Who owns the next generation of investors?

The last time Vlad came on Market Mondays, I threw out a question of how soon before you introduce agentic AI into trading? And he said, oh, no, we haven't looked at it. But even in the interview when he smirked a little bit, that was a tell. I know they are known for crypto, but I look at Robinhood as Bloomberg for retail traders. And if you can now, like, I love the developments. The summit was just in Houston.

So I got a lot of feedback of what was going on, but even the development there has been tremendous. But the agentic trading suite that they are going to offer over the next couple of years, I think is going to separate them for sure from Coinbase and the predictions market. Like they are really a predictions market. derivatives company that is almost second to none in terms of innovation.

So if I had to pick one, for sure, not just because of our relationship, but I love from a trader's standpoint what you can do there, I'm picking Robinhood all day. What about you, Trevor?

I don't think it's a fair comparison because Robinhood does what Coinbase does, essentially. I know as far as the ownership, but you don't own your crypto on Coinbase anyway, but for the crypto purists, I know it's... But Robinhood does what Coinbase does.

Better. It does.

five other things that Coinbase does not do. So it's in stocks. It's in the prediction market. It has an AI agent now that can trade stocks for you. It's going to be open 24 hours for stock trading. You can buy gold. There's so many different things that Robinhood does. It's a whole entire ecosystem when Coinbase is for cryptocurrency and 90% of the cryptocurrency is stupid and useless. So, yeah, I think that it's just not even... It's not even a fair comparison because Robinhood does so. Robinhood is a supermarket and Coinbase is a corner store.

Troy, what are your thoughts?

I've always been Robinhood. We call it the hood.

I've been in the hood for a long time and we watch this. I think if we go back to our companies of the year in December to watch in 2026. Yeah, we both had them in there. This was on the list and at that time it was trading.

Maybe yes. $ 72.

I know we got down to $ 67 and we bought some calls there at $ 70.

Yeah, big on Robinhood.

Outside of the options market that has done well for them, the prediction market, I mean, and Vlad told us this too, he's like, look, it has changed everything. The prediction market, I mean, 300% growth? And that's not going to slow down.

But yeah, I think you're right.

The plethora of things that they can do and the opportunities that they present for the retail investors. Like I said, I would say 90% of the people, especially young people, when we ask them, like, do you have a brokerage account?

That's the company that they're saying.

And it's not, there's not, I can't even tell you what number two is because everybody has, this is their entry.

Like I have Rappahood and they've made.

Their suite of products pretty accessible to all traders, really, right?

Even if you're a veteran, their products are really good. Their products are really good.

So in terms of the next generation, I know most millennials will say, hey, I have Bitcoin. And if there is a brokerage that I'm using, a lot of times it is Coinbase. But it just doesn't have the amount of verticals that Robinhood presents. So I definitely got to go with them.

And even on the future side, I'm not switching the platforms that I use. But their future side and that pricing ladder that we saw at the conference, it was great on demo. And it's only gotten better since then. So for them to be able to dominate prediction markets, options, futures, it's a hard company to short. It's a mistake to short this company.

This is a toss-up.

Now, some companies are aligned, and then there's one and two in the space.

We're talking about cybersecurity on this one. CrowdStrike and Palo Alto. This is one and two. This is one and two now.

It's like splitting hairs, man. Um, I, I really like both. I'm not going to do my both answer. If I have to pick just off top of my head, I'm going to lean towards crowd strike, but you cannot go wrong with either. Um, profit margins. Amazing. Definitely both are needed. Um, given the landscape that we're in, especially with the influx of AI and agentic stuff, that's going to happen over the next four or five years. Um, But I think Crowd is an amazing company. Personally hold it, like it a lot. I hope Paula Esho as well. But I really just like CrowdStrike a lot better.

I'm a firm believer of investing in the top two. That may come as a surprise. And CrowdStrike has been the one in cybersecurity. I'll tell you one thing that has caught my attention recently. And that is Jensen Wang saying that Paolo Alto is the cybersecurity of the future.

Hey.

He, you know, he alludes to its vast array of products for enterprise.

And when I hear him talk like that. Yeah.

You know, it's interesting.

I got to, I got to start paying attention a little bit more.

So I probably will, you know, have a position in Paolo Alto been long on CrowdStrike for years. It reminded me of Doug McDermott and ServiceNow when they were getting beat up. And Jensen said, no, this is going to be the sole application of the future. I was like, all right, let me go research this. And lo and behold, you saw a return here. But yeah, I think both are great. I'm leaning CrowdStrike. But Palo Alto might be adding a portfolio shortly.

Rashard, to you really quick, I would say they're like Apple and Microsoft in the early 2000s or mid-2000s. Can't go wrong with either. I think they're going to serve different demographics. CrowdStrike's recurring revenue grew 51% to $ 332 million. So I like CrowdStrike, but I think it's the Mac versus PC debate all over again. Rashad, who do you have?

I have a vested interest in CrowdStrike. So for all intents and purposes, that's... The Jensen move?

Yeah, for sure. Move the markets.

LeBron James reportedly will be paid four times more from Polymarket than he's from 76ers this year.

Speaking about prediction markets.

Yeah. That's interesting. Can that be on the topic?

For sure.

Just like a detour really quickly.

We've had conversations about this internally, just about that brand and athletes aligning with them. But we did see an athlete recently who said I would never do that. So I'm interested to hear the take on that.

And no disrespect to Polymarket, by the way.

No.

But I'm just reporting the facts. And Wimbyamba, yeah. Yeah, we can talk about it on the back out. I think it's worth talking about. We can have a conversation about if a pro athlete has any moral obligation when it comes to aligning themselves with either gambling companies or prediction market companies, especially if money has already has no longer been an object.

But then again, they said a billion is not what it used to be.

What about three? Still.

And do you think Wim be lying?

No, I don't think he's lying.

Yeah, he sounded pretty sincere when he talked.

I don't think he's lying.

But then also, people, you know, people's Views on things change over time.

That's true.

In the press conference, you can listen to his point of view change. He said, there were things that I was asked to do in my first few years that I did because I thought I needed more income at this point.

In my life.

And this is just a short amount of time, less than five years.

He's looking at it like that doesn't actually align with what I need in my life or what I want to do or the message I want to portray.

I think Kevin Durant's response is interesting.

For sure. And we can have a conversation, maybe not now, maybe Wednesday, but is it more dangerous to promote the gambling or to promote the consumer packaged goods that leads to diabetes? Yeah, that's way more.

Double negative.

Let's go with this. This is this last one here. And this is in the AI infrastructure, specifically in cooling. One of my companies that I've been here on for at least two or three years, Shout out to everybody that was in our mastermind. We talked about this one. I think this is in 2025, January?

Vertiv or Eaton.

Tickets VRT and ETN. Which power and cooling stock do you trust with your money?

Man, this is another tough one. Both are phenomenal. But if I have to give a quick answer, I'm going to lean with Vertiv. Like them a lot. you can't really go wrong with either. If you hold them for a long period of time, um, free cash flow margin is 25.9%. Gross margin is 38. Net margin is 15 solid company. I like the performance of the company. Um, price wise, if it falls back to two 33 51, I like it. Um, But yeah, I'm going to lean on Vertiv for sure. What about you?

I'm a huge, huge proponent of liquid cooling and Vertiv is leading.

And this is sometimes just paying attention and being aware of your surroundings. When we had.

The privilege of going to GTC a few years ago and we went in the display hall And I just kind of looked around at companies that had the largest activations.

I still have the pictures. I took the picture. It was Micron. I'm like, all right, cool. We already know that that's going to be a player. We're here.

I looked to my left. I said, oh, here goes Supermicro. They've had some issues. And then it was Vertiv. And I'm like, oh, cool. I've been studying that company. Let me go over there and talk to them about what they're doing. And then to actually be in NVIDIA and see what a rack looks like, see where the memories place, see where GPUs place, but see what keeps this all together.

And that was the liquid cooling. Why is it important?

Because these chips have to be relegated at a certain temperature and it can't be off by like a degree. It has to be extremely precise. So each plate has a liquid cooling, more demand, more racks, more liquid cooling.

Ian's a good company.

They actually do, you know, they sell electronic equipment for data centers. So that demand will keep going.

Both are good.

I think they're both are needed. I just see Vertiv with the companies that they have now partnered with. And that's always one of my telltale signs, find out which hyperscalers they're working with. The fact that the NVIDIA is one of their leads is a good sign for me going into the future until we hear something in technology that changes that.

And what do I mean by that?

Like a year ago, Microsoft said, Hey, liquid cooling is going to be an issue. We know what Vertiv does rather than having their, piping come through the actual GPU, they're building GPUs that have cooling on them.

So that was preliminary stages.

They haven't had a prototype built yet, but that type of talk, you just got to pay attention to.

So for now, right now. For now, yeah, that's a good point. In this moment. Yeah, in this moment.
