DS9 s4e14 "Return to Grace"

It's back-to-back weirdos being weird about Kira, but this time it's Dukat! In an A plot that runs the length of the episode without check-ins back at the station, Kira and the ex-Gul enter a game of cat and mouse (or Bird of Prey and defrocked Cardassian?) and Matt and Andy are along for the ride.
