Start Here: How to Listen to This Podcast

This is an atypical Unity Code episode — and it might be the most useful one you’ll ever listen to.
In this “user manual” episode, Nicole shares the exact process her spirit team asked her to teach: how to listen to The Unity Code podcast to get the most out of every episode. Because these episodes aren’t just information — many of them are energetic transmissions, co-created with Spirit, designed to support your expansion, healing, and self-trust while you listen.
We cover how to:
• Listen with an open mind + curiosity (even with topics you think you already “know”)
• Come to each episode with a growth takeaway you can actually apply
• Recognize when you’re receiving frequency, not just words
• Understand the difference between Nicole vs. her spirit team in channeled episodes
• Practice presence so you don’t miss the “broth” of the message
• Engage with questions — and learn how questioning accelerates intuition, integration, and spiritual development
Nicole also shares behind-the-scenes truth about her process: why she won’t record when her energy isn’t steady, how channeling can sound like “just her,” and why she’s done over-explaining and ready to run with the work she’s here to do.
If you’ve ever felt like something different is happening when you listen — like you’re calmer, clearer, expanded, or activated — this episode explains what you’re sensing and how to intentionally receive it.
