"The power of now" - Internet Pioneer Christian Dawson

Christian Dawson is an internet pioneer and Executive Director of the i2Coalition, the Internet Infrastructure Coalition. He runs several projects at the same time and calls himself a busy, high-functioning person.

In today's Friday Inspiration, a clip from Episode 13 of Besser werden recorded live at MSP GLOBAL, Christian tells Efe von Thenen how he used to check his phone even while he was with his kids. A book his mother gave him, Eckhart Tolle's The Power of Now, sat on his shelf for four years before it changed the way he lives and works. He explains why time that is split and distracted is worth nothing, and why we have to take back control of our own attention.
