but it is still here. [SPEAKER_11]: He takes you down a long haulway, collects the door you all pass through and you see that it opens into a large room, where there are, man, you see steads of all kinds.

[SPEAKER_11]: You see, you see a couple of like adolescent cats, [SPEAKER_11]: that seem to be being used as steeds. [SPEAKER_11]: They seem fine, they don't seem in danger. [SPEAKER_11]: Like they're grazing from a food bowl. [SPEAKER_11]: Ha ha ha. [SPEAKER_11]: You see, well, Lila, you see one thing in particular.

[SPEAKER_04]: Uh-huh. [SPEAKER_11]: In a certain vision that you got before from our comedies, [SPEAKER_11]: Mighty, red and blue, with a trailer behind it. [SPEAKER_11]: You see it now. [SPEAKER_11]: It is parked in here. [SPEAKER_11]: That's, that's, that's, they heated wheel. [SPEAKER_11]: The one they took children in.

[SPEAKER_02]: That's the vehicle they're running to talk over. [SPEAKER_11]: You see a couple of guards standing around the perimeter of this vehicle. [SPEAKER_11]: sort of chatting to each other. [SPEAKER_11]: They don't seem super. [SPEAKER_11]: They seem like they're not going to be bothered. [SPEAKER_11]: Like they're not really, they're not expecting any sort of fight.

[SPEAKER_11]: This is in the easy gig. [SPEAKER_11]: So they're just standing around chatting. [SPEAKER_10]: Right, what's your name? [SPEAKER_10]: To the one that we have a hostage? [SPEAKER_10]: Me? [SPEAKER_10]: Omnibs! [SPEAKER_10]: Mibs! [SPEAKER_10]: Alright, nibs, where are the children? [SPEAKER_00]: He points and says, the trailer right there, that's where the kids are.

[SPEAKER_10]: They're in there right now. [SPEAKER_10]: They're in there right now. [SPEAKER_10]: I'd always have to do was go in there and get them. [SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, he's far too easy. [SPEAKER_11]: Take care of the gods. [SPEAKER_11]: Great. [SPEAKER_11]: Get them out of the trailer. [SPEAKER_11]: She'd all be fine in that empty.

[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, I don't like this. [SPEAKER_10]: I don't like this one bit. [SPEAKER_10]: Elder Seussie, how are you feeling? [SPEAKER_15]: Suzy looks at him, and summons some crackling magic that is going in between her little talons. [SPEAKER_15]: Henry, I don't think you've ever seen Suzy look this imposing before.

[SPEAKER_15]: Same with you, Lila. [SPEAKER_15]: Sinna, you've probably seen a little bit of this, but the other two have never seen Suzy like this. [SPEAKER_15]: It feels like her, her focus gets so intense that there's almost like a darkness around her that starts to creep in as she stares daggers, intonibs.

[SPEAKER_15]: Alright now, young man, you had a fair shake of it earlier, but we are together now, and I would like for you to tell me, [SPEAKER_15]: What you're not saying, because clearly, this is a bit too easy, even for the likes of you. [SPEAKER_11]: Roll-in Fluence. [SPEAKER_15]: 16. [SPEAKER_11]: He looks at you when he says, listen.

[SPEAKER_11]: It's the gods. [SPEAKER_12]: You just gotta take them out. [SPEAKER_12]: I'm telling you the honest truth. [SPEAKER_12]: Once they're taken out, [SPEAKER_11]: You can snatch the kids and you can all be on your merry way. [SPEAKER_10]: Can I roll inside on the guards? [SPEAKER_10]: Sure.

[SPEAKER_10]: It's not very good, that's a nine. [SPEAKER_11]: They're not worried at all. [SPEAKER_10]: What do they look like? [SPEAKER_10]: Like does it look like we could take them? [SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, they're standard guards. [SPEAKER_11]: They're like soldiers. [SPEAKER_11]: They are better than the bandits that you faced before.

[SPEAKER_11]: But it's not like they're Queen's Guard. [SPEAKER_06]: Mmm. [SPEAKER_06]: Look everyone. [SPEAKER_06]: This is the moment. [SPEAKER_04]: Lila goes ruffling through her onion petals. [SPEAKER_04]: She pulls out two things. [SPEAKER_04]: She has one ball that is palm-sized and slightly arriving.

[SPEAKER_04]: And she has a strange plant that is shaped like a shiny red cone and it has a green stem coming out of it. [SPEAKER_04]: I have these. [SPEAKER_02]: One is said to be like fire, and the other one throws up on just spiders into the room. [SPEAKER_06]: Well, that's one way of getting past these two.

[SPEAKER_02]: We could spook them. [SPEAKER_02]: I quite like spiders. [SPEAKER_02]: Very, very industrious. [SPEAKER_02]: Someone else has a better idea. [SPEAKER_02]: I have these two things. [SPEAKER_10]: That feels as good as anything to me. [SPEAKER_04]: I've dropped my ball and this shiny writhing ball slowly makes its way across the room [SPEAKER_04]: Every turn, pieces of it fall, little black specks that grow into from a ball of spiders to a swarm of spiders toward the trailer.

[SPEAKER_14]: Oh, it's so upsetting. [SPEAKER_04]: Those guards need to make a will save or be frightened. [SPEAKER_04]: Okay. [SPEAKER_10]: are we going to scan the children with the giant bowl of spiders? [SPEAKER_10]: I hadn't really considered that. [SPEAKER_04]: She's going to whisper to everyone and say, don't panic.

[SPEAKER_11]: As you say, don't panic. [SPEAKER_11]: You hear from behind you. [SPEAKER_14]: Oh, what the- [SPEAKER_11]: and you look as these guards are swarmed with spiders and they go oh oh god get it off me get it off me they all start they they start scattering there's a moment go go go go oh god oh oh the trailer go you start running for the trailer and as you make it to the trailer [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, no, here it is.

[SPEAKER_10]: Casey Cliffhanger strikes again. [SPEAKER_11]: You notice that nibs is not with you. [SPEAKER_11]: Hmm. [SPEAKER_11]: That nibs is stayed. [SPEAKER_11]: Surtishously, back. [SPEAKER_11]: Right. [SPEAKER_11]: And as you approach the trailer, you hear, well done. [SPEAKER_01]: Well done. [SPEAKER_01]: Ugh.

[SPEAKER_01]: I knew someone was following us. [SPEAKER_11]: And emerging from the other side of the trailer is a large gecko. [SPEAKER_11]: Her hand's spidery. [SPEAKER_11]: She's draped in beautiful satin scraps. [SPEAKER_11]: A large headdress made of needles and buttons. [SPEAKER_01]: And she says, I knew someone was following us.

[SPEAKER_01]: went off. [SPEAKER_01]: If you think you're going to get your children back. [SPEAKER_01]: She snaps her fingers and says, you're dead wrong. [SPEAKER_11]: And at that moment you hear, as the red and blue tractor trailer cab, [SPEAKER_11]: Begins to unfold. [SPEAKER_17]: No! [SPEAKER_17]: No!

[SPEAKER_17]: No! [SPEAKER_17]: No! [SPEAKER_11]: No! [SPEAKER_11]: To fit this. [SPEAKER_11]: To fit this. [SPEAKER_11]: From its cab and slam down. [SPEAKER_11]: Its trailer hitch comes up under it into two powerful blue legs. [SPEAKER_11]: A blue masked head emerges from its cockpit. [SPEAKER_11]: It turns.

[SPEAKER_11]: And says Roll out. [SPEAKER_04]: Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
