What I Wish I Knew Then... Spiritual Development Edition

In this episode of Empower Your Soul, Nicole shares the lessons she wishes she had known at the very beginning of her spiritual journey. From the chaos of eclipse season to the fresh energy of the autumn equinox, she reflects on the cycles of release, alignment, and growth—and how they mirror the path of spiritual development.
She opens up about the early days of “spiritual binging,” when she tried every tool and class, only to discover that there’s no single “right” way to grow. Instead, the real wisdom came from listening within. Along the way, she learned that:
• Healing doesn’t have to be painful. Peace and lightness are powerful signs of growth.
• There is no “right way.” Your soul will guide you toward what fits best.
• Spiritual binging is normal—but not sustainable. Integration matters more than accumulation.
• All paths lead to the same truth. Love and alignment are always at the center.
• Peace is the goal. It’s the calm after the storm of growth.
• Watch out for spiritual egos. Trust your gut when something feels off.
• Trust yourself first. Your inner wisdom is the greatest teacher you’ll ever have.
This episode is part storytelling, part soul coaching, and full of reminders that your journey is unique—and that’s exactly how it’s meant to be.
