Sometimes you just know when you meet someone that you speak the same language and that was exactly the case with Colleen!
I knew that I had to have Colleen Nelson on the show to talk healing, somatics and all things spirit and soul. We get scientific, we get personal, we get spiritual and we get a little inappropriate! The C word is thrown around a time or two and I discover the real definition of vagina. Grab a glass of something delicious and enjoy!

Colleen is a licensed trauma therapist and embodiment coach who blends somatics, creativity and introspective soul work into her therapeutic approach!
