[SPEAKER_07]: Hello and welcome to Mage Hand High Five, your third favorite actual play podcast. [SPEAKER_07]: I'm your GM Max Weinberg, my pronouns are he him and thank you for joining us for the finale of Thank God It's Doomsday. [SPEAKER_07]: Once again, I wanna thank Cobald Press for their support as this is part of their Cobald Creates program for 2025.
[SPEAKER_07]: And if you like what you hear about Tales of the Valley and wanna check out any other of the amazing products they create, head out over to CobaldPress.com using the affiliate link in the episode description [SPEAKER_07]: Joining me, ranked from least to most likely to vindictively read the entire employee handbook with the sole purpose of finding a loophole.
[SPEAKER_03]: No. [SPEAKER_03]: Casey Patis. [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, my ADHD won't let me read that whole thing. [SPEAKER_03]: Hi, I'm Casey. [SPEAKER_03]: He, him, and I am playing Sonia Grimhart. [SPEAKER_03]: Next is Shedook to Sarah. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's about on. [SPEAKER_02]: I'm too lazy to read.
[SPEAKER_12]: period. [SPEAKER_12]: I thought that was going somewhere. [SPEAKER_02]: Um, lazy. [SPEAKER_07]: Third was honestly kind of one A and one B, but after last episode got kind of was given a tiebreaker. [SPEAKER_07]: So third is Ron McSae. [SPEAKER_12]: I rode McStay, playing Merrick will be, and yeah, I'm deep in the text.
[SPEAKER_12]: I'm, I'm, I'm, if I, if I have a point to prove, I will prove it in the most lawful, good, like subsection A. [SPEAKER_12]: Point two x way possible. [SPEAKER_07]: And probably right where they belong at the top of this list, Robin Eckberg. [SPEAKER_04]: Hello, viewers of People, my name is Robin Eckberg, I have to call it all things by pronouns.
[SPEAKER_04]: Are they bought if you meet me at a magic the gathering tournament? [SPEAKER_04]: He is fine. [SPEAKER_04]: Don't call me. [SPEAKER_10]: I don't need that. [SPEAKER_10]: I don't need that. [SPEAKER_10]: Oh my god. [SPEAKER_10]: I'm so many questions. [SPEAKER_07]: I have so many questions but we do not have time to get into our escalator.
[SPEAKER_04]: My brain is filled with bumblebees. [SPEAKER_04]: Therefore is so difficult for me to read employee textbooks. [SPEAKER_04]: However, comma. [SPEAKER_04]: I-I-I-I-I. [SPEAKER_04]: I appreciate this to why I'm on the top because of my crimes, but my crimes are made on a flip out of Rowan as Rowan's doing lawful good evil.
[SPEAKER_04]: I'm just doing evil for the sake of evil. [SPEAKER_04]: I don't need to deploy text from selling me a loophole. [SPEAKER_04]: I'm just going to do it. [SPEAKER_04]: And then if it turns out it's a loophole, hell yeah. [SPEAKER_04]: That's why I always have a lawyer friend on standby. [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, yeah.
[SPEAKER_07]: And with that. [SPEAKER_07]: Previously, on THANK GOD, it's Doomsday. [SPEAKER_07]: Since Holdafar's declaration, the office has been stressed. [SPEAKER_07]: In addition to the increased workload, there have been increasing signs of sabotage after the Dix inspection, Merrick asks the others how they think they can improve company morale and get to a wide range of answers and response.
[SPEAKER_07]: Bostlora, with the dejected Kel Balloth and Toad, drops a package on Bartholomew's desks telling them to fix it with Sonia. [SPEAKER_07]: Boslara and Kel then head into Indikaz office where he and Merrick decide to cheer Kel up by putting on a production of Anton Chekhov's The Seagull after work.
[SPEAKER_07]: Down in the warehouse, Sonya and Bartholomew put the magic hammer path forwards back together but upon completion, it's discovered that Kel is unable to activate it. [SPEAKER_07]: Afterwards, Bustlara and Bartholomew have an uncomfortable heart to heart while Sonya grabs quote Coffee with Dendra and agrees to watch the Seagull with her.
[SPEAKER_07]: At the conclusion of the Seagull, Pathforge finds its way into Brian's hands beginning to glow and Bustlara appoints him the true herald of the Apocalypse. [SPEAKER_07]: Where we are now, the four of you are all huddled around Indika's desk while he hurriedly refreshes his email. [SPEAKER_02]: No, it's coming.
[SPEAKER_02]: It's, I swear to God, she said she's going to email. [SPEAKER_07]: She's, she's, but you all see an email from Cindy Yorger with the subject line, the great-chantry Awaken review. [SPEAKER_02]: I always mark these as red. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I don't really read these. [SPEAKER_02]: I'm just gonna put this in the trash.
[SPEAKER_12]: No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, [SPEAKER_12]: Maybe it said something about the seagull.
[SPEAKER_12]: Maybe there's a review. [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, you're right. [SPEAKER_02]: You're right. [SPEAKER_02]: Oh my god. [SPEAKER_03]: That is probably a review. [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, yeah. [SPEAKER_03]: Do we? [SPEAKER_03]: I don't know that we need to read reviews of our work, you know? [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, yeah.
[SPEAKER_12]: Sonya. [SPEAKER_04]: Go. [SPEAKER_04]: Throw up. [SPEAKER_04]: I spent 1500 gold inviting the press. [SPEAKER_04]: I think we do that. [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, my god. [SPEAKER_12]: That was a lot of the press. [SPEAKER_07]: Fifteen hundred gold is like I could tell you they did not based on article two of this newsletter.
[SPEAKER_07]: Oh I save a lot of money. [SPEAKER_07]: The first article is titled this guy the Brian and adrenal story [SPEAKER_07]: Oh, yeah, brilliant. [SPEAKER_07]: The second is, go goblin, where did you go? [SPEAKER_07]: An investigative piece about the Chantry's new rule about not allowing non-chantry employees on the premises.
[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, thank. [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, is that where my typhoon never came from? [SPEAKER_12]: Oh, God, I wonder if they left it outside. [SPEAKER_04]: It's a very small snippet of the real getting devoured by imprecons. [SPEAKER_12]: Let me go check. [SPEAKER_07]: There's just a shredded paper bag out for a demon wild cat's.
[SPEAKER_07]: And third, an unexpected triumph. [SPEAKER_07]: The great-chantre's production of the Seagull takes flight. [SPEAKER_07]: And there is a bit of a review. [SPEAKER_07]: As a big fan of Anton Chekhov, I was incredibly wary of this production of the seagull directed by Indika. [SPEAKER_07]: He had never shown any interest in the arts besides the occasional erotic illisten with the new Harold Bryan and Drenel.
[SPEAKER_07]: That counts. [SPEAKER_07]: That counts. [SPEAKER_07]: That counts. [SPEAKER_07]: That counts. [SPEAKER_07]: Despite all the timeouts, my concern could not have been more misplaced. [SPEAKER_07]: Everything about this show was a revelation. [SPEAKER_07]: The use of business casual costumes coupled with the simplicity of a few chairs as set dressing really elevated the exploration of the nature of success and failure and to give the actors no place is to hide and let me tell you.
[SPEAKER_07]: hide they did not. [SPEAKER_07]: While everyone was fantastic, Merrick will be flew head and shoulders above the others, navigating Nina's journey with subtlety as she transforms from a young, idealistic aspiring actor into a persevering seagull. [SPEAKER_07]: There are not many people that I would trust with a gun, but two of them were in the room that day.
[SPEAKER_07]: Anton check off and Indica, 4.5 out of 5 stars. [SPEAKER_04]: Nice, I get to keep check-offs gone. [SPEAKER_04]: They didn't mention the sea gull at all. [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, no. [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, no. [SPEAKER_04]: I thought I did a good job and they didn't know. [SPEAKER_04]: I did a good job and they didn't know.
[SPEAKER_04]: I did a good job and they didn't know. [SPEAKER_02]: I did a good job and they didn't know. [SPEAKER_02]: I did a good job and they didn't know. [SPEAKER_02]: I did a good job and they didn't know. [SPEAKER_02]: I did a good job and they didn't know. [SPEAKER_02]: I did a good job and they didn't know.
[SPEAKER_02]: I did a good job and they didn't know. [SPEAKER_02]: I did a good job and they didn't know. [SPEAKER_02]: I did a good job and they didn't know. [SPEAKER_02]: I did a good job and they didn't know. [SPEAKER_02]: I did a good job and they didn't know. [SPEAKER_02]: I did a good job and they didn't know.
[SPEAKER_02]: I [SPEAKER_02]: That's true. [SPEAKER_12]: I think you really did your job, you know, I mean, those two parts when I said this, go has to die and you're like now. [SPEAKER_02]: It's one of those things I think where an America's like blushing with the glow of a compliment. [SPEAKER_12]: Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
[SPEAKER_12]: And they're like, I think it's just one of those things that it's one of those roles that it's just, it's its own reward, you know, if you do it and you do it well, the audience would notice if it wasn't there, but because it was there, it just, it just fit right in. [SPEAKER_12]: It was perfect.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_02]: Okay. [SPEAKER_02]: That's supporting Seagull. [SPEAKER_02]: But supporting Seagull. [SPEAKER_02]: It feels like Sonya, we didn't even really need you back there. [SPEAKER_02]: You could just sat in the crowd with Do you try to think, Dendra, so whatever your name is.
[SPEAKER_15]: Sonya, yes, yes. [SPEAKER_03]: Sonya sits for a second and then mutters to herself, maybe the world does need to end. [SPEAKER_12]: Oh, no. [SPEAKER_12]: Oh, no. [SPEAKER_12]: Hey, wait. [SPEAKER_12]: What did Denver think of the show? [SPEAKER_02]: Uh, I don't, did you not talk to Denver and Sonya?
[SPEAKER_03]: Did you ask her? [SPEAKER_03]: Sonya, Sonya's like, maybe I should have capitalized on that. [SPEAKER_12]: Wait, she was sitting in the front row. [SPEAKER_12]: You didn't talk to her? [SPEAKER_03]: I think I was stupid as he guarded in the forklift. [SPEAKER_12]: I want to take off the HR hat for a second.
[SPEAKER_03]: Oh. [SPEAKER_03]: So, what are you doing? [SPEAKER_03]: I'm just doing my best. [SPEAKER_03]: You know, like, I got to keep track of an entire warehouse full of folks. [SPEAKER_03]: And then, you know, I see, I see a pretty face and I just claim her up. [SPEAKER_12]: All right, you know what, leave this office right now.
[SPEAKER_12]: Go ask Dendra what she thought of the show. [SPEAKER_03]: Right now? [SPEAKER_12]: Yes. [SPEAKER_03]: Cool. [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm going to, yeah, I'm going to do, I'm going to go through that. [SPEAKER_03]: I'm going to go through that. [SPEAKER_07]: As Sonia makes her way up to accounting, Brian's desk is empty, but Dendra is sitting at hers.
[SPEAKER_07]: Awesome, too, for two. [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_03]: I had over to Dendra's, and I go, [SPEAKER_03]: Huh, this isn't the way to the warehouse. [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, hey, Dindra. [SPEAKER_07]: She doesn't turn from her computer. [SPEAKER_07]: Oh, so, yeah, it's down the elevator. [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, no, I know where the elevator to the warehouse is.
[SPEAKER_03]: I was just trying to find an excuse to come up here. [SPEAKER_03]: And, uh, talk to you about the show. [SPEAKER_03]: Did you like the show? [SPEAKER_07]: It was entertaining. [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_03]: Listen, I feel like something's kind of weird right now. [SPEAKER_03]: And it's not just sort of the the air of the upstairs offices.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah. [UNKNOWN]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_07]: Are you okay? [SPEAKER_07]: Did something happen? [SPEAKER_07]: Oh, I'm great. [SPEAKER_07]: I've never been better. [SPEAKER_07]: But I thought I was supposed to have company at the show. [SPEAKER_07]: And it was just an empty chair.
[SPEAKER_07]: You know? [SPEAKER_07]: Ah, I guess it makes sense that you don't know how to find the warehouse because you couldn't find that chair. [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, God. [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_03]: No, I kind of got [SPEAKER_03]: kidnapped kidnapped. [SPEAKER_03]: I sort of got forced into working on the show and in the show, just like not on stage.
[SPEAKER_03]: I was backstage and in hindsight, a smart person would have told you that that was what happened and I didn't communicate that. [SPEAKER_03]: which, you know, despite my multiple master's degrees makes me the April fool. [SPEAKER_03]: So, I'm sorry. [SPEAKER_03]: I should have checked in with you before.
[SPEAKER_03]: And I guess I also should have checked in with you after. [SPEAKER_03]: But I was too busy garden the forklift from from certain forklift bandits. [SPEAKER_03]: I can imagine that probably bugged you something fierce and I didn't mean to do that and how about I make it up to you for the first time she turns to you and goes, how well I got a bunch of different ideas.
[SPEAKER_03]: There's a there's a mini golf course. [SPEAKER_03]: nearby if you're down for a little putt for a little putt cash I mean the world's gonna in soon so like oh well I mean you know fingers crossed I guess I don't know where you stand on the world ending but I guess you're for it because you work here I sometimes it's not really like me to run my mouth but sometimes I do it when I'm nervous and I guess I just a [SPEAKER_03]: I want to do what I can to make it right by you, not running away this time, or at least given you the chance to run away on me.
[SPEAKER_03]: So what say maybe dinner, and then we can talk about the the many golf? [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, yeah. [SPEAKER_07]: We can do that. [SPEAKER_07]: That sounds nice. [SPEAKER_03]: Cool. [SPEAKER_03]: Okay, Indie could gotten my brain now. [SPEAKER_03]: All I can think about is tie food. [SPEAKER_03]: How do you feel about tie food?
[SPEAKER_03]: I love tie food. [SPEAKER_03]: Okay, great. [SPEAKER_03]: Great. [SPEAKER_03]: Because I know this place they got a fantastic yellow curry. [SPEAKER_03]: It's so good. [SPEAKER_03]: So what's a, I don't know, maybe, maybe tonight. [SPEAKER_03]: Sounds good. [SPEAKER_03]: Cool. [SPEAKER_03]: See you then.
[SPEAKER_03]: And then starts walking away and then walks back and goes elevator. [SPEAKER_15]: Elevator. [SPEAKER_07]: It's been a few weeks since Brian was revealed as the true herald of the irrevocable apocalypse. [SPEAKER_07]: And you haven't seen him as much because he's been off training and gathering the final keys to the apocalypse.
[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, if this is buzzing, you know, if it feels like this could actually happen, the end of everything, the voids hunger will finally be satiated. [SPEAKER_07]: Has everyone feeling about that? [SPEAKER_04]: I've recently taken up getting kill dolls in the exact shape of Brian that I'm using to hurt him more and more.
[SPEAKER_04]: However, after the first week, they were like, well someone's trying to cast a magic spell, the good guys are trying to kill him, so they gave him a bunch of magic items of protection, so now it doesn't matter how many dolls like crush. [SPEAKER_04]: He's fine, and it's driving me [SPEAKER_12]: Indicates also upset because Indicates was like, well, if the apocalypse happens and we don't have jobs anymore So one Brian back All Merrick is one of those people whose job is kind of their life and As they I just don't think that they've got much going on at home besides bubbles the dragon like that's kind of who they come home to [SPEAKER_12]: And I think that in the last couple of weeks I think they've been building some real connection with people or it feels that way at least and I think for the first time America is beginning to second guess whether they want that to end.
[SPEAKER_03]: I think Sonya is also in a place a little bit of worry because up to this point [SPEAKER_03]: Sonya's mindset about working at a company that is trying to bring about the apocalypse is that this is the most secure job in the world because like have you seen these guys? [SPEAKER_03]: The apocalypse is never going to happen.
[SPEAKER_03]: I hate you right? [SPEAKER_03]: I hate you right? [SPEAKER_03]: I hate you so much. [SPEAKER_03]: So funny. [SPEAKER_03]: I hate you so much. [SPEAKER_03]: Now. [SPEAKER_03]: Like she also thought that like Dinger from Accounting might never happen and now that that's happening there's another reason for the apocalypse to not happen.
[SPEAKER_03]: So I think she's a little she's a little of two minds about this right now. [SPEAKER_07]: It's later that week and Elder Jasparga Levide has called you all into his office for a final brain storming session. [SPEAKER_07]: What can we do to help Brian [SPEAKER_05]: Um, uh, so, since the, uh, since Needhog's prophecy was announced, they haven't really needed scribes anymore.
[SPEAKER_05]: So, Bustlora, rather than firing me, said I could help in other ways, what do you want to do to hopefully help pride at this end of the universe? [SPEAKER_12]: Well, hey, that's great. [SPEAKER_12]: I'm glad we can find a new use for your incredible skill set. [SPEAKER_12]: Ah, that's a great question.
[SPEAKER_12]: What do you guys think? [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, what happens after Brian wins? [SPEAKER_05]: Again, after Brian wins, he will use pathforge to break open the seal to the void, which will then, to power the labrinth and thrust the universe at dig everything inside. [SPEAKER_12]: So just for the sake of argument, there will sort of be a moment between when Brian wins.
[SPEAKER_12]: and when path-forged destroys all things where they'll probably be a little bit of vulnerability and Brian will need some extra protection during that time? [SPEAKER_12]: Not very likely, yes. [SPEAKER_12]: Oh, that's good to know, okay. [SPEAKER_04]: Although, if everything ends, what happens then?
[SPEAKER_04]: I was promised a pretty lucrative position, and I was under the impression that there were still be things around to rule over with an iron fist, who promised you that it doesn't matter. [SPEAKER_04]: Do you know, you click on one of those scam links? [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I feel like I go with the real.
[SPEAKER_04]: This time it's real, I promise. [SPEAKER_12]: Did you, they keep, they do, we do send those emails periodically. [SPEAKER_12]: It is a test. [SPEAKER_04]: I'm an EM. [SPEAKER_02]: I'm an EM. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it's eclicked off. [SPEAKER_02]: Every single one of them. [SPEAKER_03]: Anyway, but any chance to rule over anything happens.
[SPEAKER_03]: There's like an ad that's like, universes near you need ruling. [SPEAKER_03]: The clicker. [SPEAKER_04]: That's why I don't have anything that can act to the digital realm, and I'm only allowed to write in green laws now, you got a lost computer access. [SPEAKER_05]: Um, well, if we're to believe what this scripture say, the world at everything we know about it will end in nothingness.
[SPEAKER_05]: But to be fair, no one really knows because it hasn't happened before. [SPEAKER_04]: I mean, I guess that's fair. [SPEAKER_03]: or has it happened before and we just don't know. [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, I like that one. [SPEAKER_02]: Good point, Sonya. [SPEAKER_03]: There. [SPEAKER_07]: That makes Elder Levy just give a real long pause to think about that.
[SPEAKER_07]: No, no, no. [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, let me set a life, okay. [SPEAKER_02]: Are you okay? [SPEAKER_02]: No, he's still here. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, this is the oldest man you've ever seen. [SPEAKER_12]: Sonya, I think it is this a good time to kind of bring in some of the equipment from the warehouse, like the maybe with the war hammer of Gideon.
[SPEAKER_12]: I know he's already got a war hammer, but maybe if we get let hold of our sea, I know you're not supposed to let it see you, but if we let yeah, hold of our sea, the war hammer of Gideon, maybe that would do something. [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I don't know that we want to get the war hammer of Gideon involved in this, but [SPEAKER_09]: Is it that bad?
[SPEAKER_03]: Whoa. [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, one of the guys tripped and looked at it by accident, and they had to figure out how to do like a full like sort of skin transplant, like all of the skin sort of just disappeared. [SPEAKER_05]: Why didn't you put it at a box? [SPEAKER_03]: I had to listen, have you tried to reason with a malignant, sentient pamper?
[SPEAKER_03]: No. [SPEAKER_03]: I have. [SPEAKER_12]: What about the demon engine of Elgareth or the Voyd Engine of Kildrain? [SPEAKER_12]: Do you think either of those would be helpful? [SPEAKER_12]: Ooh, I also have this orb. [SPEAKER_03]: I like the Voyd Engine. [SPEAKER_03]: I think any of them could work.
[SPEAKER_03]: The Warhammer of Gideon, I don't want to involve in this, but the world's going to end anyway. [SPEAKER_03]: So if my flesh gets taken off, it's not like I'm going to be around to enjoy it for that long. [SPEAKER_02]: So we should probably get the forklift too then, right? [SPEAKER_12]: Well, I, so need to be fair, it doesn't actually make sense to carry all of the different void engines that you've been working on.
[SPEAKER_12]: We probably could use the Fortlifts. [SPEAKER_03]: You know what? [SPEAKER_03]: You're absolutely right, and I will, I will use the Fortlifts. [SPEAKER_03]: Thank you, Indica. [SPEAKER_03]: Should I go good? [SPEAKER_02]: Should I get goat? [SPEAKER_02]: Should I go get one of mine from home to help?
[SPEAKER_15]: You know what? [SPEAKER_03]: Actually it might be a good idea for you to bring around all of the ones that you have at home just in case we need backups to just bring them all back to the office Oh, yeah, don't yeah, that's what's a great idea. [SPEAKER_02]: Okay. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I'm gonna go grab the forklift.
[SPEAKER_03]: I'll be right back The moment you leave so you go oh, I might have gotten it. [SPEAKER_03]: I might have done it this time [SPEAKER_12]: I think he's got more at home than you would even know what to do with. [SPEAKER_12]: I know, I'm scared. [SPEAKER_12]: Please take it home one every day for the last three years.
[SPEAKER_12]: I lost count. [SPEAKER_12]: Every day. [SPEAKER_04]: Every day. [SPEAKER_04]: That was that one day. [SPEAKER_04]: Wait, he took three. [SPEAKER_04]: No. [SPEAKER_04]: You took one home and then walked back and then took another and then walked back. [SPEAKER_04]: That was a dark day. [SPEAKER_12]: I'm just saying you're looking at a cold 900 for cliffs.
[SPEAKER_05]: Oh, that's a wonderful idea, everybody. [SPEAKER_05]: Are there any other ideas? [SPEAKER_03]: I mean, I got a little, I got a shard of creation that I can just turn into a gatling gun. [SPEAKER_12]: Oh, that's really interesting. [SPEAKER_02]: You wouldn't break in that to the office every day.
[SPEAKER_12]: Do you just have that? [SPEAKER_12]: We at least should get that registered. [SPEAKER_12]: I know you're handling void engines every day, but like that feels like... Oh no, she may have that. [SPEAKER_03]: It's my emotional support, Charlotte. [SPEAKER_03]: All right. [SPEAKER_03]: I got a bridge, yeah.
[SPEAKER_03]: It has its own certification. [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_12]: Okay, sure. [SPEAKER_03]: I need it on this job. [SPEAKER_12]: All right, yeah, hey, look, you know, not my land. [SPEAKER_12]: Honestly, I think a lot of the things I can do are things that are more in the moment, so I am just happy to support in any way possible.
[SPEAKER_04]: Wonderful. [SPEAKER_04]: If we need more backup, I have a bunch of like, half dead hybrids that I keep just in my house. [SPEAKER_04]: If you want me, if you want to just like have them, just like throw them. [SPEAKER_04]: Yes. [SPEAKER_04]: I tried to add light over the pandemic. [SPEAKER_04]: Everyone was trying their own things.
[SPEAKER_04]: And I was like, I could become an alchemist. [SPEAKER_04]: And so I started like fusing people with animals and different beasts from miserable realms. [SPEAKER_14]: Oh, are you talking about people? [SPEAKER_14]: Yeah, but I thought you were, I thought you had a Prius. [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, I'm a man.
[SPEAKER_12]: I thought you were talking about Prius' if you would experiment to go to people. [SPEAKER_04]: Well, I bought the Prius so I could disassemble the Prius and attach them to the people to see if I could get a kind of mechanized soldier. [SPEAKER_04]: There's one half human half Prius that worked out on me when it's- I actually invented the Transformers.
[SPEAKER_04]: You know, Transformers? [SPEAKER_04]: That was me. [SPEAKER_04]: I did that. [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, yeah, you need a trick, it's just kind of a touch, it's just a priest to a guy and then we can turn it into the car, but only once because that kills an instant like No, I'm pretty prime [SPEAKER_04]: Oh my god, I'm curious for the Doctor when Prius primed in.
[SPEAKER_12]: All right, great. [SPEAKER_12]: So we've got some Prius people who may or may not be dead. [SPEAKER_12]: We've got a shard that can turn into a gatling gun. [SPEAKER_12]: And we may be half a war hammer of Gideon. [SPEAKER_02]: and 10,000 forklifts and 10,000 forklifts. [SPEAKER_12]: That's a lot of forklifts.
[SPEAKER_12]: Wow. [SPEAKER_02]: I've been working here a long time. [SPEAKER_09]: Sometimes I forget I'm the newest person here. [SPEAKER_03]: I had to fill out the paperwork for every single one of those. [SPEAKER_01]: At that moment, an alarm rings throughout the entire office. [SPEAKER_07]: Elder Levide looks at all of you and says, Well, I guess it's time!
[SPEAKER_07]: And as he leaves, he turns back to you and says, In nothingness, everyone! [SPEAKER_07]: And he steps out the door. [SPEAKER_09]: Well, well, hey, we'll be right there, okay? [SPEAKER_04]: As the Elder leaves, both of them he walks up, and then shuts the door, and there's like a small click of a lock, as both of them he turns to the other three.
[SPEAKER_04]: Hey, so the fact that the apocalypse is destroying the universe, and there'll be nothing to rule over, is deeply messed up, right? [SPEAKER_04]: Did anyone else have the different idea of what was happening? [SPEAKER_04]: Oh god, you said something, oh my god, yeah. [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I'm not gonna lie, I just really didn't think this company had it in it to actually go through with the apocalypse.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I agree. [SPEAKER_03]: I can't believe it. [SPEAKER_03]: I can't believe it. [SPEAKER_03]: I can't just thought everybody was gonna dick around forever. [SPEAKER_12]: It all felt really far away, and now it feels all really right now, and I feel like I just made three friends, and uh, that's never happened before.
[SPEAKER_12]: So I just, oh, nice. [SPEAKER_02]: Who are they? [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, I just made these three really cool friends and I might not be super excited to just end everything right now Also, I gotta get home and feed bubbles like I can't do that. [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, those out of all just are very important [SPEAKER_03]: yeah the apocalypse is sort of a bad time to like sort of get into a sort of a relationship as well just for anybody who's starting new relationships.
[SPEAKER_14]: What do things do you well with Dendra? [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, I was just sort of speaking generally. [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, okay. [SPEAKER_03]: That's it. [SPEAKER_12]: So okay, so we're all in the same page that we don't really [SPEAKER_12]: No, how we're feeling about this. [SPEAKER_02]: No, we shouldn't do this.
[SPEAKER_02]: I don't want that. [SPEAKER_02]: This is your, we're all a family. [SPEAKER_02]: If the apocalypse happens, there's no more family. [SPEAKER_12]: Okay, but what, but we can't make Brian lose. [SPEAKER_12]: If we throw it, they'll know. [SPEAKER_12]: And we'll all get fired. [SPEAKER_12]: And I don't think we'll get fired in the new way that I fire people.
[SPEAKER_04]: I still want to be so clear. [SPEAKER_04]: I want the apocalypse to happen. [SPEAKER_04]: I would Brian to die very painfully as well. [SPEAKER_04]: I hate that guy. [SPEAKER_12]: Okay, but we do have to help Brian Wick. [SPEAKER_12]: If we don't help Brian win, they're going to fire us literally.
[SPEAKER_02]: What if we help Brian win, we don't kill Brian, but make him my assistant forever. [SPEAKER_02]: And you get a promotion. [SPEAKER_04]: Love a promotion. [SPEAKER_04]: That's really good for me. [SPEAKER_12]: Well, hey, I think a step one start the apocalypse. [SPEAKER_12]: Step two, try to end the apocalypse without getting caught.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_03]: Okay. [SPEAKER_02]: In the apocalypse peacefully, all right. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_02]: All right, everyone hands in the middle and we can do it on our own terms. [SPEAKER_02]: Own terms hands in the middle. [SPEAKER_02]: All right. [SPEAKER_02]: Sonia leads us in the company cheer.
[SPEAKER_03]: You know it's you know you do a number of companies here All right, change on three Not go boy, this is a [SPEAKER_07]: You all make your way to your workstations having decided to start and end the apocalypse at the same moment to keep living your lives and not tell anybody. [SPEAKER_07]: You won't get back to your Spaces, Bartholomew.
[SPEAKER_07]: You have been given a new computer for this event. [SPEAKER_07]: Oh, no. [SPEAKER_13]: No, click the links. [SPEAKER_07]: Wow. [SPEAKER_07]: Every single screen in the office shows the same thing. [SPEAKER_07]: In front of a massive golden seal, float two figures. [SPEAKER_07]: One is hold of our Queen of the Labyrinth.
[SPEAKER_07]: Her blue and yellow robes billowing in the wind and in one hand, she holds her sword spellbinder. [SPEAKER_07]: And in the other, she holds a familiar book. [SPEAKER_07]: The Grimmar of the Eldest. [SPEAKER_07]: The other figure is Brian Andrianol, both hands clasping path forage. [SPEAKER_07]: He doesn't look too much different now than he did in the office, you know, his skin type black jeans, mesh fingerless gloves, and his straightened bangs still cover one eye.
[SPEAKER_07]: You hear a hold of our speak. [SPEAKER_07]: Harold, I will do everything in my power to prevent you from breaking the seal and releasing the void into the labyrinth. [SPEAKER_07]: and Brian spins path-forging his hands like a lacrosse stick. [SPEAKER_07]: You can certainly try as he rushes towards hold of our and the final battle begins.
[SPEAKER_07]: Everyone roll initiative. [SPEAKER_02]: Nice one, Brian. [SPEAKER_02]: Need to die deeply. [SPEAKER_02]: Seven. [SPEAKER_14]: I gotta save it as well. [SPEAKER_14]: Oh my God. [SPEAKER_02]: Nice. [SPEAKER_14]: Fifteen. [SPEAKER_02]: Twenty-one. [SPEAKER_02]: In the can butthole, you have a shared desk.
[SPEAKER_02]: Like they're sharing it. [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_07]: That's huge. [SPEAKER_07]: That works great. [SPEAKER_07]: So how this fight is going to work is the first part is we're just throwing distances out the window. [SPEAKER_07]: If you've got a spell or an ability that has a range on it, it does not matter unless it's a self.
[SPEAKER_07]: Which you can't cast it on someone else. [SPEAKER_07]: Second, Brian and hold the bar are going to kind of act like a mega-zord or a Gundam that the four of you all have direct influence over? [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_07]: And the heroes have direct influence can, you know, device versa.
[SPEAKER_07]: They will always hit and they have a base amount of damage that they will deal that your actions can affect whether they're spells, whether it's you attacking, giving them stuff. [SPEAKER_07]: For example, you can't directly attack whole devar, but if you attack your, you would boost Brian's damage by that same amount.
[SPEAKER_07]: Um, additionally, uh, hold of our also has a corporate headquarters behind her that will be trying to aid her and you can attack them directly using your spells and abilities and such, uh, which could maybe weaken them a little bit. [SPEAKER_12]: Do we see the, uh, their corporate headquarters like do we have any communication with them?
[SPEAKER_12]: Abstractively. [SPEAKER_07]: Love that. [SPEAKER_07]: And lastly, Bryan and hold the first turns will always come at the end of the round to allow for all of you to affect them before they make their attack. [SPEAKER_07]: And with that, let's start the apocalypse. [SPEAKER_07]: Round one, even before Sonya's 21, every computer in the office glitches and on them appears the lead agent from the Dix inspection, as they push up their glasses.
[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, you all seem a little shocked. [SPEAKER_07]: Sorry about the deception, but I really appreciate you giving us full access to your offices. [SPEAKER_07]: Tata, and I need you all to make dexterity saving throws as a bolt of lightning shoots out from your computers. [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, this is the loser behind the FSD.
[SPEAKER_12]: Oh no. [SPEAKER_12]: That is four. [SPEAKER_03]: Okay. [SPEAKER_03]: God. [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, 18. [SPEAKER_03]: 21. [SPEAKER_07]: Oh. [SPEAKER_07]: Great. [SPEAKER_07]: Everyone, 13 or above, you saved and you take half damage, which is only five. [SPEAKER_07]: Merrick, you take 11 lightning damage.
[SPEAKER_12]: Oh, that's half my health, basically. [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, if I took 11 damage, I would almost be dead. [SPEAKER_04]: I have a one constitution. [SPEAKER_04]: I'm an office worker. [SPEAKER_02]: Mary, [SPEAKER_12]: Ah, I, I, I got, I mean, I still have allergies, but I just got a electrocuted God.
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, if to go home early, don't worry, we can cover you. [SPEAKER_13]: Not today, it's the apocalypse. [SPEAKER_13]: So first up now, Sonya. [SPEAKER_03]: Um, I have my, uh, I have my chart of creation that I have turned into just sort of an automatic weapon of some kind. [SPEAKER_03]: I've looked and like it can, it can own like the total value of the object can't be more than 20 times my mechanism level.
[SPEAKER_03]: So it's, it's 80 gold or less. [SPEAKER_03]: Hmm. [SPEAKER_03]: So it's just like a really shitty automatic crossbow. [SPEAKER_03]: Like it's like, it has like this wheel. [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, that's like, [SPEAKER_03]: and I've given it the loading property, so it never runs out of arrows.
[SPEAKER_07]: Great. [SPEAKER_07]: So just kind of how I envision this abstract fight is that you can just send that to Brian as a way and then so like that's just now something that Brian has to boost his damage when he attacks. [SPEAKER_03]: Great. [SPEAKER_03]: I send him my short of creation, and I'm like, I might need this later.
[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, and then I sigh and make my way towards the Warhammer of Gideon. [SPEAKER_11]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_03]: Got plenty of money. [SPEAKER_07]: I meant it. [SPEAKER_07]: We need this. [SPEAKER_07]: Next up is Merrick. [SPEAKER_12]: Okay, uh, starting off strong, uh, Merrick slaps a suitcase down on their desk.
[SPEAKER_12]: Opens it up and an arsenal of heartler magic tricks comes pouring out. [SPEAKER_12]: And they start putting pieces together. [SPEAKER_12]: And I think they open up the thing and doves fly out is what happens. [SPEAKER_07]: Not a seagull. [SPEAKER_12]: Oh, you're so right. [SPEAKER_12]: Thank you.
[SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, they're opens up their briefcase and seagulls fly up as the magic trick begins. [SPEAKER_12]: And they start at their barric performance. [SPEAKER_12]: So with that, I think, actually, [SPEAKER_12]: I will use Celebrate Life, which means that allies can expend their hit die to recover HP plus 4, and allies will also have advantage on death saves as long as I keep this up.
[SPEAKER_12]: And while I'm at it, I'm also going to give a barric inspiration, so a plus a D6 to Brian. [SPEAKER_07]: Cool. [SPEAKER_07]: Oh, great. [SPEAKER_07]: As you are doing that, [SPEAKER_07]: Everyone starts to all four of you start to feel a little lethargic, and I need you all to make a charisma saving throw.
[SPEAKER_04]: Hmm, no, I feel fine. [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, cool, a charisma saving throw that's perfect. [SPEAKER_14]: Not 20. [SPEAKER_04]: Whoa, I got a 16, but if I fail a charisma saving throw, I can re-roll at once. [SPEAKER_04]: So I do need to know if I failed it, okay? [SPEAKER_07]: You're good.
[SPEAKER_04]: I rolled a 16. [SPEAKER_07]: You're also good. [SPEAKER_02]: Wow, we're old as 17. [SPEAKER_07]: Wow, you're all past this, this letter G that starts to come over you. [SPEAKER_07]: The Dix agents just tried to cast Bane on all of you, but you all passed your savings. [SPEAKER_02]: So it does not affect you.
[SPEAKER_02]: Everyone take their energy eggs right now. [SPEAKER_12]: And it's a really good idea. [SPEAKER_12]: It's really gross. [SPEAKER_12]: But okay. [SPEAKER_12]: Are they whatever energy eggs? [SPEAKER_03]: God, who put this egg in my pocket? [SPEAKER_03]: They're born and seagull eggs. [SPEAKER_13]: Come on, you're born and seagull eggs.
[SPEAKER_14]: You know, where did you get these God, Indica? [SPEAKER_02]: Down at the Seagull store, come on. [SPEAKER_07]: As you're all overcoming that feeling on the screens in front of you, you see a whole of our just start to glow a little bit. [SPEAKER_07]: And next up is Indica. [SPEAKER_02]: I'm gonna cast the less.
[SPEAKER_02]: Okay. [SPEAKER_02]: Level one, bless. [SPEAKER_02]: I can use it on three targets. [SPEAKER_02]: Level two, I can use it on four. [SPEAKER_02]: So could I, bless Sonia, Merrick, Bartolomew, and Brian? [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, if you cast it at second level. [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, doing it at second level.
[SPEAKER_02]: Nice. [SPEAKER_02]: You can add a D4 to either an attack roll or a save. [SPEAKER_02]: Ooh. [SPEAKER_02]: and you get takes out like a vile and like you hear like screeching and like, like, terrific hellish sounds from the vile, pours out some of the liquid in it and just like kind of flicks it on you.
[SPEAKER_02]: Like it's holy water. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, no, let me bless you. [SPEAKER_02]: Stop, stop moving. [SPEAKER_02]: Let me bless you. [SPEAKER_09]: You have to go in your eyes, God. [SPEAKER_02]: Yes, it has to go in your eyes. [SPEAKER_02]: I'm gonna open your eyes. [SPEAKER_02]: I'm gonna open, open, it's only open your eyes.
[SPEAKER_02]: I got some in my mouth. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's my mom's sweat. [SPEAKER_13]: Oh, it's horrible. [SPEAKER_04]: I know, I'm so tall. [SPEAKER_04]: I can sense her through it. [SPEAKER_04]: It's good. [SPEAKER_04]: Really? [SPEAKER_04]: I can sense her through it. [SPEAKER_04]: Anything else?
[SPEAKER_04]: I hope that's all I got. [SPEAKER_04]: Amazing. [SPEAKER_04]: Bortholomew, you are next. [SPEAKER_04]: Cool. [SPEAKER_04]: I'm gonna, I get out my phone and I send a text. [SPEAKER_04]: to one of my many minions who is going to charge into the HQ and try to kill one of the closest person.
[SPEAKER_04]: I'm going to cast Eldridge Blast, but that's how my Eldridge Blast Manifet That's so good! [SPEAKER_13]: That's what I'm talking about. [SPEAKER_13]: And Eldridge Blast? [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, through one of my freaks, trying to kill someone. [SPEAKER_04]: Go so bad. [SPEAKER_04]: I'm all in attack, bro.
[SPEAKER_07]: If you can believe it, Dick's agents are not too powerful. [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, that's not 20, baby. [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, yeah. [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, yeah. [SPEAKER_04]: We now need the bliss. [SPEAKER_04]: How the crits work in tails? [SPEAKER_07]: Roll double the die that you're rolling, double the damage die, and then add your modifier to it.
[SPEAKER_04]: Okay. [SPEAKER_04]: This is a can trip, so I don't have one of them. [SPEAKER_04]: But that's okay. [SPEAKER_04]: I did 15 points of damage. [SPEAKER_04]: I rolled a seven and then I got my 2D 10s. [SPEAKER_04]: You. [SPEAKER_04]: That's a lot. [UNKNOWN]: I don't. [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, your transformer crashes through the front door of the keepers of the keys headquarters and just screams erupt as one of their goblins just squashes against a wall.
[SPEAKER_07]: Nice. [SPEAKER_07]: Good. [SPEAKER_12]: Speaking of like tales of the valiant rules differences, since I failed that save a while back do I get a luck point for that? [SPEAKER_12]: Oh, yes. [SPEAKER_12]: Nice. [SPEAKER_07]: Yes, my God. [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_07]: Whenever you fail an attack roll or a saving throw, you get one luck up to five.
[SPEAKER_07]: And basically what you can use the luck points for is you can use them one for one to increase an attack roll or a saving throw. [SPEAKER_07]: To hopefully succeed later. [SPEAKER_07]: Last in the round, our camera zooms in on hold of our end, Brian. [SPEAKER_07]: As they go in for their attacks, hold of our gets ready to swing, spell binder, Brian's got path for it's ready to go, clang, they clang together a couple times smack.
[SPEAKER_07]: But Brian just has a little bit more room from that crossbow bolt from Sonya and gets one big hit right across, hold of our space. [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, I'm Brian! [SPEAKER_07]: It's Brian, good job, pal. [SPEAKER_07]: Good work. [SPEAKER_07]: Back to the top of the round, you all start hearing wretched coming from various parts of the office as a noxious cloud seeps out of the air vents.
[SPEAKER_07]: And I need everyone to give me a constitution saving throw. [SPEAKER_07]: I really want us dead, huh? [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, energy eggs. [SPEAKER_07]: What's going on? [SPEAKER_04]: I'm rolling so well today. [SPEAKER_04]: This is nonsense. [SPEAKER_04]: 16. [SPEAKER_04]: 16. [SPEAKER_04]: 13.
[SPEAKER_04]: 4. [SPEAKER_12]: 4. [SPEAKER_04]: 14. [SPEAKER_12]: With a luck point. [SPEAKER_12]: Sonia. [SPEAKER_12]: Oh yeah. [SPEAKER_07]: It's a DC 12. [SPEAKER_03]: Okay. [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, okay. [SPEAKER_03]: Okay. [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_07]: We're level three. [SPEAKER_07]: These past these are not super hard.
[SPEAKER_07]: Okay. [SPEAKER_07]: But if you roll the 12th row above you pass, but if you roll less than that, you are now poisoned. [SPEAKER_15]: Hmm. [SPEAKER_07]: So Indica, which means you have disadvantage on attack throws. [SPEAKER_02]: On the right. [SPEAKER_02]: You're worried. [SPEAKER_02]: I'm okay.
[SPEAKER_04]: I have a brief question. [SPEAKER_04]: Yes. [SPEAKER_04]: I killed one of the goblins in the HQ, right? [SPEAKER_04]: Yes. [SPEAKER_04]: Cool. [SPEAKER_04]: Because my subclass is reaper, whenever I kill something I gain health. [SPEAKER_12]: Oh, that's great. [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_12]: Wow.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, go take a look. [SPEAKER_04]: Take a look. [SPEAKER_04]: Take a whatever the ability allows you to do. [SPEAKER_04]: It's it's it's it's six temporary HP. [SPEAKER_04]: I gain whenever I kill something. [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_04]: So it doesn't stay cool. [SPEAKER_04]: Hey, listen, we're getting hit pretty hard.
[SPEAKER_12]: Also, if at [SPEAKER_12]: The way that my bardic performance works with these sigles is that every time one of y'all's turn starts, this is, I think a free action you can basically gain HP equal to one hit die plus four, but you just have to expend that hit die. [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, cool. [SPEAKER_04]: Okay.
[SPEAKER_12]: So if people need health, they can do it that way. [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, you all have a seagull has now just a flown to where you are on the street. [SPEAKER_07]: A seagull and a crossbow floating behind Brian. [SPEAKER_07]: Great. [SPEAKER_07]: Perfect. [SPEAKER_02]: You want to get a luck point for failing this?
[SPEAKER_07]: Yep. [SPEAKER_07]: You get a luck point and you are poisoned, which means you have disadvantage, which means you're all 2D20 and take the lower on attack rolls and ability checks. [SPEAKER_07]: So that brings us back to the top, the next top of initiative, which is Sonya. [SPEAKER_03]: I'm running through the warehouse.
[SPEAKER_03]: I know where the Warhammer of Gideon usually is, although it likes to move. [SPEAKER_15]: I don't know. [SPEAKER_03]: It's sort of like, whenever it's coming by, we all just have, we all just like hide. [SPEAKER_03]: Does it flow around or does it teleport? [SPEAKER_03]: I think it's sort of just like dramatically hangs in the air, unmoving.
[SPEAKER_03]: and then like you you watch it sort of glow for a second then it like rockets to another place in like in a little teleporty hmm give me a give me a luck check to see how to see if you're able to find it that's just that's just straight that's just nothing that's just a 20 yeah give uh... you sure I can't like investigate to see where it is okay if you that's fair yet tell me how [SPEAKER_07]: What pattern in the Warhammer's movements can you use to hopefully try to find it easier?
[SPEAKER_03]: Well, we actually decided that enough was enough one day that we shouldn't just sort of randomly hide. [SPEAKER_03]: And that day was after Randy got skinned. [SPEAKER_03]: Police. [SPEAKER_03]: So one of the guys had a brother who's a software engineer was able to come up with a little sort of algorithm that was able to trace where it would go and we all memorized it.
[SPEAKER_03]: So I know the places it likes to hang out the most. [SPEAKER_07]: Great, yep, give me a investigation trick. [SPEAKER_03]: I rolled, well, it was a 15 luck check, but with investigation, it's a 21. [SPEAKER_03]: Mm-hmm. [SPEAKER_07]: Oh yeah, you, there you go. [SPEAKER_07]: You find the war hammer.
[SPEAKER_07]: It's not currently looking at you. [SPEAKER_03]: I picture it as like, like, it floats with its side facing out. [SPEAKER_03]: Like, it's sort of like that one of those double-ended, like double hammered warm hammers with the eye just in the middle. [SPEAKER_03]: And it's sort of like this, like almost yellowed, like.
[SPEAKER_03]: Like his eyes could have gout. [SPEAKER_03]: Oh my god. [SPEAKER_03]: He's gonna have no. [SPEAKER_03]: Like it is horrible to look at. [SPEAKER_03]: And it's horrible to get looked at by it. [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_12]: Great. [SPEAKER_07]: What are you doing with it? [SPEAKER_03]: I gotta make a deal with it.
[SPEAKER_03]: I gotta like, okay. [UNKNOWN]: I gotta make a deal with it. [UNKNOWN]: What do you need? [SPEAKER_03]: I... [SPEAKER_03]: Listen, I know there's nothing more you lack than taking the skin off of some folks. [SPEAKER_03]: Hmm, I do. [SPEAKER_03]: Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, you hear the sound up. [SPEAKER_03]: Okay. [SPEAKER_15]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_15]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_04]: It like closes its eyelids and then a tongue comes out of the eyelids and kind of wipes it and then opens it up. [SPEAKER_04]: It's an eye again. [SPEAKER_13]: It's horrible. [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[SPEAKER_03]: Have you ever heard some boys call Dix? [SPEAKER_03]: Why? [SPEAKER_03]: I have not. [SPEAKER_03]: You want to go look at some Dix? [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no [SPEAKER_07]: out of existence, and with this kind of, you know, abstract, uh, distance thing we got, you just start hearing screams, upon screams from the keepers of the keys headquarters.
[SPEAKER_07]: Huge. [SPEAKER_07]: Great. [SPEAKER_07]: And I got to roll some dexterity saves that I certainly did not pre-roll. [SPEAKER_07]: What's, what's the effect of the eye? [SPEAKER_04]: What does it do? [SPEAKER_04]: It's visibly. [SPEAKER_04]: it takes your skin off. [SPEAKER_04]: Hell yeah, mechanically, a lot of damage.
[SPEAKER_04]: No, mechanically, I love the words under the description as it takes your skin. [SPEAKER_12]: I was gonna say, I think weirdly, like not to get too deep into the semantics of all of this, but it skins you and it takes your skin are two different things. [SPEAKER_03]: Two different things.
[SPEAKER_03]: That's very fair. [SPEAKER_03]: That's true. [SPEAKER_12]: Which one is it? [SPEAKER_03]: It takes your skin. [SPEAKER_03]: It takes your skin. [SPEAKER_12]: That's horrible. [SPEAKER_07]: That's the first thing is it keeps it Don't like that to make more eyes You hear so many screams a lot of people fair I'm doing this to save the world.
[SPEAKER_07]: I'm doing this to save the world. [SPEAKER_07]: Oh God yeah, they're they're aren't as many Employees over there as their once was [SPEAKER_07]: how? [SPEAKER_07]: Next, in that kind of void, you would say it seems like the heroes are a little distracted as the Warhammer of Gideon has infiltrated their warehouse.
[SPEAKER_07]: So you don't notice them doing anything. [SPEAKER_07]: Next up is Merrick. [SPEAKER_12]: All right, I'll keep up my barric performance and I'll also throw another barric inspiration to Brian. [SPEAKER_12]: That's kind of a combined bonus action that I can do both of those at once. [SPEAKER_12]: Cool.
[SPEAKER_12]: I will also cast Ray of Enthablement on, can I cast that via Brian on hold of our? [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, absolutely. [SPEAKER_12]: Great. [SPEAKER_12]: Okay. [SPEAKER_12]: So, I think I just charge up like a little area of Bryant, like a little area on the top of Bryant's forehead lights up and just like a beam shoots out of it at a hold of our.
[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, what's the the save or what's the. [SPEAKER_12]: I believe it is a spell attack, but let me just double [SPEAKER_07]: The raven feeblement blasts out of Brian's forehead And sails on past into the darkness of space. [SPEAKER_12]: Start it! [SPEAKER_12]: Ah shoot, I'll get on next time.
[SPEAKER_12]: I'm just not used to this mech fight stuff. [SPEAKER_12]: Alright, that's okay. [SPEAKER_12]: Hey, everybody keep going y'all or do a great job. [SPEAKER_07]: Next is Indica, who is poisoned. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and because like coughing, I'm okay. [SPEAKER_02]: Don't worry, um, oh god, and I'm rolling it.
[SPEAKER_02]: I think I may have caught with Marica's so sorry. [SPEAKER_13]: Um, allergies. [SPEAKER_02]: Okay, so Indica is going to be like, oh, I got, I'm going to give you a big, a big boost Derek and then like, takes out like a little justice like pendulum type thing and it's just like, here, just kiss, just kiss this, just, just, just, you just have to kiss this.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, smacks out of my hand, hits me in the face. [SPEAKER_02]: I kiss it and then I cast a pendulum on myself. [SPEAKER_02]: That's so fun. [SPEAKER_02]: So I have to make a wisdom save, which I will intentionally fail. [SPEAKER_02]: And on that failure, the next, so I don't make D20 checks anymore to determine results of attack rolls of early checks or saves for the duration in spell.
[SPEAKER_02]: Instead, when I would make a check, it results in the following sequence, [SPEAKER_02]: than that 20, then 2, then 19, and so on. [SPEAKER_02]: That's so cool. [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, I love that. [SPEAKER_02]: And I repeat the save at the end of each of its turns and then the effect on a success.
[SPEAKER_02]: Amazing. [SPEAKER_02]: If all results of the D20 are exhausted, the spell also wins. [SPEAKER_07]: Amazing. [SPEAKER_07]: That's awesome. [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, so at the end of your turn, if you've got, do you have anything else? [SPEAKER_02]: No, that's all I got for now. [SPEAKER_07]: So now I guess at the end of your turn, you have to make a save for the poison condition.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_07]: And you roll a net one and fail. [SPEAKER_07]: Put it doesn't really matter because you're just gonna get a net 20 on your next one next there. [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_07]: And because like coughing like shit. [SPEAKER_02]: Derek, what the hell? [SPEAKER_07]: Oh my god.
[SPEAKER_07]: I think you would technically also get another luck point because you failed to save. [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, that's so fun. [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, where Thalamu you are up looks at Indica being poisoned hanging up along and now clearly deeply cursed, but Thalamu is gonna turn back to the computer.
[SPEAKER_04]: this way I wanted to rule everything. [SPEAKER_04]: I'm surrounded by idiots. [SPEAKER_04]: And in saying that, both of them you click enter, sends an e-mail to the other HQ. [SPEAKER_04]: I want to make it as stupid as possible. [SPEAKER_04]: I'm thinking it's that old YouTube video of the monkey peeing in its own mouth, I send on every single screen on the other HQ as I cast videos laughter on the other [SPEAKER_13]: more of them.
[SPEAKER_07]: Geez. [SPEAKER_07]: What do they have to do? [SPEAKER_04]: They need to make a DC-15. [SPEAKER_04]: I want to say wisdom. [SPEAKER_04]: Wisdom sounds right. [SPEAKER_07]: Yes. [SPEAKER_07]: So as you send this video of a monkey peeing into its own mouth to the entirety of Keepers HQ, you notice [SPEAKER_07]: Many of them, just kind of look at their computers and go, yeah, I've seen this, but a couple people do start laughing, good, let's say that's me.
[SPEAKER_07]: With some of with some of the Dick's Goblins laughing, a whole devar and Brian's head back into combat. [SPEAKER_07]: Hold of our kind of deeks out to one side, juke's back in and goes to swipe at Brian, but a crossbow comes back and hits her right in the hand. [SPEAKER_07]: But as that crossbow hits her right in the hand, crossbow bolt, a blast of star fire reacts to it.
[SPEAKER_07]: And so Casey, yeah. [SPEAKER_07]: Sonya takes four damage from a divine review. [SPEAKER_03]: I need you to know that I am at 36 out of 40 health. [SPEAKER_12]: Oh, that's not bad. [SPEAKER_03]: I'm so good if you did. [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, you have double my health, my thing. [SPEAKER_07]: I feel like great.
[SPEAKER_07]: And after that light flashes and you take that little bit of damage, Brian gets another clock right back into the back of Hulk's Bar. [SPEAKER_07]: And she's not looking good. [SPEAKER_12]: This is going surprisingly well for us. [SPEAKER_12]: I thought we might just lose it on the fight, honestly.
[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, back to the top of the round. [SPEAKER_07]: On all of your computers, pops up a really intensive, multi-factor verification prompt, and I need everyone to give me an intelligence check. [SPEAKER_03]: Oh God. [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, yes. [SPEAKER_07]: Which I believe Indica gets a Nat 20 on.
[SPEAKER_03]: A checker a save. [SPEAKER_07]: Check. [SPEAKER_07]: Because you are seeing how fast you could get through all of these like checks of, you know, click at the images and seeing the weird layers. [SPEAKER_12]: How many stop lights are in this? [SPEAKER_12]: Merrick is fully colorblind and gets a three.
[SPEAKER_04]: Great. [SPEAKER_04]: Okay. [SPEAKER_04]: From putting so many viruses onto the computer, I'm adapted this and I got a net 20. [SPEAKER_04]: Wow, I'm all in here. [SPEAKER_04]: Okay, I'm getting that to my knees. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, we're double-deeming the thing. [SPEAKER_02]: Clicking.
[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, I got a 23, but this is the two net. [SPEAKER_03]: 20s is the way to go. [SPEAKER_07]: So, the roles you just made basically have informed how quickly you've solved this multifactor verification prompt. [SPEAKER_07]: So that will change the order of [SPEAKER_07]: initiative based on how quickly you were able to do it.
[SPEAKER_15]: Whoa! [SPEAKER_07]: Okay, so with that 20s and as we discussed before, better decks, Indica, you're now up first. [SPEAKER_07]: God damn it. [SPEAKER_07]: Your next role is a two. [SPEAKER_07]: Shut up. [SPEAKER_02]: Hey, Brian, check it in. [SPEAKER_02]: How you doing in there, big guy.
[SPEAKER_06]: Honestly, this was going way better than I expected. [SPEAKER_02]: Okay, cool. [SPEAKER_06]: She's kind of a chump. [SPEAKER_02]: If we win, how locked in are you on saving the war or creating an apocalypse, that's the word. [SPEAKER_02]: That's the thing we're doing. [SPEAKER_02]: And can I cast Zone of Truth?
[SPEAKER_02]: Probably. [SPEAKER_13]: as your turn. [SPEAKER_13]: It's so funny. [SPEAKER_13]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_04]: Sure. [SPEAKER_04]: That's good. [SPEAKER_04]: That's good and smart because that circumnavigates the two. [SPEAKER_04]: Yep. [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_07]: So Brian is aware that you've cast a spell and as your friend and possibly you being his best friend is going to fail to save automatically.
[SPEAKER_07]: So he's [SPEAKER_06]: You know, I haven't really given it that much thought to this point It it's honestly I don't know It seems kind of like a bummer to just kind of end everything but yeah Sorry, I'm poisoned No, no, I think I got what America has but I'll be right [SPEAKER_13]: I told you it was allergies.
[SPEAKER_13]: That's not it, it's hell yeah, I got, okay. [SPEAKER_02]: Well yeah, maybe consider not doing it. [SPEAKER_02]: I think maybe Derek wants to switch places with you. [SPEAKER_02]: Maybe you can come back being my assistant. [SPEAKER_02]: He can have the hammer and then he can... Derek wants to be the hero.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I think it's me. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_02]: I think that's funny too, and Derek. [SPEAKER_02]: That guy's an idiot. [SPEAKER_02]: What? [SPEAKER_02]: I am sat right next to you. [SPEAKER_04]: By the way, I just want you to. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's great. [SPEAKER_02]: That's cool.
[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, okay. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, Brian. [SPEAKER_02]: I miss you. [SPEAKER_02]: Kick some butt out there big guy. [SPEAKER_06]: Thanks, bud. [SPEAKER_06]: I'll do my best. [SPEAKER_02]: Love you. [SPEAKER_02]: Talk to you later. [SPEAKER_07]: Talk to you. [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_07]: At the end, yes.
[SPEAKER_07]: At the end of your turn again. [SPEAKER_07]: You make a save for the poison, which you fail. [SPEAKER_02]: Should I have done something to then cut rid of the poison? [SPEAKER_04]: I'm you could. [SPEAKER_04]: I'm wondering I'm also trying to math because okay. [SPEAKER_04]: you didn't do a thing.
[SPEAKER_04]: So the poison's going to fail. [SPEAKER_04]: So then the next thing is that's going to happen as a success, which I think is, then it's going to be the group AOE, um, that you're going to succeed. [SPEAKER_04]: So then it makes the next attack you do is going to be a fail. [SPEAKER_04]: We've accidentally, yeah.
[SPEAKER_04]: So when response, I think Bart is going to get really pissed that you're dissing him during this, and I'm going to cast something. [SPEAKER_04]: You're a little p&p. [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, you have like a free shot on me too. [SPEAKER_04]: Looking at like the goblins in their reaction, and they're like kind of half, not really caring about it reaction.
[SPEAKER_04]: By the time he's got him, angrily reopen the email. [SPEAKER_04]: They didn't find it funny, but you will eat stupid ass and it's sent it to take a... [SPEAKER_04]: So fun, you'll see, this monkey being in its own mouth. [SPEAKER_04]: You fail, so you bust, you bust, no, he... No, I see.
[SPEAKER_04]: Oh, you succeed, you succeed, so it also doesn't work. [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, what's your reaction to seeing this monkey pee in its own mouth? [SPEAKER_02]: Who's Bartolomew and why are they sending me an email with a monkey pee in your mouth? [SPEAKER_02]: I'm just going to block this email.
[SPEAKER_02]: Block. [SPEAKER_02]: Stupid idiot. [SPEAKER_15]: Stupid idiot. [SPEAKER_04]: Stupid idiot. [SPEAKER_04]: I've been here in the Toyota Corolla to do some running stuff. [SPEAKER_04]: Another one of my minions is it. [SPEAKER_04]: And minions running next to my Toyota Corolla. [SPEAKER_04]: It's here like, you know what I'm like.
[UNKNOWN]: Amazing. [SPEAKER_07]: You just hear revving in the background. [SPEAKER_07]: This is revving against the creams. [SPEAKER_07]: The next up is Sonya. [SPEAKER_03]: Oh god. [SPEAKER_03]: So I've accomplished my two goals. [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I've been trying to see what else I can do. [SPEAKER_03]: And all of my abilities take a minute to an hour to perform.
[SPEAKER_03]: So, I don't know what to do, I guess I can listen, I can always go back to the drawing board and try to convince another one of our horrible magic items to join the war. [SPEAKER_03]: Go for it! [SPEAKER_03]: I guess I will try, okay, so the other two items that I mentioned before were the occult engine of Kill Cannon and the demon engine of of Osgraith.
[SPEAKER_12]: No, it was the demon engine of Elgraith, I believe, and it was the void engine of Kill Drain. [SPEAKER_03]: Cool, both engines, I guess, so they're probably just sitting right next to each other. [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, there's in the E-section of the warehouse. [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I picture of them as like.
[SPEAKER_03]: horrible like car engines like an engine block just sitting on a shelf. [SPEAKER_03]: But one has like a bull, like a full bull's head like jutting out. [SPEAKER_03]: And then the other one has wings and floats and like has rings around it as if it were like a Sephiram engine. [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, so I am going to make my way to them, I guess.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_03]: I don't know what they do, so find out together. [SPEAKER_03]: Cool. [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, I will approach them and be like, Well, look who it is, the two, the two great engines of mass destruction and mayhem. [SPEAKER_08]: Well, well, well, look who decide to walk into our section.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, uh, listen. [SPEAKER_03]: I need a favor. [SPEAKER_03]: Okay, uh, the, there's, there's a great sort of cataclysmic cosmic war happening outside and we kind of need to win this one. [SPEAKER_03]: And your motivation in this is that the people that we're fighting, they, uh, they seek to destroy all sort [SPEAKER_03]: of which you both, number of mong.
[SPEAKER_03]: What if we used y'all in the fight in order to ensure your survival and our survival, and maybe bring about the end of the world? [SPEAKER_03]: I'm in. [SPEAKER_03]: Great. [SPEAKER_08]: Can't be in a toy or a crolla. [SPEAKER_03]: Friend. [SPEAKER_08]: I know Julia first. [SPEAKER_03]: Hell yeah.
[SPEAKER_03]: This is great. [SPEAKER_03]: This is good. [SPEAKER_04]: I know just the the fucked up Frank and Dr. Frankenstein He's lines up Mary well, but one next time was gonna be so good. [SPEAKER_04]: That's so good. [SPEAKER_03]: I take an engine block under both arms and go. [SPEAKER_03]: Nope.
[SPEAKER_03]: Nope. [SPEAKER_03]: Okay. [SPEAKER_03]: I go grab a fork. [SPEAKER_07]: Amazing. [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, you get the foreclifed and lift both of those engines bring them up to Bartholomew. [SPEAKER_03]: Make it my way to the lack of freight elevator. [SPEAKER_03]: I don't know if I'm going to get upstairs.
[SPEAKER_02]: It a- Come on, live current. [SPEAKER_02]: You never let me do that. [SPEAKER_02]: What the hell? [SPEAKER_12]: I think I have a special certification for that. [SPEAKER_02]: You said no foreclifed on the stairs, Sonia? [SPEAKER_03]: Special circumstances. [SPEAKER_03]: Dick will be the other way.
[SPEAKER_12]: Never thought I'd hear her say that. [SPEAKER_12]: That's wild. [SPEAKER_12]: It really is the end of the world. [SPEAKER_07]: Yep. [SPEAKER_07]: Merrick, you are up next as you hear this something from the base of the warehouse. [SPEAKER_07]: That is. [SPEAKER_10]: Uh, so, yeah, you're good down there, you need help.
[SPEAKER_10]: I'm good. [SPEAKER_10]: I'm good. [SPEAKER_10]: I'm good. [SPEAKER_10]: You sure? [SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, I'm good. [SPEAKER_12]: Uh, Dendra, what are you doing? [SPEAKER_12]: Can you help Sonya? [SPEAKER_07]: Uh, got, yeah. [SPEAKER_07]: She goes down and hops. [SPEAKER_07]: That's the time her jump really well to hop into the forklift with you.
[SPEAKER_07]: It's a two-seater. [SPEAKER_07]: Damn, that was good. [SPEAKER_07]: Well timed. [SPEAKER_07]: So are you. [SPEAKER_07]: Wow. [SPEAKER_03]: I think just her presence, I'm going up the stairs twice as fast. [SPEAKER_12]: Good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good
[SPEAKER_12]: and I am going to start furiously typing some like really boring employee handbook, legally's sort of stuff into the thing and be like, do you accept all of the terms and conditions of this but really make people like create a thing where you have to actually scroll through and read all of it before you can click accept and send it to the [SPEAKER_12]: opposing HQ and cast sleep.
[SPEAKER_13]: Yes. [SPEAKER_13]: Yes. [SPEAKER_12]: Yes. [SPEAKER_12]: I think you see that. [SPEAKER_12]: Hereby, like the undersigned agrees to review all terms and conditions, and there's this like slow scrolling screen, and you can't go over to another window. [SPEAKER_12]: It's just a slow scroll.
[SPEAKER_07]: I think it just happens. [SPEAKER_07]: Go ahead and roll. [SPEAKER_12]: Yes. [SPEAKER_12]: Okay. [SPEAKER_12]: So sleep. [SPEAKER_12]: The sends creatures into a magical slumber rolling 8D8. [SPEAKER_12]: The result is how many HP of creatures this can affect. [SPEAKER_12]: It starts with sending order of HP.
[SPEAKER_12]: So basically the person with a lowest number of HP goes first and then it goes from there ignoring unconscious [SPEAKER_07]: Well, yeah, the noise is from the keepers headquarters. [SPEAKER_07]: Start to get a little quieter as some of their employees. [SPEAKER_07]: Strangely at the middle of the most important moment of their lives.
[SPEAKER_07]: Drift off into a nice slumber. [SPEAKER_07]: but you didn't quite get all of the employees. [SPEAKER_07]: So, do we're going to once again see hold of our glow and she starts moving real fast. [SPEAKER_07]: As she goes to attack Brian and gets a big swipe right along his chest as she is hastened from the spell and gets her blow in against him for the first time.
[SPEAKER_07]: the top of the order. [SPEAKER_07]: You all kind of start to hear water rushing from everywhere as a surge of water races through the HQ and you all need to make a strength saving throw as a tsunami floods the headquarters. [SPEAKER_07]: Who's doing this to us? [SPEAKER_12]: This is going to be really bad for the electronics.
[SPEAKER_07]: Out of all the toilets. [SPEAKER_07]: Water is just a geyser. [SPEAKER_10]: You know, this is so bad. [SPEAKER_02]: You all have blessed by the way you can add a D4 to this rule if you need. [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, that might be so right. [SPEAKER_07]: But that's everything actually. [SPEAKER_07]: And if you have any luck points, you can use them as well.
[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, I might change everything. [SPEAKER_04]: I have a 16. [SPEAKER_04]: Okay. [SPEAKER_04]: That bless coming in mighty fine. [SPEAKER_12]: I don't even think it'll help. [SPEAKER_12]: I, with bless being a 4, I rolled a 6. [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, no. [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_12]: There's really so bad.
[SPEAKER_03]: Mine's a five on the dice, so the bless brings it up to eight. [SPEAKER_07]: Indica, is this a pass or a fail for you? [SPEAKER_02]: I fail. [SPEAKER_02]: I fail. [SPEAKER_02]: It's a, it's a, it's a net three. [SPEAKER_09]: Oh, my God. [SPEAKER_09]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_07]: Bartholomew is the only one to pass.
[SPEAKER_07]: As you were all swept up in this title wave, everyone but Bartholomew takes 10 damage. [SPEAKER_07]: All right. [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, America's looking really hurt, but just continuing to pull goals out of their suitcase, like nothing is wrong. [SPEAKER_07]: And now we're back up to the top, Indica.
[SPEAKER_07]: It is your turn. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I'll lay on hands, uh, uh, America. [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, thank you. [SPEAKER_07]: What is lay on hands? [SPEAKER_02]: Uh, your blessed touch can heal wounds. [SPEAKER_02]: You have a pool of healing power that replenishes and you take along rest. [SPEAKER_02]: With that pool, you can restore a total number of hit points equal to five times your paled and level.
[SPEAKER_07]: Ooh. [SPEAKER_07]: How much are you given? [SPEAKER_07]: Merber over there. [SPEAKER_02]: Plus 20 health to you, friend. [SPEAKER_12]: Wow hold on that might actually be more than I can take so let me let's see what my max hp is Okay, that puts me one under full. [SPEAKER_12]: So that's great.
[SPEAKER_03]: Thank you. [SPEAKER_12]: Wow, and because that was so helpful. [SPEAKER_12]: Thank you so much [SPEAKER_12]: You have no problem. [SPEAKER_12]: Oh my god, are you okay? [SPEAKER_02]: No, I've been saying that for like an hour now. [SPEAKER_12]: I don't think I can help you. [SPEAKER_12]: Is the problem?
[SPEAKER_12]: I don't think I have anything to tell. [SPEAKER_12]: Do you want a bird? [SPEAKER_02]: No, no. [SPEAKER_02]: I know HR. [SPEAKER_02]: I know HR can never help. [SPEAKER_02]: That's what you guys do. [SPEAKER_02]: That's what's great about you. [SPEAKER_12]: Oh, wait. [SPEAKER_12]: Hold on.
[SPEAKER_12]: Do we need to talk about this? [SPEAKER_02]: Did I say something wrong? [SPEAKER_12]: Are you being sincere? [SPEAKER_02]: Absolutely. [SPEAKER_12]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_12]: Merrick looks so crestfallen as they hear that their job doesn't help anyone Is that go to the end of your turn? [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, and then I pass the poison check.
[SPEAKER_02]: You pass the poison check Wow, telling Merrick how I feel like a great job really just solved everything I feel like that was that was weighing me down actually. [SPEAKER_02]: That's a big Was it boys and you're just my conscience [SPEAKER_12]: It feels really bad. [SPEAKER_12]: Is this how you were feeling?
[SPEAKER_04]: Which means we're now on to Bartholomew. [SPEAKER_04]: Standing on the table. [SPEAKER_04]: Because I'm imagining it's a little flooded still. [SPEAKER_04]: Yes. [SPEAKER_04]: I'm gonna, I want to run over to the engine. [SPEAKER_04]: Uh-huh. [SPEAKER_04]: This is people on this office that I don't care about.
[SPEAKER_04]: I just kinda wanna kick one of them into the engine. [SPEAKER_04]: Make a weird freak. [SPEAKER_04]: See how quickly I can make one of my weird pandemic freaks. [SPEAKER_12]: This is wild. [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, go ahead. [SPEAKER_07]: This could be I think a couple checks here. [SPEAKER_07]: The first one will be, however you think you get someone into the engine.
[SPEAKER_07]: Whatever ability or skill you think that that's gonna be. [SPEAKER_07]: Can I have it be intimidation? [SPEAKER_07]: Absolutely, yes. [SPEAKER_07]: You look around and you see a small family of dwarves that you have hated for as long as you could remember, they're the the Puts family. [SPEAKER_04]: Puts, quit what you doing, come here.
[SPEAKER_02]: You're all assembled You can make them a megazoid. [SPEAKER_02]: You can make up a megazoid. [SPEAKER_04]: What's the megazoid look at this engine it needs this engine needs your attention right now The only way to bring the apocalypse to make sure the apocalypse happens is to look real close to this engine and then when they all look I'm gonna push them all in That's a 24 [SPEAKER_07]: Really good intimidation.
[SPEAKER_07]: The entirety of the Puts family and also some of their ancestors at people who have not been born yet. [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_07]: Get sucked into the demon engine of Eldorath. [SPEAKER_05]: Beat. [SPEAKER_07]: And then give me, I don't know, a intelligence check to work your magic to make this into a Toyota Corolla.
[SPEAKER_04]: That's an at 20, baby. [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, yeah, you were missing. [SPEAKER_02]: That's 20, baby. [SPEAKER_02]: This was a mega-sort. [SPEAKER_15]: This is mega-sort. [SPEAKER_04]: I do exactly what the sole engine desires that I make a weird Toyota Corolla sole engine mega-sort. [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, you.
[SPEAKER_07]: Multiple Toyota Corolla's Come together to make this like he buy Peter humanoid Full of the pots family and Because song just like oh God who then [SPEAKER_07]: Pop set of existence, and it pops back into existence that the keepers headquarters taking a couple floors with it. [SPEAKER_07]: And as it is larger than the space that it came into, and just starts swinging around, absolutely destroying their headquarters.
[SPEAKER_07]: there's like one guy left over there and he's got, and he's got big and fish to fry I don't know what he's got what I'm talking about, next up is Sonya who just watched the Putz Megazord that's what you asked me to do right that's what you wanted me to do I did it, I did it because you asked me to [SPEAKER_12]: So he's got so much blood on her hand now.
[SPEAKER_03]: You asked me to. [SPEAKER_03]: So they're like shakily pulls out a flat. [SPEAKER_03]: The puts family is on me. [SPEAKER_03]: Great. [SPEAKER_03]: So I turned to the engine of Kill Drain. [SPEAKER_03]: I'm like, [SPEAKER_03]: Do you want to be a car guy too? [SPEAKER_03]: Like, what do you want to be a car guy?
[SPEAKER_08]: Well, I would love to be part of a big old car engine. [SPEAKER_12]: Ooh, okay. [SPEAKER_08]: Great. [SPEAKER_08]: Rave me up. [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, well, great. [SPEAKER_03]: I'm gonna, uh, [SPEAKER_03]: I call back my chart of creation from Brian. [SPEAKER_03]: I'm gonna turn it into, I'm gonna turn it into like, because it can't be big.
[SPEAKER_03]: So it's gonna be medium sized. [SPEAKER_03]: I turn it into like one of those like Fisher price, like Flintstone cars. [SPEAKER_03]: Sure, yeah, and load the engine into the back there by motorizing it and I'm like What can you do with this? [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, I can do a lot at he kind of like [SPEAKER_07]: Pudders away out through the main entrance.
[SPEAKER_03]: Is that the little teleport? [SPEAKER_07]: The little teleport? [SPEAKER_07]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_07]: Cod, okay. [SPEAKER_07]: And on the after the door is closed, on the screen, you've seen it's grown a little bit in size and Brian is sitting in this little Fisher price car ready to charge at hold of our.
[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, great, that's all I got. [SPEAKER_07]: Merrick you're up next. [SPEAKER_12]: Right. [SPEAKER_12]: I guess does it seem like the it would be more helpful to mess with the HQ on the other side or to mess with the Zord. [SPEAKER_07]: The Zord. [SPEAKER_07]: There's after we've gotten the Putts Mega Zord in the HQ.
[SPEAKER_07]: There's not a whole lot. [SPEAKER_12]: Great. [SPEAKER_07]: Going on over there. [SPEAKER_12]: Okay, I'm gonna send the orb that I stole a long time ago to Brian and saying, hey man, I just let this hit the ground. [SPEAKER_12]: I don't know what it does. [SPEAKER_12]: So I'll send that and then if I can do that as a bonus action or an object interaction, I will then use my action to cast shatter underneath hold of our love.
[SPEAKER_12]: Yeah, so there's a basically like it releases this big like boom ringing noise and it's a concept what does she have to get? [SPEAKER_12]: It is a DC 14. [SPEAKER_07]: This explosion happens underneath the whole of our and it hits her but it doesn't quite do no it doesn't take full purchase.
[SPEAKER_12]: Shoot okay [SPEAKER_12]: That's 14 damage. [SPEAKER_07]: Hey, that's something. [SPEAKER_07]: Next up is Brian from this Fisher Price car. [SPEAKER_07]: He revs the engine of Kildrain and charges towards Haldivar who flourishes her sword as she charges back. [SPEAKER_07]: The two meet in a blinding explosion of energy.
[SPEAKER_07]: Still blinded, you hear the clanking of metal on metal through your monitors and then a scream of anguish. [SPEAKER_07]: You regain your sight and see Brian standing over hold of our swinging path forged down on her. [SPEAKER_07]: As it connects, her body starts to turn inside out and almost glitch as the labyrinth tries to create a pathway to something already inside the labyrinth.
[SPEAKER_07]: Until it cannot do that anymore. [SPEAKER_07]: and she blips from existence. [SPEAKER_03]: Huge, huge, huge. [SPEAKER_07]: In this moment, Brian turns to the seal holding back the void and raises path forward to strike at it. [SPEAKER_07]: What do you do? [SPEAKER_02]: Hold on there, Jethro.
[SPEAKER_02]: Brian, so anyone who says something to you really quick, here's Sonya, you're on the god-mic. [SPEAKER_03]: This is cool being on the god-mic. [SPEAKER_03]: What if? [SPEAKER_03]: Liz, I know we all sort of hyped up the apocalypse. [SPEAKER_03]: So what if we sort of over-hyped it? [SPEAKER_03]: Like, you really think you're going to get smut on the other side of this?
[SPEAKER_09]: Still like anything else that he likes or is he just completely smut motivated? [SPEAKER_04]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_04]: He's just a lady smut motivated. [SPEAKER_04]: I hate him. [SPEAKER_04]: That's the opinion. [SPEAKER_12]: It's like, oh, snap, snap, snap thing. [SPEAKER_12]: Like, is that, do you have people at home?
[SPEAKER_12]: Like, is it just... Yeah, there's no family. [SPEAKER_12]: Is it just the books? [SPEAKER_02]: Just the books. [SPEAKER_12]: But, Indica, you guys are friends. [SPEAKER_12]: You should try to talk them down. [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, here, Brian. [SPEAKER_02]: Asses you. [SPEAKER_02]: You're, you're, you're, you're, hey, Brian, it's, it's, it's Indica.
[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, you're kind of the strongest being in the universe right now. [SPEAKER_02]: I think stronger than my mom, sorry mom. [SPEAKER_02]: You're kind of the boss. [SPEAKER_02]: So you can, you can do whatever you want. [SPEAKER_12]: Whatever I want with in reason. [SPEAKER_02]: You could. [SPEAKER_02]: maybe promote Bartholomew and do a new type of apocalypse where and like all of us too can get promoted to who's to say, but you can make maybe a new apocalypse where like we do end most of the universe but we just keep a little part of it for us.
[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe make a universe for Bartholomew to rule over. [SPEAKER_02]: Yes. [SPEAKER_02]: Maristian. [SPEAKER_02]: I don't know. [SPEAKER_02]: Be healthy somewhere in Sonya, Sonya, Sonya, I think Sonya wants to date someone. [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, what? [SPEAKER_02]: Who said that? [SPEAKER_02]: I'm clear, who?
[SPEAKER_02]: Ha ha ha ha. [SPEAKER_02]: No. [SPEAKER_02]: Do you remember, do you remember, Dendra, Brian? [SPEAKER_02]: I think I think Sonya said. [SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, she was my neighbor. [SPEAKER_06]: She was my desk neighbor. [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. [SPEAKER_02]: Did she ever talk about Sonya, by the way?
[SPEAKER_02]: We're not shut up. [SPEAKER_02]: Well, wait, really? [SPEAKER_02]: Huh. [SPEAKER_02]: And ultimately, Brian, my last pitch, remember the seagull. [SPEAKER_02]: What does the seagull mean? [SPEAKER_02]: The seagull is your dreams. [SPEAKER_02]: And it's beautiful when you're chasing it. [SPEAKER_02]: Because when you chase the seagull, that is your dreams, like the beauty of your dreams.
[SPEAKER_02]: But once you catch the seagull, and it's dead and cold in your hands, you realize, [SPEAKER_02]: that this thing isn't what you wanted. [SPEAKER_02]: It's a new sequel. [SPEAKER_02]: So think about it this way. [SPEAKER_02]: If we do the apocalypse, we're going to be so sad because we finally killed the sequel.
[SPEAKER_13]: Well, that's really deep. [SPEAKER_04]: What do you do? [SPEAKER_04]: That's what the sequel is about. [SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, they're enjoying the screen. [SPEAKER_04]: That was about a little live sequel. [SPEAKER_04]: It was just kind of cool and hanging out in the middle of the day or whatever.
[SPEAKER_07]: On all of your screens, you see Brian, [SPEAKER_07]: teleport away from the seal, halting back the void, and appear in the office with you. [SPEAKER_06]: Is this what everybody wants? [SPEAKER_06]: Is nobody really want the ad? [SPEAKER_06]: The apocalypse anymore? [SPEAKER_06]: Is this what you're feeling, everybody?
[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, I look over at Besslara. [SPEAKER_07]: She is not in this part of the office. [SPEAKER_07]: He's asking the like, John, okay. [SPEAKER_07]: Employee populace. [SPEAKER_07]: Well, if it comes down to a vote, I just killed like, [SPEAKER_04]: Seven of them. [SPEAKER_04]: So, I think we have the majority.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah, the putses were pro of Harry pro apocalypse. [SPEAKER_04]: Very pro-apocalypse. [SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, it's people. [SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, I just think if we kind of have the apocalypse, there's sort of nothing to do tomorrow, you know? [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, they're like, once you do it himself or something, I don't know where you want.
[SPEAKER_04]: I want to do it myself. [SPEAKER_04]: I just kind of, I just, I... [SPEAKER_04]: I don't I want I still want the apocalypse to happen. [SPEAKER_04]: It's just like I the the apocalypse would mean like the end of everything and everything would just be kind of like a pointless void What's the joy and fun in the world?
[SPEAKER_04]: You know you're never gonna be able to feel the sun on your face you're never gonna be able to [SPEAKER_04]: skin another person it's just it feels you know here that song you love again watch your favorite movie I've been really wanting to put a human insider alien green kia soul It's really disturbing stuff psychologically Trust me much better than what he was doing a thousand years ago [SPEAKER_07]: Brian looks at the four of you, it takes in this information, and says to Bartholomew, set up the cube, and teleports out.
[SPEAKER_07]: Huge set up the cube. [SPEAKER_07]: I'm setting up the cube. [SPEAKER_11]: The cube of hate? [SPEAKER_07]: The tool, my infinite cube of hate. [SPEAKER_11]: The infinite, what you're going to do with the infinite cube of hate? [SPEAKER_07]: He pops back in holding Boslara by her robes. [SPEAKER_07]: The mom, what have you done?
[SPEAKER_09]: I thought we were going to use the embryo cube of eight. [SPEAKER_02]: I think it was like a company decision, wasn't really... [SPEAKER_02]: This is Dougie's fault, this was Dougie's idea, actually. [SPEAKER_04]: Doug, yeah. [SPEAKER_12]: It was Dougie, he sent me full steam to it through Doug.
[SPEAKER_12]: Oh no, void mother, we'll do our best to avenge you. [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_04]: Oh shoot, won't get him next time. [SPEAKER_04]: But all of you is fully holding the cube and slowly puts it on the crafted front of him. [SPEAKER_04]: And it's like, yeah, Doug, what the hell? [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, no, don't make me this Doug is making a save the world [SPEAKER_07]: The last things that Boslara hears as she gets lowered into the infinite cube of hate is the four of you just con just blaming Doug as he goes into this cube of just pure vile energy that no one really knows what goes on in there and Brian the herald of the irrevocable apocalypse.
[SPEAKER_07]: points path forage at Bartholomew and goes, you wanted this right as in path forage itself? [SPEAKER_07]: No, no, this is mine, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no [SPEAKER_07]: like it's like a Pope hat.
[SPEAKER_03]: It's so real for thing. [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, [SPEAKER_07]: It's the hat.
[SPEAKER_07]: It's the hat, it's the hat. [SPEAKER_07]: Ryan then gets on the godmic to all of the employees and uses his powers to expand it to the rest of the labyrinth. [SPEAKER_06]: Hey, everybody out, Brian, the have the hairl of the irrevocable apocalypse. [SPEAKER_06]: Post-large is no more, you know, Derek's in charge, so, listen to him now, God.
[SPEAKER_04]: Both of them, you. [UNKNOWN]: Who? [SPEAKER_06]: It's a new net. [SPEAKER_04]: It's a new net. [SPEAKER_04]: It's a new net. [SPEAKER_04]: It's a new net. [SPEAKER_04]: It's a new net. [SPEAKER_04]: It's a new net. [SPEAKER_04]: It's a new net. [SPEAKER_06]: It's a new net. [SPEAKER_06]: It's a new net.
[SPEAKER_06]: It's a new net. [SPEAKER_06]: It's a new net. [SPEAKER_07]: It's a new net. [SPEAKER_07]: It's a new net. [SPEAKER_07]: It's a new net. [SPEAKER_07]: It's a new net. [SPEAKER_07]: It's a new net. [SPEAKER_07]: It's a new net. [SPEAKER_07]: It's a new net. [SPEAKER_07]: It's a new net.
[SPEAKER_07]: It's a new net. [SPEAKER_07]: Pretty you went up to now that you've been in charge for a bit.
[SPEAKER_07]: It's going on. [SPEAKER_04]: I immediately turns around to everyone the second this kind of happens. [SPEAKER_04]: Alright everyone, that was a good break. [SPEAKER_04]: I'll see you all on Monday, I guess. [SPEAKER_04]: We'll take the weekend. [SPEAKER_04]: I think we can't. [SPEAKER_12]: Hey, Kit, do I still get to do Morrell?
[SPEAKER_09]: I know you were really big on the firings and the cube of hate sort of thing under new management. [SPEAKER_09]: Do we still get to do the HR stuff or? [SPEAKER_04]: I get one firing per quarter century decade. [SPEAKER_12]: Buy annually. [SPEAKER_04]: What? [SPEAKER_04]: Oh, I'm into the more.
[SPEAKER_04]: Yeah. [SPEAKER_12]: No, no, no. [SPEAKER_15]: Oh, no. [SPEAKER_13]: No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no [SPEAKER_12]: I've never been a technical shader.
[SPEAKER_12]: I just want people to be happy. [SPEAKER_04]: And my new office is going to be in the warehouse. [SPEAKER_04]: You don't come directly to me. [SPEAKER_04]: You speak to my son. [SPEAKER_04]: And then he brings notes to me. [SPEAKER_04]: Oh yeah, Papa. [SPEAKER_04]: Good job. [SPEAKER_04]: Also, mandatory.
[SPEAKER_04]: There will be a theatre performance led by my son. [SPEAKER_04]: whenever he kind of feels like it. [SPEAKER_12]: We don't have an about face on Indica. [SPEAKER_04]: Where he's my boy. [SPEAKER_02]: Where do we go Vanya next week? [SPEAKER_07]: It's all check on. [SPEAKER_07]: Merrick, what happens with you?
[SPEAKER_12]: Merrick? [SPEAKER_12]: feels a little socially bolster by all of these experiences and I think that maybe outside of work they start going to a couple of like little meetups and social things and just trying to do some stuff outside of work to enjoy the years that come after the apocalypse that they never knew that they would have.
[SPEAKER_12]: And I think they have all of these little mugs made like their, you know, best assistant regional manager of HR for each of the people that were involved in this, for, for, for Bartholomew and Sonia and Dendra Brian and Indica, and then I think they, there's like a little talking head. [SPEAKER_12]: where they have all of these little wrapped presents in front of them and also just like four seagulls just perched around them.
[SPEAKER_12]: And they just say maybe the real apocalypse was the friends we made along the way. [SPEAKER_07]: Indica, how are you and your new mommy? [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I think Indica is like in his office and it's like, you know, this is great. [SPEAKER_02]: New Papa way better than old mama. [SPEAKER_02]: And...
[SPEAKER_02]: I understand all my siblings now hate me, because I'm the favorite. [SPEAKER_02]: And then, just like, kind of like swapples in their chair, turns around and it's like, looking at a picture of like, Bartholomew, Merrick, Sonya, and Brian all doing the seagull, and it's like, this place isn't so bad, and then takes a sip out of their mug that says, Bartholomew is the best ad.
[SPEAKER_14]: That's what their mugs is. [SPEAKER_15]: Yeah, that's crazy. [SPEAKER_07]: Oh, god. [SPEAKER_07]: Sonia. [SPEAKER_03]: I think... [SPEAKER_03]: Indica, you like at some point when you're at home, you go outside and on your front lawn is a foreclift with a note card that just says, and what the f**k. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
[SPEAKER_03]: I think there's a shiny pair of keys and I think there's just like a silent shot of Dindra and Sonya playing mini golf. [SPEAKER_03]: Like just spending time together. [SPEAKER_03]: That's pretty neat. [SPEAKER_03]: Sonja keeps working here and is a little more attentive to the upkeep of the engine of Algarath and Keldrain and is doing her best to try and lock down the war hammer of Gideon.
[SPEAKER_07]: it's somewhere it's somewhere as the days pass the infinite cube of hate has been left in the office as a reminder of what happened no one else has been put in but similarly to looking up in the sky for Santa on Christmas [SPEAKER_07]: Every so often, you'll just hear in the distance as Brian travels throughout the Labyrinth.
[SPEAKER_07]: Deep in the roots of each or so, need hog is still there. [SPEAKER_07]: Still eating, still waiting for the apocalypse to end at some point. [SPEAKER_07]: But that day is not today.
