Halloween & Soul Costumes: How to Energetically Embody Your Past Lives

A plastic mask can hide a face, but a true costume reveals a memory. We open the door to Halloween’s deeper current—back to Samhain’s bonfires, offerings, and playful divination—and show how those old practices evolved into modern symbols that still carry protection, reciprocity, and illumination. Along the way, we unpack why certain places feel instantly familiar, why some skills arrive like muscle memory, and how that “I know you” feeling might be your soul recognizing an old friend.

Together, we turn the holiday into an energetic experiment. We start by naming the qualities we need—courage, patience, creativity, ease—and then choose archetypes that match: the lion or warrior for confident presence, a steady grandmother for grounded love, a Renaissance maker for fertile artistry, a phoenix to rise above the noise. With a simple candle ritual, we invite that facet of self to step forward, then practice wearing the energy in our posture, words, and choices. No costume purchase required—intention is enough. We also explore the origins of jack‑o‑lanterns, trick‑or‑treating, and bonfires, connecting each one to its energetic purpose so the night feels alive with meaning, not just décor.

If you’ve ever landed in a city and felt home at first breath, dreamed yourself into another century, or picked up a craft like you’d never put it down, this conversation gives language and tools to trust those breadcrumbs. Treat Halloween as a bridge between the many versions of you—past, present, becoming—and let play be the portal that reintroduces you to your own wisdom. Listen, try the energetic costume practice, and tell us what you call in this year. If the episode resonates, follow, share with a friend, and leave a review so more seekers can find The Unity Code.
