ONE HOT TAKE: Hamnet w/ Katie Walsh

This is our NEW RELEASE review podcast, ONE HOT TAKE.

What makes Hamnet ultimately work is the force of its climax, a devastating convergence of Jessie Buckley's magnificent performance, memory, and grief-stricken belated recognition.

Synopsis:

After losing their son Hamnet to plague, Agnes and William Shakespeare grapple with grief in 16th-century England. A healer, Agnes must find strength to care for her surviving children while processing her devastating loss.
