On Healing with Edwin Flavin

Edwin and his wife Deirdre have created something so special along the Copper Coast @thehotpod.ie (instagram.com/thehotpod.ie?igsh=NHJvMnNhOHIzbzAw) saunas now in Dungarvan, Dunmore East and Kilmurrin! Ed is a gifted energy healer, hypnotherapist, shaman and one of the kindest souls I know. He also hosts Native American Sweat lodges twice a year at his home.

In this episode we touch on so much...

🔥 How The Hot Pod began and how the sauna is the new pub
🌿 Grief, healing & honouring what our loved ones would want for us
✨ Leaving the 9-5 to follow your soul’s calling
🌀 Sweat lodges & meditative experiences
💫 Equal energy exchanges and friendship shifts
