Episode 52: “YES, IT’S ALL POO, NOW WHAT?” | Frequency with Clovistia
When life feels like one big mess, what do you do next? Maybe it’s time to turn the poo into fertilizer. 🌱
Join host Grace Star, Dr. Katherine Leeman, and David Hauser for a candid, humorous conversation about finding growth in life’s uncomfortable moments. From relationship struggles and family patterns to communication breakdowns and the illusion of control, this episode explores how facing the mess can help us move forward with greater awareness.
Through spiritual perspectives, personal stories, and plenty of laughter, the trio discusses stepping out of “who’s right and who’s wrong,” finding authentic empowerment, and taking a higher view without avoiding what needs our attention.
In this episode, we explore:
• Turning difficult experiences into opportunities for growth.
• Recognizing inherited patterns and breaking old emotional loops.
• Moving beyond division toward connection and understanding.
• Practicing non-attachment while remaining loving and present.
• How screens, instant gratification, and dating habits affect connection.
• Expressing feelings honestly and bringing integrity into relationships.
Like a lotus rising from muddy water, growth can begin in the very places we wish we could escape. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or disconnected, join us for a conversation about what becomes possible when we face the poo—and decide what to grow from it.
Listen, share, and tell us: What “poo” in your life are you ready to turn into fertilizer?
As always, share your frequency. ✨

Welcome to Frequency with Clovistia. I'm your host, Grace Star. And as always, Dr. Katherine Lehman and Mr. David Hauser. Thank you for joining me today, guys. Mr. David Hauser is back in Brazil right now.
Obrigado.
So we were having a discussion moments ago before we went on air about how cruddy the world is right now and how it's really mucking everybody's daily lives up. I don't know if you listeners are having any problems along this direction. How would you put it? Put a word on it, you two.
Well, like I was saying, poo. We're collecting a bunch of poo right now. But it but it's okay because we can turn that poo into fertilizer.
I like that.
Lumens into lemonade, right? Pooh into fertilizer. But but anyway, it just uh it's it sort of segues into what we were talking about, you know, uh breaking free from the dualistic nature of the old paradigm patriarchal matrix and seeing things for what they are instead of what we imagine them to be. And this this uh retrograde period is really setting us up to have a clear look at the poo.
Right, right.
So that so that we can become the lotus and rise above the surface and take in the sunlight.
Well, in all fairness, listeners, he is in the spring in Brazil. We are in the fall in the United States. So I think you're you're optimistic there, Mr. Hauser.
We have the opposite cycle here, but it's still everybody has to face these hidden things that we've pushed aside and and uh discounted because we thought, you know, we had everything under control.
That's the biggest illusion of all.
I find it interesting because that's what the uh the listeners are saying in their emails like, why am I having so many problems? Well, we have an answer for that today.
Yes, it's the universe wants us to have a deep, long look about who we are, where we came from, and what we need to shed so that we can uh face this new coming year, which is going to have a lot of revolution in it.
Do you think that this weather cycle they're predicting for United States is going for the world, I guess, for all of you listeners, watch out. I think it's coming.
It's just another aspect of this whole look at the poo business, you know. And and you know, you can turn you can turn the rain into uh a c a source for collecting water. We were like getting these big barrels to put in our houses to collect the water so the plants can be happy in the summertime. You know, it's like, you know, turn the lemons into lemonade.
So that's really the goal here. And and to do it constructively with with uh you know your presence and awareness on, you know, it's just energy.
Like it or not, it's surrounding you, you have to face it.
And hopefully the reel you create is the reel that that is truly in your heart.
So are you telling us to ignore the poo? Is that your point, Mr. I don't know, because you it you have to face the poo, you want to do the opposite, like bring on the poo.
See the poo is energy, you know, and it's like the lotus, the lotus grows in the quagmire, in the murky mud of a lake. But it's because of that murky mud in the lake that it gets all the nutrients that it needs to rise above the surface and taste the sunlight. And that's what's happening with all of us.
We have to see this this this um icky period as a period of rejuvenation, of uh, you know, reinventing ourselves and and reawaking, like here in it's spring, you know, so everything is is blossoming and blooming, but it's the same thing globally within our hearts and souls. So we have to take that nurturment and and turn it into something beautiful.
Totally agree. Just like it's up to us to be able to shape shift our perspective. Um and go from the first three chakras of being on the bottom floor to traveling up to the penthouse and looking out through the penthouse window and seeing a much higher view of things. You know, when you're at the penthouse, you don't see the smog and the traffic and the dirt and everything at the base.
At the penthouse, you get the view of the top of the trees and the lakes and the beauty. And so I think we're being stretched and challenged to actually get to that place, to rise up to the penthouse view.
That's a really good frame. Um, you know, in in a lot of my talks with people, I talk about the chakras, and I talk how, you know, women are naturally resonating at a higher vibration. Men are resonating at a low vibration. For women, it's difficult for them to break into the deeper chakras. And for men, it's difficult for them to break through into the higher chakras.
And truly, this is a time for for that uh transition where where we are, you know, going to push together, you know, male-female energy to create this new observer that can see the totality and how it all works together to to stay in that view, you know, to stay in that penthouse view.
Is that what the the people are talking about when they come to you, Catherine, when they're seeking guidance from you? They you know this, you know, I don't know, disparity between male and female and everybody butting heads, and I'm surrounded by it, you know, here in Southern California right now, it's like nobody can get along with anybody.
Well, I think also with, and I certainly can't speak to this. You can, David, it's about, you know, astrologically with things being so in retrograde, the communication is gonna be really challenged because we have to really look at are we saying what we really believe? Do our words and actions match?
Because most of the time they don't. People say one thing, but they do something else and you know, make commitments that they can't follow through on. And so communication is gonna be probably one of the hardest things to challenge, uh, to be ch challenging us over the next at least two months, if not more.
And I think it's really this is a great time, also while we're in this mess, to look at how polarized we all are, to look at that duality thing we had the three of us had talked about discussing because we're in it deep and we've got to rise up out of duality into oneness and realize that we're all the same.
We're not, we're different aspects of the same sun. It's a different, here's the sun, there's all these rays coming off the sun, and we're just different aspects of divine consciousness here to have a different experience. But that doesn't make somebody else's spirit experience more or less than mine.
Um, and it's not meant to, I'm not meant to overshadow theirs or them overshadow me, but it's it's this duality that keeps us in this black and white. And I I'll shut up now because I'll be going off on a tangent. But you know, keep going.
We are going. Finish what you're saying. I like your point. Keep going.
Because uh what I've learned is that uh and come to know is that the earth was its main purpose was to serve to be here, to serve duality. So people could experience power versus empowerment. The only thing we're doing on this earth plane is to learn about true authentic power. But how we if you look, everything boils down to whether it's words or whatever it may be that's in conflict.
It's always about a power struggle. Who's right, who's wrong, who's this, who's that? And the earth is all about learning how to empower oneself, not disempower oneself or to disempower anyone else. But this whole duality, you know, you, me, this, them, whatever. It's just we've got to find. I like what the native people say.
It's not black or white, it's gray. It's how to walk with a foot in both worlds and come together to walk the mystical path, but with very practical feet. And that helps to end the duality within our own nature, and that way we come more into a more peaceful place within our own soul.
We all know the yin and yang, but there's a thing called the gankle, which is the three spinning wheels. And the and the third one is actually the amalgamation of the other two. And that's where the neutral point is. That that's where uh awareness lies, and and you're no longer stuck in that dualistic nature.
And I I truly feel that you know men and women are the vehicles to uh you know create the new lexicon, number one, and number two, to to uh see to help each other achieve those higher states of consciousness and to bring women down into grounding women because you know women have a hard time grounding because they they see too much, you know.
So I think when when that male-female energy comes together, and uh the term for the school of thought of this is called Mahamudra. When those two energies come together, creating the third energy, which is the observer, then I think we start asking questions and stop uh getting these nonsense stories in our heads about things we don't understand.
Agreed. I get that we're like a giant sandbox here on this planet and we're here to do these different jobs. But oftentimes I hear from our listeners that it feels a lot more like a boxing ring and it's a fight club, as opposed to the peace and tranquility that was envisioned of working together and working things out.
Like it feels like a lot more fight worthy, I guess. I don't know. It does feel like a fight club a lot from what uh people say. Like, how do I get my partner on the same page as me? I'm trying to grow, my partner's going in a different direction. And is that part of the experience that they should be anticipating?
Well, this is what our grandparents used to call being an adult. And I really feel that yeah, and it's something that we all have to face up to. I mean, I had that point, just like all men have had that point where you hear your father's voice coming out of your mouth, and there's just no way to stop it until you like put your foot down and and and not utter those stupid things that hurt people.
You know, you seeing the pattern, seeing the loop, seeing how, you know, this karma is continuously going on, and you know, women with their mothers and this this uh this uh supposing uh uh and making stories in your head about what the other person is, who the other person is, and why they're doing what they're doing.
Oh my God. You know, because ultimately we really don't know who we are. Ultimately, you know, we don't understand why we do the things we do. But if we work together to to solve those mysteries and have earnest, down-to-earth conversations about it, then we have a chance to evolve.
I want to add to that, um, based on my own experience, um, it's not just about women with mothers and fathers and you know, with our sons, because I I have seen how much my my own brother is kind of a replica of my mother. And then in the in the early, early years, I wa, you know, I was shocked to like you, hearing my father's voice come out of my mouth.
And I said, that was that's what took me into therapy. It's like, oh no, oh no, oh no, not doing that, not with that. So uh yeah, it can cross.
Grace, have you had an experience like this?
Well, I'm trying to keep my mouth shut over here because I've been so many lives, I'm like, which one am I gonna plug in? Because I've experienced the realm of the gamut we're talking about from the side of the mother, the side of the father, the the son, the daughter, the niece, the nephew in all of these different relationships.
And you'd think my brain would be more clear than it is with all of these different thoughts, but honestly, they're fighting with each other sometimes too. Like, you know, how do we get to the end of the to the end of this life in the best way, our highest and best interest? It's not easy for any of us.
It's uh it's a challenge for sure.
That's why the word presence is very present in our dialogue.
Well, I I really believe as we get, you know, as I was talking about earlier, the power versus empowerment, how we really get into self-empowerment, and I um is one of the greatest um I don't know what you want to call it, David would have the name for it. Um, but it's about non-attachment. How do we move into non-attachment, especially with our family?
That's the one that I get all the time for people and I work with it myself. How do I become non-attached, but still have a relationship, still care or not care, but but don't let, because I'm self-sovereign, not letting them have if I have an attachment, then they're pushing buttons. And if and I'm losing energy, I'm losing frequency.
But if I work on non-attachment, I can hold my frequency. And it's a constant work in progress.
Well, with Pluto and Aquarius, Aquarius energy, as Grace knows, is is can be very detached. And it's a it's a healthy thing because what it what does it make you do? It makes you ask more questions, you know, and and trying to get to to actually understand what a person is saying and for them to learn how to express those things in a way that they can understand instead of going through the old paradigm and emotional gambit of of, you know, rrrr, rrrrr, rrrrr, rrrrrr.
You know, that this it's ridiculous. You we have to get better and practice expressing our feelings in a constructive, healthy way that helps each other know that we're not we're not threatening. We're we're attempting to understand.
That could be what's going on. You know, after you get over being generally mad and uh simmer down just a little bit, you might see it from that perspective. Like, yes, my screaming was a positive if we really look at it correctly. But I think a lot of people don't do that. I mean, when I was a young person, and and you too, both of you, uh the book Men Are From Mars and Women Are From Venus was so popular, everybody wanted to read it.
And we've walked away from that kind of understanding that we're two very, very different creatures. Um hormonal, emotional, you know, here on this planet. And the challenges that hit us hit us it's differently.
Nowadays, men are totally have no idea how to talk to women, how to understand women, you know, and they they you know, they give up. And and this is not the way. I mean, we used to have these crazy things called dates, where we, you know, we would ask their father, you know, sit in the room with their father and talk to their father, and and actually uh the motive there was to practice getting to know people, getting to know each other.
You know, and we're not practicing that. We we don't that's that's been removed from our culture and this dash towards this crazy thing called money.
Well, that and immediate gratification, because even with dating, we want to do speed dating. We don't want to do slow dating, pay for that meal, go for that walk, or any of those other aspects. You know, we would want to jump to it, get it, get it over with so that they can move on.
Well, the sad thing is uh women have a choice to make. You know, do I have sex with this guy on the first date or do I not see him ever again?
It's true. We do that, yeah, for sure.
And that's that's just the this the end of the old paradigm as it's come to that, you know, and this this balance between sexuality and and love is just so askewed. It it I that's why I write books and blog and speak on things like this, you know, because it's gotta stop. You know, integrity, respect, honesty, truth.
What the F.
Well, I'll I'll I'll say cheers to that. You know, I'm gonna share that. I talked to my 10-year-old grandson. I was asking him if there's any girls at school, and he just kind of made a face, and I said, Not uh anybody at school you're interested in. He said, gaming. I'm interested in gaming. That's what I'm interested in because it understands me.
And I thought, oh boy, Roblox here. Um this the whole from the time he was young till now, his idea is not to seek a longtime partner. He's not being kind of, you know, put in that uh lane to achieve that goal. His goal is to win the game repeatedly to the highest levels.
Well, we have to teach them what winning the game really means.
Yeah.
My son had these really pretty young girls come over in middle school, and basically they sat on his bed, mind you.
Waiting patiently.
He's playing the video game, they're sitting on the bed, and I'm like going, Oi, this is the end of civilization.
Aaron.
I I really feel that cra cracking the the code duality, um, being present, uh stepping up and being your true self, and having those having integrity be at the top of your list, that this is going to be the start of conversations.
Take away the cell phone so we can have conversation.
And have knowledge about it because our circadian rhythms are are are very real and they go down to a very deep biological level in our in our our human makeup, you know. And if you're messing with that circadian rhythms by looking at frickin' screens until three o'clock in the morning, no, and it's just going to suffer.
And you're the first thing that suffers is your hormones.
Yeah, but young people don't care. They don't care about their hormones. They're hormones, they're raging, they don't care.
No. And no one told us that cigarettes make you impotent. And no one told us that that uh, you know, uh not being honest and present i is not gonna get you laid.
News flash.
I feel that there's hope. And I the reason why I feel there's hope because there's podcasts like this. You know, the more information we can get out there, the more we can help these people who are seeking understand that they're not allowed.
Well, I appreciate that. And you know, originally we asked you to give us an astrology on every podcast, but now I think we need to change that. And we need to give have you give us a gauge because you have your love guide website. And what is the state of being of the males and female listeners that are out there?
Maybe you can give us the temperature every week. Like, is it improving? Are we underwater?
I can tell you that there's an earnest desire in the male population, but they don't have mentors, they don't have a place to go to seek this kind of information that we're talking about right now. But they know something's missing. They played the video games too many times and they're bored, and they want to get on to what real substance is.
But women, women are they view men as too much work. Who blames them?
So much work.
Yes. And so women, because of that exhaustion, they just are content with hanging out with their women friends.
Yeah, much easier. They understand us. They get it.
So, anyway, what I'm telling women is uh say no to sex for 90 days. Um, you have to be the one that teaches the guy how to have a conversation and in you know how how to get to the the sex place in 90 days.
Sounds like dog training to me. Well, it's gotta be that way because the programming is so thick.
You know, just go to Pornhub and knock one out and call it a night, thinking that that has something to do with anything. All that does is leave you empty and it it creates all these things in your brain so that when you're actually in the situation with a woman, you're gonna be in here making stories instead of making that connection.
I can see that.
That's where the astrology is, and that's what why we're in the poo. Oh no, back to the poo. We have to keep communicating from our hearts. And I have some friends that are actually doing some blogs and stuff, like Elliot Mintz, who is actually making a point to teach people how to have a conversation.
Nice. I think that's a good place to start. There's a gentleman that's in my town who has started a boys' club. So that I recommend this for all towns. You they meet and they learn how to be gentlemen. So they dress appropriately, they wear a suit and tie, even though they're not expensive, and they go out to eat, they use the forks and the spoons correctly, they cut the stuff correctly, they're polite and they behave like young, good human beings, and it's a start.
That's in book one of mine. That's in book one. Yes, so because Tatrik Tales of Mahamutra. It it goes through the whole eating the eating right, actually, having the man cook something for the woman. Hello. Does that melt a woman's heart? I guess so.
If she survives it, I'll say yes.
Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes.
And being mindful, and being mindful and making decisions together. You know? Let's make a decision together. So anyway, I I really feel that there's there's hope. And I I women are exhausted and men don't know where to start. So we gotta keep and maybe that's just something we keep talking about here, you know.
Um talk to Globistia and see what she what what her input is. I would really love to hear that.
There you go.
When I work with um men and women uh couples in couples therapy, yeah. Yeah. Um because the women are so up here and the men are so down here, and so I teach them how to communicate from here. When because women are too emotional, men are too mental. So how do you get to really know each other if you're trying to if you can't understand a woman's emotions and you can't get through the mental, you know, blockages of the man?
We talk about feelings. Well, I feel this way when you say that, this is how it makes me feel. This is not what I think about it. I don't let them say that. Think is not allowed. It's how does it make me feel? So when you say that, this is how it makes me feel. And the guy sits back and goes, I had no idea.
I am so sorry. I don't want you to feel that way.
So I tell people straight out the gate, you know, get rid of I think and replace it with I feel. But now we have our topic for next time. There we go.
Yeah. All roads lead to Rome, as they say.
So go ahead and wrap it up, Grace.
Well, thank you very much, both of you, for joining me for another episode of Frequency with Clovistia. And as always, listeners, share your frequency.
