What of Martin Amis’s legacy will survive the 21st Century?

This summer, on what would have been Martin Amis’s 77th birthday (25 August 2026), My Martin Amis took to the stage at 21 Soho in Central London for its second annual live show.

Joining Jack Aldane for the evening was Kevin Power (novelist, essayist and contributor to The Cambridge Companion to Martin Amis (cambridge.org/core/books/abs/cambridge-compani…)), the novelist Leon Craig, and Will Lloyd , senior writer for the FT Weekend.

Before a packed-out venue, the four tackled the essential question: What of Martin Amis’s legacy will survive the 21st Century?
