Shameless meets Working Hard: the BTS of building a multi million dollar podcasting phenomenon

We're kicking off our Aus series with the Shameless girls!! I'm so excited. Since starting their podcast as a side hustle back in 2018, Zara Mcdonald and Michelle Andrews have built Shameless Media into a podcast network that accounts for 10% of Australia’s podcast wealth, and was reported to be on track to make over 10 million AUD in Revenue in 2025. So if you want to turn your passion into a million dollar business, you want to hear more about exactly how they’ve done that whilst staying true to their values, or if you’re just fans of Mich & Zara like me, this episode is for you!

RETROGRADE, SHREDDY, TALA and THE PRODUCTIVITY METHOD are my own businesses, therefore any mention of them - whilst not being a sponsorship - is monetarily endorsed. As usual, sponsorships do not change my opinions nor my honesty, but I will always disclaim to make sure motives are clear 😊
