SUMMARY ⤵️
A lot of people have asked me for my daily schedule, and how I used it to build my automation agency, Make.com automations, etc while also running the YouTube channel. Mine is a little unconventional, but I thought I'd record a video for you on it.

TLDR:
- I know a lot of people have defined schedules (say, work "starts" at 7:00am), but personally I've always operated best when I prioritize my sleep and then let the rest follow.
- My schedule is loosely structured around maximizing 'deep work' time. I usually get at least 4 hours/day, sometimes more. If you're unfamiliar with this concept check out Cal Newport's Deep Work.
- My priority is my business. So I spend most of my time on it, especially soon after I wake up. I do not frontload 'holistic' activities like meditation, deep work, cold plunges, etc. There's time for that later.
- I don't burn out because I don't view my business time as strenuous or challenging—I view it as fun! I'm playing an infinite game with infinite people and I wake up most mornings feeling great about it. Highly recommend the frame shift.
