[SPEAKER_09]: Hey there listeners, before we get started, we want to give a couple of quick announcements. [SPEAKER_09]: 1. [SPEAKER_09]: The finale of Mall ended up being a bit long, so we're going to go ahead and split it into a two-part finale to make it a bit more digestible for both editing and listening.

[SPEAKER_09]: The first part releasing today and the second part releasing after the next episode of the Badlands, so we'll keep it on that alternation schedule. [SPEAKER_09]: The second thing is we want to give a huge thank you once again to the official sponsor of this mini series, Nimble, a fast tactical TTRPG.

[SPEAKER_09]: If you like what you hear this episode, there are a few great ways to get your hands on the game today. [SPEAKER_09]: As of right now, you can still click the link in this episode description to be a late-backer on the Nimble Kickstarter for discounted hard copies and PDFs of the game. [SPEAKER_09]: If you miss the Kickstarter, Fairnotte, you can still visit NimbleRPG.com to get PDF only versions of the game and access to the hexbinder class that can display throughout the series for a 20% discount with a code mhf.

[SPEAKER_09]: Thank you so much to Nimble for sponsoring us and we hope that you'll check out the game. [SPEAKER_09]: It really, really helps us and the folks at Nimble when you do and with that on with the show. [SPEAKER_10]: Previously, on Legends of Mall, Treachery of the Rat King. [SPEAKER_03]: A roving band of cutthroat marauders seems to have drawn the eyeer of King's court's noblest knights.

[SPEAKER_09]: Simantically, I think I am actually a hostage. [SPEAKER_02]: I'm an edible mushroom. [SPEAKER_10]: To write, I've got my crotchet stick right ago. [SPEAKER_10]: Sometimes you get more flies with honey than you do with hot sauce. [SPEAKER_03]: the dreaded hands of Arcadia. [SPEAKER_03]: They took the children.

[SPEAKER_03]: You must head down through the middle wood and on to Kyosk. [SPEAKER_08]: For King's Court, for King's Court. [SPEAKER_08]: To King's Court. [SPEAKER_03]: This is dreadwing. [SPEAKER_05]: Run, run to the Heated Wheels. [SPEAKER_02]: OK, it's my first time driving. [SPEAKER_03]: And all of you run into the foliage of the middle wood.

[SPEAKER_02]: It's... strangely feels like home to me. [SPEAKER_08]: I don't know how these people don't understand. [SPEAKER_08]: The self-sacrifice business is not noble, it's thoughtless. [SPEAKER_03]: A massive... foot comes crashing to the tiled Earth before you. [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_03]: Susie, you recall the giant standing behind Kiosk.

[SPEAKER_03]: Can we ask for safe passage? [SPEAKER_05]: I should think so. [SPEAKER_03]: You all tumble down the stairs into the depths of kiosk. [SPEAKER_08]: I usually have an ear to the ground, so I might be able to help us pick up a bit of gossip. [SPEAKER_03]: You've gotten mighty fine nerf, show in your mug around these parts.

[SPEAKER_04]: Sam, you son of a bun? [SPEAKER_03]: No yee, the rat king. [SPEAKER_03]: We thought him slain, a sore driven through the knot. [SPEAKER_03]: That served as his heart. [SPEAKER_09]: Does that mean that he's looking for individuals to contribute to his heart? [SPEAKER_03]: There is one patron in this bar, whom I do not know.

[SPEAKER_09]: Could we actually have another round? [SPEAKER_09]: For our friend here, I think we'd love to talk with him. [SPEAKER_02]: Because it's his birthday! [SPEAKER_03]: Where are the children? [SPEAKER_03]: He points since he says, the trailer right there, if that's where the kids are. [SPEAKER_03]: There's some moment, go, go, go, go!

[SPEAKER_03]: An emerging from the other side of the trailer is a large gecko. [SPEAKER_00]: If you think you're going to get your children back, your dead, wrong. [SPEAKER_03]: The red and blue tractor trailer cab begins to unfold. [SPEAKER_03]: Hello and welcome back to another episode of Maychan High Five, Legends of Mall, Tritchery of the Rat King.

[SPEAKER_03]: I'm your game master, Casey Pappas, he him, and with me are our players ranked by how likely they are to transform into a car on a dime. [SPEAKER_09]: At least to most, at least to most, yeah. [SPEAKER_03]: Okay. [SPEAKER_03]: First, Ron McStay. [SPEAKER_09]: Hi, I'm Roman McStay playing Prince Henry like Paul and yeah, no, I'm very analog.

[SPEAKER_09]: I don't think I don't like to be Attack doesn't like me. [SPEAKER_03]: I feel like it's mutual Next the first of our two guest players, Jim Delavega [SPEAKER_02]: It's me, Jendalevega. [SPEAKER_02]: I'm playing Lila, Oysterling. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, little mushling, girlie. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.

[SPEAKER_02]: And it's true. [SPEAKER_02]: I actually don't like cars, and I don't even have a driver's license. [SPEAKER_02]: Whoa. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_06]: Whoa. [SPEAKER_02]: Mary played with a car. [SPEAKER_02]: Don't even fantasize about it. [SPEAKER_02]: You know, I don't really like driving movies either.

[SPEAKER_05]: This is your dangerous. [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_05]: That's fair. [SPEAKER_03]: Next, Robin Lengenhop. [SPEAKER_05]: Hi, I'm Robin Langenhupple, and Sina the Bund, and I can change into many things. [SPEAKER_05]: Cars are not among those things. [SPEAKER_05]: I don't know the first thing about cars, but sure.

[SPEAKER_05]: Tell me to turn into an animal, some sort of weird, ultra-chorra great. [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, I'm fully on board. [SPEAKER_03]: Great. [SPEAKER_03]: And last, the second of our two guests, this episode, Candace the Magnificent. [SPEAKER_01]: Hi, yeah, no, totally me would 10 out of a sudden change into a car would be even more likely to turn into a robotic T-Rex if you know you know [SPEAKER_01]: Or, you know, turn into a cool and interesting looking boom box that has a playable tape.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yes, all of those. [SPEAKER_01]: Love that? [SPEAKER_01]: I promise. [SPEAKER_01]: I promise. [SPEAKER_01]: Are they she in a sprinklery? [SPEAKER_03]: And I am playing Susie's Slowfoot. [SPEAKER_03]: Like last time, we will be playing Nimble, a brand new lightweight RPG by Game Designer Evan Diaz.

[SPEAKER_03]: Thank you Evan, and Nimble for sponsoring mall and for letting us play your fantastic game. [SPEAKER_03]: I'm so excited to get into it. [SPEAKER_03]: One last thing is that, uh, one last thing that's changed since last time is that you've all leveled up. [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_03]: You're going into this next episode with level four characters.

[SPEAKER_02]: That's all. [SPEAKER_02]: I've tasted. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_02]: Wow, stacked. [SPEAKER_03]: And with that being said, shall we dive in? [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, let's get it. [SPEAKER_03]: Yes, I'm so scared. [SPEAKER_03]: Then I will set our scene. [SPEAKER_03]: you are currently in the stables of kiosk.

[SPEAKER_03]: You are surrounded by the different steads and companions of weary travelers who have made their way to kiosk. [SPEAKER_03]: This is a large room. [SPEAKER_03]: You see in the distance doors that would open in order to exit kiosk. [SPEAKER_03]: seeds and vehicles have passed through in order to get in and out.

[SPEAKER_03]: The ceiling goes up and up and up. [SPEAKER_03]: You think maybe all the way to the top of Kiosk. [SPEAKER_03]: This is a big room. [SPEAKER_03]: In front of you is the trailer to the Arcadians' vehicle. [SPEAKER_03]: you think at the moment, your best lead is that the kids that the the Arcadians of Kidnapped are all inside.

[SPEAKER_03]: Lafajra stands between you and it. [SPEAKER_03]: Her long robes and ornate headdress speaking to her creepy wicked magic. [SPEAKER_03]: And then near her, and near the front of the trailer, is the now fully transformed vehicle. [SPEAKER_03]: The Arcadians came in. [SPEAKER_03]: Large, stocky blue legs, a red upper torso, two windows in his chest, a blue shielded face, [SPEAKER_03]: He looks at you and says, let's roll out.

[SPEAKER_04]: I'm not sure I know what that means, but you said it in a way that seems quite threatening, so I'm good to earn. [SPEAKER_03]: Ha ha ha ha. [SPEAKER_03]: Lafadre says he keeps saying that, I think it's significant. [SPEAKER_03]: Ha ha ha ha ha ha. [SPEAKER_03]: And I leave you all to roll initiative.

[SPEAKER_03]: So just a reminder initiative will decide how many actions you get in the first round of combat. [SPEAKER_01]: Yes. [SPEAKER_09]: This is when we just roll the D20 rate. [SPEAKER_09]: D20 plus decks. [SPEAKER_09]: Or in some people's cases minus decks. [SPEAKER_01]: Yes, correct one. [UNKNOWN]: That's right.

[SPEAKER_01]: I got a five, you all have fun, we're gonna put it in here, it's 22, oh my gosh, 21 for Zena. [SPEAKER_09]: What the heck, I'm not in, this is my first time getting two actions on the first attack. [SPEAKER_03]: Great, so why don't we handle it like this? [SPEAKER_03]: Lila, you will go first in the combat, then it will be Sina followed by Henry, and then Susie, and then Lefatra, and up, we're calling him.

[SPEAKER_03]: Great. [SPEAKER_03]: So, Lila, you start out with all three of your actions. [SPEAKER_02]: How are we positioned again? [SPEAKER_02]: We've just entered the room. [SPEAKER_03]: so you are actually in the middle of the room. [SPEAKER_03]: At the moment there is not too much nearby you. [SPEAKER_03]: The truck is positioned on a little platform.

[SPEAKER_03]: Actually like a rather large platform. [SPEAKER_03]: The trailer, the robot, Lafajra, all of you are all on this platform right now. [SPEAKER_03]: It seems to be where the truck is parked or was parked. [SPEAKER_02]: got it, got it. [SPEAKER_02]: You said this room is really big, because it goes all the way up through Kiosk or only just a close-off room.

[SPEAKER_03]: You think it might, it might go all the way up through my house. [SPEAKER_03]: You don't know. [SPEAKER_02]: Oh my gosh. [SPEAKER_02]: All right. [SPEAKER_02]: So, yeah, girly, bins her head back. [SPEAKER_02]: Her blindfold to the sky or presumably where the sky is. [SPEAKER_02]: And you see some light emerge from underneath her blindfold.

[SPEAKER_06]: Okay. [SPEAKER_02]: and she casks are lightning. [SPEAKER_09]: Whoa! [SPEAKER_02]: Which is, if you can zoom out like a lot, like away from Kyle's. [SPEAKER_02]: Above, above the mall itself. [SPEAKER_02]: There is an antenna. [SPEAKER_02]: that has been gathering, you know, static energy, you know, gathering energy from lightning, you know, just a little, every now and then from planes that pass by.

[SPEAKER_02]: And all of that, gather's up. [SPEAKER_02]: and slowly makes its way all the way down from the roof down through the kiosk. [SPEAKER_02]: It goes through her and hits our car friend, not our car. [SPEAKER_02]: Good, our car enemy. [SPEAKER_02]: You hear Susie say, crack and good shot. [SPEAKER_02]: This takes up two actions and it's a range of 12.

[SPEAKER_02]: So I think it should reach. [SPEAKER_03]: Wow, for sure. [SPEAKER_03]: Fantastic. [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, what do you what do you need to roll? [SPEAKER_02]: 38 for damage. [SPEAKER_02]: Whoa. [SPEAKER_02]: That is 12. [SPEAKER_03]: All right. [SPEAKER_03]: Massive. [SPEAKER_03]: You. [SPEAKER_03]: You fire off this electric beam.

[SPEAKER_03]: It blasts the robot. [SPEAKER_03]: He staggers back and you see one of the windows in his chest has cracked. [SPEAKER_03]: And he's a robot, so he doesn't have any emotions, but he would probably be mad if he were alive. [SPEAKER_02]: Good shot, Lidon. [SPEAKER_02]: She brings her head down, and she looks at him and says, so metal.

[SPEAKER_03]: You have one more action. [SPEAKER_02]: Okay, I'm gonna use Bond of Peace, which is, I am beaut my spoken words with calming magic. [SPEAKER_02]: Ah, gaining advantage on any check made to sue the anger or fear in creatures who can hear me. [SPEAKER_03]: Ooh, okay. [SPEAKER_02]: That will help with the kids and the people who hate us.

[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_02]: I think you hear a very small gong when it connects. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_03]: The echoes, yeah, it echoes throughout the place. [SPEAKER_03]: People around have stopped and are now looking at this crazy combat that is broken out in the middle of the stables.

[SPEAKER_03]: And the gong brings out. [SPEAKER_03]: Sinna, is your turn. [SPEAKER_05]: All right, I'm gonna run up on optimal first. [SPEAKER_05]: I'm gonna use a burst of speed to use my wind step ability, which allows me to ignore all any difficult terrain and anything like that. [SPEAKER_05]: And when I use wind step, I can also use my new Marshall ability called, I jump on his back.

[SPEAKER_05]: And he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, he, [SPEAKER_05]: So I'm going to jump up on to optimal firsts back, take my crotchet stick and jam it down into where it's head meets its body.

[SPEAKER_05]: Great, because I'm on its back, I have advantage on my attack. [SPEAKER_03]: Ooh. [SPEAKER_03]: Okay, go ahead. [SPEAKER_05]: Still not that great. [SPEAKER_05]: That is seven damage. [SPEAKER_03]: Not bad though. [SPEAKER_03]: Hey, not bad. [SPEAKER_03]: Damage damage. [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah.

[SPEAKER_05]: And I will use my final action to just do one last bat with my, with, with my backpalls. [SPEAKER_03]: Great, go ahead. [SPEAKER_05]: That's another seven. [SPEAKER_05]: Woohoo! [SPEAKER_03]: Okay! [SPEAKER_05]: I opened my strength so I haven't been hit in a little harder. [SPEAKER_05]: I know it feels good, doesn't it?

[SPEAKER_04]: Wow, okay. [SPEAKER_04]: You are your all-crumb against nature. [SPEAKER_04]: I don't know what you are. [SPEAKER_04]: Ha ha ha ha ha ha. [SPEAKER_04]: We've stopped moving, we've stopped moving. [SPEAKER_03]: after your turn, the robot says in the name of justice unhand me and begin punching you.

[SPEAKER_03]: He is going to make an attack. [SPEAKER_03]: Ooh, and you take, you take 13 points of damage. [SPEAKER_09]: Oh, my gosh. [SPEAKER_09]: Oh, my gosh. [SPEAKER_09]: Sina. [SPEAKER_03]: Slam's endier. [SPEAKER_09]: What's your HP like right now? [SPEAKER_05]: Well, it was 24 before I got hit.

[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, no. [SPEAKER_05]: Oh, all right. [SPEAKER_05]: That hurts really bad, but what I'm going to do is use another ability. [SPEAKER_05]: Which is called, bring the pain. [SPEAKER_05]: Oh. [SPEAKER_05]: Once, once per round, I can turn any melee attack against me into a crit. [SPEAKER_05]: And when I'm crit, the damage is reduced by half and the attack takes the same amount of damage.

[SPEAKER_05]: Ignore it, armor. [UNKNOWN]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_03]: Oh. [SPEAKER_05]: That's excellent. [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, okay. [SPEAKER_05]: So I take half a crit and optimal takes the same amount. [SPEAKER_05]: Oh, but that in your tailpipe and smoke it optimal. [SPEAKER_05]: Oh, you know what? [SPEAKER_05]: I'm gonna make this even crunchier.

[SPEAKER_05]: I can suffer one wound to double the damage the enemy takes, and I have an ability called unyielding resolve, which means I can ignore the first wound I would suffer each encounter. [SPEAKER_05]: Whoa, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let me, let [SPEAKER_05]: How do you use these at like are these actions how does this work these are abilities you can just fire them off I haven't really called on yielding resolve, which allows me to ignore the first wound I would suffer each encounter and when wounded abilities still trigger That's pretty solid and the bring the pain ability is a reaction and that suffering a wound double the damage is part of that one ability

[SPEAKER_02]: Wow, these are passes, yeah, they're not. [SPEAKER_06]: That's so good. [SPEAKER_05]: That's so good. [SPEAKER_05]: Very good. [SPEAKER_05]: I'm using my own internal energy to redirect onto optimal, all the damage that he's trying to deal to me. [SPEAKER_03]: That's so good. [SPEAKER_03]: So the crit will have me re-roll the lowest die.

[SPEAKER_03]: So I'm gonna do that. [SPEAKER_03]: Yonks, which brings it up to a, [SPEAKER_03]: Yeesh brings it up to an 18. [SPEAKER_05]: Okay, so that will be have to nine for me, but a full 18 for optimal. [SPEAKER_05]: Wow. [SPEAKER_06]: Let's see. [SPEAKER_05]: Oh well, okay. [SPEAKER_05]: I can't do that too much, but I can do that now.

[SPEAKER_09]: Sinna, you all right? [SPEAKER_09]: Um, Big Fellow, why don't you come in here and pick on someone even less your own size. [SPEAKER_09]: Uh, and I'm going to use a reaction called Face Me, which is when an enemy crits on one of my friends, which he has now done because of Robin's ability.

[SPEAKER_09]: I can now pipe the enemy so that optimal has disadvantages on attacks on anyone other than me until I dropped a zero. [UNKNOWN]: No. [SPEAKER_05]: This level up really got in some shiny new stuff. [SPEAKER_05]: It did. [SPEAKER_05]: Wow. [SPEAKER_05]: What? [SPEAKER_03]: It's different.

[SPEAKER_03]: Hey. [SPEAKER_09]: That's crazy. [SPEAKER_03]: Cool. [SPEAKER_09]: Why don't you face me? [SPEAKER_09]: You big tin can. [SPEAKER_09]: Thanks. [SPEAKER_09]: Mr. [SPEAKER_09]: Prince. [SPEAKER_03]: Actimal is aggroed on you now. [SPEAKER_08]: Great. [SPEAKER_03]: He's fully ignores everyone else in the combat.

[SPEAKER_03]: And is like. [SPEAKER_02]: Are you sure you want to do this? [SPEAKER_02]: I'm sure it'll be fine. [SPEAKER_03]: Henry, it is your turn. [SPEAKER_03]: You used up one of your actions to do a reaction, so you have one left. [SPEAKER_09]: Right. [SPEAKER_09]: I think I will... [SPEAKER_09]: in preparation for what I would like to do next.

[SPEAKER_09]: I think I'm going to back up actually away from optimal. [SPEAKER_09]: So I'm going to move a little bit backwards and just prepare for the coming fight to draw the telling tack and just wait. [SPEAKER_09]: Is it not glowing by any chance in the presence of the Major? [SPEAKER_09]: Is it?

[SPEAKER_03]: Here's the thing. [SPEAKER_03]: It is glowing. [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, what? [SPEAKER_09]: Oh no. [SPEAKER_03]: There are friends of Kings Court nearby. [SPEAKER_09]: Oh, children, isn't it? [SPEAKER_09]: Uh, kids, we're coming for you. [SPEAKER_09]: And I'll step back. [SPEAKER_03]: Okay, you step back.

[SPEAKER_03]: Do you step off the platform? [SPEAKER_09]: No, I just want to step a little bit away to the intention and to step a little bit away from these folks, so that I'm having to move toward them in the next turn. [SPEAKER_03]: Cool. [SPEAKER_03]: You step back. [SPEAKER_03]: You're at the very edge.

[SPEAKER_09]: Great. [SPEAKER_03]: However, you are one movement away from everyone. [SPEAKER_09]: Exactly. [SPEAKER_09]: That's exactly where I want to be. [SPEAKER_09]: Great. [SPEAKER_09]: Keep those feet light, Mr. [SPEAKER_09]: Prince. [SPEAKER_09]: Oh, do my best. [SPEAKER_09]: Also, why are you calling me that?

[SPEAKER_09]: You've never called me that. [SPEAKER_09]: It's Henry. [SPEAKER_09]: God. [SPEAKER_05]: Oh, all right. [SPEAKER_05]: I thought it was a cute thing we could do, but if you... No, that's not a cute thing. [SPEAKER_09]: I'm open to the cute thing. [SPEAKER_09]: I just don't want to develop sort of a sense of hierarchy between us.

[SPEAKER_05]: You know, I just like Mr. [SPEAKER_05]: Prince. [SPEAKER_05]: I don't know. [SPEAKER_08]: All right, well, I suppose all kind of suits you fancy, then that's fine. [SPEAKER_04]: All right, let's see if we had died for this conversation. [SPEAKER_03]: Lafajra says, is the flirting standard in your combat?

[SPEAKER_04]: Oh no, no, there's not, I got, there's another button. [SPEAKER_04]: We're not flirting, are we? [SPEAKER_04]: No, I don't. [SPEAKER_04]: If I ever, I'm sorry, it's not what I'm, it's not what I'm going for. [SPEAKER_04]: Also, you're not involved in this. [SPEAKER_05]: while holding desperately onto this target.

[SPEAKER_03]: You're on optimal's back at trying not to get thrown off as he moves. [SPEAKER_09]: Of course I can in the room signals. [SPEAKER_09]: That's all right, I got it. [SPEAKER_04]: No, it seems fully platonic to me here. [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, that's an upper-shite hit. [SPEAKER_03]: Susie, it is your turn.

[SPEAKER_01]: Susie points her staff in the direction of this vehicular creature. [SPEAKER_01]: and starts kind of muttering and incantation under her breath as everyone is kind of chatting away. [SPEAKER_01]: She's staring daggers at La Thadra, but has the staff pointed at the vehicle, and I'm going to let loose a hex.

[SPEAKER_01]: I only have one action, so that is one action that I think is going to do me [SPEAKER_01]: Okay, do you what up? [SPEAKER_01]: Oh my gosh, wait, is there, do these dice explode? [SPEAKER_01]: No, yeah, explode, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, gracious. [SPEAKER_01]: Okay.

[SPEAKER_03]: Uh-oh, uh-oh. [SPEAKER_01]: So, hex is, is, is damage or a flexion, unless you crit and then you get both, so I just crit. [SPEAKER_01]: So it's seven points of damage to this. [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, needle metalizer and, in a flexion, the affliction is withered. [SPEAKER_01]: Target's first attack each round against a friendly creature is made with this advantage.

[SPEAKER_09]: Oh, that's great because that would give if he's locked in on me. [SPEAKER_09]: He's got disadvantage on the rest of you and he would have disadvantage on me. [SPEAKER_09]: Correct. [SPEAKER_09]: That's so good, Susie. [SPEAKER_10]: Yes. [SPEAKER_10]: Oh, that's so good. [SPEAKER_06]: Hi, you're all the Susie.

[SPEAKER_01]: You see a purple and red beam of energy kind of ping out and smash this guy right in the chest. [SPEAKER_01]: Right in the little sigil that he has there. [SPEAKER_01]: in between his, his shining pectorals. [SPEAKER_01]: Mm-hmm. [SPEAKER_01]: Mm-hmm. [SPEAKER_01]: Get tickles. [SPEAKER_01]: What is that?

[SPEAKER_03]: No. [SPEAKER_03]: Right in his matrix of leadership. [SPEAKER_03]: That's right. [SPEAKER_03]: Mm-hmm. [SPEAKER_03]: Wow. [SPEAKER_03]: Okay. [SPEAKER_03]: Cool. [SPEAKER_03]: Since you just went optimal is going to he's going to attack someone nearby with this advantage since he gets to take actions after each heroes turn.

[SPEAKER_03]: So he is going to he is going to [SPEAKER_03]: The thing about Optimal is that he has an ability that treats the highest die role as the primary die, so he's gonna hit a lot. [SPEAKER_02]: Sure. [SPEAKER_02]: Lila also has a lacquerity. [SPEAKER_02]: What's that? [SPEAKER_02]: What is that?

[SPEAKER_02]: When attacked, when attacked, defend for free. [SPEAKER_05]: Ooh, that's so good. [SPEAKER_05]: That's delightful. [SPEAKER_03]: Ah, okay. [SPEAKER_03]: So he is going to do a 14 points of damage to you. [SPEAKER_05]: Do I have a contestant rule for her? [SPEAKER_05]: I believe defending reduces the damage by your armor?

[SPEAKER_03]: By my armor, okay, right. [SPEAKER_03]: Okay, that reduces it to 10 points of damage. [SPEAKER_05]: It's still in great. [SPEAKER_05]: We got to take this thing down quickly. [SPEAKER_02]: Right, Lala, okay. [SPEAKER_02]: She's just a little smushed. [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, I'm not done. [SPEAKER_02]: Wait, there you go.

[SPEAKER_03]: There you go. [SPEAKER_03]: There you go. [SPEAKER_02]: Good. [SPEAKER_02]: Along with a lacrotee, I defend for free. [SPEAKER_02]: After the damage is dealt, I gain the charged condition and then teleport anywhere within range. [SPEAKER_02]: Whoa, yes. [SPEAKER_02]: So you smacker, and it seems like she goes into the ground.

[SPEAKER_02]: And she appears right behind Lafaydra. [SPEAKER_02]: And she is now, she has a charged condition and she is crackling with static electricity. [SPEAKER_05]: Oh, that's wonderful. [SPEAKER_05]: Talk about a magic mushroom. [SPEAKER_03]: Cool, you do that. [SPEAKER_03]: You teleport behind Lafaydra and you are crackling with static energy.

[SPEAKER_03]: It is optimal's turn. [SPEAKER_03]: Optimal is going to rush forward and try and hit you, Henry. [SPEAKER_08]: I'm sure this won't hurt at all. [SPEAKER_03]: Cool, so he is going to rush forward and hits you for seven points of damage. [SPEAKER_08]: Hmm, I will defend and change that to two, I think.

[SPEAKER_03]: great. [SPEAKER_03]: And that is going to be Optimals turn Lafadra. [SPEAKER_03]: He is next. [SPEAKER_04]: I love the name I hope the attitude. [SPEAKER_03]: She smiles and says, why thank you darling. [SPEAKER_03]: And then she her eyes roll back in her head. [SPEAKER_03]: She starts to chant.

[SPEAKER_03]: And it's [SPEAKER_03]: It's weird, the air shimmers around her. [SPEAKER_03]: It's like on a hot day when the air shimmers above the pavement. [SPEAKER_03]: There's a movement to the world around you. [SPEAKER_03]: You're all going to take damage because you can all hear her. [SPEAKER_03]: you all take eight points of psychic damage.

[SPEAKER_02]: Ah, no, no, I'm not doing well. [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, [SPEAKER_03]: Don't act like you're so fulfilled in King's court.

[SPEAKER_03]: What has that Lorenea ever done for you, save, sinned you for her errands? [SPEAKER_03]: The rat king is the true king. [SPEAKER_03]: These children do more in his service than in hers. [SPEAKER_03]: And then, it's Sam Goodeister. [SPEAKER_08]: Oh thank god Sam is here. [SPEAKER_08]: Sam is with you.

[SPEAKER_03]: Sam pulls out a toothbrush. [SPEAKER_03]: Yes, that has one in sharpened. [SPEAKER_03]: And says, hey, we're taking out the witch. [SPEAKER_05]: Just take another thing you can. [SPEAKER_03]: Ha ha ha. [SPEAKER_03]: Sam cracks their neck and says, down in the business, and is going to make an attack against Lafajra.

[SPEAKER_05]: Get cracking, Sam. [SPEAKER_03]: You don't got to tell me twice they spin. [SPEAKER_03]: And [SPEAKER_03]: Bap, bap, bap, jab at Lafajra and one of the jabs makes contact. [SPEAKER_03]: She reels back as they have connected with her right arm. [SPEAKER_03]: She hisses. [SPEAKER_03]: The round resets, but at the top of the round, Lafajra flicks her wrist.

[SPEAKER_03]: And you see optimal rays both arms in the air and slam them into the ground. [SPEAKER_03]: And I need you all to make strength savings, Rose. [SPEAKER_09]: Oh, no. [SPEAKER_09]: Even with advantage, that's only a 13. [SPEAKER_09]: 19 for Senna. [SPEAKER_02]: 16. [SPEAKER_09]: I got a seven.

[SPEAKER_03]: Senna, you remain on optimal's back. [SPEAKER_03]: The other three of you are thrown from the platform. [SPEAKER_02]: No! [SPEAKER_02]: From the platform! [SPEAKER_03]: You hear from behind you, uh. [SPEAKER_03]: And then I click. [SPEAKER_03]: You look to see a very large buff. [SPEAKER_03]: Gecko.

[SPEAKER_03]: Flick a lever. [SPEAKER_03]: And the platform... begins to raise into the air. [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, could we not? [SPEAKER_03]: Corinna smiles and says, Right, take out the rabbit sister. [SPEAKER_03]: I've got these ones. [SPEAKER_03]: No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no [SPEAKER_03]: And Kruena enters the combat.

[SPEAKER_03]: And Kruena enters the combat. [SPEAKER_02]: You're just a big bully with bad hair. [SPEAKER_09]: She does have bad hair. [SPEAKER_09]: I wasn't going to say anything. [SPEAKER_08]: The problem is, it's just a little tough, and it doesn't really suit it, hasn't it? [SPEAKER_03]: Crannets is, it's a pompidol.

[SPEAKER_03]: Why does nobody understand the pompidol? [SPEAKER_03]: It's, it's not out of style. [SPEAKER_03]: I swear, it was all the rage doing the great war. [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, honey. [SPEAKER_02]: And it's like the most vicious, oh, honey. [SPEAKER_03]: She, uh, enough of this, and begins running for you, and as you do, you, you see a couple of soldiers who are still patting spiders off of themselves, or are attempting to ready themselves for combat.

[SPEAKER_03]: Lila, your orb of spiders has held them off for this round, but they may join the next, and speaking of Lila, it is your turn. [SPEAKER_02]: oh boy. [SPEAKER_02]: This is exciting. [SPEAKER_02]: So yeah, she is charged for one minute and she just reaches her hands at how far away is this person from her.

[SPEAKER_03]: Kruna. [SPEAKER_03]: I will say Kruna is Kruna is near. [SPEAKER_03]: She's not on top of you. [SPEAKER_03]: She is near. [SPEAKER_03]: She is one [SPEAKER_02]: I'm actually going to take this opportunity to opportunity to heal myself for a moment. [SPEAKER_02]: Okay, so let's see, I heal myself for four, which is a little helpful, but not the best.

[SPEAKER_03]: Hey, hey, listen, four and nothing. [SPEAKER_02]: And after stealing herself for a moment after this, you know, light refresh, she gets closer to Kroanna and is going to cast overload. [SPEAKER_03]: What does that do? [SPEAKER_02]: So if I am charged, I can electrocute people. [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, okay, yeah, like you do I don't actually have to be next to them.

[SPEAKER_02]: I can be too away if that makes any difference. [SPEAKER_02]: If I can stand where I am. [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, no. [SPEAKER_03]: You can stay right where you are. [SPEAKER_03]: Also, um, two is the distance you would need to get to near. [SPEAKER_03]: So, um, you are within range of that and yeah, what happens?

[SPEAKER_02]: She kind of reaches her hands up like she's going to cup your chin and little sparks of electricity come out and shock her through the temples. [SPEAKER_03]: If ruin is tough to have hair wasn't standing before, it is now as soon as possible. [SPEAKER_08]: That's a pump of dough. [SPEAKER_02]: for 11 damage.

[SPEAKER_02]: Ooh. [SPEAKER_03]: Ooh. [SPEAKER_03]: Wow. [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, that hurt. [SPEAKER_03]: Crenagos. [SPEAKER_03]: Ooh, oh, oh. [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, the platinum, the platinum play. [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_02]: Mm-hmm. [SPEAKER_02]: Little spicy. [UNKNOWN]: Mm-hmm. [SPEAKER_02]: Mm-hmm. [SPEAKER_02]: And she does it again for her third action.

[SPEAKER_02]: Ooh. [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, I love it just keeps going on. [SPEAKER_02]: Like you hear the crack, you know how Gecko's like a little, a little moist. [SPEAKER_02]: Ooh, yeah. [SPEAKER_02]: Her skin starts to dry out a little. [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, not a dry Gecko. [SPEAKER_06]: The worst guy in Gecko.

[SPEAKER_03]: you electrocute this barbarian, and she's like the bear, she's not having a good time. [SPEAKER_02]: Not having a good time because she does 7 more points of damage. [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, okay. [SPEAKER_03]: 18 points of one turn. [SPEAKER_02]: It's killer Lala. [SPEAKER_02]: Stacked. [SPEAKER_02]: You're stacked little mushroom.

[SPEAKER_02]: That's really good. [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, hey, great, and that's all three actions. [SPEAKER_02]: That's all three actions. [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, thank goodness. [UNKNOWN]: Oh, thank goodness. [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, thank goodness. [SPEAKER_03]: Great. [SPEAKER_03]: Next in the order is Senate. [SPEAKER_03]: Senate, you are on this raising platform.

[SPEAKER_03]: You're still on optimal's back. [SPEAKER_03]: And Lafajra grows to you and says, you can give up, you know. [SPEAKER_03]: There's no shame in it. [SPEAKER_04]: But that's, there's no fun in it either. [SPEAKER_04]: Mm-hmm. [SPEAKER_04]: I don't have to, Optimus' never give up. [SPEAKER_04]: Exactly.

[SPEAKER_04]: That's how I get it. [SPEAKER_04]: I wish you would stop hitting me so much, but he gets it. [SPEAKER_04]: Ha ha ha ha. [SPEAKER_04]: You know what, you don't want Optimus. [SPEAKER_04]: I feel like you and I are getting to be great friends. [SPEAKER_04]: And all the rest of my friends are down at the bottom of this platform.

[SPEAKER_04]: So why don't you go join them? [SPEAKER_05]: And I'm going to try and, [SPEAKER_05]: maneuver optimal to the edge of the platform and knock them off. [SPEAKER_05]: Wow. [SPEAKER_03]: I'm going to have you make a strength contest against this Transformer. [SPEAKER_09]: Come on, Senna. [SPEAKER_09]: If anyone can, does this count as an attack?

[SPEAKER_03]: Does this count as an attack? [SPEAKER_03]: No, I think this is a skill contest. [SPEAKER_05]: Alright, it's going to be tough, but if it works, it's going to be real great. [SPEAKER_03]: It's going to be tough. [SPEAKER_09]: Oh, Senna, it would be so good if it works. [SPEAKER_03]: I guess just to make this fair, I think it will be one strength check to get him to the ledge.

[SPEAKER_05]: Okay. [SPEAKER_03]: And then one strength check to push him off. [SPEAKER_05]: Hmm. [SPEAKER_05]: First roll is a 22. [SPEAKER_05]: Wow. [SPEAKER_05]: Well. [SPEAKER_03]: Wow. [SPEAKER_03]: Okay. [UNKNOWN]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_03]: You are able you twist his head around and as he's trying to get at you, he stumbles back to the ledge.

[SPEAKER_09]: Oh, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. [SPEAKER_03]: Now I need you to make a second strength check to get him off the ledge. [SPEAKER_04]: All right, here we go. [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh [SPEAKER_03]: Optimal does not roll a nap one.

[SPEAKER_06]: Uh-huh. [SPEAKER_03]: I think on a nap one, Optimal is able to throw you off his back. [SPEAKER_03]: You land on the platform. [SPEAKER_03]: You don't take any damage. [SPEAKER_03]: You are no longer on his back. [SPEAKER_04]: All right, you have to admit, if I had done it, it would have been cool.

[SPEAKER_05]: Ha ha ha ha. [SPEAKER_05]: That's right. [SPEAKER_08]: Tonight, we've been really good. [SPEAKER_03]: It is after your turn. [SPEAKER_03]: Key, slams into you. [SPEAKER_03]: You are going to take, not only fair points of damage. [SPEAKER_05]: All right, I just don't like it. [SPEAKER_05]: Hmm, how far up am I?

[SPEAKER_03]: The platform is raising rapidly. [SPEAKER_03]: I think from the people on the ground, you would be far now. [SPEAKER_02]: I have something that could help you. [SPEAKER_02]: All right, because I don't have anything that could do with that. [SPEAKER_03]: great a Henry. [SPEAKER_03]: It is your turn.

[SPEAKER_05]: Okay. [SPEAKER_05]: I'm so sorry. [SPEAKER_05]: Before you continue your turn. [SPEAKER_05]: Bad. [SPEAKER_05]: Can I defend against that attack? [SPEAKER_06]: Oh, hi. [SPEAKER_06]: Yes. [SPEAKER_06]: It's a good shot. [SPEAKER_05]: Yes. [SPEAKER_05]: Thank you so much. [SPEAKER_05]: My armor is for, so we'd like to not take four damage.

[SPEAKER_03]: Okay. [SPEAKER_03]: That'll take one of those. [SPEAKER_03]: That'll take one of your actions from next turn. [SPEAKER_05]: That's totally fine. [SPEAKER_05]: Okay, I am severely injured. [SPEAKER_03]: Great. [SPEAKER_03]: Henry, it is your turn. [SPEAKER_09]: I've got a couple things that I want to do to kind of coordinate here.

[SPEAKER_09]: Okay. [SPEAKER_09]: The first thing that I'm going to do is my coordinated strike with a free action myself and an ally within six spaces immediately make a weapon attack or cast a cantrip for free. [SPEAKER_09]: However, when I use my coordinated strike, I'm also going to be using the commander ability [SPEAKER_09]: So when I use my coordinated strike, all of me and my allies within 12 spaces, which I think includes Sina can move up to half their speed for free.

[SPEAKER_09]: Wow. [SPEAKER_09]: Wow. [SPEAKER_09]: So I am going to move toward Kruna, anyone else who wants to move can move half of their speed for free. [SPEAKER_09]: Cool. [SPEAKER_09]: Lila, I'm gonna give you that cancher. [SPEAKER_09]: Okay, because Susie, you don't have a cancher, right? [SPEAKER_09]: Uh-huh.

[SPEAKER_09]: Okay, great. [SPEAKER_09]: So Lila, I'll give you the cancher. [SPEAKER_09]: Do some damage, baby. [SPEAKER_09]: You got it. [SPEAKER_05]: I would love to roll out from underneath Optimus feet and to roll it back onto my own feet. [SPEAKER_05]: It's still right to the roll. [SPEAKER_06]: I said, oh, I said, oh, I said, oh, I said, oh.

[SPEAKER_02]: No, you still charged up? [SPEAKER_02]: No, but that's all right, do some damage anyway. [SPEAKER_02]: I still have this, and she swings her coffee stirer with the paper clip in it, and she tries to capture a little bit more lightning and it zaps. [SPEAKER_02]: Correct. [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, okay.

[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, okay. [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, okay. [SPEAKER_02]: In the torso. [SPEAKER_03]: Wow. [SPEAKER_03]: How much damage? [SPEAKER_02]: Eight. [SPEAKER_09]: Great. [SPEAKER_09]: Wow. [SPEAKER_03]: Okay. [SPEAKER_09]: Well done, Mila. [SPEAKER_09]: And then also because of that advanceability, I am going to gain advantage on the first attack this round because with that ability, if I move toward an enemy, I get advantage on that first attack.

[SPEAKER_09]: Ooh, I'm also going to use my other commander ability, lunging strike, which now allows me to use, I have combat die now. [SPEAKER_09]: So it allows me to expend a combat die to deal extra damage equal to two times [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_03]: Okay. [SPEAKER_09]: I think that is 11 damage.

[SPEAKER_03]: Wow. [SPEAKER_03]: All right. [SPEAKER_09]: Oh, and I actually get to make another weapon attack because of that coordinated strike. [SPEAKER_09]: So I'm gonna make one more. [SPEAKER_09]: Oh, but that's a that's a miss. [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, you Swing it's a it's a great slash you you press your luck try again and miss.

[SPEAKER_08]: Mm-hmm. [SPEAKER_08]: Okay [SPEAKER_03]: However, Grin is not looking fantastic. [SPEAKER_03]: Like, Y'all are y'all are ganging up on her and she was really counting on her friends not being spidered right now. [SPEAKER_09]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_09]: My, I have, that was actually all one action weirdly.

[SPEAKER_09]: Oh! [SPEAKER_09]: All of these are part of the same coordinated action and you can basically coordinate all of these different abilities together. [SPEAKER_09]: Which is fun? [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_03]: Okay. [SPEAKER_09]: So, I am going to attack again with disadvantage because it's a stacked attack.

[SPEAKER_03]: Okay. [SPEAKER_09]: Oh, that's six more damage. [SPEAKER_02]: Whoa! [SPEAKER_02]: Yes! [SPEAKER_03]: All right. [SPEAKER_02]: Now, that's what I call leadership. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_03]: Fantastic. [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_03]: You rush forward and it's a flurry of sword cuts.

[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, gosh. [SPEAKER_03]: And it's masterful swordsmanship. [SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, thank you. [SPEAKER_08]: Thank you so much. [SPEAKER_08]: I'll see you, Kat. [SPEAKER_03]: Thank you. [SPEAKER_03]: Anything else you do on your trip? [SPEAKER_03]: Or is that your three? [SPEAKER_09]: Hmm, I think that's my three.

[SPEAKER_09]: I don't think there's anything else I can do. [SPEAKER_03]: Okay, great. [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, Susie, it is your turn. [SPEAKER_03]: You're within striking distance of, uh, Kruena. [SPEAKER_03]: Okay. [SPEAKER_03]: Although as a spellcaster, I don't know if you want to be. [SPEAKER_09]: It's not the best, but, you know, you could, if you want to use your movement because I gave that movement for free, you're welcome to move out of her range.

[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, true. [SPEAKER_01]: Like everyone can move back, yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: Nice, then. [SPEAKER_01]: I think that I'll scooch on over. [SPEAKER_01]: Susie kind of looks, I sort of narrowed at Karina and then looks up at the platform and back down at Karina and kind of raises her hands very slowly trying to decide what to do.

[SPEAKER_01]: optimum first is still above correct yes you still on the platform despite sinners best efforts okay dried so hard got so far okay I think that knowing that Prince Henry has already cast on to the vehicle hmm [SPEAKER_01]: She kind of shakes her head a couple of times trying to process like what's happening in front of her.

[SPEAKER_01]: It's clear that they are very overwhelmed, but I think they kind of set their brow and raise their wand, their staff again. [SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to hex again for my first action. [SPEAKER_01]: Okay, but this time it's going to be toward Karina. [SPEAKER_01]: So it'll end that affliction on optimal optimal.

[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god, I have to say this game giving me d4s and stuff. [SPEAKER_01]: I've never liked d4 systems. [SPEAKER_01]: Like I've never liked d4, it makes me so upset. [SPEAKER_01]: This has changed my whole outlook. [SPEAKER_03]: No, okay, and we're gonna use that as a quote for Nimbledon.

[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, please, that was a bit of a transformed, like how I feel, especially because at the lower levels, obviously we're seeing a lot of really amazing bumps and power from everybody at the table, this session, and it's really, really cool. [SPEAKER_01]: But I also felt like I never really was, I didn't have as many options for how I wanted to attack before I hit this level.

[SPEAKER_01]: I didn't have access to as many things, but I feel like what you have at those levels is like still pretty solid. [SPEAKER_01]: And I'm very happy with it. [SPEAKER_01]: So that's a 6 points of damage and in a fliction, I'm going to give Karana in fiebled, target false prone at the end of each of my turns.

[SPEAKER_01]: That's amazing! [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, that's so good! [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, no! [SPEAKER_01]: So it's a beam of like red and orange light this time, and you see Susie kind of crook when a little claw-like fingers in Corinna's direction. [SPEAKER_01]: And she says, it's a shame you're always feeling second best.

[SPEAKER_01]: but that doesn't mean you can take it out or my people. [SPEAKER_01]: I'm going to do my second two actions at once. [SPEAKER_01]: It is a hexbinder spell that I have now gained use for. [SPEAKER_01]: I can do this now for excited. [SPEAKER_01]: It is called blood curse. [SPEAKER_01]: So we're full.

[UNKNOWN]: My [SPEAKER_01]: Oh man, okay, so that is nine points of damage [SPEAKER_01]: And on a hit, the target becomes severely blood-cursed, suffering two times the next damage they deal. [SPEAKER_01]: Ignoring armor. [SPEAKER_01]: Wow. [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it was okay. [SPEAKER_01]: That's so good.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, so she'll take nine points of damage and then whatever she deals out after that, she suffers twice what she deals. [SPEAKER_01]: This game rules, this time you see almost like a dark, bloody red pulse. [SPEAKER_01]: It's like a like a little orb that pulses its way out of the end of the staff and hits her full in the chest.

[SPEAKER_01]: And it looks for a set for a second like it absorbs into her body. [SPEAKER_01]: And then you can see her eyes kind of glow a little red crackling with that magic. [SPEAKER_03]: Ooh, okay, yeah. [SPEAKER_10]: I'll just see that was very good, but are you quite all right? [SPEAKER_10]: I'm dealing with something, Prince Henry.

[SPEAKER_10]: Don't worry about me. [SPEAKER_10]: I'll be all right. [SPEAKER_10]: Oh, you know, I can't help it. [SPEAKER_01]: She smiles that you warmly, for like a split second, the crackles, and Corinna's eyes are like golden, and then they go right back to red. [SPEAKER_08]: Well, whatever you're dealing with, it's really working wonders for this combat.

[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, since your turn ends I mean you like this this [SPEAKER_03]: Eldrich Magic takes hold of Krueine at her core and as your turn ends you see her it's almost like she's magnetized to the ground her her knees slam down and then her she fully collapses forward slamming prone to the ground at the end of your turn as she now has to do [SPEAKER_01]: Susie taps their staff twice on the ground and says, hmm, it looks very pleased with herself.

[SPEAKER_09]: Ooh, that's good. [SPEAKER_03]: Kruna snarles and says, all right, that's enough muckin' around. [SPEAKER_03]: She reaches back, grabs the end of her tail and pulls it off. [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, she struggles to one foot and then the other and you see she has a tail club. [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, my gosh, in her hands.

[SPEAKER_10]: Oh, that's horrid. [SPEAKER_03]: And she says, and now it's my turn. [SPEAKER_03]: In front of the young ones, she is going to attack you, Henry, and that is going to be six points of blood-gening damage. [SPEAKER_09]: You know, I kind of hate that. [SPEAKER_09]: I think I'd actually rather it be one point of bludgeoning damage, so I think I'm gonna defend.

[SPEAKER_09]: Hmm. [SPEAKER_09]: Oh, actually, I think I would rather it be no points of bludgeoning damage because as a little mouse, I have this ability called Scurry where I gain plus two armor if I moved on my last turn. [SPEAKER_09]: So I'm not gonna take any damage at all, because my armor is up to seven.

[SPEAKER_01]: What a cutability. [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, yeah. [SPEAKER_01]: But you know, who will take damage? [SPEAKER_01]: Crune the takes double to take damage crune takes double damage. [SPEAKER_03]: Yep, that is 12 points of damage She [SPEAKER_03]: slams down her tail club on you. [SPEAKER_03]: You are able to duck most of the way out of the way and the armor deflects the rest of it.

[SPEAKER_03]: As her tail slams into the ground, she feels it. [SPEAKER_08]: And she looks at you [SPEAKER_03]: And then is going to swing again on you, Henry. [SPEAKER_09]: Okay. [SPEAKER_03]: She attacks twice. [SPEAKER_03]: She attacks twice. [SPEAKER_03]: And that time it's going to be nine points of damage.

[SPEAKER_09]: Oh, that sucks. [SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, because I can't use defend more than once in a round. [SPEAKER_09]: You can't use the same reaction. [SPEAKER_03]: Okay. [SPEAKER_03]: She sweeps the tail and bam hits you with it. [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, I can't use the same reaction. [SPEAKER_03]: Oh. [SPEAKER_03]: Okay.

[SPEAKER_03]: She sweeps the tail and bam hits you with it. [SPEAKER_09]: I think editor is in the middle of being like, you better not call my mentor a witch. [SPEAKER_08]: Elgisoozy is the best damn sorcerer that kinks caught, has ever... [SPEAKER_06]: I'm just getting a bit distracted. [SPEAKER_03]: I'm a bad man.

[SPEAKER_03]: Um, waxia. [SPEAKER_03]: Great. [SPEAKER_03]: And that is... That's Karuna's turn. [SPEAKER_03]: Karuna is starting to slow down. [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, Karuna's starting to huff and puff. [SPEAKER_03]: Next, it is optimal's turn. [SPEAKER_03]: After more sets his sights on Sina, and says, I'm going to take you down.

[SPEAKER_04]: I did, I did specifically tell you what I was going to do though. [SPEAKER_04]: I did tell you in advance that I was going to walk you off the edge of the platform. [SPEAKER_05]: I believe the record will stay. [SPEAKER_05]: Uh, the Fedra, I did, I did say that, right? [SPEAKER_05]: I did say that I was going to walk him off the edge of the platform.

[SPEAKER_03]: Correct. [SPEAKER_03]: The Fedra just shrugs like... [SPEAKER_03]: I'm trying to be spoiled by the fuck. [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_03]: She's like... Oh, okay. [SPEAKER_03]: I don't care. [SPEAKER_03]: And after more says... [SPEAKER_03]: Integrity. [SPEAKER_03]: And then goes to hit you.

[SPEAKER_05]: That's it. [SPEAKER_05]: All right. [SPEAKER_05]: I thought we were having a nice conversation, but apparently not. [SPEAKER_03]: Uh...optimal is going to take a swing at you. [SPEAKER_03]: Ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch- [SPEAKER_05]: All right, I'm taking the sex then because I can't stop it.

[SPEAKER_02]: I was in a roll off. [SPEAKER_02]: I can help you. [SPEAKER_02]: Roll out, Sina, please. [SPEAKER_03]: Optimal cracks his fists. [SPEAKER_03]: And it is Lafajra's turn. [SPEAKER_03]: And Lafajra looks at you, Sina, and says, Poor rabbit. [SPEAKER_03]: Is it really worth dying for King's court?

[SPEAKER_03]: You know they wouldn't do the same for you. [SPEAKER_03]: Have they made you, have they made you Queen's guard yet? [SPEAKER_03]: Well, how about your little friend down there? [SPEAKER_04]: I'm an alternate. [SPEAKER_05]: I think I'm six alternate. [SPEAKER_03]: Always the alternate, never the guard.

[SPEAKER_04]: Well, when you put it that way, it's real sad. [SPEAKER_03]: You see, I've been watching all of you. [SPEAKER_03]: The eyes of Securety are everywhere. [SPEAKER_06]: Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

[SPEAKER_03]: I know your desires, your wants. [SPEAKER_03]: You see, as she points down at the battle below and says, the prince fights for a country that will never love him. [SPEAKER_03]: How pitious it must be to be unloved by your home and unloved by your adopted home. [SPEAKER_03]: And then there's the spellcaster, and she points at Susie.

[SPEAKER_03]: And she says, I wonder where her magic stems from. [SPEAKER_03]: It doesn't seem to be of this world like Lila's. [SPEAKER_03]: It seems a little more like mine. [SPEAKER_03]: And then there's the, uh, and she points at Lila, whatever that is. [SPEAKER_02]: She sneezes. [SPEAKER_03]: What is it?

[SPEAKER_03]: And, well, wouldn't it be a view to all of you to have the aid of a boundless sorceress? [SPEAKER_03]: You see, you all want something that King's court can't provide, join the winning side. [SPEAKER_00]: And the rat king will reward you with your heart's desire. [SPEAKER_03]: Or you can just die for nothing.

[SPEAKER_04]: Well, that all sounds well and good. [SPEAKER_04]: join in the, when inside and getting everything in the want. [SPEAKER_04]: You also took a bunch of kids. [SPEAKER_04]: Got a hearted, really sad that you're doing anything right or good. [SPEAKER_04]: When you're coming from the place of, we took kids, you know.

[SPEAKER_04]: It's pretty interesting. [SPEAKER_04]: I think you're just not supposed to take kids. [SPEAKER_03]: Think to yourself, if those kids were to remain in King's court, they would just grow [SPEAKER_03]: At least in Arcadia, they will be useful. [SPEAKER_04]: As soldiers? [SPEAKER_03]: No. [SPEAKER_03]: As the life's blood of Arcadia, they will achieve the greatest honor, becoming vessels of the Rat King himself.

[SPEAKER_04]: I don't wroughtly know what you mean, but you said it in a way that sounds real sinister. [SPEAKER_04]: So yeah, I can break it down for you. [SPEAKER_03]: You see the wrecking was composed. [SPEAKER_03]: The wrecking had many had much power that could only fit into the bodies of ten rats all combined together, tied together as it were.

[SPEAKER_03]: And well, a long time ago, he suffered a devastating blow that took out most of them, and so he's covering now, and so if we were to attach all of these children by the tail to him, it would restore him to his former glory, [SPEAKER_04]: I'm in this whole car right now, yeah, I absolutely rather die than help you with any of those things, but thank you for clearing it up.

[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, great, perfect. [SPEAKER_03]: Well, then you've made your choice, and she begins her fervent chant. [SPEAKER_01]: I love a mojo-jo style villain reveal. [SPEAKER_03]: It makes me so happy, and she is going to rant and rave. [SPEAKER_03]: So everyone who can hear her, which is all of you, is going to take five points of psychic damage.

[SPEAKER_05]: Senna's down. [SPEAKER_03]: Oh! [SPEAKER_03]: Senna, you are dying. [SPEAKER_09]: Did we hear what was just said? [SPEAKER_03]: I think you heard bits and pieces. [SPEAKER_03]: I think the, the, the fervent chanting, it is less important that you make out the words and more that you hear it.

[SPEAKER_03]: Just in general. [SPEAKER_09]: Oh, if I may take a reaction, then. [SPEAKER_08]: Sinner, don't listen to her. [SPEAKER_08]: You know what King's Court is done for you, and you know what King's Court is done for me. [SPEAKER_08]: The Queen has done more for us than the Rat King could ever.

[SPEAKER_09]: Pretend to be able to do get on your feet and keep fighting and I am going to use Hold the line When an ally drops to 0 HP, I command them to get up and continue the fight with 12 HP Yes, fight for King's court until your last breath, sinner [SPEAKER_04]: It's hard not to listen, because I got real big ears, but there's one thing I know for certain.

[SPEAKER_04]: I don't fight for King's court. [SPEAKER_04]: I fight for Mr. [SPEAKER_04]: Prince. [SPEAKER_04]: I've got a fight like hell. [SPEAKER_09]: I thought I meant to actually really did what used to fight for the Queen, but that's fine. [SPEAKER_09]: Henry! [SPEAKER_05]: Why's that for whoever Mr.

[SPEAKER_05]: Prince tells me to fight for! [SPEAKER_05]: Leave! [SPEAKER_02]: That way like us! [SPEAKER_02]: That was so hot-y. [SPEAKER_02]: He was an ironing dude from life. [SPEAKER_02]: Twerling here she does not have. [SPEAKER_02]: Wait me? [SPEAKER_03]: It's really a mushroom cap. [SPEAKER_09]: Henry, it does not register that whatsoever.

[SPEAKER_09]: This mouse loves nothing but games in the Queen. [SPEAKER_03]: Fantastic. [SPEAKER_03]: Great. [SPEAKER_03]: And that is that is LaFadres Turn. [SPEAKER_03]: You, you rise your feet and she's a little. [SPEAKER_03]: She's taken a back. [SPEAKER_03]: By your perseverance. [SPEAKER_03]: and it is the end of her turn.

[SPEAKER_03]: Next in the order is Sam Good Eye. [SPEAKER_09]: God, why do I keep forgetting about that? [SPEAKER_03]: Sam's still here. [SPEAKER_03]: Sam's here. [SPEAKER_09]: Sam's here. [SPEAKER_03]: Sam's here. [SPEAKER_03]: Sam's here. [SPEAKER_03]: Sam's here. [SPEAKER_03]: Sam's here. [SPEAKER_03]: Sam's here.

[SPEAKER_03]: Sam's here. [SPEAKER_03]: Sam's here. [SPEAKER_03]: Sam's here. [SPEAKER_03]: Sam's here. [SPEAKER_03]: Sam's here. [SPEAKER_03]: Sam's here. [SPEAKER_03]: Sam's here. [SPEAKER_03]: Sam's here. [SPEAKER_03]: Sam's here. [SPEAKER_03]: Sam's here. [SPEAKER_03]: Sam's here. [SPEAKER_03]: Sam's here.

[SPEAKER_03]: Sam's here. [SPEAKER_03]: Sam's here. [SPEAKER_03]: Sam's here. [SPEAKER_03]: Sam's here. [SPEAKER_03]: There, not near, but far, is another platform. [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, it looks like there's another elevator in here for if and when you need to get up to the next part of this. [SPEAKER_03]: And then Sam is going to attack.

[SPEAKER_03]: He's going to attack Kruehna. [SPEAKER_03]: Ooh, and, [SPEAKER_03]: sort of spears viciously with their toothbrush. [SPEAKER_03]: And Kren is not looking good. [SPEAKER_03]: Kren is looking pretty foul. [SPEAKER_03]: She looks around and goes, where is everybody? [SPEAKER_03]: And you look in all of the soldiers are still like, spiders, spiders, spiders, spiders, spiders, spiders, spiders, you're really kidding, Andy.

[SPEAKER_03]: And that is the end of Sam's turn at the top of the [SPEAKER_03]: the platform that Sinna, Lafajra, and Optimal are on. [SPEAKER_03]: Nears the roof, nears the ceiling of this room, and as you watch, you see two doors in the roof begin to open. [SPEAKER_03]: And you see two your horror, the skylight above.

[SPEAKER_02]: Oh my god. [SPEAKER_02]: Oh no. [SPEAKER_03]: And they begin to ascend through into the top of Kaiosk. [SPEAKER_08]: Oh, that's not good. [SPEAKER_03]: Lila, it is your turn. [SPEAKER_03]: Kruna is staggering. [SPEAKER_03]: She says, oh, I still got void in me. [SPEAKER_02]: During the Fadres turn, she ranted and raved, and I think I took a, I didn't say it out loud, but I'll, I'll defend for that round.

[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, okay. [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, you can do that. [SPEAKER_02]: Great. [SPEAKER_02]: Absolutely. [SPEAKER_02]: What was that damage again? [SPEAKER_03]: It was five points of damage. [SPEAKER_02]: All right, we'll do it by four, so let me take one. [SPEAKER_03]: Nice. [SPEAKER_02]: Okay. [SPEAKER_02]: That's one action.

[SPEAKER_02]: This is kind of a silly thing that I might do Do silly thing be back. [SPEAKER_02]: We're gonna do the silly thing. [SPEAKER_02]: Um, she's gonna cast a cantorip called Tempest Command Okay, it's a voice of thunder. [SPEAKER_02]: Let's use her all wild. [SPEAKER_02]: They're really crazy of my eyes glow and my voice is amplified to a booming Thunder like volume for one minute [SPEAKER_06]: Oh, okay.

[SPEAKER_02]: Get him, Lila. [SPEAKER_02]: A tension ball shopper's, we have a sale at that pile. [SPEAKER_02]: Erg, T-Gosk! [SPEAKER_02]: A tension ball shopper's, we have a liquidation sale. [SPEAKER_02]: A clear answer. [SPEAKER_02]: And she's just kind of switching between languages and voices that she's heard.

[SPEAKER_02]: So you hear it. [SPEAKER_02]: Hey, go to me. [SPEAKER_02]: Oh my god, thank you. [SPEAKER_02]: I'm fracked. [SPEAKER_02]: Oh my god, I gross, stinky rat. [SPEAKER_02]: It's over here by the chaos. [SPEAKER_02]: And she also says it in Elvish. [SPEAKER_02]: No, no, no, no, no, no. [SPEAKER_02]: It's fine.

[SPEAKER_02]: It's fine. [SPEAKER_02]: It's fine. [SPEAKER_02]: It's fine. [SPEAKER_02]: It's fine. [SPEAKER_02]: Three geckos, attention, ball shoppers? [SPEAKER_06]: Oh my god, I know what you're like, I don't know what you're like, I don't know what you're like. [SPEAKER_02]: I don't know what they should do this.

[SPEAKER_02]: I love this. [SPEAKER_02]: I know that's something really so good. [SPEAKER_00]: That's so good. [SPEAKER_02]: So it's just like radio dial changes rapidly and people don't know where the sound is coming from. [SPEAKER_09]: Wow, drawing the giants to the kiosk is great. [SPEAKER_03]: God, wait, so that is what you're doing.

[SPEAKER_03]: You are drawing attention to kiosk. [SPEAKER_02]: Yes. [SPEAKER_02]: In daylight. [SPEAKER_02]: Okay. [SPEAKER_02]: Move. [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, boy. [SPEAKER_03]: Cool. [SPEAKER_03]: You do that. [SPEAKER_03]: Anything else? [SPEAKER_03]: You have one more action? [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, I have one more action.

[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to heal one more time. [SPEAKER_02]: Mm-hmm. [SPEAKER_02]: It just, uh, hasn't been doing much for me. [SPEAKER_02]: Mm-hmm. [SPEAKER_02]: Mm-hmm. [SPEAKER_02]: Which has been a little scary. [SPEAKER_02]: But, uh, oh, great. [SPEAKER_02]: I got a six. [SPEAKER_02]: Nice. [SPEAKER_02]: On the teeth.

[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, that's good. [SPEAKER_02]: That's good. [SPEAKER_02]: That's really good. [SPEAKER_02]: Okay. [SPEAKER_02]: So, she heals for six. [SPEAKER_03]: Great. [SPEAKER_03]: Your voice echoes throughout all of Mal. [SPEAKER_03]: Somewhere our comedies looks up from his desk. [SPEAKER_03]: As the sound of attention choppers, rings throughout the land, rate, sinna, the platform raises through the ceiling of the stables, and you are in the open air of mall.

[SPEAKER_03]: You are raised back onto [SPEAKER_03]: the ramparts of kiosk. [SPEAKER_03]: It is open air up here. [SPEAKER_03]: You see a stunned goth war, the stunned goth guardian of kiosk standing there. [SPEAKER_03]: even her warpaint is unable to hide her shocked expression as you come raising through along with a fully transformed robot, the trailer and Lafajra.

[SPEAKER_03]: And now you are all out in the open air, the voice of Lila. [SPEAKER_03]: Well, like the voice of God is ringing throughout the land, calling the giants to Kyosk. [SPEAKER_05]: Sina feels all of those. [SPEAKER_05]: years and flashes of emotion from their time in Petlandia. [SPEAKER_05]: And does the one thing that always helped them stay safe when the giants descended upon Petlandia, which was [SPEAKER_05]: make the cutest possible face.

[SPEAKER_05]: And look terrified. [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah, baby. [SPEAKER_05]: So I'm trying to signal to the giant in the war paint that I need to be protected at all costs. [SPEAKER_09]: Wow. [SPEAKER_09]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_09]: Um, oh, my. [SPEAKER_09]: You are not the weird scary rat. [SPEAKER_09]: Lafadra is the weird scary rat.

[SPEAKER_09]: Exactly. [SPEAKER_03]: God, I think this would be an influence check. [SPEAKER_03]: So let me have you roll influence. [SPEAKER_05]: This is my, I have a minus one. [SPEAKER_03]: Oh no. [SPEAKER_03]: Oh no. [SPEAKER_02]: Oh gosh. [SPEAKER_02]: Let's hope. [SPEAKER_02]: Let's hope. [SPEAKER_03]: Okay, hold on.

[SPEAKER_03]: Let me have, I will have you roll influence with advantage because you have already helped this giant. [SPEAKER_09]: Oh, yeah. [SPEAKER_03]: She is already sympathetic to your cause. [SPEAKER_09]: That's true. [SPEAKER_09]: She's going to date to the promenade. [SPEAKER_03]: She's, she is, she is helping that other noble warrior.

[SPEAKER_05]: 16 minus 1, 15. [SPEAKER_05]: That's pretty good. [SPEAKER_05]: Very good. [SPEAKER_03]: 15 is pretty good. [SPEAKER_03]: You see her look. [SPEAKER_03]: at first a little ah and then she sees you and she goes oh and she looks and sees [SPEAKER_03]: She sees a gecko like Rearing up to attack you and she's like, no And Is going to intercede she is going to throw her arm between you two Oh no, oh no, oh it worked She is going to try to absorb any incoming damage for you amazing [SPEAKER_05]: Now that I've done this, what do I do with the rest of my turn?

[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, okay, okay, I know what I want to do. [SPEAKER_03]: Okay. [SPEAKER_05]: I want to swing my yarn around like a lasso and try to loop around one of Optimal's feet and trip him because he's never left the edge of the platform. [SPEAKER_05]: So I want him to tumble down off the platform.

[SPEAKER_05]: Ooh. [SPEAKER_03]: Well, okay, like y'all are on the ramparts now. [SPEAKER_03]: I don't think there is any place for him to fall. [SPEAKER_03]: Okay. [SPEAKER_03]: Like the elevator has been made to the top. [SPEAKER_03]: Yes. [SPEAKER_05]: Oh. [SPEAKER_03]: You can still trip him, however.

[SPEAKER_05]: Then yeah, let's try to trip him, and maybe I can get Advanna John and Zack. [SPEAKER_05]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_05]: How do you want me to do that? [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, I'm gonna have you do a finesse. [SPEAKER_03]: Check. [SPEAKER_05]: All righty. [SPEAKER_03]: And he is going to contest it with strength.

[SPEAKER_05]: It's only a twelfth. [SPEAKER_03]: Hmm. [SPEAKER_03]: I think your net rolls, your net one rolls are contagious. [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, [SPEAKER_03]: and he tumbles down and lands fully on his back.

[SPEAKER_07]: Wow. [SPEAKER_03]: Hey, he starts to like move like a toy would like legs going. [SPEAKER_03]: But he's just on his back and you have knocked him over. [SPEAKER_05]: All right, that's the end of my term because I defended. [SPEAKER_03]: Hmm, you did. [SPEAKER_05]: So I've only got the two actions.

[SPEAKER_03]: Okay. [SPEAKER_05]: I, Nuzzle into the Giants' arms. [SPEAKER_03]: Ha ha ha. [SPEAKER_03]: Sina, as your turn ends, and Lila's voice booms over the inner calm, you look at the shadowed interior of Petlandia, looming in the distance, [SPEAKER_03]: you see a flutter, a red wing approaches.
