The Performance Psychcast - Episode 27 - The Rational Practitioner - Dr Martin Turner

Hi guys and welcome to another episode of the Performance Psychcast. Today we are very fortunate to be speaking with Dr Martin Turner. If you are listening to this episode then you are most likely familiar with Martin and his incredible work with REBT in Sport. If you were to type in Dr Martin Turner and REBT into google you will be bombarded with in-depth research and scientific projects.
In this episode we discuss Martins latest book "The Rational Practioner - The sport and performance psychologists guide to practicing Rational emotive behaviour therapy." Greg and I are both extremely privileged to be speaking with Martin and are both advocates for this approach.
