Ep #10: When the Vision Is Clear but the Doubt Is Louder - Building a Soul-Led Business as a Mother

And how do get over that? because let be honest...I have this really big strong vision! where I am doubting myself, the vision if i can pull it off as a mother.

0:42 Because let's be honest there are days when my daughter is so demanding she only accepts me... There are days in which I feel like there is so much going on around. how am I possibly also able to hold business? Like you know.. It not only holding the businesses strategizing, needing time to even implement or be present.

1:10 To really pull it off right? It's not easy. and then there are those days where I feel like maybe its just easier if i'm staying at home. and the second that I think of is what the hell? no! I can't do this. I need to live my purpose, right? I'm here to spread it in the world! I am here to lead my soul-led business and be a leader... ...and be visionary for other conscious manpreneurs because i don't know how it is for you but.. child care.

1:58 that doesn't feel right for her and also, or me if I intuitively feel into it. And this means most of the days...I'm a caregiver but there needs to be away! There need's to be way. both is possible. That my biggest vision support you in really trusting yourself AND your vision & conscious mothering all.

2:28 And let's be clear here, there were days where I knew i had to let go of my business...I had to be a hundred thousand percent present with my child especially the first two years because also she has this illness that was very severe. so basically It would have been the same, because I really deeply feel like... The first one and two years.

3:05 And maybe even the first three are most important ones where closeness to a mom or dad caregiver is so-so-so important. But still! If you feel that inner notch That you want bring your vision out there it IS possible. And let's be honest, yes there are lots of practical things that need to be in place but probably the one thing that is between you and living your vision and being a conscious present mother it possibly your doubt.

3:45 can you really pull it off? Can you do this or get help from me? I am here to tell So. first of all, my number one tip on this issue is really feel into yourself. Is it the season to go out there and live your purpose? To go out their build or rebuild or come back to you business Or isn't the season?

4:15 just stay with a little run right now And then...to be fine for that and actually celebrate it. Be thankful so much time precious human being that will lead the world one day. So if you are here now and breaking ancestral generational trauma by being present what your parents or grandparents couldn't do, then that's the biggest gift you can give into the world.

4:47 but If You really feel like no it is time to get out there again And Really share my Gift Then Do It! because doubting it will just give you not enough energy, and need time. And you need energy to pull that off right? You need this! Okay I have those days too where i am deeply doubting can't really pulled out of cannot make happen...and then what do is a really try to see the big bigger picture everything.

5:25 I try to go out in nature if i can. Try really breathe deeply, connect with a higher spirit and get the higher answer and vision of everything. Let me give you an example on what I do. On days that might be doubting all this... I sit down when have quite moment try to connect with the higher vision of it all.

5:58 To really zoom out and look from above because maybe on that particular day, It's not a date go-out show myself there work in my business. Maybe its'a time for me stay with my child And accept that I can see bigger version than i could pull off where is possible. So I feel like it's a lot about giving grace to yourself in the moments and what the moment wants from you, needs from you.

6:37 And what YOU need in that moment too! Yeah so its really about feeling into it... Giving yourself Grace and giving yourself time & space To figure out when is the good time. And are you really doubting yourself and the vision? Because I don't think YOU ARE. Maybe you're doubting, trusting your intuition in that particular moment right?

7:14 It all comes back to this... Are You Making Decisions Out Of Love Or Out Of Fear? In every single decision it's like this.. Are You making a decision out of love or out of fear? And are you making a decision because you might even fear that your vision comes to life? Or, Are You Making The Decision Out Of Love For Your Child, For Yourself.

7:45 Take it all in and be sure That You Don't Need To Choose On The Day That You're Doubting. Maybe It's A Phase Because We All Living In Female cycles, right? And there's the cycle and time of the cycle to go out there. The time for this cycle is to go inwards! I am still learning this...to be honest but especially on days when i'm doubting myself or seeing my cycle.

8:21 Am I close to a period? Is it over? Ah, that's why I'm doubting myself. And to be really present with it and then seeing it go again... ...and put everything in there. when you're on the days where have so much energy or fire You can get a lot of shit done! Then make sure to organize that and give it someone else who could than makes happen for you.

9:01 The number one thing I can advise you as a Conscious Manpreneur is get help. Get a VA, get a social media assistant... You know? In your business what would be needed but to do the work. that needs time because it's the only thing we don't have right! We've got our vision and purpose and fire and want to bring out in this world.

9:29 And then you also need a lot of time for mothering, being the present conscious mom. So what do have is your passion and what don't have it's time. so really outsource that which needs this business life vision comes alive right? Okay! What actually my vision? to help you, conscious man-proners get into your power start really living your vision and not doubting it anymore.

10:09 And the tools I use is through theta healing where we go into theta brainwave states... ...and you make sure on a higher energetic frequency that you see bigger picture you feel the bigger picture, You can really download the necessary feelings and The necessary energy into your DNA to make it happen in the time that you have And In the possibility frame than you have as a mother right?

10:51 without giving up Being a present mother. Without giving up your values that you want to live as a mother. And I think, it's so important and whenever i start doubting myself... ...I am getting into this theta-brain wave state.. ..and I'm really feeling the higher picture! I'm realy feeling there is more to it!!

11:16 And then I get the nudges also practical nudges right? Okay! Get help on these. This is not the right way. Maybe you do it more like this and that, but what's the difference? It isn't from your ego or making decisions based on fear. And if YOU are learning this... Maybe you've learned it before motherhood, maybe had this really high spiritual connection beforehand and lost a little bit in all the chaos.

11:52 I know how that feels but its possible to get back into it. And thats one thing! Then i think is very important share with other conscious mothers. what's on your mind? What are struggles or challenges? Get feeling of others doing but also like how it feels for you, right? To make this stretch. I want to open up spaces where that is possible Where we come together as conscious man-preneurs and really know How It Is.

12:33 We really feel the other Really Know How The Stretch Feels Like. Because let's be honest i'm in a woman circle But they are single woman who are, I don't know, fifty and talk about how difficult it is to get a partner. And i dont have time for that really! I don´t mean to be mean here...I just want to say that..i just don´ t have the time to listen to shareings.

13:05 that can relate too right? And im also in business mastermind And they're, luckily there are also conscious mothers in their so that can relate. But the other women who run a business totally different to I could ever do it right? This is probably when you start comparing yourself with another woman running this empire of businesses but have twenty four seven times for them really!

13:37 So don't compare yourselves to other, especially not men but also no two other women who have the time in the world to create their business. Compare yourself with other conscious man-preneurs and I mean compare anyway is not a good thing! But um...I want open those spaces where conscious manpreneurs come together really share from that deepest truth all support each other and then get into higher states of consciousness, into theta-brainwave state where we see the bigger picture.

14:18 Where we feel a bigger picture... ...where you can really get THE TRUTH! The HIGHER truth and the HIGHer answers. And THEN act & live from there From the ALIGNMENT Act form the alignment not from ego based fear approach, right? So my higher vision is that we all come together as conscious man-preneurs support each other and really learn how to act from a higher consciousness.

14:52 Not all the time I mean let's be honest most of the times you will be present with chaos. but then when You really know how to get back into this higher vision and make it all happen because I think we can, because conscious mothers who run a business. Wow! That's like the fricking superpower on its own.

15:19 Ahhhh...I see that. I see us coming together online but also offline at some point in both of them. And let's make this version real. Let's get you back into your higher highest version of you, your authentic truth by using your divine connection. And that is so freaking unique and I'm so happy if i can really guide you into that!

15:50 Let's stay in this honesty and truth also vulnerability. I'm sharing this for more vulnerable space here, right? iIm showing that im also doubting. But Im showing that i know how to get out of doubt into the vision and really make it happen! And i am sharing with you right now my biggest launch yet in rebuilding my business.

16:19 That was when my child decided she just doesn't want to stay with her au pair. And I have no child support. right before launching, and... ...I didn't lose my shit! Really? I didn't?! I was like- I'm seeing the bigger picture in this.. ..I can make it happen. Luckily i also had a partner. Ummm....and I will share all of these things with you.
