🌈 Flooba creates predictable sound environments for ADHD + ASD minds, informed by person-centred counselling principles. Rather than telling you what you should listen to, Flooba invites you to explore, experiment and discover the sounds that feel right for your brain. Enjoy exploring!
Flooba's immersive audio can help with:
• Focus + productivity
• Anxiety + stress relief
• Emotional regulation + Vagus nerve calming
• Meltdown recovery + overwhelm
• Burnout + masking fatigue
• Re-grounding after sensory challenge
• Parasympathetic "rest + restore" activation
• Relaxation and sleep
• Background noise masking
Whether you're studying, working, decompressing, or recovering from sensory overwhelm, Flooba helps you return to a calmer, more regulated state.
Please enjoy our sounds 🎧🎧🎧
♾️ We would LOVE to have feedback and requests from you. Tell us what sounds work for you, and which don't. This will really help us: floobasounds@gmail.com
