In the Forest of Letting Go - A Cord Cutting Meditation

In the Forest of Letting Go

A Cord Cutting Ritual for Release, Renewal & Quiet Power - this connects to the Practical Magic episode released before this.

Step softly into the forest. In this sacred space of moss and memory, we gather for a cord cutting ritual—an act of tender release and sovereign reclamation. Whether you’re letting go of an old lover, a lingering energetic tie, or a version of yourself that no longer serves you, this spell is for you.

✨ In this episode, you’ll find -

•
A gentle guided meditation to support emotional release and energetic clearing

•
A visualisation ritual featuring a ceremonial knife

•
Reflection prompts to honour the lessons and blessings of what you’re releasing

•
An invitation to step back into your power—clear, grounded, and whole

This is not about banishment in bitterness, but about blessing the path ahead with clarity and self-trust. It’s about honoring your sensitivity as strength and making space for what wants to grow now that the old has been laid to rest.

Light a candle, breathe deep, and enter the forest.

It’s time to let go—beautifully.

🖋️ Aftercare Journaling Prompts (Post-Meditation)

• What did the cord feel like — thick, frayed, silver, heavy?

• What was said in the clearing that surprised you?

• What part of yourself are you reclaiming now that this tie is cut?

• What are you no longer available for?

• What new boundaries rise in you like sap in spring?
