This is the first episode of a mini series that focuses on Shadow Work. In this episode I explain what shadow work is, where the term comes from, and how we can use our astrology placements to help identify our shadow. In the coming weeks I'll be diving into the various shadow archetypes, how those archetypes relate to astrology, and ultimately how to integrate our shadow into our conscious world.
