[SPEAKER_08]: Hello and welcome to Mage Hand High Five, I'm your GM Max Weinberg. [SPEAKER_08]: My pronouns are he and today we will be continuing on to part two of THANK GOD IT STUMS Day. [SPEAKER_08]: Once again, I want to thank Cobalt Press for their support as this is part of their Cobalt Creates program for 2025 and if you like what you hear about Tales of the Valley, head on over to CobaltPress.com using the affiliate link in the episode description it really helps us out.

[SPEAKER_08]: And with that, joining me, and having done this myself, ranked from least to most likely to steal toilet paper from the company bathroom, caseypapas. [SPEAKER_06]: I don't know, man. [SPEAKER_06]: I, that's free for the taking. [SPEAKER_06]: Oh, my case that was the, I am playing Sonia Grimmhart.

[SPEAKER_08]: Next is Shenukh Tassara. [SPEAKER_08]: Hey, wait, wait, hold on. [SPEAKER_04]: You are second to least, okay. [SPEAKER_02]: Second to least, yeah, that's second to most. [SPEAKER_04]: Okay, hell yeah. [SPEAKER_04]: I'm Shenukh Tassara. [SPEAKER_04]: They he and I'm playing Indica. [SPEAKER_08]: Third, second to most likely is Robin Eckberg.

[SPEAKER_08]: All right. [SPEAKER_08]: No, no, no, no, no, no. [SPEAKER_07]: Hello beautiful people, how's it going? [SPEAKER_07]: Robin Eggberg, they then, unless we are both driving through the American wood Midwest, in which case he is fine. [SPEAKER_07]: I have stolen far more than doing a paper from my places of work.

[SPEAKER_07]: Oh man, I had a workplace where I realized that because we didn't have a tip, we just had like, we just took people's money and put it into the thing. [SPEAKER_07]: And I was like, I'm going to use a, I pound sterling to buy a drink. [SPEAKER_07]: And I was like, no, I'm going to take 10 pounds [SPEAKER_07]: 20 pounds to go and grab some more for 20.

[SPEAKER_07]: I'm going to take 100 quids because they're a tiny bit late on on paying me this month. [SPEAKER_07]: Oh, yeah. [SPEAKER_07]: And then I, I think I walked away from that place taking over 500 pounds just from the from the till because no one ever checked. [SPEAKER_07]: And I was like, this is fun.

[SPEAKER_02]: You don't unhinged. [SPEAKER_06]: Good for you. [SPEAKER_06]: Wage theft goes both ways. [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, that place. [SPEAKER_06]: Don't know that. [SPEAKER_07]: That place. [SPEAKER_07]: Sush. [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_07]: Oh, shit. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_02]: I think that's all I said.

[SPEAKER_02]: I'm a throbbing. [SPEAKER_04]: That's a good job. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_02]: I think I'll also in a different country right now. [SPEAKER_02]: So this feels to me. [SPEAKER_02]: Exactly. [SPEAKER_02]: Out of their jurisdiction. [SPEAKER_07]: This isn't my real name. [SPEAKER_07]: They'll never get through this.

[SPEAKER_05]: That's my yours. [SPEAKER_08]: and somehow following that up as what I thought was the most likely to steal toilet paper from the company bathroom is road mixed day. [SPEAKER_02]: I don't think I should be following that up. [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, I don't. [SPEAKER_07]: Hey, Rowan, tell us the weird stuff you've taken from your work face.

[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I haven't taken toilet papers. [SPEAKER_02]: Actually, you're not wrong, right? [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_02]: I remember saying they've played Merrick Willowby. [SPEAKER_02]: And I have taken toilet paper. [SPEAKER_02]: My ability to steal from a workplace has everything to do with how I feel about that workplace.

[SPEAKER_02]: And I would never steal from a, like, the place that I work from now. [SPEAKER_02]: for legal purposes or any one that is running like a reputable small like business where I know that we don't take on small businesses. [SPEAKER_02]: No, but if it's like a big I don't know if I worked for like a big company or something like I don't I'd snatch like pens.

[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not gonna commit serious theft I think because that's just not really I'm too anxious and I think I'm a little [SPEAKER_08]: Well, now that I absolutely butchered those rankings. [SPEAKER_07]: Well, I've been totally stolen a little to it. [SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, I think it works [SPEAKER_08]: Previously, on THANKED GOD, it's Doomsday.

[SPEAKER_08]: After Needhog's prophecy, Busslar, the sweet rallies, the great-chantry behind the new Harold of the Apocalypse, Kel Belleth. [SPEAKER_08]: And back at Chantry HQ, the Department of Interplaner Corporate Health and Safety, or Dix, performs a surprise inspection where Indicum mistakes the inspector for a go-goblin, Merrick works with a failing employee, Sonya showcases the dangerous items in the warehouse and Bartholomew has some feelings about their co-workers.

[SPEAKER_08]: Later, Merrick checks in on Bartholomew and tries to give them the rest of the day off, but it's awarded when Bostlara asks Indicator Retriever Grimwar from the warehouse. [SPEAKER_08]: The three of them head down to the warehouse where Bartholomew disguises themselves as Brian to make it seem like they went home for the day.

[SPEAKER_08]: After Sonya grabs the grimoire from the shelf, the shelf falls causing an avalanche of shelving, which resets the day's since last accident counter to zero. [SPEAKER_08]: Recovering in the break room, Sonya flirts with dendra from accounting, and as the fire alarm goes off, everyone's phone starts blowing up with notifications of a press conference from hold to far, Queen of the Labyrinth, mortal enemy of the Grey Chantry.

[SPEAKER_08]: as she leaves the stage, it's revealed that the agents of Dix were working for her all along. [SPEAKER_08]: Where you are now? [SPEAKER_08]: Several months of pasts since the keepers of the keys press conference revealing the chantries and tensions to the universe. [SPEAKER_08]: The office has been tense.

[SPEAKER_08]: Since the inspection, you've all noticed some weird things happening around the office. [SPEAKER_08]: A lot of fire alarms, probably the most annoying thing that's been happening is random things just kind of keep swapping places. [SPEAKER_08]: One moment you're like taking notes with a pencil and then the next you're taking notes with a coffee mug.

[SPEAKER_08]: Merrick. [SPEAKER_08]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_08]: Merrick, you're leading one of your morale check-ins with a group of employees that includes the other players, Dendric Kingsley, and Brian. [SPEAKER_08]: Great. [SPEAKER_08]: But before we get into that, who I originally actually who Rowan originally created as kind of a throwaway character has become a mainstay, and I feel that Brian has earned an upgrade to an actual description.

[SPEAKER_02]: Wow, oh, we get to know what Brian looks like now. [SPEAKER_04]: I think a corporate ladder. [SPEAKER_08]: Brian and Drino is an elf, an entry-level account. [SPEAKER_08]: He's often seen as pushing the boundaries of what's acceptable for the dress code. [SPEAKER_08]: His black skin tight jeans have several chains hanging from them, and upon closer inspection, his black button-up shirt has the logo of his favorite band, your physical hatred printin' on it, but it's hidden by a red tie.

[SPEAKER_08]: Mesh Fingerless Gloves covers four arms and he has two snake-byte piercings on his lip. [SPEAKER_08]: To bring the whole ensemble together, his normally coily hair has been straightened at the bangs to cover one eye while the rest is pulled back into a ponytail. [SPEAKER_02]: And great.

[SPEAKER_08]: And now, Merck, what's going on at this morale checkin? [SPEAKER_02]: Great. [SPEAKER_02]: We're in a sad break room. [SPEAKER_02]: There is one teeny tiny little window in this room and it's a little bit too high up to give any light. [SPEAKER_02]: Um, I think everyone has been just really.

[SPEAKER_02]: struggling here. [SPEAKER_02]: And so I have everyone kind of sat down in this depressing little break room together or actually let's hit the conference room out on the conference table. [SPEAKER_02]: There are there's a pizza, a half-eaten sort of sub par like cheese pizza, just kind of open.

[SPEAKER_02]: It's a little smelly because there's not good ventilation in here. [SPEAKER_02]: So it just smells like pizza and [SPEAKER_02]: Well, thank you all so much for being here today. [SPEAKER_02]: I have got some really exciting news to share with all of you. [SPEAKER_02]: As we're talking about morale, I've chatted a little bit with HR and they have approved company finance for a little magic show after work today.

[SPEAKER_02]: What? [SPEAKER_02]: Merrick is quivering. [SPEAKER_02]: All of you know that they are a parlor magician [SPEAKER_02]: for ever and they've never been able to get HR to approve the budget. [SPEAKER_08]: What is the budget for Merrick to perform? [SPEAKER_02]: I'm paying them $10. [SPEAKER_02]: You see Merrick's hands quivering as they say, well, we do have a magic show coming after after this and after after work today.

[SPEAKER_02]: So anybody that wants to stay on is more than welcome to stay on to see that I really love to have you there. [SPEAKER_04]: Indica gets up and goes, everyone has to stay. [SPEAKER_04]: Everyone has to stay. [SPEAKER_02]: I don't know you liked magic. [SPEAKER_04]: I love magic. [SPEAKER_04]: I love magic.

[SPEAKER_04]: This is going to be great. [SPEAKER_04]: If you don't stay, you're fired. [SPEAKER_02]: That's it. [SPEAKER_04]: Really? [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, that's so exciting. [SPEAKER_02]: I didn't know that. [SPEAKER_02]: We have something really in common. [SPEAKER_02]: We should talk about that. [SPEAKER_02]: I know for me, since that press conference happened, I have just felt a deep pit of despair growing inside of my stomach.

[SPEAKER_02]: And you know, I've just been reminding myself that the only pit of despair that I want to fall into as our void mother's pit of despair. [SPEAKER_02]: And so I think we should really [SPEAKER_02]: Thank you, Bartholomew. [SPEAKER_02]: I think we should really try to our best stay on mission.

[SPEAKER_02]: And so in order to do that, I just want to try to lift everybody's spirits. [SPEAKER_02]: I've brought this suggestion box. [SPEAKER_02]: And I bring out a cardboard like shoe box that has been decorated by me and like maybe my niece and say, yeah, my my sister's can't help me decorate this.

[SPEAKER_02]: And I want us to all fill this up with suggestions to try to improve morale, [SPEAKER_02]: at the chantry i just want to i want to see what we can do to make all of your lives a little bit better if you'd like to just raise a hand and tell me what you think we can do that's great if you want to write it down that's great too i'll just leave this right here it'll be here all week for you uh but i thought of you you raised your hand [SPEAKER_07]: So as we're all aware, things keep switching in the office.

[SPEAKER_07]: And it turns out that one of the members of staff who were made nameless, their notebook got switched with my Grimoire and they wrote a bunch of just to do list tasks in it. [SPEAKER_07]: And I just think that this issue wouldn't have happened if we could just bring back the eternal cube of hate that we just kind of trap people in for, [SPEAKER_07]: Several minutes, but to them, it's several hundreds years.

[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah. [SPEAKER_07]: I just think it'll be a real good thing for morale. [SPEAKER_02]: Dude, sorry. [SPEAKER_02]: Did you sit... Derek's right. [SPEAKER_02]: Does anyone want to own up to that? [SPEAKER_02]: Because I think a big part of the morale is accountability. [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, Brian.

[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, was it a surprise? [SPEAKER_07]: I have the infinite cube of hate ready to go. [SPEAKER_02]: Arthur, if you don't mind me asking, what's on the to-do list? [SPEAKER_07]: It's a lot of, it's a lot of smut. [SPEAKER_02]: It's a lot of smut. [SPEAKER_07]: I just feel like I feel like a hundred years in the cube of hate would be fine.

[SPEAKER_02]: But okay, it's tasteful. [SPEAKER_08]: It's tasteful. [SPEAKER_02]: All right, well, do we have any other suggestions? [SPEAKER_02]: I'm gonna, why don't you write the cube of hate down on a piece of paper and throw it in this suggestion box and we will keep that. [SPEAKER_07]: All right, how does someone it as well just in case?

[SPEAKER_02]: That's not what we thought. [SPEAKER_02]: That would be great. [SPEAKER_02]: Thank you so much for all of me. [SPEAKER_02]: I always appreciate how front footed you are with your insights. [SPEAKER_02]: Anybody else got something to throw in here? [SPEAKER_04]: Sure, all right, something down.

[SPEAKER_04]: There's nobody named Bartholomew that works here. [SPEAKER_04]: And I just thought every one should get keys to the new forklift. [SPEAKER_06]: So when you simultaneously writing, nobody gets new keys to the forklift. [SPEAKER_02]: Great. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I got a pass around this suggestion box a little bit and say, all right, well, hey, you know what?

[SPEAKER_02]: We'll all get back to it, but just remember that we're in this together, and that without us, without all of the hard work that we do, I know I know we're not as public facing as our, our void mother, bolslar at the sweet, but without the work that we do, that all consuming void would never be coming, and I just want you to know how much I value each and every one of you, and also the magic is happening at 530.

[SPEAKER_08]: Hell yeah, magic. [SPEAKER_08]: a month passes and the vibe of the office is pretty good. [SPEAKER_08]: I had rowing roll before we started recording about how their morale check-ins were going and they rolled a net 20. [SPEAKER_02]: So I did not deserve a net 20 with a suggestion. [SPEAKER_02]: I think the magic show was really good.

[SPEAKER_08]: And, you know, people are laughing. [SPEAKER_08]: The chantry is getting catered lunch every so often now, and someone finally got Brian to put in headphones. [SPEAKER_08]: Oh, nice. [SPEAKER_08]: You know, Maryx really would have this profound effect on the employees, then in an instant something changes.

[SPEAKER_08]: The front door is open and Ian walks void mother, Boslara the sweet, followed by a dejected archangel kelbelleth. [SPEAKER_08]: We've all been there, everyone's asshole clenches. [SPEAKER_08]: The only sounds you hear are keels chains dragging on the ground. [SPEAKER_08]: Without knocking Boslara enters Mary's office and says, with me, now, and turns and walks away.

[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, I, yes, ma'am, and I'd follow her. [SPEAKER_08]: Hmm, three of you make your way over to Indika's office, but before going in, Boslora drops a box on Bartholomew's desk. [SPEAKER_08]: Bring this to the warehouse and fix it. [SPEAKER_08]: Before walking into Indika's office with Kel and Merrick.

[SPEAKER_08]: Void Mama. [SPEAKER_08]: Yes, my child. [SPEAKER_08]: Kelly, hey, good to see you. [SPEAKER_08]: I wish I could say the same. [SPEAKER_08]: I'm of the opinion that Kell Belleth has been underperforming in her duties as herald and I would like to give you the opportunity to fix that. [SPEAKER_08]: If you would like to have any hope of moving up in the world, prove to me that you are capable of this.

[SPEAKER_08]: I have asked Merrick to be here as their morale check-ins have been surprisingly effective that she grabs her robes and sits in a nearby chair observing you as Kell just stands [SPEAKER_04]: The chair falls apart, because that's my prank chair. [SPEAKER_04]: No! [UNKNOWN]: Haha! [SPEAKER_08]: She gets up, moves to the next chair, grabs her robes and sits again.

[SPEAKER_02]: This is the second prank chair. [SPEAKER_07]: It's the second prank chair. [SPEAKER_08]: That's the second prank chair. [SPEAKER_08]: It's the second prank chair. [SPEAKER_08]: She's... [SPEAKER_08]: I think I'll stand. [SPEAKER_07]: Ha ha ha ha ha ha. [SPEAKER_07]: I'll stand exactly where the trap door is.

[SPEAKER_02]: You're like, it's magic now and so we've like booby trapped at the office with crazy magic It's a Scooby-Doo room. [SPEAKER_08]: We can touch the door novice shock. [SPEAKER_08]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_03]: It's stupid. [SPEAKER_04]: It's for it. [SPEAKER_04]: I'm just the Indica points at Americans.

[SPEAKER_04]: You know, it's for them. [SPEAKER_04]: I'm doing magic with them because it makes them happy. [SPEAKER_08]: I'm sorry. [SPEAKER_08]: Well, make Kel happy and make them bring the apocalypse. [SPEAKER_04]: Like today? [SPEAKER_04]: Cause you are pretty packed today. [SPEAKER_04]: No, not today.

[SPEAKER_04]: Okay. [SPEAKER_04]: Like when are we thinking time drive? [SPEAKER_04]: Cause I got some stuff to do next week and Doug has been pretty annoying and I love you. [SPEAKER_04]: I love you, Mama. [SPEAKER_08]: Gell was able to recover the fabled Warhammer path forch, but when they left the portal armory of the keepers it broke into a bunch of pieces and deactivated.

[SPEAKER_04]: Did you hear me say I love you before you said that or is it? [SPEAKER_04]: I love you and I didn't really hear you respond. [SPEAKER_08]: Merrick, can you do something about this? [SPEAKER_02]: Uh, yes, Floyd Mother, I would be happy to. [SPEAKER_02]: I, as the resident officer of Morrell, I would love to help to raise Calbella's spirits.

[SPEAKER_02]: Calbella, if I'm sorry, you're not feeling [SPEAKER_02]: terribly well these days what it helped to find all of the the pieces to the warhammer path forward is that what we're looking to do are we looking for another magic show i know that really went off without a hit that's a good idea kelly that's the magic show right i you know i think kelly was it that's nice kelly what what do you think would help calcal calcal calcal the magic is good calcal look look Mary k show them so then the thing the [SPEAKER_02]: I started to pull a trick flower out of my breast pocket.

[SPEAKER_08]: I have all of the pieces, but Boslora gave them to Bartholomew to bring to the warehouse, but if I can't even put this hammer back together, how am I supposed to bring on the apocalypse? [SPEAKER_02]: So we have to help you put the pieces back together. [SPEAKER_08]: You have to help me to have my pieces back together.

[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, like emotionally. [SPEAKER_02]: Okay, emotionally. [SPEAKER_02]: Sonia's really good with Jigsaw. [SPEAKER_02]: Well, hey, you know what? [SPEAKER_02]: Why don't you join our team for a bit? [SPEAKER_02]: Our morale exercises have just been going really well. [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_02]: Kelly, look at what you've already done.

[SPEAKER_02]: You've already done such a great job compiling all of these pieces. [SPEAKER_02]: And with everybody here's help, I know we can help you put them together. [SPEAKER_02]: And I'm going to give her a barric inspiration. [SPEAKER_02]: Nice. [SPEAKER_08]: Good. [SPEAKER_08]: What does that do?

[SPEAKER_02]: that it gives her like a D6 extra to roles basically or to a role of her choice. [SPEAKER_02]: And then hopefully also will just be a little bit of an inspiring. [SPEAKER_02]: I'm trying to flavor it as something that's just nice. [SPEAKER_02]: And then the other thing I'll do is I think I adjust a like a little flower on my lapel and say indica.

[SPEAKER_02]: Ah good to see it and I go to shake [SPEAKER_04]: I shake back. [SPEAKER_04]: Good. [SPEAKER_04]: Good to see you. [SPEAKER_02]: Great. [SPEAKER_02]: And then there's a, there's a, like, tube on my hand that connects to the flower that squirts a little bit of water into indigo space. [SPEAKER_02]: And as I do that, I cast hideous laughter on Cal Bella.

[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, there's a safe for that. [SPEAKER_02]: I think, right? [SPEAKER_02]: It is a DC 14 wisdom safe. [SPEAKER_08]: great. [SPEAKER_08]: Kel just stares back at you unchanged. [SPEAKER_08]: She is distraught. [SPEAKER_08]: Her life purpose of parading the apocalypse and she is failing. [SPEAKER_02]: Well, uh, do you need a tissue and I hand her a little tissue from my other pocket and as she pulls it from my pocket it just keeps going?

[SPEAKER_08]: The corner of her mouth starts to go up a little bit. [SPEAKER_02]: I know more where that came from. [SPEAKER_02]: Kel, what do you do outside of work? [SPEAKER_08]: Nothing, I bring the apocalypse. [SPEAKER_02]: It's just something you've always wanted to do. [SPEAKER_08]: I mean, [SPEAKER_08]: Before I fell, I was, you know, thought I could be in the theater.

[SPEAKER_02]: The theater. [SPEAKER_02]: Now, that sounds like a good idea. [SPEAKER_02]: I hear that Sony has actually got some experience in the local community theater. [SPEAKER_02]: I think she builds sets. [SPEAKER_02]: Maybe you could talk with Sonya. [SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, yeah, that would be really fun.

[SPEAKER_02]: Well, you know what, let me go get her. [SPEAKER_02]: Voidmother, do you mind if I go get Sonya? [SPEAKER_08]: Yes, because I have sent Bartholomew down to the warehouse to fix the hammer. [SPEAKER_04]: So you do mind if we get Sonya. [SPEAKER_04]: Very much. [SPEAKER_04]: Okay. [SPEAKER_04]: Okay.

[SPEAKER_04]: Do you want to just do a play? [SPEAKER_04]: We can do a play today if you want. [SPEAKER_04]: Once we do a play, we can do a play. [SPEAKER_04]: We can play play play. [SPEAKER_04]: We can play after work. [SPEAKER_08]: Okay. [SPEAKER_08]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_08]: Sounds good. [SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, okay.

[SPEAKER_08]: Let's do a play after work. [SPEAKER_08]: That sounds really fun. [SPEAKER_02]: Alright, let's put on a play after work. [SPEAKER_02]: We'll get Sonya after she's back from the warehouse. [SPEAKER_02]: We can get Bartholomew to stage manage. [SPEAKER_02]: I think they'd love the little power trip.

[SPEAKER_02]: I think that would really bring them a lot of joy. [SPEAKER_02]: So I think let's do that. [SPEAKER_02]: That sounds indicate. [SPEAKER_02]: Do you have any theatrical skill? [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, yeah. [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_04]: Mama paid. [SPEAKER_04]: Void Mama paid for me to go to acting school when I was a young little.

[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, that's fun. [SPEAKER_02]: Wow. [SPEAKER_02]: We all really contain hidden depths. [SPEAKER_04]: And I know check off really well now. [SPEAKER_04]: And here's his God. [SPEAKER_04]: Spent. [SPEAKER_04]: Yep. [SPEAKER_04]: He's gone right here. [SPEAKER_02]: Well, I let's do a play after work.

[SPEAKER_02]: And then, is there anything we can do now? [SPEAKER_02]: Do we need to help put anything together? [SPEAKER_02]: Like, what can we do? [SPEAKER_08]: I think just a break. [SPEAKER_08]: It would be helpful just to rest it at doing this, you know, doing this little play after work. [SPEAKER_08]: I think it would kind of help.

[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I think Brian knows some great plays. [SPEAKER_04]: I'm going to go get Brian. [SPEAKER_04]: Brian, what are the plays you're telling me about? [SPEAKER_08]: And with that outside, Bartholomew. [SPEAKER_08]: Well, Slora has just given you a task to do in person. [SPEAKER_08]: You can't remember the last time you actually spoke with her.

[SPEAKER_07]: or even, she spoke to you, I'm out the door, I'm out the door, I could give in the task, I'm mostly there, I'm sprinting, I'm running like I'm about to like, I'm about to deliver some harrowing news to a scientist who's trying to save the world. [SPEAKER_08]: Perfect. [SPEAKER_08]: Great, but before you get to the warehouse, Sonya, it's been several months since the days since last accident counter had to be set to zero.

[SPEAKER_08]: How are things going for you with that? [SPEAKER_06]: You know, Sonya has recently taken up meditation. [SPEAKER_06]: She can't control the workplace, so she may as well not let them work place control her. [SPEAKER_06]: Wow, love that. [SPEAKER_06]: The warehouse has gotten in the months since it has gotten to some semblance of normal.

[SPEAKER_06]: There is an order system. [SPEAKER_06]: Everything seems to be working more smoothly now. [SPEAKER_06]: And Sonya, I think at this time, is having her morning coffee out of a mug that says, don't talk to me before. [SPEAKER_06]: And then with a little note that says, or after I've had my coffee.

[SPEAKER_08]: As you go to take a sip of that coffee, the doors kick in and an even more stressed than normal Bartholomew runs in, holding a box. [SPEAKER_07]: of all of you ran here to be like it like you know ran here it's important work but unfortunately is so weak and this is a full war hammer that [SPEAKER_07]: I don't go to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to

[SPEAKER_06]: I've been asking for a freight elevator for a while, so you might see the value in it now. [SPEAKER_07]: I don't plan on coming back down here again. [SPEAKER_03]: I don't plan on coming back down here again. [SPEAKER_03]: I don't plan on coming back down here again. [SPEAKER_03]: I don't plan on coming back down here again.

[SPEAKER_03]: I don't plan on coming back down here again. [SPEAKER_03]: Cheers. [SPEAKER_07]: I don't plan on coming back down here again. [SPEAKER_07]: I don't plan on coming back down here again. [SPEAKER_07]: Cheers. [SPEAKER_07]: I don't plan on coming back down here again. [SPEAKER_07]: I don't plan on coming back down here again.

[SPEAKER_07]: I don't plan on coming back down here again. [SPEAKER_07]: I don't plan on coming back down here again. [SPEAKER_07]: I don't plan on coming back down here again. [SPEAKER_07]: I don't plan on coming back down here again. [SPEAKER_07]: I don't plan on coming back down here again. [SPEAKER_07]: I don't plan on coming back [SPEAKER_06]: So somewhere house guys start to go and so you're like, no, no, no, you got it.

[SPEAKER_06]: No, I believe in you. [SPEAKER_06]: Hey, lift with you back, not your legs. [SPEAKER_06]: Oh, man. [SPEAKER_07]: Oh, be this. [SPEAKER_07]: Fix this, this thing, this hammer. [SPEAKER_07]: How do we need to fix it? [SPEAKER_07]: Hmm. [SPEAKER_07]: On account of the end of the world. [SPEAKER_06]: Another item that needs to be fixed otherwise the world doesn't end.

[SPEAKER_06]: All right, bring it over. [SPEAKER_06]: What is this? [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, it's both sorrow, both sorrow is here in person and that's this to be fixed. [SPEAKER_07]: Sorry, boss ladies here in person. [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, so look alive, basement dwellers, let's let's get out of here. [SPEAKER_03]: That's what kind of a piece is meant to have.

[SPEAKER_06]: That's so funny. [SPEAKER_06]: Okay. [SPEAKER_06]: Sonya brings over a couple guys, says you heard them. [SPEAKER_06]: Bring it over. [SPEAKER_06]: Let's see what we got. [SPEAKER_06]: It opens the box. [SPEAKER_08]: So in the box, basically just looks like [SPEAKER_08]: Do you have y'all ever watched Yugio?

[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_08]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_08]: The Millennium Puzzle before its piece. [SPEAKER_08]: So it looks like a three-dimensional puzzle that will slide together to create a warhammer shape, but it's currently in hundreds of pieces. [SPEAKER_08]: I love Jake's stop puzzles. [SPEAKER_08]: I guess technically you don't know it's a warhammer yet, but we're here.

[SPEAKER_08]: And... [SPEAKER_07]: Sorry, I didn't think it was a good one. [SPEAKER_07]: You're not a giant wall hammer-end. [SPEAKER_07]: It's not kind of give it away. [SPEAKER_07]: It is a wall. [SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, so go ahead and give me like a history or investigation to figure out what It gives me intelligence-based things.

[SPEAKER_06]: That's my wheelhouse. [SPEAKER_06]: I love. [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I'll take intelligence-based things That's a 19 Okay, damn it. [SPEAKER_07]: Uh, that's that's not good. [SPEAKER_08]: That's like an eight Okay, uh, with an eight you yeah, you know it's a warhammer [SPEAKER_08]: But with a 19, you know that this is a warhammer called Path Forge, which is an incredibly powerful magic item, capable of creating new pathways between worlds and also breaking great, so what's called a great portal seal.

[SPEAKER_08]: Now, these great portal seals are used by the keepers of the keys to shut off worlds from the labyrinth, both to prevent the spread of the void to them, but also, if necessary, prevent anything from leaving those worlds. [SPEAKER_08]: So, if this hammer is put back together and like activated again, you can use it to get access to any world in the multiverse.

[SPEAKER_06]: Ooh, well, well! [SPEAKER_06]: Looks like she got her hands on path forge. [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_06]: That's cool, it's hell. [SPEAKER_06]: It's pretty cool, and she's upstairs wasn't it fixed, so. [SPEAKER_06]: Right. [SPEAKER_06]: And, uh, any clue on the timeline of when she needs this piece back together?

[SPEAKER_06]: Just ASAP? [SPEAKER_07]: I think before she starts killing people, it's probably what we're after. [SPEAKER_06]: Right. [SPEAKER_06]: Fair enough. [SPEAKER_06]: I mean, hey, people are gonna die either way, right? [SPEAKER_06]: It is the apocalypse. [SPEAKER_07]: I know, and I said, if you were me upstairs, you would agree that most of them probably need to be off to anyway.

[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_06]: Oh man, that Brian character. [SPEAKER_07]: Oh. [SPEAKER_07]: Don't. [SPEAKER_08]: In the distance, you just hear. [SPEAKER_07]: it's like reverberating through the building to improve morale and stop me threatening threading him, Mary gave me a little doll that I can just kind of transmograph to look like different people so I can do different, increasingly horrific things to like get energy out.

[SPEAKER_07]: It's great. [SPEAKER_06]: Wow. [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, it's good. [SPEAKER_06]: As Sonia starting to assemble this is like, have I ever made a guest appearance? [SPEAKER_07]: No, no, it's mainly people who's upstairs who I have direct contact with the stressed me out, so it's a lot of people on it, you know, in the office place, that's kind of where most of my, uh, most of my targets are, so you'll find.

[UNKNOWN]: Yeah, sure, sure. [UNKNOWN]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_06]: And as you start to put it together, do you both want to work on it or just want you? [SPEAKER_07]: Because if you both work on it, might go a little quicker. [SPEAKER_08]: Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa [SPEAKER_07]: I don't intend on doing unhelpful.

[SPEAKER_07]: Oh. [SPEAKER_07]: Amazing. [SPEAKER_06]: I think Sony is having a blast assembling it by herself that she didn't even notice that that Bartholome is not even helping. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_02]: This is a classic lesbian IQ for an intrusion. [UNKNOWN]: Yeah. [UNKNOWN]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_08]: Casey, give me either intelligence, slight of hand, or some appropriate tool check to see how well you put it back together.

[SPEAKER_08]: My numbers were for two people, so it's gonna go a little slower. [SPEAKER_07]: I can handle. [SPEAKER_08]: You don't have to, no, it's fine. [SPEAKER_08]: It cases real good at this, so. [SPEAKER_06]: uh... well i mean it was just a slide of hand and intelligence are both plus four so i could do either one of those i can give guidance all right it's a d4 added on to the thing rather than roll your own d20 you've got to just give a d4 hey i i'm a good manager she's like are you sure that goes there yeah you missed that [SPEAKER_06]: Okay, so I'll roll that and then I'll also I'm going to use my chart of creation to I'm going to expend a charge to roll an extra D6 and add the first hit result Yeah, no, that's a 27 Nice a 27 with a 27 you're pretty clocked in it takes you

[SPEAKER_08]: about, you know, like four hours or so to do it, but you get it all together. [SPEAKER_06]: Is Bartholome just sort of hovering the whole time? [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, all four hours. [SPEAKER_07]: Mm-hmm. [SPEAKER_07]: It's so quiet down here. [SPEAKER_07]: That's funny. [SPEAKER_07]: No one so no one like comes up to you and asks you to do things.

[SPEAKER_06]: I'm the boss down here. [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, but you do it, though. [SPEAKER_06]: I mean, sometimes I pass tasks. [SPEAKER_06]: I've gotten assistant foreman, Gerald. [SPEAKER_06]: I, and sometimes I sign Gerald to do things. [SPEAKER_06]: If I'm not around, like, I tend to delegate effectively, but other than that, I like to be a little hands-on with the work.

[SPEAKER_07]: Both on me is then just like looking around and see someone doing something. [SPEAKER_07]: It's like, hey, stop it. [SPEAKER_07]: And then it's like, no, no, no, that's supposed to be doing that. [SPEAKER_07]: And it's like, oh, people do what they're supposed to be doing it. [SPEAKER_07]: No way.

[SPEAKER_07]: it's always like this like it's always like people just kind of self-managed yeah it's pretty uh it's pretty orderly uh i you know i had a thumb on the hiring process so i tend to hire people that uh i think would do a good job in the position wow whoa it smells so weird down here it's like i can't smell like you know people and like stale like coffee and things like that this is weird this place is cool [SPEAKER_07]: It's not too hot here, it's as you ramble for four hours.

[SPEAKER_01]: I'm not gonna show you the bill, it's the hammer. [SPEAKER_07]: It's just like not around loud people. [SPEAKER_07]: I was so nice. [SPEAKER_06]: There's not constant pranking down here. [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_07]: Cheers, Frank. [SPEAKER_07]: Cheers. [SPEAKER_03]: Cheers.

[SPEAKER_03]: Cheers. [SPEAKER_07]: Cheers. [SPEAKER_07]: So just like, do you want to sit? [SPEAKER_07]: I'm like, I'm not falling for that you dummy. [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_07]: Idiot. [SPEAKER_08]: It is stupidity to finish the war hammer. [SPEAKER_08]: And once you do, you see that there is an inscription on the side that says, only one shore of heart and absent of distraction will be able to unlock my powers and the path ahead.

[SPEAKER_08]: Free of distractions? [SPEAKER_07]: That doesn't happen. [SPEAKER_06]: It says we're going to have to find somebody shore of heart. [SPEAKER_06]: So I guess we're going to have to get an outside hire. [SPEAKER_08]: As you say that, you also hear the doors to the warehouse open again, and in walks Boslora and Kel to check on how the work is going, you've done it.

[SPEAKER_06]: Uh, yeah, path-forge completed. [SPEAKER_07]: It just sort of sets it back in the case, managerial, managerial request, managed, kind of over-soul-ness-up. [SPEAKER_08]: Kel take the hammer and she picks it up that it's just a regular hammer in her hands appears she is not sure of heart and absent of distraction maybe it's the play that will be happening after a work that that's her a little distracted yeah we're doing the seagull [SPEAKER_02]: We're deep in the last four hours, we're so deep in, like, text analysis.

[SPEAKER_02]: And Dika, I gotta tell you, I didn't, oh, there wasn't a real single in this. [SPEAKER_04]: No. [SPEAKER_04]: Huh. [SPEAKER_04]: We need a dead one, though, I think. [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah, well, there's that. [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I'll go get my gun, and we can go kill him. [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, yeah, I have check-off's gun.

[SPEAKER_04]: It's in my office hold on. [SPEAKER_08]: Ah, it's a deeply magical item. [SPEAKER_07]: It goes off once, and immediately executes whoever it is, but you have to talk about it on the way before. [SPEAKER_07]: I think on, I think on, uh, Kel picking up the hammer, both of them you, like, nudges, sonnyer, and it's like, seems like they weren't very sure, right?

[SPEAKER_07]: And then I am going to cast hideous laughter on them again. [SPEAKER_03]: I'll kill you. [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, great, as a fun parallel, but also Bartholomew is just being kind of weird and doing a random omit joke, because they feel so comfortable down here, what is your spell save? [SPEAKER_07]: 15, 15.

[SPEAKER_08]: With a 14, how the hell starts letting out? [SPEAKER_08]: As the spell says, hideous laugh. [SPEAKER_07]: Ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah [SPEAKER_07]: What the hell is that?

[SPEAKER_04]: Oh my God. [SPEAKER_04]: Upstairs. [SPEAKER_04]: Indica just kind of stops reading and goes, something's happening in the warehouse. [SPEAKER_02]: Like something good like our, oh, how do you know what you're doing? [SPEAKER_04]: The hierarchy is being threatened right now. [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, all right.

[SPEAKER_04]: We have to focus on the play. [SPEAKER_04]: I'll do all dressed as later. [SPEAKER_04]: We have to focus on the play. [SPEAKER_02]: Let's get back to you. [SPEAKER_01]: We're only on scene three. [SPEAKER_02]: So we, yeah, we're not even into act two yet. [SPEAKER_02]: So we got to get it together.

[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_08]: We'll slow our turns to the cackling counts of silence. [SPEAKER_08]: Return to the Great Chantry. [SPEAKER_08]: Bartholomew, walk with me. [SPEAKER_08]: And Cal leaves and Bartholomew, once you and Boslara are alone, she says, Bartholomew, not only am I your superior at work, but as your patron, I'm your superior in life as well.

[SPEAKER_08]: And I feel as though I have been failing you in both regards. [SPEAKER_07]: No, not at all everything you've done has been just in true and every move that you've made has been perfect. [SPEAKER_08]: Okay. [SPEAKER_08]: Okay. [SPEAKER_08]: I've seen the just short of miraculous work that Merrick has somehow been doing with the other employees here, and it has caused me to think about our relationship.

[SPEAKER_08]: Tell me about yourself, how are you doing? [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_07]: Today's a good day, which is weird. [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, I'm doing, I'm doing all right. [SPEAKER_07]: Some days I do, I'm so excited for the apocalypse, because I just know that it's going to eviscerate 90% of the people that work here.

[SPEAKER_07]: Yes. [SPEAKER_07]: And some days Indica doesn't come in. [SPEAKER_07]: And that's cool. [SPEAKER_07]: Those are good days. [SPEAKER_07]: Interesting. [SPEAKER_07]: But your sun's great. [SPEAKER_07]: really cool, uh, funny, uh, does work. [SPEAKER_08]: I'm, I'm going to stop you right there.

[SPEAKER_08]: You wouldn't lie to me, would you? [SPEAKER_07]: Oh, I feel like I'm being trapped. [SPEAKER_07]: I feel, oh, gosh, no, um, no, I, [SPEAKER_07]: would feel like I would always tell you the truth and you can trust me to do that, always. [SPEAKER_07]: Never lied, don't even know how, never lied today in my life.

[SPEAKER_07]: Perfect. [SPEAKER_07]: Unless you want me to, then I do, is this a test? [SPEAKER_07]: Am I being tested? [SPEAKER_08]: We're not being tested, this is just a talk. [SPEAKER_08]: I just want to learn, yeah, we're about you. [SPEAKER_08]: Let, I have to, one more thing before I leave. [SPEAKER_08]: If you need, if you ever need to be at any point, just ask.

[SPEAKER_08]: And she leans in for one of the most awkward hugs. [SPEAKER_08]: You have no ever had in your entire life. [SPEAKER_07]: The only hug, both of them you have ever received, is the best one ever. [SPEAKER_07]: And as you release, she teleports away. [SPEAKER_07]: fully has to sit down and like cries a little bit.

[SPEAKER_07]: This is the best day of both all of you's life. [SPEAKER_04]: No, my mom's never hugged me. [SPEAKER_03]: Why do you ask? [SPEAKER_08]: Well, there, having that conversation walking around Sonia, you are working away doing research on pathforge and who that person could possibly be when you hear a little brim.

[SPEAKER_08]: And it's a message from Dendra, asking if you want to grab quote, coffee in the baked break room. [SPEAKER_08]: And the reason it's in quotes is because since the inspection, no one knows what liquid is coming out of the coffee machine. [SPEAKER_06]: God has anyone gotten up the nerve to try it.

[SPEAKER_08]: Oh yeah, it's just it's a surprise every time Yeah, oh, yeah, oh these are drinkable liquids. [SPEAKER_06]: Maybe. [SPEAKER_06]: Oh Yeah, no, Sonya's heart fully skips a beat and go as she goes Gerald, give me 15, will you? [SPEAKER_06]: You got it. [SPEAKER_08]: Thanks You go head on up to the bakery room for some coffee [SPEAKER_08]: with dendra.

[SPEAKER_06]: By the time I get to the top, I'm a little like, oh, I really need to get that freight elevator. [SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, when you get there, she's sitting there with a couple something. [SPEAKER_06]: So what's the liquid today? [SPEAKER_08]: Oh, hey, Sonya, I think this is literal mud. [SPEAKER_08]: Is it?

[SPEAKER_08]: Do you want some? [SPEAKER_06]: Here, let me try. [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, here you go. [SPEAKER_06]: So I need... Takes a sip. [SPEAKER_03]: I think it's... Hmm. [SPEAKER_06]: Yep. [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, that's mud. [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, that's mud. [SPEAKER_08]: Hmm. [SPEAKER_08]: It's not even good mud.

[SPEAKER_08]: How have you been? [SPEAKER_06]: Oh, uh... You know, it's... [SPEAKER_06]: The months have been suspiciously quiet. [SPEAKER_06]: Hmm. [SPEAKER_06]: Uh, what with... [SPEAKER_06]: Well, the surprise dicks in space. [UNKNOWN]: Oh, my God. [SPEAKER_06]: Oh, my God. [SPEAKER_06]: Good. [SPEAKER_06]: Good.

[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, my God. [SPEAKER_08]: That's why you're joking to cut me off that. [SPEAKER_08]: Oh, my God. [SPEAKER_06]: You know, and sort of since then, things have been quiet in a way that I haven't really anticipated. [SPEAKER_06]: So who knows if the end of the world is going to happen or not, I guess.

[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_08]: I heard there's a play happening after work. [SPEAKER_08]: Do you want to go with me? [SPEAKER_08]: I don't know what it's about. [SPEAKER_08]: I think it's about a bird. [SPEAKER_06]: Oh, that's that one they were talking about the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, [SPEAKER_06]: Oh, you know what, let's, let's check off this off the list, let's check off the list and go see a play.

[SPEAKER_06]: Steep and joke, I like it, sounds great, I'd love to see you there, see you there, and she walks out with her mud, so when you take another sip of her mud and goes, nope, that's still mud. [SPEAKER_08]: We now head back to Indicous Office where we find him, Merrick Bartholomew and Sonia, what are you, what are you doing with this?

[SPEAKER_08]: What am I doing? [SPEAKER_08]: Because you said you were going to go on the date with Dendra to the show. [SPEAKER_06]: Listen, I think that would still be the plan unless it was made impossible for me to be in the audience. [SPEAKER_02]: Sonya, we really need you backstage. [SPEAKER_02]: Your expertise in the warehouse and your expertise with carpentry is everything that we need.

[SPEAKER_02]: We've got the cast, we've got the creative team. [SPEAKER_02]: We really need your technical know-how. [SPEAKER_02]: I'm so sorry to do this to you. [SPEAKER_02]: I know you wanted to hang out with Dendra, but imagine how impressed she'll be. [SPEAKER_06]: Oh, that's, I don't know what that means, but, um, yeah, well, I, I don't know.

[SPEAKER_06]: I was kind of interested in seeing the show versus being a part of it. [SPEAKER_06]: So do my responsibilities in, once the show goes up? [SPEAKER_04]: I think you just need to give me the key to a foreclitch. [SPEAKER_04]: That's actually, if you can sit in the crowd after that. [SPEAKER_02]: If you gave Indicat the keys to the forklift, then he could actually take all the set pieces and put them up.

[SPEAKER_02]: That is true. [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_04]: And we just need the forklift for the Seagull lifting scene. [SPEAKER_04]: Right. [SPEAKER_02]: Which by the way, Bartholomeo, are you afraid of heights? [SPEAKER_07]: You see both all of you staring at himself in a mirror, like trying on different beaks, and taking this?

[SPEAKER_07]: Shh! [SPEAKER_07]: Oh, seriously. [SPEAKER_07]: This is a real big moment for this guy. [SPEAKER_02]: He's probably like the data from his life. [SPEAKER_02]: So far, it's been a really good day for him. [SPEAKER_02]: That's a really good way of indicating the Seagulls supposed to be dead.

[SPEAKER_07]: I am making the life before the death of the Seagull. [SPEAKER_07]: At some point, we everything from birth till this moment is important. [SPEAKER_02]: He's in the text. [SPEAKER_06]: In the Seagulls is the Seagull's origin story. [SPEAKER_02]: Right, so Sony, a reasonably you can't understand why we might need you for this.

[SPEAKER_06]: Sonya is actually sitting there for a second, weighing the idea of having to miss out sitting with Dindra in order to keep Indika from the foreclift. [SPEAKER_06]: And it's a competition for a minute, before she finally size and says, all right, all right. [SPEAKER_06]: I can all, I will be backstage, and I will make sure that company property is used correctly and safely, and so on it, we don't know.

[SPEAKER_06]: We don't lie, I know, we sort of the rules that we have to follow. [SPEAKER_04]: It feels like you're not listening to me, but [SPEAKER_04]: if you want to be backstage, that's cool too. [SPEAKER_04]: I'll just be in the driver's seat. [SPEAKER_06]: No, I'm sure there's a, you know, I'm sure there's a more important place for you in the show, right?

[SPEAKER_06]: Oh my god, you're right. [SPEAKER_04]: I'm in the show. [SPEAKER_04]: I can't be in the driver's seat. [SPEAKER_04]: Wow. [SPEAKER_04]: Okay. [SPEAKER_04]: You're right. [SPEAKER_04]: The show must go on. [SPEAKER_04]: You are absolutely right. [SPEAKER_04]: Okay. [SPEAKER_07]: I did some amateur dramatics when I was younger, but unfortunately I got blacklisted because I actually crucified someone at the end of Jesus Christ Superstar.

[SPEAKER_08]: It's the night of the performance. [SPEAKER_08]: Desks have been pushed aside to make room for a stage and there are about honestly, of 30 people in the audience. [SPEAKER_08]: Boslara, Cal, and Dendra are sitting front and center because Sonya's now backstage. [SPEAKER_02]: Great. [SPEAKER_08]: Anyone, anyone want to give the pre-show speech?

[SPEAKER_02]: And you guys feel like that's all you, right? [SPEAKER_04]: You're the boss. [SPEAKER_04]: We're doing it. [SPEAKER_04]: The Siegel. [SPEAKER_04]: Checkoff's dream. [SPEAKER_04]: It's happening. [SPEAKER_04]: And when checkoff wrote this play, he intended the cast to be much larger. [SPEAKER_04]: And Merrick Sonia, Derrick, I have to say, the three of us have taken his dream [SPEAKER_04]: and turned it into what I believe is a masterpiece.

[SPEAKER_04]: No one will even know who Shakespeare is after we're done performing this play. [SPEAKER_04]: I don't know, Brian, that's a good point. [SPEAKER_04]: Exactly, Brian, exactly. [SPEAKER_04]: That's Brian, you're, yes. [SPEAKER_04]: Now, Brian, it's good to thank you, Brian. [SPEAKER_04]: Everyone, everyone, Brian lead us in the company cheer.

[SPEAKER_02]: Go boys. [SPEAKER_04]: No, no, no, that's not it [SPEAKER_07]: Right, specifically do it now, Brian. [SPEAKER_07]: Brian, you know this, you know the company chair. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, we do put that much pressure on Brian. [SPEAKER_07]: You've got it in the rest of the time, Brian. [SPEAKER_01]: We do this every day.

[SPEAKER_07]: You love the company chair. [SPEAKER_08]: I do, but I'm really not good at a pressure. [SPEAKER_04]: Is everyone want it? [SPEAKER_04]: No, I'm going to order a go goblin for food after this and everybody cool with Ty. [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, that's great. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that sounds great.

[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, that sounds great. [SPEAKER_04]: I am allergic to peanuts, though, so if we could just, Yeah, no pad tie or I'll say no peanuts. [SPEAKER_04]: Okay, okay, great. [SPEAKER_08]: But two curtain. [SPEAKER_08]: That was not what it meant as the previous speech, but we're here and that was great.

[SPEAKER_02]: That's what you've got for the previous speech. [SPEAKER_03]: That's what you've got for the previous speech. [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, no, the preso speech was in peak of turning back to the audience and looking at a pair of surprises, Brian, and from the zigzag to the higher all this, for all 30 of these people.

[SPEAKER_01]: For out. [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, you can turn it around and go, and welcome to our show. [SPEAKER_07]: I do want to say, like, as the curtains open, you see Bartolamu walk in full seagull costume. [SPEAKER_07]: I'll go into the center of the room. [SPEAKER_07]: like breathe to a one two three and then full like it's like a single frame it goes from full standing to feed a cliff and family go to life so we missed a lot of frames in you know what guys I feel great about this we got this and I'm gonna throw a bardic inspiration [SPEAKER_08]: The end of the show, towards the end of the show, and Merrick and Indica, as Nina and Treblev respectively, perform their scene.

[SPEAKER_04]: I am quite alone. [SPEAKER_04]: Unwarmed by any attachment. [SPEAKER_04]: I am as cold as if I were living in a cave. [SPEAKER_04]: Whatever I write is dry and gloomy and harsh, stay here Nina, I besiege you, or else let me go away with you. [SPEAKER_02]: Quickly puts on her coat and a shit, I'm not supposed to read that part.

[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, Mary goes in quickly puts on a coat and a hat. [SPEAKER_04]: Nina, why do you do that? [SPEAKER_04]: For God's sake, Nina. [SPEAKER_02]: Why do you say that you have kissed the ground I walk on? [SPEAKER_02]: You should kill me, rather. [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, that's really intense. [SPEAKER_02]: Ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah [SPEAKER_04]: Sorry folks you take a timeout.

[SPEAKER_04]: I am confused. [SPEAKER_04]: What? [SPEAKER_02]: This is the third time out. [SPEAKER_02]: We can't keep doing this. [SPEAKER_04]: We're already out in our mission. [SPEAKER_04]: You get three timeouts during a play. [SPEAKER_04]: That's how plays work, right? [SPEAKER_02]: Is that how plays work, too?

[SPEAKER_02]: I thought that was just sports. [SPEAKER_04]: Hey, mom, do you get three timeouts during a play? [SPEAKER_04]: Or is that sports? [SPEAKER_08]: Cut to the end of the show. [SPEAKER_08]: It is bow. [SPEAKER_08]: Everyone is applauding. [SPEAKER_08]: Brian brings out a bouquet of flowers for everybody.

[SPEAKER_08]: I'm going to need Merrick, Bartholomew, and Indica to give me performance checks. [SPEAKER_08]: And it's going to be like cumulative for how good Kel thought this performance was. [SPEAKER_02]: Oh yeah, because we're trying to cheer up, Cal. [SPEAKER_02]: I am curious about what Sony is doing backstage to enhance the performance here.

[SPEAKER_08]: Oh yeah, yeah, Sonya. [SPEAKER_08]: And so do you, how do you help them? [SPEAKER_06]: I think I am backstage doing all the like, I'm in charge of like the fully work backstage. [SPEAKER_06]: If there's ever a knock at the door or like noises outside like I think she's in charge of the like off-stage like gunshot at the end Like yeah, I feel like performance isn't quite appropriate.

[SPEAKER_08]: So what checked you think you would do to help with this? [SPEAKER_06]: I I don't know I think it would be performance. [SPEAKER_06]: Okay. [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, I think this is still part of the performance. [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, okay [SPEAKER_06]: Um, it's great. [SPEAKER_06]: Come on, Sonia.

[SPEAKER_06]: You know, wait, actually, when you say, when you think about it, it could actually be investigation or something that I should not know. [SPEAKER_06]: No, no, no, no. [SPEAKER_02]: I should have given the Bardock to Sonia. [SPEAKER_08]: Oh, yeah, uh, Indica, you could use your Bardock if you want.

[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, that's a 10. [SPEAKER_08]: Yeesh. [SPEAKER_02]: I got a 20. [SPEAKER_07]: Hey, that's a damn good sequel. [SPEAKER_07]: Hey, that's a damn good sequel. [SPEAKER_04]: Wow. [SPEAKER_04]: I rolled, I rolled it. [SPEAKER_04]: I rolled it 22. [SPEAKER_06]: It's a 5. [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, okay.

[SPEAKER_02]: I got 15 average between us. [SPEAKER_08]: That brings the cumulative score for your performance to 57, [SPEAKER_08]: Not bad. [SPEAKER_08]: I gotta say, that's pretty good for a bunch of random office employees who took three timeouts. [SPEAKER_08]: Who took three timeouts? [SPEAKER_08]: Who took three timeouts?

[SPEAKER_08]: Who took three timeouts? [SPEAKER_08]: Who took three timeouts? [SPEAKER_08]: Who took three timeouts? [SPEAKER_08]: Who took three timeouts? [SPEAKER_08]: Who took three timeouts? [SPEAKER_07]: It's important though that even though Bartholomew has disguised self, did not do it. [SPEAKER_07]: You're so into character.

[SPEAKER_06]: That's not fair. [SPEAKER_06]: It's only a stingerly bossy. [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_02]: Honestly, I hope you can see him taking a break from work to make the costume. [SPEAKER_08]: You see, Kel, Kel's reaction to this performance is very good. [SPEAKER_08]: Kel is so happy. [SPEAKER_08]: They are burning.

[SPEAKER_08]: There were tears. [SPEAKER_08]: There was laughing. [SPEAKER_08]: There was anger. [SPEAKER_08]: You know, if there was an emotion, it happened. [SPEAKER_08]: And as was saying, Brian is handing out these bouquets. [SPEAKER_08]: And as he goes to hand, indica, your bouquet, there's a blinding light and a pop.

[SPEAKER_08]: Right, front of you. [SPEAKER_08]: And as you were all able to see again, path-forge has swapped places with the bouquet that Brian was holding. [SPEAKER_08]: Oh no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, [SPEAKER_05]: Oh, no.
