DS9 s3e3 “The House of Quark”

A Klingon episode that Matt actually likes? And can a regular, standard fantastic episode get 10 Andys? Have Keiko and O'Brien gone from a couple of wet noodles to Star Trek's horniest couple?
Also, possible SPOILERS for those who practice:
8:00ish STAR TREK: PICARD
35:00ish-39:00ish STAR TREK (2009) Romulus stuff
1:14ish VOYAGER
[Episode discussion begins around 1:37]
