Rob Cesternino and Pooya welcome Traitors: New Blood’s first banished traitor, Tomica, for a revealing exit interview in episode 8. As drama builds around “Fruitgate” and alliances are put to the test, Tomica shares her side of the story, giving listeners a closer look at pivotal decisions and shifting loyalties inside the castle. With Fruitgate looming large and the pressure of traitor life mounting, the group dives into the tangled strategies and moments that shaped Tomica’s journey.

This episode explores the fallout from Tomica’s role in Fruitgate and how a single slip-up changes the course of the game. Rob Cesternino, Pooya, and Tomica break down the intense tension between Tomica and Victor, the reluctance of players to turn on each other, and what it means to be targeted as a traitor. Tomica discusses the emotional and strategic complexities of targeting other players, her partnership with Joe, and the consequences of mistakes under immense pressure. The hosts uncover how new powers like Shane’s pardon stirred the pot and revisit key voting choices that reshaped castle dynamics.

Highlights from the conversation:

• Tomica’s alternative strategy to eliminate Victor earlier, and why she regrets not making the move

• The impact of Shane’s pardon and how it played into the castle’s power dynamics

• Tomica’s honest take on being targeted during Fruitgate and perceptions of bias in the vote

• The accidental reveal of Katie’s name instead of Kriste and its ripple effects

• Reflections on alliances, betrayal, and whether Tomica would choose the traitor’s path again
