[SPEAKER_01]: I don't even know if he refers to it as father at that point in time [SPEAKER_01]: He feels that he's keeping stuff from him, like immediately feels that way.

[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, don't forget that also for whatever reason Jack and I know is nothing about technology, but he wants everybody to strip his ships down and put more rockets on them.

[SPEAKER_01]: And it's not even faster regular faster in ship to ship close battle. [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, he wants to be able to basically Tokyo drift all of his more ships.

[SPEAKER_00]: So they conquered a bunch of worlds, and the lunar wolves, blood angels, and a few others fighting at them, but eventually they found their home world, which is hote. [SPEAKER_00]: And so the white scars are sent to end them for a reason, because in the battle, the battle's cool, the white scars do a bunch of neat stuff, read the book if you want to read that.

18:13 [SPEAKER_00]: It's the aftermath that matters. [SPEAKER_00]: So the Legion kills the leader of the Neffelin, actually Jagatai Khan refuses to kill us. [SPEAKER_00]: The leader requests a honorable death. [SPEAKER_00]: and jug of thy business, you didn't frighten like an honorable warrior, you don't deserve that and has one of those subordinates, kill it.

[SPEAKER_00]: And because Jagatai, by the way, is very warp, all panoramic are warp infused, but Jagatai actually has a much tighter connection to the warp than a lot of other ones.

[SPEAKER_00]: And difference was that, whereas Blandos and Ultramans was a trap, Chondes was a trap, but a different type of trap.

31:08 [SPEAKER_00]: There's the walk and they didn't think anything really above it. [SPEAKER_00]: But what ends up happening is they keep most of them, they just can't get ahead in this battle. [SPEAKER_00]: Things keep going wrong for the white scars. [SPEAKER_00]: Things that shouldn't be going wrong. [SPEAKER_00]: And eventually comes to a head where they discover a missing patrol of white scars who don't have their throat slit.

31:25 [SPEAKER_00]: Orcs don't slit throats. [SPEAKER_00]: Orcs cut heads off of shoulders, but they don't slit throats. [SPEAKER_00]: They'll sneaky style. [SPEAKER_00]: And they realize this is the work of a star case played. [SPEAKER_00]: So, Tada, it's the Alpha Leadership. [SPEAKER_00]: The Alpha Legion had been deployed there in order to make this harass, take longer and longer and longer.

[SPEAKER_00]: But, and this is, I love this part of the book, the communications interesting. [SPEAKER_00]: The first bit to come in is that Lehman Ross has turned trader.

[SPEAKER_00]: Lehman is a trader, then the next communication comes in, saying half the legions have turned trader, not included. [SPEAKER_00]: Not which ones? [SPEAKER_00]: Not which ones? [SPEAKER_00]: Half leads have turned trader.

32:19 [SPEAKER_00]: How is full of probation that I can have used? [SPEAKER_00]: They do mention horrors. [SPEAKER_00]: They say horrors and half the legions have turned trader. [SPEAKER_00]: So, jugger'd I get this and gathers his fleet. [SPEAKER_00]: And he's like, all right, we got to go figure out what's going on.

32:29 [SPEAKER_00]: We're like to part the system. [SPEAKER_00]: As he does this, this massive alpha legion fleet translates into the system, right around them. [SPEAKER_00]: no communication, radio-solid, but begins moving closer and closer. [SPEAKER_00]: Then the warps storm clears a lot more and the local dorm community comes in, which is a lot clearer.

32:51 [SPEAKER_00]: The all the other ones were the chorus is turn trader. [SPEAKER_00]: There's a problem is it got an old-timey radio style, right? [SPEAKER_00]: Then you get the local dorm of chorus the trader, everyone get back to Terra, we have to defend the emperor, the empire is going to fall, get back here now.

[SPEAKER_00]: And so he pops the nitrous into all the ships, because he sees as this alpha-ligen surround is closing in, there's a gap. [SPEAKER_00]: And basically, he goes, all right, guys, on the count of five, we're all going through that gap, and they do.

34:40 [SPEAKER_00]: And got to fight all of his ships go from dead stop to full speed, which no ship in the galaxy outside of a white sky ship can do. [SPEAKER_00]: And they fly through the Alpha Legion thing. [SPEAKER_00]: And before the Alpha Legion can turn around to chase them, they're able to translate into the warp and disappear.
