Hello Send7 listeners, this is Stephen. This is a special announcement for English learners, so if you're a native English speaker, then you can skip this episode. I am very happy to announce that we have a new feature for Send7 supporters, interactive transcripts. Our new interactive transcripts are a great way for you to read and listen to the podcast at the same time. on the interactive transcripts page, the text moves down the screen as you're listening. And if you miss something or you don't quite understand something, you can click on the previous sentence or paragraph and the audio will start again from there. You can also scroll up and down the transcripts and click anywhere and the audio
will start playing from there. Also, all of the words that are in our vocabulary list for the day are clickable. If you haven't been a Sense7 supporter before, the vocabulary list is about 10 more challenging vocabulary words in the interactive transcript. If you click on them, then you get the dictionary definition of the word and a button to hear me or Juliet or Ben saying the word. If you want to see me using the interactive transcripts, then I recommend that you watch the YouTube video in the episode description where I show myself using them. So now Send7 supporters have access to all episodes of Send7 without adverts, bonus episodes, transcripts and vocabulary lists, worksheets every Wednesday and
a world news quiz every Friday. And they have our new interactive transcripts to accompany every day's news. And as always, we are giving 10% of our profits to highly effective charities. And to celebrate the release of the new interactive transcripts, I'm giving 10 people a free month as a Send7 supporter to give it a try. The first 10 people to email me and say yes please will receive an email reply from me with a code for a free month.
Just email me yes please to podcast at send7. org. Over the last two weeks, we've had a trial version of the interactive transcripts available. Here is what some Send7 supporters have said. Yuki in Japan said, thank you for bringing us a new interactive transcript page. Now I'm changing my learning style a bit. First, I listened to your podcast while doing my household chores as usual. And then I take time to listen to the same program again by using the interactive transcript page. It's very useful for me to understand the content and vocabulary more deeply. I hope you keep this feature in the future. Thank you, Yuki.
And yes, we are keeping this feature Jana from Germany said, I use the interactive transcript for reading and listening to the news and I find it very convenient. Thank you, Jana. And Lily in Taiwan said, I just want to tell you that the interactive transcripts are so useful and incredible. Subscribers can do shadowing by following the transcripts. I hope this can improve my speaking skills. That's it. The first 10 people who email me with yes, please, will get a free month as a Send7 supporter, which now includes our daily interactive transcripts. Podcast at Send7. org. Thank you and have a great weekend.
