Ken Ross had spent years navigating dangerous whitewater rivers, but one split-second decision on a flooded Class Five rapid pulled him into a violent hydraulic he couldn’t escape. As exhaustion and fear overtook him, Ken says everything suddenly went silent, and he found himself outside his body, observing the entire river from a perspective beyond normal human awareness. What followed was an intense life review where every action, every choice, and every moment of love—or lack of it—was revealed with astonishing clarity.
