Mack Reynolds has been on the podcast five times previously but it’s been more than a year and a half since we narrated one of his stories, A Good Seed.

Today’s story comes from the debut issue of Orbit magazine in September 1953. Orbit didn’t make it very long, publishing only 5 issues over fourteen months. Our story can be found in the debut issue on page 40, D. P. From Tomorrow by Mack Reynolds…

Next on The Lost Sci-Fi Podcast, A harmless obsession becomes something far more dangerous when beauty conceals an appetite no botanist expects. H. G. Wells turns a quiet greenhouse into a trap where fascination may keep its victim close for one moment too long. The Flowering of the Strange Orchid by H. G. Wells.
