#11 - Thru-Hiking Gear - Q&A with Tom Bartlett

In this episode of The Life Outside Podcast, Cam is joined by Tom Bartlett as they chat all things thru-hiking gear. Both Cam and Tom have extensive thru-hiking experience and are self-proclaimed ultralight hikers. Tom has managed to get his base weight to under 3kg and has a wealth of knowledge regarding materials, makers, and technical aspects of hiking gear. We answer questions from the listeners with a focus on gear for The Pacific Crest Trail as well as other thru-hiking trails. We hope you enjoy!
