[SPEAKER_00]: Hi beautiful people, welcome to also call I'm your host Taine here for this week's reality show ramble. [SPEAKER_00]: Well, kind of, it is reality show rambul, but I am gonna be talking about two scripted TV shows. [SPEAKER_00]: This week, but we will get some rambul on reality TV. [SPEAKER_00]: Before I get into it, let me give you some housekeeping.

[SPEAKER_00]: For those of you in the DC area, I will be at the Bryce and Wens of Iber 50 event. [SPEAKER_00]: Next week, so if you're there, I will be there, come say hi. [SPEAKER_00]: Let me know if you're gonna be there. [SPEAKER_00]: Um, a 90 day before the 90 day tell all is coming out finally, it's going to be a two partner.

[SPEAKER_00]: They have the good sense to make it just two parts because these people do not deserve to have more than two, honestly, if not one. [SPEAKER_00]: So that is going to be covered. [SPEAKER_00]: I will be covering that on Patreon. [SPEAKER_00]: So you can find that on patreon.com slash [SPEAKER_00]: I have mentioned this before, but reminding you that Brian and I will be covering Love is Blind Poland.

[SPEAKER_00]: That's coming out in May, but I don't know, Love is Blind is going global y'all, but that's all the housekeeping that I have. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to get into the shows today. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to be talking about imperfect women, beef season two, million dollar secret, beyond the villa.

[SPEAKER_00]: and below deck down under. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, I'll start with imperfect women. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm not going to... [SPEAKER_00]: going to detail with this show because there's no way to talk about this show without giving spoilers. [SPEAKER_00]: And that we're ruining the entirety of the watch for you.

[SPEAKER_00]: But I'm talking about scripted TV because we are being so fed with reality TV that I am so behind on scripted TV. [SPEAKER_00]: All of my usual shows I have not watched because I'm trying to keep up with reality TV. [SPEAKER_00]: So [SPEAKER_00]: I think last weekend, it's been my first free weekend in a while.

[SPEAKER_00]: I just, you know, cheated myself to, I'm just gonna watch, um, script at TV. [SPEAKER_00]: And that's what I did. [SPEAKER_00]: And imperfect human was one of them. [SPEAKER_00]: It's only eight episodes I want to say, and there's one more episode to go. [SPEAKER_00]: So you can binge it instead of watching it week to week later, everybody else.

[SPEAKER_00]: Um, I'm kind of glad that I binge did and didn't have to wait every, um, every. [SPEAKER_00]: week. [SPEAKER_00]: Now I'm going to weekly schedule, but that's also because there's only two more episodes left. [SPEAKER_00]: But the show stars carry Washington, Elizabeth Moss, and Kate Marra as Eleanor Mary and Nancy.

[SPEAKER_00]: They have three best friends. [SPEAKER_00]: They've been friends for forever. [SPEAKER_00]: They're three completely different women. [SPEAKER_00]: And Nancy gets murdered and it's basically a who done it of secret lies and to see like who did it? [SPEAKER_00]: There's one more episode to go and I'm still like who the heck killed Nancy because Again, like I said, I'm not gonna fully talk about this in death about the show because it was spoiled it and I Do recommend that I hope that you do go watch it.

[SPEAKER_00]: It is on Apple TV. [SPEAKER_00]: I will Apple plus TV whichever one [SPEAKER_00]: and what the show does very well is they do a good job of making you feel like you know who did it, but every episode you find out that you know nothing John Snow and every episode we find out something new and we're like, oh snap, these people, everyone's leaving like different lives and dark lives and everyone has a secret.

[SPEAKER_00]: So [SPEAKER_00]: Topmatch acting all around, everyone is bringing their best, but I will just say like, I do care watching things being styled, I really like to style, let me not speak for everybody, but I really like her style on this show. [SPEAKER_00]: But I will just say that care watching can I help herself in these TV shows when it comes to lost thing after a married white man.

[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, check it out in perfect women. [SPEAKER_00]: I enjoy it, the last episode is coming out and then maybe you can wait for that and then you can binge it, it's coming out next week. [SPEAKER_00]: So check that out and let me know what you think about the show. [SPEAKER_00]: The second script to show that I watched in one sitting was beef season two.

[SPEAKER_00]: If you didn't watch season one, it was so great and it was just like watching a safety movie, like just the adrenaline was just off the charts and then you're thinking what are they gonna do [SPEAKER_00]: At first, when I heard there was going to be a season two, I was like, why? [SPEAKER_00]: Why are we having a season two?

[SPEAKER_00]: Because Hollywood doesn't know how to end things. [SPEAKER_00]: They just want to keep things going even when they shouldn't. [SPEAKER_00]: Then I found out that it was going to be like an anthology and it's going to be a completely different and new cast. [SPEAKER_00]: And I'm like, okay, we can do something with this.

[SPEAKER_00]: I'll just go ahead and tell you that I completely enjoyed this. [SPEAKER_00]: It was completely unhinged. [SPEAKER_00]: and I just was in it for the ride and I enjoyed it. [SPEAKER_00]: Maybe it's the right time, right? [SPEAKER_00]: Show situation. [SPEAKER_00]: I wasn't sure where it was going, but I will say, I always try to be objective no matter how much I like a show.

[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think they stuck the landing with this, but overall, majority show was good that I'm willing to overlook that. [SPEAKER_00]: The show stars like Oscar Isaac, Carrie Mulligan, Charles Melton, [SPEAKER_00]: in there. [SPEAKER_00]: So let me give you a synopsis. [SPEAKER_00]: Lindsey and Josh, that's Oscar Isaac and Caramel again, work at the Country Club and they're, I don't know, they're being bought over the new owner is coming over from South Korea.

[SPEAKER_00]: and they're all preparing for the huge change or what's gonna happen. [SPEAKER_00]: Their marriage isn't a slump. [SPEAKER_00]: Like they've been married for a couple of years and it's not the best has ever been. [SPEAKER_00]: It's pretty bad, actually. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm not gonna say it wasn't that bad.

[SPEAKER_00]: They're not having sex. [SPEAKER_00]: They sleep in separate rooms while he jerks off every night to porn and they fight all the time. [SPEAKER_00]: And one day they have a very, very terrible fight. [SPEAKER_00]: Austin and Ashley are a younger couple, they're engaged, they work at the club, but she's like a, she works like the beverage card and then he's part-time trainer at the gym and they come to return his wallet.

[SPEAKER_00]: I think he left it at the club and they walk into them having one of their terrible, terrible, terrible fights that does not look good at all. [SPEAKER_00]: We have contacts to the fight, they don't. [SPEAKER_00]: Ashley on, unbeknownst to them is filming the whole fight. [SPEAKER_00]: and it just looks worse on camera.

[SPEAKER_00]: At some point there were drinking red wine and he got spilled and he looked like blood and he looked like he had a golf cart and was threatening her. [SPEAKER_00]: It was just fat all around. [SPEAKER_00]: But they decided to, you know, take that into their hands and use it to blackmail Josh into our higher position because she finds out that she has a health condition.

[SPEAKER_00]: She needs insurance and she wants to get insurance to treat her condition. [SPEAKER_00]: So she blackmail seeming to getting [SPEAKER_00]: For lack of a better word, the beef between the two couples begin because Josh doesn't appreciate being blackmailed neither does Lindsay and she wants to do terrible things, but he's like, it's fine.

[SPEAKER_00]: I can just let it go. [SPEAKER_00]: They're going through their whole things. [SPEAKER_00]: And then they have that terrible fight. [SPEAKER_00]: They're still in each other's corner and they have their own secrets that they're working with and and bestling money from the company. [SPEAKER_00]: And listen, Austin and Ashley were batched from jump.

[SPEAKER_00]: The way they were presented to us, they're codependent couple, they're very young, they've never fought in their lives, so they think like fighting is like the ultimate sin. [SPEAKER_00]: In a relationship, and I'm gonna get spoilery now, because somewhere along the line, we lost the plot of the beef.

[SPEAKER_00]: Now I told you like the beef was like, nobody likes being black males. [SPEAKER_00]: So between that black male, it was like, oh, we are going to, [SPEAKER_00]: get back at them and maybe pin something on Ashley. [SPEAKER_00]: Now that she's working for the company and you know, that started there, then there was another layer of the beef.

[SPEAKER_00]: Again, I'm getting spoiler if you plan on watching this. [SPEAKER_00]: But [SPEAKER_00]: Part of her health condition was that she found that that she had like a ovarian torsion I think it was called she had a system there and then she needed to have surgery now he could have called a doctor he being Josh called a doctor to help her because the thing about Josh being the manager of the country club he knows everyone around in [SPEAKER_00]: they're crowd.

[SPEAKER_00]: And he says the only thing you need to do is delete the video from the cloud, because you can't keep blackmailing me. [SPEAKER_00]: And she's like, fuck you, I'm not going to do that. [SPEAKER_00]: That's your, that's on you. [SPEAKER_00]: The only reason he's called is because the new owner, chairwoman park really likes Ashley.

[SPEAKER_00]: And so she tells him to help. [SPEAKER_00]: So he's like, fine, if you're not going to do it, I'm not going to call a doctor and I'm just going to leave you and he does. [SPEAKER_00]: He walks out doesn't call to doctor. [SPEAKER_00]: She has to have surgery and she uses her ovary and that's where part two of the beef starts where she's like, I'm going to ruin your life and whatever I can do to make your life miserable, I'm going to do that.

[SPEAKER_00]: guys, at some point there's a scene where she breaks into his house and she, um, how do I see this? [SPEAKER_00]: Dips her hand in herself get some menstrual blood and dips it into the orange juice that he has in his refrigerator and mixes it in like, we're barf, so gross, but that's how deep the bar, I said the barf, [SPEAKER_00]: that's how deep the beef went.

[SPEAKER_00]: So at some point we include all the masks involved with chairwoman Park and then her translator, not really because she speaks English units, but this is where it becomes a roller coaster and you have to strap on for the ride, suspend some disbelief and just ride with it. [SPEAKER_00]: Like [SPEAKER_00]: The bee flying's got really blurry because at some point they all became friends, they sat having hard-tart talks, and then their enemy becomes chairwoman park and not each other, and once they head to South Korea, all hell breaks loose, and then it's just like.

[SPEAKER_00]: struck on people. [SPEAKER_00]: So, I don't know, it was fun. [SPEAKER_00]: I know that they didn't stick the landing, but even that was fun. [SPEAKER_00]: We're another reason we have to suspend disbelief is like, at some point, Ashley decides she wants to have a baby. [SPEAKER_00]: She has a connection to an OBGYN.

[SPEAKER_00]: We see Austin put hand sanitizer in his sperm sample. [SPEAKER_00]: How to hack to take it a viable embryo? [SPEAKER_00]: As far as I know, that is contaminated, and they hire any because it's sanitizer, but they do get a [SPEAKER_00]: For those of you who have watched it, the OBGYN in the show is very real, Tais Aliabadi.

[SPEAKER_00]: She is the OBGYN to the stars, to the Kardashians, to Kimura Simmons. [SPEAKER_00]: Like, she's in a lot of reality shows, so it kind of fits in with the show, right? [SPEAKER_00]: That she's in there. [SPEAKER_00]: And she was the one who caught Olivia Munts cancer early due to a screening that she suggested for her.

[SPEAKER_00]: So she is real. [SPEAKER_00]: We never see her, but we hear her name. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't understand the end also, because I don't understand how Austin went through all [SPEAKER_00]: Pick, chairwoman Park, and give her the USB. [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I guess it's because of money, but why go back to Ashley and live an unhappy life?

[SPEAKER_00]: I did not understand that at all. [SPEAKER_00]: Thor and Angel had to journey. [SPEAKER_00]: I highly recommend this. [SPEAKER_00]: Overall, it was great acting. [SPEAKER_00]: I truly enjoyed the heavy infusion of Asian culture. [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, the producers Lee Sung Jin and you could see that he put that in.

[SPEAKER_00]: He kind of did the first season. [SPEAKER_00]: It started Ali Wong. [SPEAKER_00]: So through the lens of her and her family, he was kind of there, but I think he leaned in heavily this season and I enjoyed it. [SPEAKER_00]: I enjoyed watching that. [SPEAKER_00]: Charles Milton who played Austin has said that some of his real-life experiences were infused into the show and I have to believe that one of them was a conversation where he is with Eunice and Ashley Eunice is also Korean and they're talking about, oh I have you not been around a lot of Koreans.

[SPEAKER_00]: And Ash is like, huh, interesting. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't think of our relationship as interracial, like my mind, you're just, I resonian. [SPEAKER_00]: And I'm like, I do feel like that has to be one of them. [SPEAKER_00]: And I kind of cringe when she said that. [SPEAKER_00]: But I hope it wasn't to like, tiptoary or too spoilery, but I hope you get the gist of the show.

[SPEAKER_00]: I enjoyed it. [SPEAKER_00]: I recommend it. [SPEAKER_00]: Go watch it. [SPEAKER_00]: Let me know what you think. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to take a break here. [SPEAKER_00]: And I will come back with actual reality shows. [SPEAKER_00]: That's it for me with scripted TV. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay.

[SPEAKER_00]: First reality show, competitive reality is a million dollar secret. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know if you watched Season 1, I did cover Season 1. [SPEAKER_00]: So if you're just new to the show and you just watch Season 1 and you want to hear my recap was just one season long recap, not every drop.

[SPEAKER_00]: You can look for it in my library sometime last summer, I believe, it air. [SPEAKER_00]: Actually, very surprised that they got a season 2, because a lot of things are [SPEAKER_00]: being quick to cancel by these streamers. [SPEAKER_00]: They cancel a lot of things without giving it a second chance.

[SPEAKER_00]: So I am pleasantly surprised that they got a second season. [SPEAKER_00]: Listen, this game is a game of luck. [SPEAKER_00]: Almost like traders. [SPEAKER_00]: I guess it's a game of luck. [SPEAKER_00]: I feel like once you get the money, once you have the clue, you pretty much screwed.

[SPEAKER_00]: Because even if you do a good job and you get to stay on the radar or you get to complete your agenda, [SPEAKER_00]: It's going to sell you out at some point. [SPEAKER_00]: And that's the other thing. [SPEAKER_00]: I hate that the agendas and clues are not consistent. [SPEAKER_00]: One minute, it is something that, you know, you could fly another way through it and doesn't really tell you anything.

[SPEAKER_00]: And the next minute, it's something that is just pretty obvious. [SPEAKER_00]: Like for example, Altis, the first person who is out and his was just absolutely obvious. [SPEAKER_00]: You can't tell someone to choose. [SPEAKER_00]: He chooses no cap. [SPEAKER_00]: I will say the way Altis decides to say no cap.

[SPEAKER_00]: makes it pretty obvious and hard to forget. [SPEAKER_00]: It was kind of like Philip last year. [SPEAKER_00]: He was just screwed with his clue. [SPEAKER_00]: So it's very frustrating to watch because it's like, oh, you're happy that this person got this, but more than likely the clue is going to tell you what exactly it is and pointed out as to what's happening.

[SPEAKER_00]: I do think that this season is more incriminating than the last and basically, like I said, [SPEAKER_00]: pretty good go. [SPEAKER_00]: But the thing is he was able to do one that didn't require like a clue that would write him out and also Yumiko also having an agenda also kind of helped him.

[SPEAKER_00]: I think at some point it's so I never [SPEAKER_00]: remember that not everybody is infused in pop culture. [SPEAKER_00]: So sometimes when people don't know anything or don't know what's happening, I'm always like, how do you not know? [SPEAKER_00]: He didn't know any celebrity that he could mention as a double-ganker, but I mean, he did a good job eventually doing that, but I think he was fine until, you know, his time was up.

[SPEAKER_00]: But the problem is that the season, [SPEAKER_00]: and they're choosing to keep the millionaire, even though they know that they're the millionaire. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't think we saw a lot of that last season. [SPEAKER_00]: I hope I'm not wrong, but that's my recollection. [SPEAKER_00]: And people are choosing to keep the millionaire as strategy.

[SPEAKER_00]: I will say that Nick, [SPEAKER_00]: haven't the clothespin. [SPEAKER_00]: The clothespin as a agenda was uh that's wild. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know how you do that. [SPEAKER_00]: He should have done it and just went away and no one would ever know who had done it. [SPEAKER_00]: It was just a weird way for him to do it and then still hang around them.

[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know. [SPEAKER_00]: why he did that. [SPEAKER_00]: It was two to obvious. [SPEAKER_00]: Um, I do think that Emiko did a great job with hers. [SPEAKER_00]: I think what actually sold her out was just the fact that she had mentioned that she was in Virginia. [SPEAKER_00]: I would think that with the second season, what you would do is just lie about everything.

[SPEAKER_00]: The winner from season one got there because she lied at a pivotal time and at a great time and just like, nope, I'm not the [SPEAKER_00]: was where you from don't give actual truths. [SPEAKER_00]: The same thing with Nick when they asked the year that you were born, I don't know why he went ahead and said the truth.

[SPEAKER_00]: So if I were them, you just have to keep lying. [SPEAKER_00]: But I guess it's really hard to remember your lies. [SPEAKER_00]: So I also think that you Mikko should have mentioned the clothes pin. [SPEAKER_00]: Like you being the third person and not mentioned [SPEAKER_00]: Um, we have one more drop to go.

[SPEAKER_00]: I am enjoying it. [SPEAKER_00]: I know it sounds like I'm not like I'm criticizing it, but it's just a format of the game. [SPEAKER_00]: There's nothing you can do about it. [SPEAKER_00]: It's just a game of luck and the timing of when you get the money or the clues and what clues they're going to share with people.

[SPEAKER_00]: But I am enjoying it. [SPEAKER_00]: We have one more. [SPEAKER_00]: drop to go and then we find out the winner. [SPEAKER_00]: I will say at some point because you me go in Nixon to have some kind of showman's going and she was like, oh, your babies will be beautiful for context. [SPEAKER_00]: Nick is white and you me go is by ratio.

[SPEAKER_00]: She's half Japanese, half black and it's just, yeah, babies will be beautiful. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm sure she meant no harm, but I was like, we heard it once you'd have to say it again. [SPEAKER_00]: So yeah, okay. [SPEAKER_00]: That's it for that. [SPEAKER_00]: Let's talk about beyond the villa.

[SPEAKER_00]: Guys, beyond the villa season two is what you get when you have a show full of likeable people who have moved to LA for opportunities. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't even know if it's for opportunities or just for this show. [SPEAKER_00]: Like we have people who are [SPEAKER_00]: Second string not even second string honestly on the show.

[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe third fourth string on the show Being leads on the show right now, and it's just a hot mess. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know how to describe this show because they they feel like Sims Especially Bella, but they do [SPEAKER_00]: Like, is it drama real one minute? [SPEAKER_00]: I'm like, okay, this feels real.

[SPEAKER_00]: Like it feels like it's realer than the first one. [SPEAKER_00]: But then they all sound like they're trying to remember their lines when they speak that I'm like, what is happening right now? [SPEAKER_00]: Um, we start with, I think they're dropping two episodes a week, Pepe and Brian are basically on the shit list.

[SPEAKER_00]: Like, [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know why it's still in the shit list, like Brian, I get. [SPEAKER_00]: Brian was acting single, moving single. [SPEAKER_00]: The room was like he cheated on a Maya. [SPEAKER_00]: He claims that he did not cheat on her, but he takes accountability for the fact that he was moving single during club appearances.

[SPEAKER_00]: Pay pay allegedly cheated on. [SPEAKER_00]: Iris, but last I remember the girl who made the claim or who they said was involved said that it was a lie, it wasn't true. [SPEAKER_00]: So I guess more happened behind the scenes. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know because the stories are not adding up, but somehow it has pissed Iris off.

[SPEAKER_00]: It has pissed Hannah off. [SPEAKER_00]: It has pissed TJ off. [SPEAKER_00]: And I don't know, TJ is pissed at pay pay, but not at Iris. [SPEAKER_00]: But listen, my theory with TJ is that I don't think you can believe that [SPEAKER_00]: He bagged iris because she's what he thinks is a jackpot So he's gonna do everything not to piss her off.

[SPEAKER_00]: He's backing his girl in this stand-able But I just feel like he's like, oh, I'm not Gonna like I'm punching up. [SPEAKER_00]: So I'm sticking I'm sticking beside her don't get me started on Hannah. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't [SPEAKER_00]: Hannah lasted how many days, Hannah was voted off, why is she here and why is she quote unquote the lead on the show?

[SPEAKER_00]: There's too much Hannah going on right now. [SPEAKER_00]: Hannah is inserting herself in everything. [SPEAKER_00]: Hannah has convinced, it's trying to convince us and herself that she's Iris's best friend, everything that happened doesn't matter, that she's a girl's girl, that she's everything, but she's inserting herself in everything.

[SPEAKER_00]: And the whole start [SPEAKER_00]: saying like, oh, you're too pussy to come up and tell her that you're sorry. [SPEAKER_00]: That's why you're balding, you're almost 30. [SPEAKER_00]: And I'm like, it's not giving what you think it did. [SPEAKER_00]: Like, this is very cringe-worthy. [SPEAKER_00]: Coco and Clark have beef apparently.

[SPEAKER_00]: They were there together for four days. [SPEAKER_00]: I think that's always what's hilarious. [SPEAKER_00]: When they say how long they were together or how many days, they spent together, you're just like, oh, it was just four days. [SPEAKER_00]: But hey, to give them grace, [SPEAKER_00]: Coco did say like when you're in a little violent villa four days does feel like 15 so hey But Coco can't have beef because apparently Coco went in a podcast and y'all know Coco and podcast She just be talking and went there and you know said some negative things about Clark the she knew appreciate and Clark is like Why wouldn't you come to me?

[SPEAKER_00]: Why would you go to the podcast podcast is the Is the sixth man in this show just a bunch of people and not happy with the things that are being said [SPEAKER_00]: on podcasts, but Coco is gorgeous. [SPEAKER_00]: Coco is stunning, but I don't understand having a conversation with Clark and her saying that Clark love bomb her, and I don't blame Clark for laughing because that's the only thing to do.

[SPEAKER_00]: What do you mean? [SPEAKER_00]: That's just thinking about it. [SPEAKER_00]: that I was love mom, that that was very weird. [SPEAKER_00]: But they're trying to have a conversation that once again, Hannah comes over and says, and tells two grown women, and I think we should table this conversation.

[SPEAKER_00]: Who asked you, who brought you in here? [SPEAKER_00]: Why are you coming in here? [SPEAKER_00]: They might have found resolution, but once again, she's coming there and stopped that conversation. [SPEAKER_00]: I think Brian is one of those people who just wants to be liked by people. [SPEAKER_00]: He's going about just not liking that he's excluded, that he meant paper, the people that are excluded.

[SPEAKER_00]: So I think that's on point. [SPEAKER_00]: Even when he was talking to, I don't know who he was talking to, because they're giving him more grace and letting him be. [SPEAKER_00]: They've just decided that they are going to stone wall paper, so they're not talking to him. [SPEAKER_00]: Just to give you a description, guys.

[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, am I as there, but I think everyone just lives until Maya because she was the winner, but Maya's y'all's winner, look what y'all did. [SPEAKER_00]: So yes, so he says at some point like, oh, the difference between me and Pepe is I'm a grown man and I can admit Pepe is supposed to be your guy.

[SPEAKER_00]: Why do you have to say that? [SPEAKER_00]: You can just say that you are grown man and you admit to stuff, but you don't have to bring Pepe into it. [SPEAKER_00]: So Taylor and Clark, I, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, they got a lot of fack online for [SPEAKER_00]: Things that are being said and done when they're on lives and when they're on there and I don't know I don't think Taylor is beating the allegations from my point of view with this like they seem to genuinely like each other They're still doing long distance because he's in Oklahoma and she's in and I want to say Charlotte She's trying to move to LA again for opportunities.

[SPEAKER_00]: I want to know Loki what these opportunities are because everyone is throwing out the words opportunities And I really feel like the only people who get opportunities are and Gina Jeremiah [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know about the rest. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know. [SPEAKER_00]: Chris stayed booked on shows, but I'm not Hipped to the rest.

[SPEAKER_00]: Like maybe they are getting opportunities. [SPEAKER_00]: I just don't know what they are. [SPEAKER_00]: But Taylor just, you know, almost less is Masley. [SPEAKER_00]: But at some point when he's talking with the guys and talking about his accident, [SPEAKER_00]: Um, uh, where he got stumped by a horse and he had to heal.

[SPEAKER_00]: He was like, I mean, shed new choice, but to stay in helping, he was like, I mean, not to say she doesn't have a choice she did, but I couldn't do anything. [SPEAKER_00]: So she knew she had to stay and I'm just like Taylor. [SPEAKER_00]: Hmm, I don't know. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know. [SPEAKER_00]: There's something about it and then just comments that he makes and [SPEAKER_00]: I don't think I can pinpoint on it again.

[SPEAKER_00]: They do like each other that much. [SPEAKER_00]: I can agree on, but something is a little off. [SPEAKER_00]: I'm not sure how they're going to work out the long distance. [SPEAKER_00]: And I don't know if it's just been hyped up for the show, but that's what their story is for now. [SPEAKER_00]: She's a city girl, he's a country boy.

[SPEAKER_00]: I guess he got her a horse too, because I, okay, yes, I'll give an example of what it is as it kind of off. [SPEAKER_00]: Taylor dangles things over her head because at some point when she's talking about spending more time in LA, he's like, well, you have a horse to take care of. [SPEAKER_00]: If you don't come, you're going to come back and you're going to find that the horse has been sold and she's like, what do you mean?

[SPEAKER_00]: So things like that, which is in line with, you know, when he dangles like he buys her bags, I guess, and things like that is just, I don't like it. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't like it, but [SPEAKER_00]: If they like it, I love it. [SPEAKER_00]: Jeremiah is just there for a check guys. [SPEAKER_00]: If they have an event, he shows up.

[SPEAKER_00]: He's like, okay, I gotta go. [SPEAKER_00]: I had to go somewhere. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know what they're doing with Andrina and him. [SPEAKER_00]: Their friends. [SPEAKER_00]: It looks like she's interested in him, and he's not, but she remains pretty, but she's boring, sorry. [SPEAKER_00]: Charlie comes in late, but who knew that Charlie would be the one to come in and drop some troops on this people.

[SPEAKER_00]: And that dinner in Palm Springs was a little uncomfortable because things were said. [SPEAKER_00]: Apparently Hannah, once again, is so mad at Charlie because he's going on podcasts and saying things about her and making her out to be the villain. [SPEAKER_00]: He's not making you out to be the villain.

[SPEAKER_00]: He's saying exactly what happened, which is that you did kiss somebody while they were there. [SPEAKER_00]: You had another connection. [SPEAKER_00]: There's nothing wrong with that. [SPEAKER_00]: He left because partly because I guess people thought you had more of a connection with Pepe and he left and he's just saying what he's journey was, but she feels like he's playing to be a victim.

[SPEAKER_00]: I think he's not wrong. [SPEAKER_00]: I get that. [SPEAKER_00]: When you choose to do a show like this, you're opening yourself up for online talk and you know season seven got a lot of that last season and her saying well you shouldn't have to pile on on it or maybe was Iris who once again jumped in but he I don't think he was trying to pile on and I think Bella try to say that and Coco try to say what he was saying.

[SPEAKER_00]: And then there were words that were being said, because when he said, well, you're trying to explain himself. [SPEAKER_00]: And he brought in the whole thing of like, at the time we were pippe and Iris were dating, Iris was like, oh, I don't like this TikTok videos that TJ is doing. [SPEAKER_00]: And the producers actually show us the TikTok videos.

[SPEAKER_00]: And he was like, oh, I was just being a good friend. [SPEAKER_00]: And I was just saying, like, oh, maybe he's too young for you. [SPEAKER_00]: Maybe, you know, it's for the best anyways. [SPEAKER_00]: And you could tell that they were caught because the silence was deafening and TJ being like we talked about it We already know He did not in fact know about this.

[SPEAKER_00]: He's just not going to do that publicly To his girl, but yeah, Coco will bring some perspective on their Bella does and she was saying like, you know for me I only had a few days, but she does not say next name. [SPEAKER_00]: She just says like me and [SPEAKER_00]: that person, what I was my story.

[SPEAKER_00]: So I wonder if there was something that was said, like, hey, do not say my name at all, but they are not mentioning Olandria, they are not mentioning A's, they're not mentioning Shelley, they're not mentioning Huda. [SPEAKER_00]: So I don't know if that's on purpose, but it just feels disingenuous to have a whole show and to have someone like Jeremiah not, we're talking about beyond the villa, right?

[SPEAKER_00]: And not talk about all the things that happened when you had a big storyline with somebody. [SPEAKER_00]: So but it's probably so it's not a liability with that. [SPEAKER_00]: But anyways, when they point out and drop some food, somehow Hannah is like, she is just going through so much and hangs out.

[SPEAKER_00]: He's a lot and she doesn't even want to leave the house and [SPEAKER_00]: you guys, this may sound harsh. [SPEAKER_00]: I am tired of the stroke on TV. [SPEAKER_00]: I am seeing it so much where somebody does something, somebody gets called out instead of taking accountability, we have the white woman tears flowing.

[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm just sick of these people throwing hands and when someone reacts, it's here stuff flowing. [SPEAKER_00]: I just, it derails the whole conversation. [SPEAKER_00]: Everybody's sad saying this happened. [SPEAKER_00]: That happened. [SPEAKER_00]: You made them feel this way, [SPEAKER_00]: Using words against people.

[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, she was yelling at me and public like that's why you're balding that's why you're a pussy and you know things like that, but you're someone says anything and I don't think Charlie was being rude [SPEAKER_00]: And what's even more annoying is like, we are going back to the whole thing of boys versus girls.

[SPEAKER_00]: But the thing is like, it's not like, oh, you're not being a girls goal or not back in the girls, but wrong is wrong. [SPEAKER_00]: Like, if Bella is giving perspective and saying like, you know, I understand what he's coming from because they are gonna ask him questions and the only thing that he had was the four days with you, it doesn't mean that she's invalidating your perspective.

[SPEAKER_00]: Because that's what Hannah says. [SPEAKER_00]: Hannah said saying, like, oh, I don't like how Bella was in validating my feelings feelings are not fact. [SPEAKER_00]: Little girl. [SPEAKER_00]: Thanks, Mary Cosby. [SPEAKER_00]: But she has a boyfriend. [SPEAKER_00]: And she just wants to protect it.

[SPEAKER_00]: And something about the way she talks about our relationship, I don't think it's going to last, really, because it's the excuse for everything. [SPEAKER_00]: But I don't know. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know what is going on when we hand out, but I am not enjoying her on. [SPEAKER_00]: this show.

[SPEAKER_00]: And to add to that, I mean Bella is feeling left out as she's saying like she and Hannah were very close and then all of a sudden they're not close anymore and she's investing her time in a Maya and Iris and I'm like Bella, having to learn these people hang out based on popularity. [SPEAKER_00]: Like I've always said this, I don't understand how people who at friends before going on a show come out the show and all of a sudden they're only friend group are the people that they want to show with.

[SPEAKER_00]: What happens to the friends that you [SPEAKER_00]: So she's hanging out with the people that are going to give her, I mean, the club that she's looking for or whatever. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know. [SPEAKER_00]: I am still going to watch. [SPEAKER_00]: Yes, I said all these people are annoying and I said all these people are like a bullet, but you know, I'm a faint fairy allergy TV.

[SPEAKER_00]: I am still going to watch. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know what Cocoa and Chris are doing. [SPEAKER_00]: Throw Chris into the list of [SPEAKER_00]: Carl from some of my house, Barry from Welcome to Pathfield or people who claim that they're ready to date, but they're really not ready to date is just they just enjoy going through the motions of telling people that they do want a date because I don't know what's happening there.

[SPEAKER_00]: putting people aside, then for sure it is going to spread and we're going to see how that goes. [SPEAKER_00]: It looks like Austin is joining the next batch and um, who knew Austin and Grayson had a thing, and he's going to be like, I'm a ho, so I'll see how that goes. [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, I will take a little break, and I will be right back.

[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, below deck down under are you guys watching. [SPEAKER_00]: I feel like this is a show that doesn't get as much buzz on Bravo, but I am enjoying it. [SPEAKER_00]: This group is a hot mess. [SPEAKER_00]: They have a whole group of misfits on the season. [SPEAKER_00]: I understand why.

[SPEAKER_00]: Ellie was fit into the season and jumped into the season. [SPEAKER_00]: I thought Ellie had changed, but she has not. [SPEAKER_00]: Ellie is overreacting to everything. [SPEAKER_00]: Ellie decided and agreed to be here as a galley hand and she has to live with that. [SPEAKER_00]: So I don't know why she's getting mad when she is being reminded that she is in fact a galley hand and she is to play her part.

[SPEAKER_00]: I know she has a strong personality, but damn, it has to suck because this is second time that she is into a guy that is not reciprocating and is not 100% in. [SPEAKER_00]: Joao, what a coward. [SPEAKER_00]: Uh, what a coward. [SPEAKER_00]: I get it that he's scared of Ali. [SPEAKER_00]: I was like, you can't be that scared of Ali, but maybe they are.

[SPEAKER_00]: Even Daisy has said that. [SPEAKER_00]: She's kind of scanner her and who who who would it after the rent that she gave to Ben then is her boss And she didn't care and she went off on him but Joao had to he should have just actually broken up with her I just don't understand what he was doing He went in a roundabout conversation and she just took it to okay no commitment But we're having fun and we're getting to know each other now where Joao messed up is [SPEAKER_00]: Don't flat out or indirectly tell her you want to be friends and not get your message across and then go ahead and tell Mikey.

[SPEAKER_00]: Mikey is a mess. [SPEAKER_00]: Mikey wants mess. [SPEAKER_00]: Mikey is walking in his own reality show in his head. [SPEAKER_00]: Don't tell Mikey, don't tell Eddie and tell everybody else that you're not interested in Ellie and in fact that you like Daisy Daisy is Ellie's roommate. [SPEAKER_00]: What are you doing Joao?

[SPEAKER_00]: Loki, I think he wanted it to come out and then you'll just have to deal with it. [SPEAKER_00]: But if you know that you still want to play in the mess, you went ahead and you kissed her. [SPEAKER_00]: Like it's just all around the messy. [SPEAKER_00]: then you decide that you're going to man up after she spent so much effort to making you your favorite dessert and cheesecake bringing you up to the the boat giving it to you and they are like oh I think I wasn't clear and I think I played a part like yeah I don't want anything which is professional that's tough that's tough so I feel fairly like she's a lot but nobody deserves that [SPEAKER_00]: I don't care if Joao is crying in the confessional and saying like he doesn't want to hurt anybody's me like you should have just met up from beginning like you were just delaying the hurt and he hurts worse because everybody else knew as she was the last to find out.

[SPEAKER_00]: So oops on his part. [SPEAKER_00]: My key is a mess. [SPEAKER_00]: Between him and Alicia I just if you guys could pick between Mikey and Alicia who would you send home? [SPEAKER_00]: I don't I can't decide who would be at least here's such a hot mess like she doesn't want to work But she thinks like she's the hardest working person ever they're just terrible workers They're really are just terrible people the only slight edge to Mikey is just the fact that he brings mess to the show Because if he wasn't there the whole thing about Joao not wanting Ellie would not have happened and he keeps the show moving along at least it just [SPEAKER_00]: cannot keep anything straight, they don't have a reunion.

[SPEAKER_00]: So it would have been nice for her to see all the things that she blamed one of the people that was her fault. [SPEAKER_00]: So I don't know what Jenny is doing with Eddie and Ben. [SPEAKER_00]: I like, Eddie did something. [SPEAKER_00]: Eddie did something, gave her the egg, and she's like, she can't come back from it, and she decides that she wants to be with Ben.

[SPEAKER_00]: I do love how the episode ended where Bennett extended it and said, Hey, if you ever want to meet me in the master, I'm there and she just walked on to know the night and then we heard kissing noises. [SPEAKER_00]: So, so glad to have been back like, I, you know, Ben has been fun. [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.

[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not a Daisy fan. [SPEAKER_00]: Like I do a Daisy complaints a lot, like she just complains a lot. [SPEAKER_00]: And I think she thinks like her status. [SPEAKER_00]: protects her from getting any blame. [SPEAKER_00]: I actually didn't think that it was wrong for Alicia to be like, how do we solve this mess between me and Mikey?

[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, they take some accountability. [SPEAKER_00]: But she has to take some mess. [SPEAKER_00]: She's just so reactive and it's not a good quality to have when you're a boss. [SPEAKER_00]: And she just like, don't put me in this mess, don't bring me in. [SPEAKER_00]: It's not my thing. [SPEAKER_00]: It's you to grown people.

[SPEAKER_00]: You have to come up with something and then create some, [SPEAKER_00]: process or something that's going to work for both of them, but I guess she's not. [SPEAKER_00]: Um, shout out to Betul. [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I guess she's there, but not really there, but everybody cannot be a menace.

[SPEAKER_00]: So shout out to her for being the calm head in there. [SPEAKER_00]: So okay, those are all the shows. [SPEAKER_00]: Some really quick, quick hits. [SPEAKER_00]: We got winners on two shows. [SPEAKER_00]: We got winners for House of Villains. [SPEAKER_00]: The winner is Drieda, but let's be honest, guys.

[SPEAKER_00]: From the final three, Kate deserved it. [SPEAKER_00]: It was Kate, Christine, and Drieda. [SPEAKER_00]: Yes, Christine gave like a big, big move by cutting Drieda. [SPEAKER_00]: And I think, you know, Drieda winning the final challenge, really helped her. [SPEAKER_00]: but I think that Kate is a person who put in her all this season, who gave us the most villain of villains all through consistently, saved herself twice.

[SPEAKER_00]: I think she should have won, but you know. [SPEAKER_00]: bitter jury? [SPEAKER_00]: Or did you just like Rita? [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know. [SPEAKER_00]: But Rita was very entertaining to watch, like it was a great cast. [SPEAKER_00]: This show is underrated. [SPEAKER_00]: House of villains is just great.

[SPEAKER_00]: They know who they are. [SPEAKER_00]: They lean into who they are and it's just so entertaining. [SPEAKER_00]: Plus, we get New York every season. [SPEAKER_00]: Who doesn't want that? [SPEAKER_00]: Um, drag race. [SPEAKER_00]: We got a winner in my key weeks. [SPEAKER_00]: I just I set this at the beginning of the season where I think like it's not hitting the way used to for me.

[SPEAKER_00]: We're in overload to this show is back to back to back all star season is already coming. [SPEAKER_00]: It's already been announced. [SPEAKER_00]: It's starting. [SPEAKER_00]: I think next week. [SPEAKER_00]: And it's just it's too much. [SPEAKER_00]: We need like a breather. [SPEAKER_00]: So we can miss them.

[SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, my key makes is a winner. [SPEAKER_00]: And I'm like, uh, darling was the front runner. [SPEAKER_00]: I was so sure that darling was going to win. [SPEAKER_00]: but that last lip sync, guys, it was dreadful. [SPEAKER_00]: You couldn't even give her the win or rig it, even if you wanted to.

[SPEAKER_00]: It just was not good. [SPEAKER_00]: So, congratulations to Mikey Meeks and I don't know. [SPEAKER_00]: Did anyone doubt that Jane Don't? [SPEAKER_00]: Wasn't going to win Miss Congeniality? [SPEAKER_00]: It's the least they could do, you know, for her. [SPEAKER_00]: So, [SPEAKER_00]: We got winners and that's it.

[SPEAKER_00]: That's all the shows that I have for you this week as always guys drop any questions and comments and let me know what show you would like to hear my thoughts on and I will include it next time and share my thoughts on the shows. [SPEAKER_00]: Until next time guys, bye!
